Construction fall accidents have been investigated by many researchers. Construction workers are prone to fall when elevations of the construction site is high. And falls are the most fatal accidents: it can be directly linked to the death. Construction fall accidents might be reduced by predetermining several areas which are highly probable to have fall accidents and by controlling such areas until the completion of the building construction. In this paper, a fall prevention system is suggested which can identify the areas where the focus on fall protection is perhaps most needed from the process characteristics. Main methodologies for this research are summarized as follows: 1. A data base on elements and types of falls is constructed from the data analysis of last 10 years fall accidents history. 2. Guideline is derived by identifying the highly probable areas of fall accidents with respect to the specific construction process. 3. Developed system is verified by applying the system to construction sites. 4. Finally a fall prevention system is suggested by utilizing the fall accidents data.

컴퓨터 기술과 네트워크 기술이 발전함에 따라 많은 네트워크들이 독립성을 가지게 되었고 이에 따라서 그 취약점들을 이용한 공격들도 늘어나고 있다. 이에 따라 침임을 탐지하는 시스템들은 많이 제안되고 제품화되고 있으나 점점 더 침입 탐지뿐만이 아니라 방지할 수 있는 침입탐지시스템의 개발이 간절히 요구되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 표준이 정해져있지 않은 침입방지시스템(IPS: Intrusion Prevention System)의 설계 및 구현시에 필요한 효과적인 방법들을 제시하고 있다.

In this study, we developed the drowziness prevention system to detect the driver's drowziness and relieve the driver. A computer vision method was proposed to detect the driver's drowziness. We extracted the eyes and mouth in the face image and tracked the positions from the image sequencies in real time. The eye blink duration and yawning was used as the parameters of drowziness. Wehn the drowziness state of a driver is detected, the driver is refreshed by the scent generator and the alarm. Also, the driver's bio-signal is acquired and analysed the vigilance state.

In order to resolve a deadlock problem in manufacturing systems, three main methods have been proposed-prevention, avoidance, and recovery. The prevention and avoidance methods require predicting deadlocks in advance in order to prohibit them. In contrast, the recovery method allows a system to enter a deadlock state, then resolves it usually using a common buffer. In this paper, a deadlock recovery method considering the impact of flexible job routings is proposed. This method is based on capacity-designated directed graph (CDG) model representing current requesting and occupying relations between Jobs and resources in order to detect a deadlock and then recovers it.

Background: Decision making modalities for screening for many cancer conditions and different stages have become increasingly complex. Computer-based risk assessment systems facilitate scheduling and decision making and support the delivery of cancer screening services. The aim of this article was to survey electronic risk assessment system as an appropriate tool for the prevention of cancer. Materials and Methods: A qualitative design was used involving 21 face-to-face interviews. Interviewing involved asking questions and getting answers from exclusive managers of cancer screening. Of the participants 6 were female and 15 were male, and ages ranged from 32 to 78 years. The study was based on a grounded theory approach and the tool was a semi-structured interview. Results: Researchers studied 5 dimensions, comprising electronic guideline standards of colorectal cancer screening, work flow of clinical and genetic activities, pathways of colorectal cancer screening and functionality of computer based guidelines and barriers. Electronic guideline standards of colorectal cancer screening were described in the s3 categories of content standard, telecommunications and technical standards and nomenclature and classification standards. According to the participations' views, workflow and genetic pathways of colorectal cancer screening were identified. Conclusions: The study demonstrated an effective role of computer-guided consultation for screening management. Electronic based systems facilitate real-time decision making during a clinical interaction. Electronic pathways have been applied for clinical and genetic decision support, workflow management, update recommendation and resource estimates. A suitable technical and clinical infrastructure is an integral part of clinical practice guidline of screening. As a conclusion, it is recommended to consider the necessity of architecture assessment and also integration standards.

본 연구의 목적은 공공병원을 대상으로 감염병 예방관리의 관점에서 법 제도, 감시체제, 대응관리체계가 조직시민행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치며 조직신뢰의 조절효과를 검증하고자 한다. 연구의 절차로 이론적 논의와 실무적 관점에서 감염병의 예방적 대응과 시민들의 협력적 행동의 인과적 관계에서 조직신뢰의 조절효과를 확인하는데 의미가 있다고 본다. 분석결과 감염병 예방관리에서 감시체계와 비상대응체계보다 강한 관계를 나타내고 있으며, 그 중요성이 높다고 보고 있다. 그 이유는 해외여행과 교류가 과거보다 훨씬 증가하였고, 이에 대한 감염경로 비중이 다소 많은 비중을 보이기 때문으로 본다. 따라서, 향후 공공병원을 운영하면서 조직신뢰의 중요성이 주목받고 확고한 이론적인 기반을 토대로 현장에서 실효적인 조직관리가 이루어지기를 기대한다.

2008년부터 소방방재청이 추진하고 있는 방재마을 만들기 시범사업을 조기에 정착하고 전국적으로 확대하기 위해서 법률적인 측면에서는 자연재해대책법에 방재도시(마을)의 지정에 관한 조항 신설과 지방자치조례로 "(가칭) 방재마을 만들기 조례"를 제정하는 등 법적기반을 마련하여야 하고, 행정계획적 측면에서는 주민주도형 방재마을 사업계획서의 수립과 더불어 사업내용이 구조적인 컨텐츠 뿐만 아니라 비구조적인 컨텐츠에도 일정규모의 사업비를 배분하여야 하며, 마지막으로 조직적 측면에서는 지역 방재리더 육성사업을 적극 추진하고, 지역사회의 공식적 비공식적 조직간에 지역방재 거버넌스 체제도 구축하여야 하며, 방재전문가에 의한 사전 컨설팅제도 및 사업추진과정에 대한 평가시스템이 도입되어야 한다.

국내에서는 해양오염을 예방하기 위하여 해양오염방지관리인 제도를 운영하고 있다. 국적 선박의 증가와 해양환경관리법의 시행으로 인하여 선박 오염방지관리인 교육 제도에 변화가 예상된다. 2011년부터는 해양오염방지관리인 교육과정을 해양환경관리공단에서 운영하기 때문에 교육 수요에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하여 교육계획을 수립하여야 한다. 선박 해양오염방지관리인의 교육 현황을 알아보고 교육수요에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 주요요인을 분석하였다. 현재 한국해양수산연수원에서 시행하고 있는 선박 해양오염방지관리인 교육과정은 정규과정의 경우 3일간 21시간, 재교육의 경우 2일간 18시간, 유해액체물질 교육의 경우 2일간 17시간 교육하고 있다. 2008년의 연간 교육생 숫자는 정규과정의 경우 516명, 재교육과정의 경우 1085명, 유해액체물질 교육과정의 경우 135명이었다. 선박의 증가율이 선박의 해양오염방지관리인수에 영향을 미치는 주요변수로 나타남에 따라 연도별 예상선박발주량을 근거로 선박의 오염방지관리인수를 전망하였으나, 해운시황 변화, 조선 산업 변동 등의 주요요인에 따라 크게 변할 수 있다.

해양시설의 다양화, 해양환경관리업의 활성화, 해양환경관리법의 시행 둥으로 인하여 해양오염방지관리인 교육 제도에도 변화가 예상된다. 2011년부터는 해양오염방지관리인 교육과정을 해양환경관리공단에서 운영하기 때문에 교육 수요에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하여 교육계획을 수립하여야 한다. 해양시설 해양오염방지관리인의 교육수요에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 주요요인을 살펴본 결과, 해양시설의 증가 및 해양환경관리업의 성장이 해양시설 해양오염방지관리인 교육생수에 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
