주거약자를 위한 AI 스마트하우징 주거서비스의 필요성과 중요도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Necessity and Importance of AI Smart Housing Services for the Housing Disadvantaged Persons)

  • Purpose: Recently, Korea has been promoting smart cities that combine artificial intelligence(AI), big data, ICT, and the Internet of Things(IoT), and these technologies are being applied to housing services and are developing into smart housing services. This study try to analyze what is the most necessary and important the AI smart housing services for the housing disadvantaged persons through a survey of experts and the housing disadvantaged persons. And by collecting these necessary and important services, we aim to present elements and directions for the AI smart housing services policy for the housing disadvantaged persons. Methods: Firstly, we asked 11 experts, Secondly, the desire and necessity for the above smart housing service was identified through an online survey targeting the housing disadvantaged persons. Thirdly, the survey was analyzed and reliability was measured through descriptive statistical analysis using SPSS program. Fourthly, based on the results of descriptive statistics analysis, the necessity and importance of AI smart housing services from the perspective of the housing disadvantaged were derived. Results: The results of this study are that firstly, both experts and the housing disadvantaged persons viewed safety and health-related services as the most important and necessary among AI smart housing services, secondly, there is a difference in perspectives on the services that should be priority between experts and people with disabilities, and lastly there are differences in perspectives and needs for services that should be priority between the disabled and the elderly.

국내 국도변 비탈면 현황 분석 연구 (A Study on conclusion about inventory survey on cut slope along national roads in Korea)

  • Inventory survey is process collecting data about cut slope. It's different from inspection. It contains not only basic information about cut slope, especially location, GPS positioning, height, length, weathering, joint direction, water conditions but also level of danger and damage. Collected data are being used get at status about cut slope along national roads. And It helps judging about priority of detailed investigation. According to results of analysis, we found better method about maintenance of cut slope. Later on, if inventory research is finished, we will understand characteristics of collapse slopes.

  • Recently, fundamental innovation for the improvement of Korean railway industry is proceeding with the vertical separation into infrastructure and operation, and the privatization of railway operation. And also, with the advent of an era of high-speed railway, starting of Korea Train Express (KTX) will give a great change to circumstances of railway industry. It requires that a railway safety regulation policy and accident survey system cope effectively with this restructuring of railway system. Under these great changes, safety must have the first priority, and the function of management and supervision on railway safety will be ten to the governments responsibility; In this paper, according to changes of railway safety management system, foreign states railway accident system and direction of korea railroad accident survey system will be also introduced.

스마트관광을 위한 IT서비스 개발의 우선순위 도출을 위한 AHP 분석모델 (AHP Analysis Model for drawing Importance Priorities of IT Service developments for Smart Tourism)

  • Purpose The purpose of this paper is to observe the relative priorities of importances among IT services for Smart tourism as well as the relative priorities of importances among ways for developing the IT Services. Design/methodology/approach AHP analysis model was designed with 3 layers in order to recognize the relative importances priorities of IT services and the ways developing the IT services in Smart tourism. The factors in the top layer consist of Pre-trip IT services, During-trip IT services and Post-trip IT services. The lower factors in second layer of the Pre-trip IT services consists of Tourism information search, Online reservation and Price comparison. The lower factors of the During-trip IT services consists of Context recognition, Virtual Reality and Drone Application. The lower factors of the Post-trip IT services consists of Interactive Sharing and Tagging. The factor of third layer, the ways of developing the IT services consist of Company leading, University leading and Industry-University Collaboration. The structural questionnaire based on the AHP analysis model was designed and used to survey experts in IT and tourism areas. The collected data by the question investigation was analyzed by AHP analysis technique. Findings The importance priority of During-trip IT service was highest among in the three type IT services of tourism life cycle. The importance priority of Price comparison service was highest among IT services for Pre-trip. The importance priority of the Context recognition service was highest among IT services for During-trip. The Interactive sharing service was highest among IT services for Post-trip. It would be confirmed for the IT service development ways of Company leading to be suitable for most of the It services, such as Tourism information search, Online reservation, Price comparison, Context recognition, Virtual reality, Drone application, Interactive sharing.

전문대학 조리관련 학과의 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 직업기초능력 기반 교육과정 개발을 위한 교육요구도 분석 (Educational Needs Assessment for the Development of Curriculum based on Key Competencies of National Competence Standard(NCS) for Department related Culinary Arts in a 2-Year College)

  • The purpose of this study was to assess priority of educational needs for the development of curriculum based on key competencies of NCS for departments related to culinary arts in a 2-year college. In order to achieve this objective, the survey has been distributed to cooks working in hotel restaurants or restaurant companies by social network service and a total of 360 responses were analyzed excluding 18 responses. The collected surveys were analysed by using paired t-test, Borich's needs analysis and the locus for focus analysis. The results of this study were as follows. First, the difference between the level of importance and present level about key competencies recognized by cooks working in restaurant company was statistically significant in 9 fields of key competencies excluding mathematical competence. The difference recognized by cooks working in hotel was statistically significant in all 10 fields of key competencies. Second, the results of Borich's needs assessment showed that the education needs of problem solving competence were the highest, followed by interpersonal, resource management, communication, information competence. Finally, considering both Borich's needs assessment and the locus for focus analysis, cooks working in hotel restaurants recognized that educational needs of communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, information competence were the top priority, and cooks working in restaurant companies recognized that educational needs of communication, interpersonal, skill, resource management competence were the top priority. Therefore, it is necessary to develop curriculum for culinary arts specialists based on key competence of top priority.

Educational Needs for Employment Competency of College Students in Management Using IPA Technique

  • 본 연구의 목적은 경영계열 전공 대학생의 구직역량 인식 차이와 교육요구를 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해 2019년 12월 2일부터 12월 6일 간 충청소재의 A대학 경영계열에 재학 중인 215명을 대상으로 구직역량에 대한 중요도와 보유도 인식수준을 조사하였다. 수집한 자료를 활용하여 대응표본 t-test를 통해 인식차이를 분석하고, IPA 기법을 통해 구직역량의 교육요구도를 확인하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전체에는 '전공분야 관련 성적, 자격증 등 전문지식' 역량을 강화해야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성별에 따라서는 '정보탐색'을 포함하여 남학생은 '직무관련 외국어 활용'을, 여학생은 '취업목표설정 및 대안마련'을 추가하여 집중 교육할 필요가 있었다. 셋째, 학년에 따라서는 '정보탐색'을 포함하여 1학년은 '직무관련 외국어 활용, 구직에 필요한 서류작성'을, 4학년은 '자기이해, 직무관련 외국어 활용'을 추가하여 우선 교육할 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 경영계열 대학생의 전체, 성별, 학년별 구직역량 교육요구의 차이를 밝힘으로써 집단의 특징을 고려한 취업지원 프로그램을 개발하는데 참고할 수 있을 것이다.

보호지역 경계조정을 위한 공간의사결정지원모델 연구 - 지리산 국립공원을 사례로 - (A Study on the Spatial Decision Making Support Model for Protected Areas Boundary (re)Design -A Case of Jirisan National Park-)

  • The purpose of this study are to develop a SDSS (Spatial Decision Support System) that can incorporate diverse opinions of stakeholders related the designation of protected areas (PA), and to employ the model for the readjustment of the boundary line of the Jirisan National Park of Korea. The SDSS would lead to more rational and less controversial decision-making during the expansion or removal of PA in Korea. Research methods are as follows. Firstly, to select evaluation criteria for SDSS for PA designation by using expert interview and literature survey. Secondly, to measure their preferences on the designation of additional PA or the removal of a part of PA based on the opinions of various stakeholders such as local residents, environmental groups, or public officials. Thirdly, to produce conservation priority maps based on a multi-criteria decision making technique. The SDSS would be used to rational decision making for the expansion of PA or the release of a certain part of PA by reflecting diverse preferences on biodiversity conservation and economic interest of residents. The visualization of conservation priority maps would also increase the efficiency of such decision making processes. The evaluation criteria for the expansion of PA for biodiversity conservation includes vegetation conservation value, wildlife conservation value, and the habitats of key species. The evaluation criteria for the removal of PA includes the proximity to roads and the boundary of PA, land use types, and conservation zoning of the PA. Preference weights are based on data collected from the Jirisan National Park. Both the conservation priority and removal priority maps are based on land parcels so that property rights of all parcels would be correctly represented.

교육복지우선지원사업 정책 개선을 위한 실태조사 연구 (An Analysis for the improvement strategies of the Education Welfare Priority Support Project)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 교육복지우선지원사업의 실태를 파악하고, 향후 사업이 나아갈 방향을 제시하는데 있다. 연구목적을 위해 온라인 설문조사를 실시하고 관련 문헌연구, 교육복지우선지원사업 담당자를 대상으로 한 심층면담, 17개 시도교육청 및 교육부 관계자를 대상으로 한 세미나를 실시하여 결과를 보완하였다. 이를 근거로 현 상태를 진단하고 향후 해결해야할 과제를 제시하였다. 연구결과, 교육복지우선지원사업은 2003년 교육복지투자우선지역 지원사업을 시작으로 사업의 효과성이 증명되면서 지속적으로 확대되었다. 그리고 초중등교육법 시행령 개정 및 교육부 훈령 제정 등을 통해 법적, 제도적 안정성을 확보해 나갔다. 하지만 시도교육청으로 사업이 이양된 이후 사업이 활성화되지 못하고 점차 축소되고 정체성의 위기마저 겪고 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 결과를 종합하여 향후 해결해야 할 과제로 분명한 사업의 목적과 방향설정, 중앙정부의 기능 정상화, 초중등교육법 제28조 개정을 통한 '학습부진아 등'의 개념보완을 제시하였다.

해상운송분야의 디지털 전환 성공요인에 대한 우선순위 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Priority Evaluation of the Success Factors for Digital Transformation in Maritime Transport Sector)

  • 본 연구의 목적을 구체적으로 기술하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 해상운송분야에서의 디지털 전환이 무엇인 지에 대한 정의를 내리고자 한다. 둘째, 디지털 전환과 관련된 다양한 선행연구를 검토하여 해상운송분야의 디지털 전환에 대한 성공요인을 도출하고자 한다. 마지막으로 도출된 성공요인들에 대한 우선 순위를 도출하기 위하여 AHP 분석 모형을 구축하고 해상운송분야 실무 전문가들을 대상으로 전문가 설문조사를 실시한다. 설문조사 결과를 바탕으로 해상운송분야의 디지털 전환의 성공요인들 중 우선적으로 고려해야 할 요인들이 무엇인지 가이드라인을 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 해상운송분야 디지털 전환을 위한 성공요인의 우선순위를 도출하기 위하여 4개의 상위 평가항목(전략요인, 조직문화 및 인적요인, 기술요인, 환경요인)과 21개의 하위 평가항목으로 계층구조를 설정하였고 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)기법 중에서 항목들의 가중치를 매기는 상대적 평가방법을 적용하였다. 해상운송분야 관련 대학교수, 연구단체, 해운회사, 컨테이너터미널, 해상운송 관련 IT업체에 종사하는 전문가들을 통해서 수집된 설문지 중에서 정보의 정확도를 높이기 위하여 일관성 비율을 0.1이하인 24부의 설문을 대상으로 AHP 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 해상운송분야 디지털 전환의 성공요인에 대한 제1계층 요인들의 우선순위는 전략요인, 조직문화 및 인적요인, 기술요인, 환경요인 순으로 나타났다. 또한 21개의 세부항목에 대한 우선순위를 살펴보면 새로운 비즈니스 모델 개발, 적극적인 미래 디지털 전략의 조성, 최고디지털 책임자의 리더십 등이 높게 나타났다.

Demand Survey Method for Commercialization of Police Science Technology and Equipment

  • This study is a demand research for the selection of public safety science and technology equipment and suggests an empirical research method. The technology demand survey is the beginning of the selection of innovative technology. And it is the basis of collecting information required for the technology required in the market and helping to apply it to the field. The demand survey for police science and technology can reduce the uncertainty of crime prevention and help the smooth implementation of security policies. However, in Korea, adoption of security science and technology equipment was centered on social issues or researchers' opinions rather than the demands of field users. Until, there was no research has been conducted on the demands of field police officers for selection of security science and technology equipment in Korea. Also, there was no preferential study for the demand for security science and technology equipment. Therefore, this study proposes a methodology that can systematically identify the needs for the technology and equipment of field experts suitable for the public security situation for the selection of security science and technology equipment. Specifically, we propose a sample design for a technology classification system and a survey tool for technology awareness and satisfaction. It is expected that this tool will provide a classification system for security science and technology equipment selected for the Korean police and will help determine the priority of equipment suitable for the field.
