The principal objective of this study was to assess the demands of the development program of silver health care professionals for elderly individuals residing in the Northern Gyeonggi-do area. To this end, a survey was conducted to investigate college students and employees related with elderly individuals in the area regarding their recognition, interest, and involvement in the labor training program. In the case of college students, the health education they had received was only 1 to 2 hours, from a school lecture(35%). The content of health education they desired was exercise(34%) and stress management skills(28%). The sources of health information they received included mass media(77%) and the internet(12%), and they trusted the information they received from health professionals(45%), and the mass media(34%). In the case of health professionals who were working at silver care facilities, the sources of health information to which they had access were mass media(51%), internet(14%), reliable health professionals(56%), mass media(22%), and books related to health (18%). The principal issues they reported as being relevant to the elderly were dementia(39%), hypertension(14%), arthritis (11%), and they reported that the most important personnel for elderly in the future would be care managers(44%), and care helpers(21%). 88% of subjects believed that there was a need for a silver welfare integrated information system. 43% of subjects used the internet, 77% of them required in-service training programs for the welfare of the elderly. Via this developmental program of silver health care professionals, a variety of new job opportunities can be provided in the future, and a program related to the silver service industry must be established as soon as possible.

The purpose of this study was to investigate encouragement experience on breastfeeding of health professionals, and the support in their hospitals on breastfeeding. A questionnaire on breastfeeding was administered to the obstetricians, pediatricians and nurses at the department of pediatrics or obstetrics of university hospital and private hospital in Seoul and Choong-Chung Province in South Korea. Total numbers of study subjects were 346 (pediatrician 67, obstetrician 41, nurse 238). Data was statistically analyzed according to descriptive statistics, Chi-square test and multivariant analysis. The results were as follows : 1. Most of the respondents (93.6%) had a knowledge regarding breastfeeding which had more advantage than formula-feeding. But their experience to educate the mother about breastfeeding was very limited (34.8%). The major problems were insufficient concern of healthcare professionals, no trained personnel's and lack of education programs on breastfeeding. 2. Most of the respondents (82%) had learned breastfeeding management in class at the university. But 2/3 of them had not been educated on breastfeeding management after graduation. 3. More than half of the hospitals had no breastfeeding education programs. And they recommended the formula-feeding to the mothers. 4. Seventy percent of the respondents recognized that breastfeeding information offered to the mothers in their hospitals might help to increase the rate of breastfeeding. But only 40% of hospital had offered breastfeeding information using pamphlets or brochures. In our study, a majority of respondents had not been educated on breastfeeding after graduation. A personal experience in breastfeeding is known predictor of confidence in breastfeeding. Educational programs may have an effect to change the health professionals behavior. Therefore, it is necessary to assist health professionals in obtaining more knowledge about breastfeeding. Continuing education programs to health professionals should be offered by nation and regional organization.

본 연구는 독서교육 지도자가 갖추어야 할 자질을 살펴보고, 미국, 일본, 우리나라의 독서교육 지도자 양성을 위한 교육프로그램을 비교하여 독서교육 지도자 양성프로그램 안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 미국의 독서교육지도자 양성프로그램은 교육학과 국어교과를 중심으로 구성되어 있고, 문해교육을 중시하고 있으며, 일본은 독서교육의 학문적 체계를 중시하고 여러 가지 독서활동을 강조하며, 독서교육과 관련된 인접학문을 강조하고 있다. 우리나라의 경우는 국어교과 중심의 프로그램으로 읽기와 독해중심으로 구성되어 있다. 독서교육 지도자 양성을 위한 교육 프로그램은 독서의 3요소인 독자, 독서자료, 지도자를 중심으로 하고, 여기에 이론과 철학을 포함시키고, 교육경험과 실습을 강조하며, 독서교육과 관련이 있는 인접학문을 포괄할 수 있는 교육프로그램이 되어야 한다.

본 연구의 목적은 과학 교육에서 과학사 활용을 활성화 시키기 위한 방안에 대한 전문가 의견을 조사하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 과학교육학자와 과학사학자를 대상으로 2단계 조사(1차 조사 30명, 2차 조사 84명)를 실시했다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 과학사 활용 과학 교육에 대한 전문가 의견 조사 825과학사 활용 교육에서 과학의 본성과 관련된 의견이 많이 제시되었다. 둘째, 과학사를 학교 수업에서 활용하기 위한 다양한 교수 학습 자료의 개발을 요구했다. 셋째, 실행 중심의 과학사 활용 교사 연수를 요구했다. 넷째, 일부 영역에 대해서 과학교육학자와 과학사학자간의 의견 차이가 발견되었다. 다섯째, 동양(한국) 과학사에 대한 교육 필요성에 그리 높지 않은 동의를 나타냈다. 특정 영역에 대한 동양(한국) 과학사교수 학습 자료의 개발이 필요하다.

CM시장의 성장은 CM전문가의 활동 영역을 확대시키는 긍정적인 기회와 함께 CM전문가 직업윤리의 확보 제고라는 도전도 함께 던지고 있다. CM전문가 직업윤리의 확보 제고는 개인적인 차원에 국한되는 것이 아니라 CM기업적 산업적 차원에서도 중요한 의미를 지닌다. 본 논문의 목적은 CM전문가에게 요구되는 직업윤리의 중요도와 현재 수준을 비교 분석하여 주요 특징과 시사점을 도출하는 데 있으며, 이를 위해 중요도-실행도 분석(Importance-Performance Analysis)기법을 분석 도구로 활용하였다. 연구 결과, 발주자에게 성실하고 질 높은 CM서비스를 제공하고 이를 제공할 수 있는 CM역량을 보유하는 것이 CM전문가에게 요구되는 가장 중요한 직업윤리로 나타났다. 그러나 현 수준은 이에 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났으며 기업규모 및 직급에 따라 CM전문가의 직업윤리를 바라보는 시각에 유사점과 차이점이 있다는 것을 발견할 수 있었다.

정보보호의 중요성이 확산되면서 국내 정보보호 산업의 발전과 함께 정보보호 전문인력 양성을 위한 노력이 다각도로 이루어져왔다. 특히 정보보호 인력 질적인 양성을 위해서는 보다 체계적인 정보보호 교육 시스템이 필요하다는 전제 아래, 정보보호 분야 지식 및 기술 분석에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되어 왔다. 본 연구는 정보보호 전문인력이 갖추어야 할 지식 및 기술에 대해 정보보호 주 직무군에 따른 차이를 분석하고 있다. 먼저 문헌고찰과 전문가 조사를 통해 55개의 정보보호 분야 전문지식 및 기술을 도출하였다. 51개 조사대상 기술 및 지식에 대해 현업에 종사하고 있는 정보보호 전문인력을 대상으로 정보보호 업무를 수행하기 위해 필요한 정도와 숙련 정도를 조사하였다. 최종적으로는 정보보호 분야의 4개 주 직무군에 따른 정보보호 전문지식 및 기술에 대한 필요정도 차이를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 직무수행에 필요한 지식 및 기술을 도출하고, 수행 직무에서의 수요에 기반하여 정보보호 분야의 훈련 및 교육 체계를 수립하는 데에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 공유의사결정과 의료진 신뢰 간의 관계에서 환자활성화의 조절효과를 규명하기 위함이다. 연구 대상은 대전광역시에 소재한 상급 종합병원 내분비대사내과에서 당뇨병 치료를 받고 연구 참여에 동의한 환자 186명이다. 연구결과, 의료진 신뢰(β=0.32, p=.045)와 환자활성화(β=0.32, p=.024)는 공유의사결정에 영향을 미치며, 의료진 신뢰와 공유의사결정 관계에서 환자활성화는 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다(β=0.25, p=.019). 연구결과를 기반으로 공유의사결정의 활성화를 위해 환자의 의료진 신뢰 정도를 사정하여 의료진에 대한 부정적 인식을 개선하고, 신뢰를 강화할 필요가 있다. 또한 공유의사결정에 참여를 촉진하기 위한 환자활성화에 초점을 맞춘 융합적 프로그램을 개발하여 교육할 것을 제안한다.

본 연구는 장애인복지관 전문인력을 대상으로 하여 임파워먼트와 직무만족의 관계, 그리고 이직의도의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 대전과 충남의 장애인복지관에서 종사하고 있는 전문인력 352명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 SPSS와 AMOS 18.0 프로그램으로 빈도분석과 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 그리고 확인적 요인분석과 부트스트랩 검정 등을 진행했다. 전문인력의 임파워먼트가 직무만족에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치며, 두 변수 간의 관계에서 이직의도의 매개효과가 검증되었다. 본 연구의 분석결과를 참조하여 장애인복지관 전문인력의 직무만족을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 제안하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전문인력의 임파워먼트를 향상시키기 위해 업무진행에 필요한 권한을 제공하고 이에 준하는 임금수준의 향상이 필요하다. 둘째, 전문인력의 이직의도를 감소시키기 위해 과도한 업무부담을 완화시킬 필요가 있으며, 장애인복지 분야에서 문제로 제시되고 있는 감정노동을 관리하기 위한 멘토링, 동아리활동, 휴식지원 등이 제공될 필요가 있다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze usage frequency and importance of competencies which are required to restaurant industry professionals. For this purpose, opinions of restaurant industry professionals on the competency were surveyed using questionnaires. To develop a questionnaire, a total of 27 competency variables which are required to restaurant industry professionals were drawn through literature review. Questionnaires were distributed to 300 professionals in restaurant industry with different positions using random sampling. Out of 300 questionnaires, 221 questionnaires were used for analysis. Statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS 10.0, including descriptive analysis, ANOVA and t-test. Reliability test and factor analysis were also conducted to evaluate the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. As a result, 'attitude and personality' factor was recognized as the most frequently used and the most important competency factor of restaurant industry professionals. Therefore, the competency such as 'sincerity', 'responsibility', 'sense of honesty', 'positive attitude', 'tolerance and justice', should be more emphasized in restaurant management education. The level of current usage and importance of each competency were different according to age, education level, working experience, position, number of employees, type of restaurant and type of management.
