치과기공사 실기시험 개선에 관한 조사 연구 II (The Study on the improvement of dental technician practical examination II)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the improvement measures of dental technician practical examinations. Methods: A survey was performed on 37 professors through a questionnaire. The results were analyzed by SPSS 12.0. The collected data was analyzed by frequency and the chi-square test. Results: The education compared to the satisfaction of practice examinations only differs in the method of enforcement(p<.05). The evaluations on the ability to perform the job with practical subjects were inadequate (37.8%). Questions with the most necessary work tools through the articulator was highest at 48.7%, Electric wax carver was 32.4%, and heating clear was 3.5%. Conclusion: There must be an improvement to increase the cooperation within the clinical department, while considering the practical exam environment.

치과기공사 실기시험 개선에 관한 조사 연구 I (The Study on the improvement of dental technician practical examination I)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the improvement measure of dental technician practical examination. Methods: A survey was performed on 111 dental technicians who were self-written questionnaire. The results were analyzed by SPSS 12.0. The collected data was analyzed by frequency and chi-square test. Results: Questions most necessary work tools with the articulator was the highest with 55.9%, Electric wax carver(16.2%), heating clear(14.4%), CAD/CAM program(9.0%) was in the order. The need for additional practical test in response to actions included maxillary and mandibular comments occlusal work that you have to wax up the highest rate of 63.8%. Items most in need of improvement was strengthen of clinically oriented(48.0%), separation of written and practical(14.6%), control the degree of difficulty(11.4%) were the next order. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, the current dental technician did not show major problems in the practical test. However, clinicians should be strengthened mainly. To do this, the use of the articulator is essential.

치과위생사 국가 실기시험 개선 연구 (A study on the improvement of the national dental hygienist practical examination)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine the problems with the current practical examination, to suggest some of the right directions for that and to facilitate the improvement of the exam. Methods : The subjects in this study were the selected professors involving professors in charge of practice and the selected clinical dental hygienists who had ever served as the graders of the national practical exam. Results : A direct practical test was required in the national practical exam (77.3%), and educational facilities(79.2%)(p<0.05). They didn't put confidence in the national practical exam(81.0%) nor viewed the items about the removal and detection of dental calculus as appropriate(58.5%), either. Specifically, the items were considered to be more inappropriate by the professors in charge of practice(74.3%) than by the other professors and clinical dental hygienists(p<0.05). Concerning ways of administering the national exam, the largest group preferred that a professional evaluator should evaluate students in person by visiting their colleges(66.8%). Conclusions : The above-mentioned findings illustrated that both of the dental hygiene professors and the clinical dental hygienists thought the current national dental hygienist practical exam would absolutely be necessary since it exerted a great influence on education and educational facilities, and that the national exam should be improved to gain more confidence, to solve comprehensive problems and to ensure the efficiency of administration.

  • It was enacted 'Emergency Medical Act' in January, 1994 beginning the emergency medical service system from 1982, and while it was established the emergency medical department in junior college providing the detailed agenda about emergency medical technician and the regulation relative to the application of a law on the emergency medical act in 1995, the fire school and the National Medical Center are enforced the curriculum. It is very important subject faced for the construction of emergency medical system to produce a number of emergency medical technicians to be sufficient to the role of emergency aid. In this study it is analysed the training curriculum for the emergency medical technician and presented the improvement plans. 1. Though it needs the qualification level of first and second class in the selection process, the more important thing needs the detailed qualification level by term of one's service and the skills of business accomplishment. 2. In the examination management, (1) written examination is composed of the questions to understand how much faithfully they carry out the practical business as the emergency medical technicians, (2) it is added practical examination as the item to appraise the situation disposal ability. 3. It is necessary to prescribe the activity in the medical institution and ambulance arrangement through the development of 'Business Treatment Guide'. 4. For the regional balanced disposition of emergency medical personnel it is selected balanceably the educational institution by eight medical service areas, and considering the characteristics of region it is necessary to manage, in the practical business training course, another special course such as the mountains medical aid and sea medical aid. 5. In the period of education the first class needs the practical business training period of a certain period after passing examination, and the second class needs the extension of the period. 6. As the problems to improve in the curriculum [1] in the first class course (1) intensification of practical educaiton (2) reinforcement of curriculum (3) the development of standardized curriculum etc., [2] in the second class course (1) varieties of curriculum (2) intensification of basic first aid treatment education.

학생체질검사제도에 대한 인식과 개선방안 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Physical Examination for Students)

  • Recent domestic findings indicate steep increase of geriatric diseases such as obesity, diabetes, and high blood pressure among children and adolescents. It is, therefore, necessary to establish a new system for constitution inspection that reflects domestic adolescents' health conditions by the introduction of feasible items and systematic methods in the inspect ion. The objective of this study is to grasp the problems and to present proper ways of improving the system. As the method of the research during the period from September 2001 to March 2002 we refer to the domestic and foreign literature, and ask the advice of the specialists in pediatrics, family medicine, endocrine, cardiology. As on-site research we us e survey of nationwide elementary, middle, and high schools, visit representative local schools and have an interview with school nurses. Through the interview we try to find practical problems of school heath care and find proper method of students physic al examination. The abstract of the problems of student examination system is as following. To the question about the extent of the result of physical examination 46. 46.4%(school doctor) and 42.6%(parents and students) of the respondents answered "don't know". It means neglectfulness about examination itself. 62% of the school nurses responded "unsatisfactory" people who take charge of practical affairs have complaint about pre sent examination method. Because of the short time of the examination, and numerous students, the examination was incomplete. Several questions, method of physical examination, content of physical examination and list of physical examination, were raised. Reform measures for physical examination system of students were presented by physician, school nurses, students and parents of student.

  • 이 연구는 중국 현행 교사자격증 취득 시험과 관련된 특징과 문제를 살펴봄으로써 개선 방향을 제시하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 교사자격증 취득 시험과 관련된 필기시험과 면접시험의 응시 조건, 시험 내용 등을 분석하였고, 그 특징과 문제점을 알아보았다. 중국 교사자격증 시험은 교육부 확정 각 지역 실행하여, 필기시험과 면접시험을 포함하고 있어, 사범생과 비사범생을 구별하지 않고 심신 조건과 학력 조건을 만족시키는 사람들은 누구나 참가할 수 있다. 필기시험에서 기본적으로 종합 소질, 교육교학지식과 능력, 교과목 지식과 교학 능력 3과목이 포함되어 있어, 면접시험은 주로 응시자의 기본 소양과 교학 설계, 실시, 평가 등의 교학 기본 기능을 고찰한다. 중국 교사자격증 시험에 대한 문제는 주로 3 가지로 여길 수 있다. 첫째, 응시 조건에서 학력 조건을 중점으로 낮게 요구하고 국적 및 사상을 기본 조건으로 요구하는 것에 대한 한계도 존재한다. 둘째, 교육 실천 능력을 경시하여 필기시험에 의한 교사 자격을 고찰할 뿐이다. 셋째, 면접시험은 합리적이지 않고 표면화가 되어 형식에 그친다.

URDG 하의 지급청구를 위한 제시요건과 그 일치성 기준 (A Study on the Requirements and Compliance Standard of a Presentation for Demand for Payment under URDG)

  • Bank Guarantee system is commonly used as useful financial instruments to support various overseas and domestic business activities by providing bank guarantees. Therefore, it will be able to develop as a useful socio-economic useful system. However, some procedural problem can arise from the processes under demands for payment. Therefore, it is very important to review the requirements of the demand for payment and compliance standard for the examination of a presentation under the guarantee system. It is necessary to examine main issues under the revised URDG 758. The URDG introduced the same examination principle of "need not be identical to, but shall not conflict with' as that of UCP 600. The main changes of the URDG 758 like this imply the mitigation of the compliance standard for examination. So, This paper is to provide a comparative study of the regulations and laws for the examination standard and propose their implications and practical notes under bank guarantee system. For this purpose, this study will be examined the practical and legal issues focusing on the relative regulations of the revision URDG 758. It will also be reviewed and compared with the URDG, ISP98, UCP 600 and so on.

일부 치위생(학)과 학생들의 치과위생사 국가고시 실기시험에서의 치주낭 측정 평가 필요성에 관한 연구 (Necessity of measuring the periodontal pocket depth according to dental hygiene studentsin the mock national board examination)

  • Background: This study was aimed at investigating the perception of the requirement of measuring the periodontal pocket depth of the dental hygiene students in the mock national board examination. Methods: SPSS 25.0 (IBM SPSS Statistics) was used to perform the independent t-test for the recognition level of dental hygiene students in the interdisciplinary practical national board examination. A p-value < 0.05 was set to indicate statistical significance. Results: Participants showed a high recognition level for the requirement of measuring the periodontal pocket depth without any difference among disciplines. When periodontal pocket depth measurement was included in the national board examination, the educational and clinical work of dental hygienists was expected to be unified, and the professionalism of dental hygienists was expected to be strengthened. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that the feasibility of introducing periodontal pocket depth measurement in the practical national board examination for dental hygienists should be reviewed by a group of experts.

A Study on the Subjectivity of Pre-Physical Education Teachers on the Track and Field Practical Skill Test of Examination System for Appointing Secondary Physical Education Teachers

  • 이 연구의 목적은 중등체육교원 임용고사 육상실기평가에 대한 예비체육교사의 인식을 탐색하는데 있다. 이를 위해 인간 내면의 감정, 의견, 인식 등을 탐색할 수 있는 Q방법론을 활용하였다. 분석결과 3가지 유형이 탐색되었고, 각 유형은 전문시설지원요구형과 전문기술지도요구형 그리고 평가방법개선요구형으로 명명되었다. 결론으로, 중등체육교원 임용고사 육상실기평가를 준비하는데 있어 예비체육교사들은 전문시설의 지원과 전문기술을 지도받을 수 있는 기회의 제공 그리고 평가 방법과 절차에 대한 구체적인 사전 안내 등을 희망하는 것으로 해석되었다.

직무기반 치과기공사 실기시험 시행 방안에 대한 제언 (Suggestions on the implementation plan for job-based dental technician practical exam)

  • Purpose: This study aims to make suggestions for the implementation of the job-based dental technician practical exam. Methods: The duties of dental technicians and the recent trends in the dental technician field were defined and identified, respectively, to achieve the purpose of the current study. The practical test system of domestic and foreign national tests was comparatively analyzed to seek improvements. Additionally, the direction of the practical test to be taken in the future was investigated through a public hearing of domestic experts. Results: As a result of this study, the job site of dental technicians was recently found to be undergoing many changes, and it can be observed that related laws and the work site have already changed. Comparison of overseas test systems showed that Korea was limited to a rather small evaluation range; in general, the scope of the evaluation of the practical tests in foreign countries was widely conducted. In the results of the public hearing, opinions exist that the evaluation range of the practical test was expanded and that new subjects were needed, but the opinion on the existence of practical difficulties was mainly mentioned. Conclusion: The evaluation range of the current practical examination subjects should be expanded and the evaluation of digital dental engineering subjects should be added to proceed with the job-based practical examination. However, it seems that efforts should be made gradually through various efforts in the future due to practical difficulties.
