중소병원의 조직문화가 조직몰입과 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Organizational Culture Types on Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Small and Medium Hospitals)

  • 본 연구에서는 실증적 검증을 통해 조직문화가 조직몰입과 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 중소병원의 조직관리 개선을 위한 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 대구 경북지역에 위치한 100병상 이하 규모의 4개 병원에 근무하는 직원을 대상으로 2012년 11월 20일부터 4주간 설문조사를 실시하였다. 요인분석결과, 조직문화 유형은 진취성, 위계성, 생산성, 친화성으로 구분되었으며 진취성과 친화성이 조직몰입에, 생산성과 친화성이 조직시민행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 친화성은 조직몰입과 조직시민행동에 모두 유의하게 영향을 미친 반면, 위계성은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 중소병원 조직관리에서 조직발전에 필요한 구성원의 바람직한 행동 유도를 위해서는 상호간의 신뢰감 형성을 통한 친화력 강화 노력이 무엇보다 중요하겠으며, 합리적 의사결정이 가능한 환경 조성이 필요하다.

일-생활 균형과 일탈행동 경로에서 다중매개 효과 (Multiple Mediating Effects in the Path of WLB on Deviant Behavior)

  • 본 연구는 일과 생활 균형의 일탈행동에 대한 영향력 관계에서 직무효능감과 회복탄력성의 다중 매개효과를 검증하고자 수행되었다. 실증연구를 위한 자료는 제주지역에 근무하는 기업 근로자를 대상으로 자료를 수집하였으며, 자료수집 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 동일방법편의를 최소화하기 위해 쌍으로 구성된 총 400쌍의 설문지를 배부하여 355부를 회수하여 불성실하게 응답한 57부를 제외하고 총 298부를 분석에 활용하였다. 가설검증을 위한 과정은 SPSS Macro 프로그램을 활용하여 다중 매개효과를 검증하였으며, 연구자들의 예상과 같이 일과 생활 균형은 직무효능감과 회복탄력성에 긍정적인 영향력이 확인되었고, 일탈행동에는 저감효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 더불어 양자관계에서 다중매개 효과는 직무효능감은 완전 매개효과가 확인되었으나 회복 탄력성은 양자관계를 연결하는 주요 매개변수로의 역할을 하지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구의 시사점은 기존연구에서 주목받고 있는 일과 삶의 균형을 개인 차원에서 발생하는 생산적 행동에 대한 긍정적 역할의 범주를 넘어 이를 반생산적 행동으로 연구 범주를 확대하고 그 역할에 대한 의미 있는 이론적 및 실무적 시사점을 제안하고 있다.

Effects of Employees' Job Characteristics, Commitment, and Self-Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior

  • Purpose - This study reveals antecedent factors to help develop expressway rest areas in which employees were exposed to inferior environments, using Hackman and Oldham's Job Characteristics Theory. Research design, data, and methodology - The survey was conducted on 148 expressway rest area employees in Gyeonggi-do. After excluding questionnaires with invalid responses, 141 questionnaires were analyzed. Results - The sub-factors of job characteristics had a positive influence on the organizational commitment of employees, and organizational commitment had a positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Further, the results of mediation effects showed that organizational commitment and self-leadership were partially mediated. Finally, the results of the moderation effect of self-leadership showed that self-leadership was thought to be vital to let members endeavor to promote the competitiveness of expressway rest areas. Conclusions - The expressway rest area company needed to design jobs to let employees be self-motivated, productive, positive, responsible, and aspirational; job redesign, including job enrichment and job enlargement can be considerably helpful for affirmative influence.

소집단 논변 활동에서 반응적 교수법이 학생들의 인식론적 프레이밍에 미치는 영향 탐색 (Exploring Responsive Teaching's Effect on Students' Epistemological Framing in Small Group Argumentation)

  • 본 연구는 반응적 교수법이 학생들의 생산적인 과학적 논변 실행에 미치는 영향을 탐색하였다. 중학교 2학년 학생 30명과 교사 1명이 본 연구에 참여하였고 자극과 반응 단원의 논변 수업을 진행하였다. 학생들은 측정 활동의 결과를 예상하고, 활동을 통해 결과를 얻고, 그 결과를 설명하기 위한 논변 활동을 진행하였다. 이 활동은 정수리, 척추, 손등 위에서 핸드폰 진동 감지 시간을 측정하는 것이었다. 연구자들은 수업에 대한 교사의 생각을 알고자 교사 인터뷰를 진행하였고, 각 소집단 활동과 교사 인터뷰를 녹음 녹화하였다. 녹음 기록을 전사하여 분석 자료로 활용하였으며, 소집단 논변 활동에서 학생들의 인식론적 프레이밍과 교사의 반응적 교수 실행을 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 교사는 반응적 지원의 시작점이 될 학생 사고를 이끌어내는 질문과 함께 소집단 실행에 개입하였다. 교사는 논변 수업에 대한 인식과 학생의 사고를 이해하고자 하는 태도에서 생산적 프레이밍을 드러냈으며, 이를 토대로 수업에서 학생들의 사고를 이끌어내며 논의의 활성화를 지원하였다. 그리고 교사는 평가자의 관점을 지양하고 학생의 아이디어에 반응하여 반박 발화를 함으로써 논변 활동의 일원으로 참여하였다. 교사는 이러한 참여를 통해 소집단 내의 인지적 권위 구조를 변화시켰으며, 학생들에게 논변 활동에서 기대하는 실행의 예시를 보여주어 생산적 프레이밍을 지원하였다. 이러한 교사의 반응적 교수 실행 결과 학생들은 생산적인 과학적 실행을 보였고, 이는 학생들의 변화된 인식론적 프레이밍에서 비롯된 것으로 보인다. 본 연구는 학생이 과학적 논변 활동에서 진정한 과학적 실행에 참여하도록 생산적 프레이밍을 지원하는 교사의 반응적 교수 전략을 구축하는 데에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

준설해사로 충진된 바닥보호공의 형상 및 침투유속평가 (Seepage Velocity and Borehole Image of Bottom Protection Layer Filled with Dredged Sand in Sea Dyke)

  • After the final closure of sea dyke, seepage behaviour of embankment is highly changed by variation of water head different between tide wave and controlled water level at fresh lake. Especially, the seepage behaviour of bottom protection layer of final closure section is more important factor for structural and functional stability of sea dyke, because of the bottom protection layer of final closure section is penetrated sea side to fresh lake. Even though bottom protection layer was filled with dredged fine sand, it has a high permeability. In this paper, mainly described about the seepage velocity and borehole image of bottom protection layer filled with dredged sand after final closure. Various in-situ tests such as BIPS (Borehole Image Processing System) and ABI (Acoustic Borehole Imager) survey, wave velocity measuring, and color tracer survey were conducted to evaluate the seepage behavior of bottom protection layer. Based on the in-situ tests, the bottom protection layer of final closure section was almost filled with dredged sand which is slightly coarse grain sand and there have sea water flow by water head different between tide wave and controlled water level at fresh lake. Also, comply with tracer survey results, the sea water flow path was not exist or generated in the bottom protection layer. However, because of this result not only short term survey but also just one test borehole survey results, additional long term and other borehole tests are needed.

제조물책임법에 대비한 산업안전분야의 대응방안 (Suggestions for Counterplans in the area of Industrial Safely for the Product Liability Act)

  • From July 1st 2002, the Product Liability Act will be efficacious in Korea, and its influence will be prevalent over all industrial folds. However, little attention has been paid to the Act and its influence in the area of Industrial Safety. Therefore, this paper aimed to call the people's attention to them, and to suggest some points for counterplans in that n As for counterplans to the Product Liability, there are two different approaches - Product Liability Prevention (PLP) and Product Liability Defense(PLD). Between them, PLP is more safety-oriented approach, and especially Product Safety(PS) will be the core of it. Related with this, it was noted that productive goods which are utilized as productive materials or tools in the later process or industries could be troublesome when the Act is efficacious. As a solution, the necessity of cooperation among manufacturing plants belong to the similar industry, and of development of qualitative techniques applicable to analyses of consumers behavior was emphasized. Ant the interest and participation of Human Behavioral Scientists, Ergonomists as well as Consumer Psychologists were called upon. Also, it was suggested that an integrative approach including administrative or governmental management system for industrial goods should be developed.

미국 공업에 있어서 비용 극소화 관리로 부터 비용 전가식 관리로의 변천 (Transition from Cost Minimizing Management to Cost Pass-along Management in U.S. Manufacturing Industries)

  • By the mid 1960's the rate of productivity growth in the manufacturing industries of the United States reached the lowest level ever recorded in the American economy. As a result the cost-offsetting operations that had been a century-long part of cost minimizing became less feasible. U.S. manufacturing firins apparently embarked on a pattern of a cost pass-along management. Accounting for price variation as a function of a shift from cost minimizing to cost pass-along is the main subject of this investigation. An econometric model of the inflation process is presented which indicates a clear shift in the modal behavior of manufacturing industries from cost minimizing (1948-1964) to cost pass-along (1965-1975). The latter behavior, initially triggered by the drag of resource diversion on the productivity growth process, undermines the pressure toward productive efficiency that is at the core of industrial engineering, and at the center of U.S. industry's ability to remain competitive.

  • Demand-side Management can be defined as'any utility activity aimed at modifying customers' use of energy to produce desired changes in the utility's load shape'. Customers benefit by being able to control energy costs and improve quality of life and become more productive. Utilities benefit from DSM's value as a resource that enhances asset utilization and reduces both fuel costs and environmental emissions. The scope of DSM includes load management through rate schedules and conservation by improving energy effciency and using electricity consumption effectively. This paper study the DSM resource evaluation and customer behavior analysis todesign the DSM Program plan in response to customer needs. We develop basic system dynamics model to analysis the customer behavior based on a survey research. The DSM Program participants in the Hi- efficiency Inverter, Electric motor and efficient lighting applicancies operating by Conservation program 2002 become the survey objects. DSM resource evaluation evaluate firstt the distribution potentialities of each machine and then forecast the degree of diffusion. We apply the system dynamic approach to simulate the dynamic DSM market situation at the domestic beginning. This model will give the energy Planner the opportunity to create different scenarios for DSM program planning. Also it will lead to increased understanding of the dynamic DSM market

How to Enhance an Employee's Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as a Corporate Strategy

  • Purpose: This study is to explore how to enhance an organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) for private companies, boosting their employees; performance. With OCB in place, businesses won't have to worry about employees engaging in harmful or counterproductive actions. Better coordination will benefit employees' skill sets and the company's overall performance. Research design, data and methodology: We used a data extraction form and present it as an appendix. These forms could demonstrate to the reader what the present authors looked for and how they found it. We also investigated to obtain text datasets whether any extractions were carried out in duplicate, and, if so, whether duplicate abstraction was carried out independently. Results: There are four solutions to boost employees' OCB for HR practitioners: 'Creating an Environment that Supports Constructive OCB', 'Encouraging Productive Behavior in the Workplace and Reward properly, 'Integrating Corporate Citizenship into Performance Evaluations', and 'Training to Use OCB and Educating on its Benefits'. Conclusions: Based on the research findings of the current study, this study strongly concludes that OCB should be encouraged, and employers and employees should collaborate on efforts to boost morale and increase productivity. As a direct result of their efforts, their firms enjoy improved earnings while experiencing reduced overhead costs.

어머니 양육행동이 아동의 공격적 행동 및 친사회적 행동에 미치는 영향: 아동의 정서조절을 매개로 하여 (Children's Aggressive/Prosocial Behaviors and Maternal Parenting Behaviors: Children's Emotional Regulation as Mediator)

  • This study explored mediating effects of children's emotional regulation between maternal parenting behaviors and children's aggressive/prosocial behaviors. The participants were 1,187 4th, 5th, 6th grade children and their mothers from two elementary schools in Korea. The Maternal Parenting Behaviors Scale(Kim, 2006), the Emotional Regulation Scale(Lee, 1997), and a peer-nomination measure(Crick, 1995; Crick & Grotpeter, 1995) were used. Collected data were subjected to descriptive statistical analysis, Pearson's productive correlation and regression using SPSS(Ver 12.0). Findings revealed that children's self-emotional regulation mediated the effects of mother's physical punishment on children's aggressive behaviors, while children's other-emotional regulation mediated the effect of mother's warm-encouragement, mediation-supervision, and inconsistency on children's prosocial behaviors. In conclusion, children's emotional regulation mediates the effects of maternal parenting behaviors on children's aggressive/prosocial behaviors.
