This study proposes evaluation dimensions of object-oriented systems modelling tools and activities available in object-oriented systems development practices. The dimensions ale developed based on previous research in cognitive psychology, information systems modeling study, and object-oriented systems analysis arid design areas. The proposed dimension is composed of two dimensions. The one dimension includes abstraction levels of modelling and the other includes process and representation in modeling activities. Experts on object-oriented modeling were selected to evaluate the practical validity of the proposed dimensions and applications of major object-oriented modeling tools during systems development project. Most of the tools were observed to be used for representing objects rather than for modeling the process of related objects. The proposed modeling dimension will be evaluated for acquiring general validity in future empirical research.
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of innovation-oriented organizational culture on organizational members' innovation behavior, and to confirm the sequential mediating effect of the boss's coaching leadership and the basic psychological needs of organizational members. For this purpose, an online survey was conducted targeting 377 office workers who had been working with the same boss for more than 6 months. The collected data was analyzed using Hayes' SPSS PROCESS Macro. The results of this study are as follows. First, it was confirmed that the relationship between organizational culture and innovative behavior was statically significant. Second, it was confirmed that coaching leadership and basic psychological needs sequentially mediate in the relationship between organizational culture and innovative behavior. In other words, the innovation-oriented organizational culture does not directly affect innovative behavior, but rather leads to the exertion of coaching leadership by boss, and coaching leadership promotes more innovative behavior by influencing the satisfaction of members' basic psychological needs. This is meaningful as a basic study on how environmental variables, such as organizational culture and superior leadership, affect individual motivational variables, desire, and thus affect individual behavioral variables. In addition, based on the results of this study, academic and practical implications were discussed, and limitations of this study and suggestions for follow-up studies were discussed.

This study was designed to examine the consumers' fashion store choice process based on the wedding dress stores, and also to find the consumers' shopping orientation and store attributes affects to store choice process. This study adapted a survey method. Each 48 wedding dress stores in Ahyun-dong and Kangnam were selected, and 325 women who got married within 2 years ago were recruited, convenient sampled as the subjects and the survey methodology was used for data collection. And convenience sampling method was used for data collection. The results of this study can be summarized as follows; First, wedding dress buyers wear classified into four subdivisions by shopping orientation; reputation-oriented group, utility-oriented group, fashion-oriented group, and time-oriented group. Second, there was significant differences in store choice type between shopping orientation group. Third, in case of important ranks on store attributes, evaluation of store attributes for each step-consideration step, visit step and choice step-was revealed to be coherent. Fourth, there was differences in important ranks among each groups. The most important attribute for all the groups was design, but reputation-oriented group raid importance to reputation of store, utility-oriented group and time-oriented group to economy, and fashion-oriented group to variety than other groups. Firth, there was no significant difference in attitude for wedding dress stores by shopping orientation groups and demographic characteristics.
The purpose of this research was to develop a group counseling program for improving the psychological well being and mental health of the university entrants, and to verify the effectiveness of the program. The research procedure consisted of the program development step and the program verification step, and in detail, 6 steps of program development processes were established. The subjects of the research were 116 university entrants, and 15 group counselings were conducted. As the result, significant variations were shown in the scores of the psychological well being and mental health through the pre and post test on the group, and the experience report analysis evaluated that the objective of the program was accomplished. It is expected that these results would be helpful for suggesting various education methodology or education policy for the university entrants.
A systemic approach to behavior on the basis of human psychology is needed for behavior-centered space design. Also, the recognition that human and environment, in all, have complementarity is needed- human and space shall be understood as a general phenomenon, supposing interaction. Design of behavior-oriented space means configuration and coordination of physical subjects as well as understanding, analysis and reflection of psychological and behavioral phenomena. It is analysis of a private individual as well as understanding of interaction between human groups, as well. In respect of space recognition, analysis not on material movement but on energy circulation and variable is important. It means that the understanding of user's behavior and psychology does not orient reasonable purpose just for convenience. That is, such understanding intends to understand behavioral patterns and psychological phenomena between space and human beyond the decomposition of structure of human and space into physical elements and the design based on standardized data. Thereby, more human-oriented space design might be implemented by the understanding of behavioral essence. Also, a user-centered design process from another viewpoint might be created, and the general amenity among man, space and environment - better environmental quality - might be produced. For this, the consciousness of human activity that is, activity system shall be ahead of it, and the approaches for design shall be implemented into a process not in predictive ideas but in semi-scientific system. On the basis of the above view, this study was attempted to investigate the orientation of design to recognize space as another life, and explore a process where it is drawn into a design language on the basis of human behavior. If the essence of space behavior and the activity system are analyzed through user observation and it is reflected upon a space design program and then developed into a formative language, a new design process on human and environment might be produced. In conclusion, the reflection of user's behavior and psychology into design, contrary to existing public space design based on physical data, can orient quality improvement of human life and ultimately be helpful to the proposition, 'humanization of space'.

The article reflects short-term perspectives on the use of information and communication technologies in the training of teachers for higher education. Education is characterized by conservatism, so aspects of systematic development of the industry are relevant to this cluster of social activity. Therefore, forecasting the introduction of innovative elements of ICT training is in demand for the educational environment. Forecasting educational trends are most relevant exactly in the issues of training future teachers of higher education because these specialists are actually the first to implement the acquired professional skills in pedagogical activities. The article aims to consider the existing potential of ICT-based learning, its implementation in the coming years, and promising innovative educational elements that may become relevant for the educational space in the future. The tasks of scientific exploration are to show the optimal formats of synergy between traditional and innovative models of learning. Based on already existing experience, extrapolation of conditions of educational process organization with modeling realities of using information and communication technologies in various learning dimensions should be carried out. Educational trends for the next 3 years are a rather tentative forecast because, as demonstrated by the events associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, the socio-cultural space is very changeable. Consequently, the dynamism of the educational environment dictates the need for a value-based awareness of the information society and the practical use of technological advances. Thus, information and communication technologies are a manifestation of innovative educational strategies of today and become an important component along with traditional aspects of educational process organization. Future higher education teachers should develop a training strategy taking into account the expediency of the ICT component.
The purpose of this study is to deeply explore the communication process with team members perceived by team leader. To this end, in-depth interviews were conducted with 10 team leaders, and analyzed according to the grounded theory research method procedure suggested by Strauss and Corbin. As a results, a total of 51 concepts, 17 subcategories, and 8 categories were derived. As a causal condition, the concept of 'contemplating and reinterpreting communication necessary for the organization' was derived, and the central phenomenon was 'intentional effort made in parallel with work and private conversations'. The contextual condition was 'recognizing the need to cope with environmental changes', and the mediating condition was 'self-reflection and self-coaching time' was derived. The action/interaction strategy was conceptualized as a communication process with task-oriented coping, conflict resolution coping, and relationship promotion coping, and was confirmed as 'recognizing virtuous cycle communication within the organization' as a result of interaction with the central phenomenon. As a result of analysis of the team leader's communication process, the effort stage, approach stage, coping stage, and cycle stage were shown. As a result of the type analysis, task-oriented coping was a facilitator, conflict resolution coping was a supporter, and relationship promotion coping was a considerate. This study is an empirical study on how the corporate team leader perceives and expresses communication in the relationship with the team members.
This article aims to suggest a principle frame and direction for the development of the character education program using Maumgram. Maumgram is said to clearly illustrate step-by-step structures of character education, for which the human mind is classified as four types(indulged type, rage-type, competition type, selfishness type) on the basis of the existing analytical psychology and Yogacara Thought. The design of the mind type program is composed of three steps. The first step is the 'discovery' step to awaken the cause of self-consciousness through observation, and the second is the 'conversion' step. Learning process to control the negative desires in a positive desire, and the third is the 'relationship'-oriented step to promote a sense of community with other people.

This research aimed to investigate the relations of perfectionism and multicultural attitude upon a premise that sub-factors of the perfectionism : self-oriented perfectionism, other-oriented perfectionism and socially-prescribed perfectionism are related to multicultural attitude and to examine the moderation effect of self-acceptance on the relation between perfectionism and multicultural attitude. The questionnaires designed to measure multidimensional perfectionism, unconditional self-acceptance and multicultural attitude were administered to 258 office workers in Seoul and Gyeoggi-Do. The results from correlation analysis and regression analysis were as followed. First, sub-factors of the perfectionism was partially associated with sub-factors of multicultural attitude. In particular two sub-factors of the perfectionism : 'self-oriented perfectionism', 'other-oriented perfectionism' yielded effect on multicultural attitude, controlling the effects of other subscales. Second, unconditional self-acceptance moderated the relation between 'self oriented perfectionism' and sub-factor of the multicultural attitude : 'recognizing difference'. And unconditional self-acceptance moderated the relation between 'socially prescribed perfectionism' and sub-factors of the multicultural attitude : 'recognizing difference', 'openness and acceptance'. This present findings not only extend understandings about relationship between perfectionism and multicultural attitude by examining self-concept : unconditional self-acceptance but also provide that it isn't helpful that further support and rationale for unconditional self-acceptance as intervention for targets to focus in counseling process for those who suffer from perfectionism.

Professional self-determination of the individual is a complex and lengthy process of finding and realizing yourself in the profession. The main goal of professional self-determination is clarified. The basic concepts of readiness for professional self-determination of future specialists in the modern information society are revealed. The following approaches to the consideration of the concept of readiness are defined: functional-psychological, personal, activity-based. Based on the components of readiness identified by the researchers, it can be assumed that the structure of professional self-determination of the future specialist contains motivational, cognitive and activity components. Self-determination is defined as a multidimensional process that can be considered from different points of view: as a series of tasks, that society sets for the emerging individual, and which the individual must solve in a certain period. As a process of step-by-step decision-making, with the help of which the individual forms a balance between his desires and inclinations, on the one hand, and the needs of society, on the other; as a process of forming an individual lifestyle, part of which is professional activity. A number of tasks of professional self-determination of a future specialist in the information society are formulated. Diagnostic practices for determining the degree of readiness of future specialists for future professional success are characterized. Practices are developed as a basis for creating an individually oriented correctional and development program to promote the formation of future specialists' focus on future professional success. Their task is to ensure control over the dynamics of this process, assess the effectiveness of this career guidance work. Practices are aimed at identifying the degree of thorough knowledge of the conditions for achieving professional success in the chosen field of activity among future specialists.
