조직의 학습전이풍토가 기술사의 학습전이에 미치는 영향 - 계속전문교육(CPD) 참여 동기의 매개효과를 중심으로 - (The Mediating Effects of Participation Motivation on the Relationship between Organizational Learning Transfer Climate and Learning Transfer in Professional Engineers' Continuing Professional Development Activities)

  • The main purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of participation motivation of continuing professional development between the level of organizational learning transfer climate and learning transfer. In the analysis of the relationship among the level of the organizational learning transfer climate, learning transfer and participation motivation of CPD, organizational learning transfer climate had indirect influence on learning transfer through participation motivation of CPD. Based upon the findings of this study, several suggestions were made to improve professional engineers' participation and learning transfer in CPD and implement future research on professional engineer's CPD.

어린이집의 교사전문성 지원환경이 초임교사의 전문성 인식에 미치는 영향: 직무수행동기의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of a Professional Learning Environment at a Day Care Center on the Professionalism of Beginning Teachers: Focusing on the Mediating Role of Their Work Task Motivation)

  • Objective: This study aimed to determine the effect of a teacher professional learning environment at workplace day care centers on the professionalism of beginning teachers and also to verify the mediating effects of the beginning teachers'work task motivation on that relationship. Methods: The participants were 129 new teachers currently employed at workplace day care centers. The Current Status for Professional Competence was used to measure the teachers' professionalism. The Professional Learning Environment Inventory assesses the professional learning environment of day care centers. To measure the work task motivation, the Work Tasks Motivation Scale for Teachers was used. Results: Firstly, positive relationships were identified between a professional learning environment and their intrinsic motivation and identified motivation. However, there were also negative relationships between the professional learning environment and their introjected motivation and amotivation. Secondly, this study partially verified the mediating effects of the beginning teachers'work task motivation on the relationship between the professional learning environment and teachers' professionalism. Conclusion/Implications: The relationship between the professional learning environment and the professionalism of beginning teachers was mediated by the teachers'own intrinsic motivations, identified motivations, and amotivation.

Audit Socialization and Professional Success: Evidence from Thailand

  • The objective of this study is to examine the effects of audit socialization and professional commitment on professional success of tax auditors in Thailand through individual learning as the moderator. The specific research questions are: (1) How audit socialization affects professional commitment, (2) How professional commitment influences professional success, and (3) How individual learning moderates the audit socialization-professional commitment relationships, the audit socialization-professional success relationships, and the professional commitment-professional success relationships. This study collected data from 249 tax auditors in Thailand by using questionnaire. To investigate the research relationships, both structural equation model and multiple regression analysis are implemented. Within the research results, audit socialization has a significant positive effect on professional commitment and professional success while professional commitment has an important positive influence on professional success. Similarly, individual learning positively moderates the professional commitment-professional success relationships. In summary, audit socialization is important for auditing professions and it is a key determinant of professional success. Thus, auditors need to pay attention to audit socialization through learning and understanding it and applying its concepts to audit works to increase auditors' professional success, continuous survival and long-term sustainability.

유아교사의 구성주의 교육신념 및 자기조절학습능력이 전문성 발달에 미치는 영향 (Early Childhood Teachers Constructivist Educational Beliefs and Self-regulated Learning Ability: The Effect on Professional Development)

  • This study examined the effects of constructivist educational beliefs and self-regulated learning skills of children on teacher professional development. The study was conducted by sampling 273 teachers. Three kinds of variables, which included constructivist educational beliefs, self-regulated learning ability, and professional development level were measured and analyzed for this study. The results were as follows. First, early childhood teachers beliefs of constructivist education, self-regulated learning ability and professional development were found to be higher than average. Second, the professional development of early childhood teachers is shown to be correlated with constructivist educational beliefs and self-regulated learning ability. When constructivist educational beliefs and self-regulated learning ability scores increases, the professional development score is high. Third, metacognitive strategies, cognitive strategies and constructivist educational beliefs are factors that predict the professional development of early childhood teachers. According to results of this study, it suggests that constructivist educational beliefs and self-regulated learning ability are important factors to be addressed.

  • 학습순행 (學習順行: Learning Progressions)은 학습자 이해의 발달 단계를 나타내기 위해 유용한 방법이다. 본 고에서는 초임 교사가 익혀야하는 교수 지식을 체계화하고 교사교육 프로그램 개발을 발달적 관점에서 접근하기 위한 방법으로 학습순행을 소개한다. 학습순행의 개발과 타당화 과정을 제안하고, 이와 관련하여 한 과학 교사 연수 프로그램에서의 개발된 과학탐구 수업에서 ICT 통합을 위한 학습순행과 그 개발과정을 논의한다. 초임교사 전문성 향상을 위한 학습순행의 이용은 교사의 이해 정도를 평가하기 위한 근거를 제공하며, 체계적이고 발달적인 관점에서 교사 연수 프로그램을 개발할 수 있도록 지원하는 등의 다양한 장점이 있다.

Professional Mobility as a Factor of Professional Success of a Modern Specialist in the Conditions of Distance Learning

  • The article considers the training, competitiveness of specialists, professional mobility, professionalism and competence of specialists in the context of distance learning. The advantages of distance learning are shown. The characteristic features of distance learning in the preparation of students and in the implementation of these technologies in the educational process of higher educational institutions are determined. Competitiveness, professional mobility, professionalism and competence of a specialist are qualities that determine a person's life and work success. Professional mobility is interpreted as a systemic quality of a specialist's personality, which includes a whole range of knowledge, skills, abilities, personal qualities, value orientations, and so on. The vision of mobility of specialists by foreign scientists is presented. It is noted that the classification of professional mobility presented in the article makes it possible to organize various movements from a single position, to present them as separate manifestations of the general process of professional and pedagogical mobility, to determine which type of mobility ensures the performance of certain social functions. It was found that mobility can be differentiated into differentiated and intergeneration. According to the subject, individual and group mobility are distinguished; according to the direction - internal and external. The classification of employees according to their attitude to mobility is shown, which can be divided into the following groups: actually mobile; potentially mobile; actually stable; potentially stable.

간호학생의 학습유형과 간호전문직태도가 문제해결능력에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Learning Styles and Nursing Professional Attitude on Problem-Solving Ability among Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: The effects of learning styles and nursing professional attitude on the problem-solving ability among nursing students were explained. Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study was performed with 245 nursing students who completed self-report questionnaires between April 14 and May 7, 2014. Results: The dominant learning styles of the nursing students were assimilating (33.9%) and diverging (33.1%), with converging (11.4%) being the least dominant. Nursing professional attitude in the nursing students was high (mean 65 out of 80). Problem-solving ability in the nursing students was high (mean 159 out of 225), especially among seniors. The relationship between learning styles and problem-solving ability in nursing students was not statistically significant (F=2.44, p=.065), even though nursing students with converging learning style had higher problem-solving ability than nursing students with other learning styles. The problem-solving ability of nursing students was influenced by nursing professional attitude, being a senior and preference for discussion. These variables explained 16.9% of the variance in problem-solving ability. Nursing professional attitude with 12.3% was the most influential. Conclusion: The problem-solving ability of nursing students was more influenced by nursing professional attitude than by learning styles. Therefore, we suggest strategies to develop a positive nursing professional attitude that leads to promoting the problem-solving ability of nursing students.

  • 본 논문은 수학 교사 학습과 전문성 신장에 관한 보다 종합적이고 체계적인 이해를 증진하기 위한 노력의 일환으로, 우선 교사 학습을 이해하기 위한 다양한 이론적 틀을 검토하고 교사 학습과 관련하여 지식과 교수 관행간의 관계를 조사하며 탐구 공동체를 중심으로 한 효율적인 전문성 신장에 관한 아이디어를 분석한다 이와 같은 이론적 분석에 터해 교사 학습과 이에 관련한 수학교실문화의 변화 과정을 연구하는 프로젝트를 간단히 소개하고 탐구 공동체의 운영, 교사의 관점에서 교수 관행을 기술하는 것, 공동체에서의 교사 학습을 분석하는 것 등 프로젝트를 수행하면서 부각되는 문제점에 대해 논의한다.

  • 본 연구는 어린이집 전문성지원환경과 보육교사의 이직의도 및 전직의도의 관계에서 보육 효능감의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해, 보육교사 237명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그에 따른 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 어린이집이 보육교사의 전문성을 지원할수록 보육교사의 보육효능감이 높고, 이직 및 전직의도가 낮았다. 둘째, 보육교사의 이직의도는 교사 및 원장과의 관계, 교사의 자율성과 의사결정이 낮을수록 높았다. 전직의도는 교사와 유아에 대한 기대가 낮을수록 높았다. 셋째, 전문성지원 환경과 전직의도와의 관계에서 보육효능감의 매개효과가 나타났다. 근무하는 어린이집의 전문성지원환경이 열악하다고 인식하는 보육교사는 낮은 보육효능감을 갖게 되며, 이는 다른 직업으로의 전직의도를 높이는 것으로 나타났다.

사서 계속교육을 위한 전문가학습공동체 도입에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Introduction of Professional Learning Communities for Continuing Education of Librarians)

  • 교수·학습 패러다임의 전환에 따라 비정형 학습에 대한 요구가 높아지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 학습자 주도로 일상적으로 이루어지는 전문가학습공동체를 사서를 위한 교육훈련 프로그램에 적용해보고자 관련 문헌과 사례를 분석하였다. 국내외의 사서와 타 분야의 전문가학습공동체 7개의 운영 사례를 선정하여 학습공동체 구성, 운영 형식과 방법, 학습 내용, 지원 체계 등을 분석하였다. 문헌 검토와 사례 분석을 종합하여 (가칭)사서학습공동체의 개념을 정의하고, 사서학습공동체 구성 및 운영을 위한 시사점으로 구성의 자발성과 다층위성, 학습공동체 운영 형식의 다양성, 학습 내용의 현장성을 도출하였다. 사서학습공동체의 원활한 운영과 활성화를 위한 지원 체계로는 운영기관의 프로그램 운영의 지속성, 소속기관의 지지와 협조, 교육 및 연수 프로그램, 플랫폼 구축 및 운영, 활성화를 위한 성과 확산과 환류의 필요성을 제시하였다.
