The purpose of this study was to find out differences of women's professionalism and attractiveness according to the perceiver's level of interest on accessory, the object person's age, and accessory wearing. Subjects were 178 college women in Seoul. The evaluation of the accessory wearing was divided into five dimensions: professionalism, attractiveness, loveliness, femininity, and individuality. The look of accessory wearing had significant influences on the evaluation of professionalism and attractiveness. The women in their 40's wearing the scarf on a jacket were evaluatedhigh in professionalism, attractiveness, and femininity. The 40's wearing the cap with a T-shirt were evaluatedlow in professionalism and attractiveness. The women in their 20's wearing the cap with a T-shirt were evaluatedhigh in attractiveness and loveliness. Wearing of scarf enhanced professionalism, femininity, and individuality, wearing necklace enhanced femininity, and wearing cap enhanced loveliness of women. Perceiver's level of interest on accessory gave significant influences on perception of professionalism and attractiveness. The object person's age gave significant influences on loveliness, femininity, and individuality. Professionalism, attractiveness, loveliness, and femininity had interaction effects according to object person's age and accessories. When women in their 40's wore scarf or necklace, their professionalism was raised more than those in their 20's. Therefore accessory wearing was more effective to the women in their 40's than the 20's.

The research for exchange relationship in customer's perspective is meaningful especially in service, considering distinctive characteristics of service operations such as customer participation in the process whereas most of the recent related researches have been focused on employee's interaction with organization, leader, team and customer. In this study for beauty art service, the exchange party's characteristic is defined with beauty salon's reputation, staff's professionalism and customer's self-esteem. Also the exchange relation perception is classified into symbolism and interaction, Then the directional relations on customer's perspective are empirically investigated in the sequential order of the exchange party's characteristics, the exchange relation perception, the relationship quality and behavioral intention. In addition, the study examined the meditation effect via relationship quality between the exchange relation perception and the behavioral intention. Followings are confirmed from the statistical test with structural equation modelling:Symbolism is significantly caused by all of professionalism, reputation and self-esteem in the descending order of effect size whereas interaction is significantly influenced by only professionalism. The exchange relation perception has significant effect on the relationship quality, in turn which significantly affects behavioral intention. The exchange relation perception shows the significant indirect effect meditated by relationship quality and the insignificant direct effect on behavioral intention. This paper concludes with contribution of this study, managerial implication of the research findings and further research issues.

From the past to the present, justice has attracted many people's attention. Most of the previous studies carried out in relation to justice are studies of the resulting variables, and there is a great advantage that they let us know about the importance of justice. However, the findings are focused only on the behavior of the members of the organization according to the status of justice already perceived. Therefore, studies on the antecedent of justice are also necessary to understand justice accurately. This study identifies the factors that can directly affect justice and the contextual factors that could moderate their relationship. In particular, using the '2017 Public Employee Perception Survey' released by the Korea Institute of Public Administration, we examined how innovative behavior of public employees affects the perception of distributive justice and how the relative professionalism, which is the situation variable, moderates the relationship between variables. A regression analysis of 321 public employees showed that innovative behavior affects the perception of distributive justice, and that the positive relationship of innovation behavior to the perception of distributive justice is weakened when the level of individual perceived relative professionalism is high.

This study was conducted to explore the direction of elderly care worker education by analyzing the dual mediating effects of professionalism and positive psychological capital on the impact of elderly care worker education on service quality. As a result of this analysis, elderly care worker education was found to have a significant impact on service quality, professionalism and positive psychological capital and it's confirmed that the more positive the perception of elderly care worker education, the more positive the perception of service quality, professionalism and positive psychological capital. In addition, professionalism and positive psychological capital show that each two mediates the impact of the elderly care worker education on service quality so elderly care worker education can improve service quality by enhancing professionalism, and we can see that the elderly care worker education can be a factor that improves service quality by enhancing positive psychological capital. It's found that professionalism and positive psychological capital is by dual mediating the impact of elderly care worker education on service quality so professionalism had a significant effect on positive psychological capital. Accordingly, it's confirmed that elderly care worker education improves professionalism, and that improved professionalism promotes positive psychological capital, thereby improving service quality. According to the results of this study, it's empirically confirmed that develop professionalism is important in the elderly care worker education, and that enhancing positive psychological capital through the develop professionalism can ultimately improve service quality. Therefore, there is a significance to that it's able to predict elderly care worker education in the future should include education related to the improvement of professionalism and positive psychological capital.
The purpose of this study was to determine if teachers' perception of professionalism, teaching intentions, and the quality of teacher-child interactions differed by teachers' education and career and how those variables were associated with one another. It was conducted in 50 teachers who were in charge of two- to five-year-olds at 22 national/public, private, and employer-supported childcare centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. Arnett's (1989) Caregiver Interaction Scale (CIS) translated by Choi and Shin (2015) was used to measure the quality of teacher-child interactions, and the Current Status and Self-Desire for Professional Competence scale developed by Wang (2005) and translated and revised by Jeong (2016) was used to measure a teacher's perception of professionalism. The Teaching Intention Scale (TIS) developed by Wilcox-Herzog and Ward (2004) and translated and revised by the researcher was used to measure teaching intentions. The researcher and the research assistant personally visited the centers to observe the teachers for the quality of teacher-child interactions and a questionnaire for teachers was used to determine a teacher's perception of professionalism and teaching intentions. For data analysis, t-test and Pearson's product-moment correlation analysis were performed on the basis of the questions. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: First, the quality of teacher-child interactions differed insignificantly by education or career. Second, teacher's perception of professionalism differed significantly by teachers' career but differed insignificantly by education: the longer career, the better perception of professionalism. Third, teaching intentions differed insignificantly by education or career. Fourth, teachers with better perception of professionalism showed higher quality of teacher-child interaction. Fifth, The higher level of teaching intentions teachers showed the more sensitive interactions they made with children.

Purpose: This study was performed to identify the influence of nursing professionalism and campus environment on the perception of ethical sensitivity among nursing students. Methods: A descriptive survey design was used for this study. The participants were 323 nursing students attending four universities in Busan and Kyungnam. Data collection was conducted from November 25 to December 25, 2017 using a self-report questionnaire. Data were analyzed using a t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: The factors influencing ethical sensitivity of nursing students were identified as professional self-concept (${\beta}=.36$), nursing role (${\beta}=.24$), scholarship (${\beta}=.17$), practicability (${\beta}=.17$), and propriety (${\beta}=-.13$). Five factors explained 40.5% of nursing students' ethical sensitivity. Conclusion: The results of this study can be used to develop further educational programs on nursing professionalism and campus environments for enhancement of nursing students' ethical sensitivity.
Objective: This study examined the effect of early childhood teachers' perceptions of teacher efficacy and professionalism, which are personal traits, when administering the National Childcare Curriculum. Methods: Using snowball sampling, data were collected from 266 childcare center teachers in the nation and were analyzed using one-way analyses of variance and multiple regression using SPSS 14.0. Results and Conclusion: The findings are as the following: First, teacher efficacy was not significantly different among teachers by age, teaching experience, education, and childcare center type. Second, teacher efficacy was significantly related to the perception of their professionalism. Lastly, teachers' perceptions of teacher efficacy and professionalism explained significantly the variance in teachers' performance when administering the National Childcare Curriculum.
The purpose of this study was to explore the elementary English conversation instructors' perception on their professionalism and the needs of teacher training program. The survey data were attained from 136 elementary English conversation instructors. Descriptive statistics were employed to discuss the result of the survey response. The results of this study revealed that the elementary English conversation instructors perceived the need of in-service training program for their professionalism improvement, especially in teaching techniques for four language skills. The result also revealed that the instructors need to be more equipped with the knowledge of elementary learners' developmental psychology and L2 learning process. The study concludes with several suggestions for elementary English conversation instructors' improvement of teaching professionalism and in-service training program.
The purpose of teacher education is to improve the professionalism of teachers above the current level. The type of teacher education to improve the professionalism of experienced teachers is broadly divided into top-down education and bottom-up education. So far, studies on top-down education were commonly conducted in the field of Korean language education. However, there has been an increasing number of studies emphasizing the need for bottom-up education, driven by the voluntary participation of teachers in recent years. The purpose of this study is to suggest the direction of reflective teacher education for experienced Korean language teachers. For this purpose, a survey was conducted of 71 Korean language teachers who had more than 5 years of experience. The contents of the survey consisted of opinions regarding existing teacher education, the need for reflective teacher education, and the perception of teaching professionalism. The results showed that experienced Korean language teachers had a positive perception of the existing teacher re-education experience. Also, 91% of the respondents said they intend to participate in the reflective teacher education program. In particular, respondents showed high demands for 'peer coaching', 'peer observation', and 'teaching portfolios' among reflective teacher education programs. Lastly, many respondents selected 'development and utilization of teaching materials', 'encouraging learner's utterances', and 'leading learner's interest and motivation' as sub-elements of teaching professionalism that they wish to improve through teacher re-education.
The purpose of this study is to provide direction of medical education by analysing medical school student's perception structure about 'happy doctor'. In particular, this study compared perception structure between two groups of students before clerkship and after clerkship. The subject of this study were 1~4 academic year students in medical school. Students' text about 'happy doctor' were collected by open-ended questionnaire and analyzed by using sematic network analysis. Based on the result of network analysis, perception structure of each groups were confirmed. The network of each groups have 'Professionalism' group including words such as 'patient', 'treatment', 'worthwhile' in common. Three groups, 'Professionalism', 'Quality of life' and 'Self-realization' constituted the before clerkship network. And five groups, 'Professionalism', 'Time with family', 'Balance between work and household', 'Interpersonal relationship', 'Physical and psychological health' constituted the after clerkship network. The results of this study is expected to contribute for developing the basic medical education curriculum for 'happy doctor'.
