  • Data is the core of AI technology. With the development of technology, AI technology is also accelerating as the amount of data increases explosively than before. However, compared to the interest in AI education, research on data education with AI is still insufficient. According to the case analysis of exsisting AI data education, there were cases of educating the process and part of data science, but it was hard to find studies related to data collection. Cause physical computing tools have a positive effect on AI education for elementary school students, data collection cases using tools were studied, but researches related to data collection were rare. Therefore, in this study, an efficient data collection method using physical tools was designed. A structural diagram of a data collection program was created using COBL S, a modular physical computing teaching tool, and examples of program screens from the service side and the user side were configured. This study has limitations in that the establishment of an AI education platform that can be used in conjunction with future program production and programs should be prioritized as a proposal in terms of design.

  • Objective: The aim of this study was to clone the mRNA sequence of the Acyl-CoA dehydrogenase long chain (ACADL) gene of goats and explore the effect of ACADL on the differentiation of subcutaneous fat cells on this basis. Methods: We obtained the ACADL gene of goats by cloning and used quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) to detect the ACADL expression patterns of different goat tissues and subcutaneous fat cells at different lipid induction stages. In addition, we transfect intramuscular and subcutaneous adipocytes separately by constructing overexpressed ACADL vectors and synthesizing Si-ACADL; finally, we observed the changes in oil red stained cell levels under the microscope, and qPCR detected changes in mRNA levels. Results: The results showed goat ACADL gene expressed in sebum fat. During adipocyte differentiation, ACADL gradually increased from 0 to 24 h of culture, and decreased. Overexpression of ACADL promoted differentiation of subcutaneous adipocytes in goat and inhibited their differentiation after interference. Conclusion: So, we infer ACADL may have an important role in positive regulating the differentiation process in goat subcutaneous adipocytes. This study will provide basic data for further study of the role of ACADL in goat subcutaneous adipocyte differentiation and lays the foundation for final elucidating of its molecular mechanisms in regulating subcutaneous fat deposition in goats.

  • Net production, dead material increments were measured, and annual respiration loss was simulated through a year to determine the gross production at the Phragmites longivalvis, Carex scabrifolia and Zoysia sinica stand on Okryudeung, a sand bar of the Nagdong river estuary. The maximum live biomass for above-ground organs of the three stands occured in October, i.e., 1, 985, 744 and 1, 013g/m2, and belowground net productions were estimated to be 650, 440 and 412g/m2, respectively. Materials died or shedding from live aboveground organs during the growth season were estimated to be 167, 81 and 0 g/$m^2$. From the results of simulation, annual variation of respiratiion was primarily dependent on the annual variation of temperature through a year. For annual respiration loss in three stands, 21.893, 6.147 and 5.036kg $CO_2/m^2$ were calculated, respectively. Corresponding gross productions were 72, 203, 22, 109 and 19, 909kcal/$m^2$. Respiration of belowground organs corresponded to 65%, 66% and 37% of the total plant respiration, and annual respiration loss accounted for 85%, 78% and 71% of the annual gross production. In view of efficiency of solar energy utilization, 5.8%, 1.8% and 1.6% of incident light energy were converted to gross production of plants during a year. With incident light energy during the growth season from April to September, energy utilizations for net production were estimated to be 1.2%, 0.4% and 0.6% at the three stands.

  • Researches on perception have, in recent years, been increasingly popular as a means of accounting for cross-linguistic sound patterns (Ohala, 1992; Hemming, 1995; Jun, 1995; Steriade, 1997 among others). In loanword phonology, Silverman(1990, 1992) argues that words from a source language are scanned through the perceptual level and that the features perceived by a speaker are stored in the input to be processed according to his/her native language's phonological constraints. The purpose of this paper is to test the validity of Silverman's proposal by examining the correlation between perception and production of Korean learners of English. We specifically focussed on perception and production of stop release by contrasting English loanwords with English words loarned through education to see if there were any significant differences. The results showed that there was no substantive correlation between the Korean speakers' perception of the loanwords pronounced by English speakers and their own production of those words. In the case of English words, however, the Korean speakers' production was closely related with their perception, although some inter-speaker variations were observed. With Optimality Theory (Prince & Smolenksy, 1993) as a theoretical framework of analysis, it was shown that the theory is a useful means of implementing a phonetics-phonology interface and relating perceptual processes with speech production. Specifically, under the assumption that loanwords with [t]~[t/sup h/] alternation (e.g.,'cut') are originally borrowed into Korean as two different input forms, all the alternations could be straightforwardly accounted for in terms of a unified ranking of constraints.

  • Recently, an integrated electronic publishing format that can be used by disabled people and the general public is expected. If applied to national alternative material production strategy, it is expected that not only the problem of alternative material production strategy using existing DTD(Document Type Definition) but also various alternative material corresponding to the demand of consumer can be supplied. In order to cope with changes in the production and management strategy of the substitute materials for the rapidly changing persons with disabilities, it is necessary to develop the substitute materials related to the substitute materials, such as 'production of alternative materials', 'research and education of alternative material', and 'operation of alternative material network' The organization of the National Library for the Disabled should be expanded and reorganized so that a constructed center can be established and demonstrated its expertise.

  • The development of acidosis during intense exercise has traditionally been explained by the increased production of lactic acid which causes the release of a proton and the formation of the acid salt sodium lactate. Through this explanation, when the rate of lactate production is high enough to exceed cellular proton buffering capacity, cellular pH is decreased. This biochemical process has been termed lactic acidosis. This belief has been an interpretation that lactate production causes acidosis and fatigue during intense exercise. However, this review provides clear evidence that there is no biochemical support for lactate production causing acidosis and fatigue. Metabolic acidosis is caused by an increased reliance on nonmitochondrial ATP turnover. Lactate production is essential for muscle to produce cytosolic $NAD^+$ to support continued ATP regeneration from glycolysis. In addition, Lactate production consumes protons. Although lactate accumulation can be a good indirect indicator for decreased cellular and blood pH, that is not direct causing acidosis.

  • In order to identify relationships between oral health management behavior and subjective oral health perception and oral acid production in small and medium industry workers, an examination on oral acid production and a survey were conducted. As a result, the subjective oral health status, which is subjective oral health perception, was found to have a significant effect on oral acid production, and the worse the subjective oral health status was, the higher the oral acid production was. As the subjective oral health perception is expected to be helpful for the development of industrial oral health programs to improve oral health of workers, organizational and institutional efforts for industrial oral health education will be necessary for improvement of subjective oral health perception of workers.

  • Fisheries is known as a high-risk industry in Korea, and various efforts have been made to reduce occupational accidents. Trap fisheries represent crustacean production, accounting for 4.7% of total fisheries production and 10.7% of its production value, which is classified as a relatively high-risk industry. With the disaster insurance payment data of the National Federation of Fisheries Cooperatives (NFFC) from 2016 to 2020, the accident rate of the entire fishery, the accident rate of trap fisheries, and the type of disasters in the past five years were analyzed. As a result, the average fishery accident rate for the past five years was 5.31%, but it was high at 6.15% for coastal trap fisheries and 5.59% for offshore trap fisheries. Slips and trips, struck by objects and contact with machinery were the most common types of the accident according to the characteristics of the work, and hand injuries were analyzed the most. Additional efforts, including education for accident prevention, development of personal protective equipment and improvement of the working environment, are needed to prevent accidents caused by repeated types of disasters.
