  • Because of the powerful tolerance of overload, dynamic response and anti-erosion, Reluctive Pressure Transducer(RPT), as a measuring element of oil pressure equipment is applied to the measuring system of vessels, air craft. The Electrical reluctance appeared in the pressed diaphragm. To process the reluctance as a electric signal, bridge circuit is used. The design using the reluctance of pressure sensor is described in this paper. For the high efficiency of the sensitive RPT, pressure sensor structure is presented and electrical signal processing is simulated.

램프를 이용한 측 추력기 성능향상에 관한 연구 (A Study for Performance Enhancement of Side Jet using a Ramp)

  • 초음속 유동하에서 측 추력기의 후방에 램프를 설치하였을 경우의 유통 현상을 실험 및 수치해석을 이용하여 해석하였다. 실험적인 방법으로, 가시화방법으로는 쉴리렌, 압력 측정을 위한 방법으로 압력 탭 (Pressure Tap), Pressure Sensitive Paint를 이용하였으며, 수치해석을 위하여 AeroSoft사의 GASP ver. 4.0을 사용하였다. 실험조건은 자유류의 흐름이 마하수 4 측 추력기와 자유류의 압력비가 532 이었으며 GASP을 사용하여 3D 램프형상에 대한 고찰을 하였다. 위의 모든 결과들은 후방의 램프가 없을 경우와 비교를 통하여 램프를 장착하였을 경우 수직력의 감소없이 피칭다운 모멘트가 70% 정도 감소함을 확인하였다.

압력감응페인트를 이용한 확대/축소 유로에서의 막냉각 효율 측정 (Measurement of the Film Cooling Effectiveness using Pressure Sensitive Paint on Convergent/Divergent Channel)

  • Film cooling effectiveness on the convergent or divergent channel was measured by pressure sensitive paint technique. The channel convergent or divergent angle was changed from $-5^{\circ}$ to $10^{\circ}$ and the tested blowing ratios were 0.5, 1 and 2. Results showed that the film cooling effectiveness on the convergent channel was not much affected by the convergent angle. With divergent film cooled surface, the film cooling effectiveness near the injection hole decreased as the divergent angle increases. However, the film cooling effectiveness at far downstream from the hole showed opposite trend. For the non-film cooled surface inclined case, the film cooling effectiveness was not much affected by the divergent angle.

SIS계 점착제의 상용성과 점착물성 (Compatibility and Properties of SIS Pressure Sensitive Adhesives)

  • 무용제 타입의 hot melt계 중 styrene-isoprene-styrene(SIS) 블럭공중합체에 대한 tackifier resin의 상용성과 점탄성, 그에 영향을 미치는 점착물성에 관해 조사하였다. SIS블럭공중합체의 이소프렌상에서는 $C^5$ petroleum resin이 상용성이 우수하며, coumarone-indene resin은 전혀 상용성을 보이지 않았다. 그에 따른 점착력, 초기점착력, 견지력 등의 점착물성은 $C^5$ petroleum resin>rosin ester resin>coumarone-indene resin순으로 나타났으며, 고무상에서 상용성이 우수한 tackifier resin이 효과적임을 알았다. 한편, 이때의 저장탄성률(G')에서, plateau modulus값이 $1{\times}10^6-3{\times}10^6dyn/cm^2$일때 점착력이 가장 우수하였다.

  • Many kinds of robots and machines have been developed to replace human laborin industrial and medical fields, as well as domestic life. In these applications, the device sneed to obtain environmental data using diverse sensors. Among such sensors, the tactile sensor is important because of its ability to get information regarding surface texture and force through the use of mechanical contact. In this research, a simple tactile sensor was developed using the direct writing of pressure sensitive material and layered fabrication of photocurable material. The body of the sensor was fabricated using layered fabrication, and pressure sensitive materials were dispensed between the layers using direct writing. We examined the line fabrication characteristics of the pressure sensitive material according to nozzle dispensing conditions. A simple $4{\times}4$ array flexible tactile sensor was successfully fabricated using the proposed process.

2-Hydroxyethyl Acrylate가 아크릴계 점착제의 물성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of 2-Hydroxyethyl Acrylate for the Properties of Acrylic Pressure Sensitive Adhesives)

  • Acrylic pressure sensitive adhesives of n-butyl acrylate, 2-ethyl acrylate, methyl acrylate, vinyl acetate, acrylic acid, acrylonitrile and 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate were synthesized and basic physical properties of pressure sensitive adhesives with increasing the contents of 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate were investigated. 2-Hydroxyethyl acrylates effects on glass transition temperature, viscosity, hardening time and peel strength. Glass transition temperature(Tg) decreased with increasing the contents of 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate. Viscosity and hardening time were increased with increasing the contents of 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate. On the other hands, peel strength increased with increasing the contents of 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate up to 6 wt% and the decreased at further higher contents of 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate. In peel test, interfacial failure was occured in 8 wt% and 10wt%.

Thermal Conductivity and Adhesion Properties of Thermally Conductive Pressure-Sensitive Adhesives

  • The effects of particle content, size and shape on the thermal conductivity (k) and adhesion properties of thermally conductive, pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSAs) were investigated. The matrix resins were thermally crosslinkable, 2-ethylhexyl acrylic polyol and ultraviolet (UV)-curable, random copolymer consisting of acrylic oligomer and various acrylates. We found that k increased with increasing diameter and particle aspect ratio, and was further enhanced due to the reduction of the interfacial thermal barrier when the coupling agent, which increases the adhesion between particles and the matrix resin, was used. On the other hand, adhesion properties such as peel strength and tack of the thermally crosslinkable resin decreased sharply with increasing particle content. However, for UV curable resin, increased particle addition inhibited the decrease in adhesion properties.

  • The physicochemical characteristics, adhesion power, and conservation of imported tapes repairing documents that consisted of adhesive, carrier, and masking were investigated. Materials related to pressure sensitive adhesive produced in domestic companies were examined also. And then, the performance evaluation of prototype manufactured in our laboratory was undertaken. Both the pressure sensitive tapes were compared. The polyacrylate of adhesive agents such as polyacrylate, starch, Glue, and PVA of imported tapes was best. The adhesion strength, power, reversibility, and stability (deterioration) of imported tapes were analyzed. By comparing results of imported tapes, two adhesive agents were selected finally. The carriers of imported tapes are made of one of papers, cotton sheets, and felts. Major carrier material was a paper. The jutes, conifers, and hardwoods were main ingredient of papers. The durability of Hangi($18{\pm}2g/m^2$) was one and half times superior to imported one.

유백피 추출물을 함유한 하이드로겔 패치의 주름 억제 효과 (Anti-wrinkle Effect of Pressure Sensitive Adhesive Hydrogel Patches Containing Ulmi Cortex Extract)

  • The decreasing effect of wrinkle on the pressure sensitive adhesive hydrogel patches containing ulmi cortex extract and sorbitol as the drug for anti-wrinkle were investigated. In this study, hydrogels were prepared by the crosslinking reaction of acrylic polymers and aluminum ions produced by L(+)-tartaric acid hydrolysis of the dihydroxy aluminum aminoacetates. The inhibition concentration of ulmi cortex extract on the collagenase exhibited at 0.01%. Furthermore, the moisturizing effect of hydrogel patches formulated with sorbitol was higher than that without it. In vivo animal test in hairless mouse showed that the ulmi cortex-loaded hydrogel patches had about 31.2% of anti-wrinkle effect compared to blank (before attaching the patches). Human test showed that only 33% of subjects showed the decreasing of wrinkle during 8 weeks. In conclusion, the model pressure sensitive adhesive hydrogel patches in this study would be pharmaceutically applicable for the wrinkle treatment on the facial skin.

다이싱 테이프용 자외선 경화형 점착제의 접착 물성 (Adhesion Properties of UV-curable Pressure Sensitive Adhesives for Dicing Tape)

  • 다이싱 테이프에 사용되는 UV경화형 점착제를 아크릴 공중합체를 butyl acrylate, acrylic acid, methyl methacrylate를 용액 중합을 통해 중합한 뒤, trimethylolpropane triacrylate를 블렌딩하여 제조하였다. 제조된 점착제는 UV 조사량에 따라 접착력, 유리전이온도 ($T_g$)를 측정하였는데 UV 조사량이 증가할수록 접착력은 급격하게 감소하였고 $T_g$도 증가하였다. 웨이퍼 표면에 점착 샘플을 부착하여 UV 조사 후 박리하여 표면을 관찰한 결과 점착잔류물을 남기지 않았다.
