This study investigated the practical use of educational subjects and contents of materials in the fashion industry field and analyzed all data from respondents depending on business area and years of work in order to develop appropriate educational methods and courses. The survey was conducted with 151 questionnaires; 148 responses were used in the data analysis. The statistical analysis methods were frequency analysis, factor analysis, and ANOVA. The factors of educational subjects for Clothing and Textiles were classified into three categories of product planning, manufacturing and basic information, and manufacturing-related subjects (including materials); subsequently, these showed a high practical use in the fashion business. There were significant differences in the practical use of educational subjects that depended on business areas and years of work for respondents. In the case of education of materials, the contents of fibers, knit fabrics and textile planning were used the most in various business areas; in addition, there were also significant differences in the practical use of knits, textile care, textile planning and trade, and textile retailing depending on business area.

This paper describes a practical ergonomic approach for the shipbuilding industry that occupies the highest rate of work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSD) in Korea. Typical work processes within a shipbuilding operation were surveyed to determine the presence of risk factors associated with musculoskeletal disorders. We used interviews, document analysis, video analysis, and OWAS postural analysis to identify and quantify ergonomic risk factors that workers may be exposed to in the course of their normal work duties. Some ergonomics actions were performed to solve the problems identified in the risk factor analysis. The practical ergonomic approach has resulted in decreases in workers' accident, and increases in productivity. The ergonomic solutions developed in this study could be applied to other sectors of industry that share common features of work with shipbuilding industry.

Construction equipment noise has caused much annoyance for a number of dwellers in nearby construction field and has become a very serious issue in our living environment. Therefore, in our country, a practical solution and a better method of reducing construction equipment noise are highly required in construction field. Practical solutions for the construction equipment noise, however, are very difficult because the poorness of basic data and insufficiency of the existing research. Especially, in order to establishment of sound insulation plan about pilings work noise that has highly sound pressure level and impactive, a real situation of sound characteristics about pilings work noise in foundation work demands close investigation. In this point, this study attempts to surveys the characteristics of attenuation and propagation of construction equipment noise in pilings work using SIP(soilcement injected precast pile) method. And this study intends to get the basic data for establishment of a standard about construction noise.

Dental assistant in South Korea, The work is overlapped considerably between dental hygienist and dental practical nurse. Moreover, dental technician, hospital coordinator work in dentistry consultation deeply. It cause friction among work scope of occupation's type. Accordingly It is purpose to get basic data which is necessary to deduce division of work training and utilization of human resources in oral health distinguish clearly between business occupations. Also compared and analyzed via analysis of frequency and ANOVA above 10 works around something legal work of dental hygienist regarding work reality of dental assistant in dental clinic and hospital. Compare with scaling, representative item about 10 works center on legal work of dental hygienist, is implementing dental technician 9(75%), practical nurse 64(87.67%), etc. 11(64.71%). Dental assistant except dental hygienist is implementing indigenous legal work of dental hygienist. Dental institution secure enough man power, It is suggested necessity for policy means regarding role and work scope of dental assistant.

Active vibration control via inertial mass actuators has been shown as an effective tool to significantly reduce human-induced vertical vibrations, allowing structures to satisfy vibration serviceability limits. However, a lot of practical obstacles have to be solved before experimental implementations. This has motivated simple control techniques, such as direct velocity feedback control (DVFC), which is implemented in practice by integrating the signal of an accelerometer with a band-pass filter working as a lossy integrator. This work provides practical guidelines for the tuning of DVFC considering the damping performance, inertial mass actuator limitations, such as stroke and force saturation, as well as the stability margins of the closed-loop system. Experimental results on a full scale steel-concrete composite structure (behaves similar to a footbridge) with adjustable span are reported to illustrate the main conclusions of this work.

Therefore anyone can make the order of the course as they need. This program has contributed much to the growth of the company and helped to achieve a world-wide reputation. Also foreign aid project created a KEPCO image which will enjoy the nation's love and confidence. Through this course we can increase our international competeitivenessand and will have a chance to start a business that has a future in Northwest Africa.

Background: Safety management is required to ensure health and safety of personnel in Norwegian fish farming. However, few studies have addressed the status and practical relevance of this risk-reducing measure. Methods: This article provides new knowledge through interviews with 35 employees at different company levels, addressing perceptions of various safety management activities according to managers and operational personnel. Results: The interviews show that managers and operational personnel at fish farms agree that the quantity of measures aimed to improve safety has increased in recent years. However, some activities are perceived to have higher practical relevance than others. In general, measures that fit well with the practical reality are well received by the employees at the fish farms. Conclusion: Suggested improvements include involving operational personnel in the design of procedures, considering all risk dimensions that may affect occupational health and safety, and challenging the value of specific safety activities based on a detailed knowledge of the distinctive characteristics of work practice in fish farming.

To enhance the university-industry collaboration, a novel program named as Internship & Capstone Design Integrated program (ICIP) is developed by Dongguk University. Senior students must take one Capstone design class for graduation. By participating in summer Internship and one-year Capstone Design work, practical problems given by businesses are solved. The ICIP is a Project and Internship-based course. By participating in summer internship and one-year Capstone Design work, practical problems given by businesses are solved. The internship course requires students to work in teams under mentors who work in the partner company proposed project themes. Students apply their academic experiences in constructing real projects at work under the supervision of their site mentors and academic advisor. In this regard, this study attempts to present a case study on the assessment of program outcomes using the Internship.

While the endeavor to introduce the service activity in the college education is enlarged, the object of this study is to introduce the concept of service learning in social work education. The 'content centered service-learning' is focusing on the practical education, the liaison and participation in community and the promotion of civil awareness which are very important in social work education that focuses on the interest and participation in the human and social problem as practical study. This study contemplates the educational effect of the course of social work combined with service learning. This study verifies the self-efficacy, the altruism, the change of social responsibility of students and the effect by carrying out the course of social welfare and service activities side by side. To evaluate the effect of service learning, pre and post test and qualitative analysis in journal of service activity, the discussion during the class and the mid and final term evaluation were done. Through the service learning, students showed the promotion in self-esteem, the altruism, the social responsibility, the self insights as a social worker and were able to have the chance to consider their future job. From the view point of local centers, it was evaluated that the service activity of students was helpful to the institutions and the clients, and that the liaison between the community agency and the college and the experience of integration of service learning and the course of social welfare was helpful too. Based on the above mentioned results, this study provide some recommendations in implementation of service-learning as the teaching methodology of social work.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand the present status of the work performance of the construction industry health managers and the developmental direction for the construction industry health management. Methods: The subjects of this study were 149 health managers working in the construction industry. Data of a total of 130 participants were analyzed by excluding the missing data among field workers. The contents of the survey were the characteristics of the workplace, the difficulties and requirements of health management, and the level of job performance. Results: The factors affecting measuring work environment task were age, number of workers, number of safety managers, and lack of support from the headquarters. The factors affecting managing work environment and physicochemical harmful factors were age, type of contract and conflicting business opinions. The factors affecting implementing health examination were age, type of contract, and number of safety managers. The factors affecting healthcare were age, type of contract, number of safety manager, presence of healthcare room, and conflicting business opinions. Conclusion: It is necessary to provide practical guidance and practical resources, and education for strengthening capacity. The support for business owners and managers support is needed.
