This study considered measures to support the establishment of surveying and spatial information in preparation for the unification of South and North Korea and the subsequent construction of national infrastructure. The organization identified and analyzed spatial information about North Korea, road and railway-oriented SOC construction projects, and examined the applicability of the latest technologies to narrow the technical gap with North Korea and quickly establish land spatial information. To prepare a support process appropriate for the situation in North Korea, technical and human support details and considerations were reviewed through a case analysis of spatial information construction for developing countries. In addition, the main result was "Presenting Efficient Utilization of Human Resources and Equipment for the Establishment of Spatial Information in North Korea," establishing an efficient utilization plan for the human resources and equipment needed in the support process based on technology support. It is expected that the South Korean government will minimize the negative impact on future land infrastructure construction by first conducting research in inter-Korean economic cooperation and national infrastructure construction and establishment of spatial information construction plans.

This research presents a prototype development and implementation of Decision Support System (DSS) for integrated river basin water management for the flood control. The DSS consists of Relational Database Management System, Hydrologic Data Monitoring System, Spatial Analysis Module, Spatial and Temporal Analysis for Rainfall Event Tool, Flood Forecasting Module, Real-Time Operation of Multi Reservoir System, and Dialog Module with Graphical User Interface and Graphic Display Systems. The developed DSS provides an automated process of alternative evaluation and selection within a flexible, fully integrated, interactive, centered relational database management system in a user-friendly computer environment. The river basin decision-maker for the flood control should expect that she or he could manage the flood events more effectively by fully grasping the hydrologic situation throughout the basin.

The objective of this study is to identify the critical dimensions of comprehensive quality and to prioritize them for improvement of the quality competitive advantage. The critical dimensions, sub-dimensions and measurement items of comprehensive quality were abstracted from literature of quality, and constructed a model of hierarchical structure. 115 experts in four groups(supplier, buyer, consultant, and professor) were participated in pair-wise comparison of quality dimensions, but some of these responses were removed because the overall consistency of evaluator judgements exceed the acceptable ratio of 0.10. The priorities of quality dimensions for industrial and consumption goods were calculated respectively using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) approach. As a result, product quality had the highest weight of 0.65, followed by support quality(0.18) and service quality(0.17) for industrial goods while product quality also had the highest weight of 0.62, but service quality(0.22) was preferred over support quality(0.16) for consumption goods.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 심리적 안녕감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고 이를 증진시킬 수 있는 방안 마련에 기초자료를 제공하고자 실시되었다. 2018년 4월 10일부터 5월 9일까지 G시 소재 2개 대학교에 재학 중인 간호대학생 298명을 대상으로 자기보고식 설문지를 사용하여 시행되었고 연구도구는 교수신뢰(PTS, Professor Trust Scale) 27문항, 정서조절 25문항, 자아탄력성(CD-RISC, Connor-Davison Resilience Scale) 25문항, 심리적 안녕감(Psychological Well-being Scale) 18문항을 사용하였다. 연구결과, 일반적 특성에 따른 심리적 안녕감은 성별(p=.019), 학년(p=.011), 간호학과 선택동기(p=.003), 전공만족도(p<.001), 임상실습 스트레스(p=.002), 현재 건강상태(p<.001)에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 심리적 안녕감과 교수신뢰, 능동적 정서조절, 지지추구적 정서조절, 자아탄력성 간에는 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었으며, 심리적 안녕감과 회피분산적 정서조절 간에는 유의한 음의 상관관계가 있었다. 상관관계가 있었던 변수들과 일반적 특성 중 집단 간 차이를 보인 변수들을 독립변수로 하여 다중회귀분석을 한 결과 간호대학생의 심리적 안녕감에 영향을 미치는 요인은 자아탄력성, 지지추구적 정서조절, 회피분산적 정서조절, 전공만족도인 것으로 나타났으며, 이들 변수의 설명력은 55.0%이었다(F=30.92, p<.001). 가장 큰 영향력이 있는 변수인 간호대학생의 자아탄력성 향상을 위해 교과/비교과 프로그램 개발 및 학생 지도 방안을 수립해야 할 것이며, 다양한 원인으로 야기되는 부정적인 정서들을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있도록 개인 내적 또는 환경적, 사회적 지지를 강화해야 할 것이다.

In general, members of an organization want their own growth and development. As these members grow or develop, they feel satisfied and fulfilled in the process. Growth or development can motivate members to become more involved in their jobs. Therefore, these concepts are very important for organizations as well as individual members. Various elements of the organization affect the growth of its members. Leaders influence members to achieve organizational goals. Leaders can therefore be an important variable influencing the growth of members. Specific leadership informally develops the potential to identify and satisfy members' personal needs and to achieve higher performance. These leader behaviors motivate members and drive their growth. Thus, this leadership will have a significant impact on the growth of members. In addition, in this relationship, if members have perceived organizational support, they can further improve their expectations for growth. Therefore, support from leaders and organizations will have a positive impact on employee growth. This study highlights the importance of the growth of members of the organization. It demonstrates the moderating effects of leader's individualized consideration and perceived organizational support necessary elements for member growth. Through this process, the purpose and significance of the study are to identify the variables that affect the personal growth of members and explain how they can grow.

In time series analysis we generally use Box-Cox power transformation for variance stabilization. In this paper we show that order estimator and one step ahead forecast of transformed AR(1) model are approximately invariant to those of the original model under some assumptions. A small Monte-Carlo simulation is performed to support the results.

The nature of fluctuating air pressure inside building was studied by testing a building model in a wind tunnel. The model has a single room and a sin81e window opening. Various opening conditions were tested in both laminar uniform wind and turbulent boundary-layer wind. The RMS and the spectra of the fluctuating internal pressure were measured. The test results support a recent theory which predicts the behavior of internal pressure under high wind based on aerodynamic analysis.

본 연구에서는 교수 수요도 조사를 통하여 원격 수업에 필요한 환경을 조성하기 위한 기초 자료를 확보하고자 하였다. 본교 전임교원 184명 중 각각 2021학년도 응답자 73명(39.89%)과 2022학년도 응답자 87명(47.28%)을 그 대상으로 하였다. 교수 수요도 조사 결과 2021학년도에는 LMS 개선항목으로 출석체크 시 차시 구분이 27명(37%), 콘텐츠 개발 지원항목으로 핀 마이크 38명(23.3%), 스튜디오를 활용한 콘텐츠 제작의향에서는 그렇다가 26명(35.6%), 현재 사용하고 있는 동영상 편집 프로그램 항목으로는 곰 믹스가 33명(45.2%), 원격교육지원센터의 교육희망 주제는 동영상편집방법이 25명(34.2%)로 가장 많이 나타났다. 2022학년도에는 LMS 개선항목으로 모바일 업그레이드가 27명(31.03%), 콘텐츠 개발 지원항목으로 핀 마이크 52명(59.8%), 스튜디오를 활용한 콘텐츠 제작의향에서는 그렇다가 33명(37.9%), 현재 사용하고 있는 동영상 편집 프로그램 항목으로는 곰 믹스 프로가 47명(54%), 원격교육지원센터의 교육희망 주제는 콘텐츠 제작방법이 23명(26.4%)로 가장 많이 나타났다. 또한 2021학년도와 2022학년도 스튜디오를 활용하여 콘텐츠를 제작할 의향과 차후 원격교육지원센터의 희망 교육주제는 유의하지 않게 나타났다(p > 0.05). 본 원격교육지원센터에서는 LMS의 출석차시 구분을 해결하고, 모바일 업그레이드에 노력하고 있으며, 핀 마이크 보급을 계획하고 있다. 스튜디오의 활용도를 높이고 동영상편집프로그램의 활용법과 동영상 콘텐츠를 제작하는 방법에 대한 교육을 계획하고 있다. 대학 원격수업에서 원활한 수업이 이루어지기 위해서는 대학당국에서 교수자의 학습목표 설정, 콘텐츠 구성 및 내용 조직, 학습동기 유발, 효과적인 수업참여 방안 수립 등 교수 설계자로서 역할 수행에 어려움이 없도록 지원하는 방안을 모색할 필요성이 있다.

본 연구는 학점은행제 체육학전공 학습자의 사회적지지가 전공만족 및 학습지속의향에 미치는 영향을 규명하여 학점은행제의 체육학 전공자들의 중도탈락을 방지하고 효과적인 운영 방안을 모색하고자 하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구방법은 학점은행제 체육학전공에 학습자를 대상으로 서울의 학점은행제 3곳을 선정하여 총 118부(90.8%)를 유효 표본으로 사용하였다. 조사도구의 타당도와 신뢰도 검증을 위해 확인적 요인분석과 집중타당도, 판별타당도, 평균분산추출(AVE), 개념신뢰도, Cronbach's α 계수를 검증하였다. 자료처리방법은 IBM SPSS statistics 21과 IBM AMOS 21을 이용하여 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 집중타당도, 판별타당도, Cronbach's α 계수 산출을 통한 신뢰도분석(reliability analysis), 상관관계분석(correlation analysis), 구조방정식모형(SEM) 검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학점은행제 체육학전공 학습자의 교수의 사회적지지와 전공만족 및 학습지속의향의 관계를 분석하기 연구모형의 적합도 검증한 결과 기준을 충족하였다. 둘째, 가설 1의 검증 결과, 학점은행제 체육학전공 학습자의 교수의 사회적지지는 전공만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 가설 2의 검증 결과, 학점은행제 체육학전공 학습자의 교수의 사회적지지는 학습지속의향에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 가설 3의 검증 결과, 전공만족은 학습지속의향에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Purpose: The purpose of this qualitative study was to evaluate the experience of role adaptation from nurse to member of the nursing faculty. Methods: Data were collected from 13 members of a nursing faculty through in-depth interviews. The main question asked was "Could you describe your experience from being a nurse to becoming a member of the nursing faculty?" Qualitative data from the field and transcribed notes were analyzed using Strauss and Corbin's grounded theory methodology. Results: The core experiential category of role adaptation from nurse to member of the nursing faculty was 'striving for survival from culture shock'. The participants used the following three interactional strategies: 'recognizing everything and entering the school environment', 'self-reflection on being a professor and integration of experiences', and 'finding a way of adapting'. Conclusion: The participants tried to adapt to life as a professor and reflected on and integrated their experiences into their new life on the faculty. College faculty need to understand the impact of changes and challenges faced by new professors during role adaptation and to support this adaptation through mentorship and organized orientation programs.
