직병렬조합 배터리팩의 안전운용을 위한 Z-score 기반 이상 동작 검출 방법 (Z-score Based Abnormal Detection for Stable Operation of the Series/Parallel-cell Configured Battery Pack)

  • Lithium-ion batteries have been designed and used as battery packs with series and parallel combinations that are suitable for use. However, due to its internal electrochemical properties, producing the battery's condition at the same value is impossible for individual cells. In addition, the management of characteristic deviations between individual cells is essential for the safe and efficient use of batteries as aging progresses with the use of batteries. In this work, we propose a method to manage deviation properties and detect abnormal behavior in the configuration of a combined battery pack of these multiple battery cells. The proposed method can separate and detect probabilistic low-frequency information according to statistical information based on Z-score. The verification of the proposed algorithm was validated using experimental results from 10S3P battery packs, and the implemented algorithm based on Z-score was validated as a way to effectively manage multiple individual cell information.

  • 본 논문에서는 배터리전원 또는 태양광과 연료전지 등의 신재생 전원에서 발생되는 저전압 에너지원을 고전압으로 변환하기 위한 DC-DC 컨버터의 설계에 대해 연구하였다. 입력 DC24[V] 전압을 출력전압 400[V]로 변환하기 위한 H-브리지 컨버터의 회로 토폴로지에 있어 출력측 전력 및 전압을 제어하기 위해 위상천이제어를 적용하여 구현하였다. 제안된 컨버터 시스템의 장점으로는 전류 스트레스 감소 및 높은 효율성, 신뢰성 및 단순화된 관리뿐만 아니라 저렴한 비용 등을 들 수 있으며, 가정용 전력 생산을 위한 시스템으로 매우 유용하다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

견마로봇의 전력제어 및 최적 운용에 대한 연구 (Study on Power Control and Optimal Management for Dog-Horse Robot)

  • Recently, unmanned electric vehicles are increasingly interested among all of the world since they can provide low exhaust gas, high efficiency and high mobility. To exploit their silent maneuver and high mobility, unmanned electric vehicles have been developed since early 1980's for military. However, it is not easy to design and control a power system satisfying operating duration and mobility performance requirements based on various mission profiles for military use under the conditions of limited space and weight. Moreover it is also necessary to prevent over-charge, over-discharge and voltage unbalance between cells of battery to secure high voltage battery which is serially connected with muti-cells. In this paper, we presents power control and optimal management method for the dog-horse robot which adopts a electric power system and suggests a guide-line to manage and control to secure high voltage battery.

  • Urban transit consists of signaling system, railway systems, power facilities systems and the other complicated facilities and the standards notify the standardizations, safety standards, performance standards and quality certification standards according to the Urban Transit Act. The government notifies and recommends these standards to improve the performance, safety and maintenance efficiency of urban transit. Now, we need to manage the records and traceability of the standards because they have reciprocal relations with the others so that, if some standards have been changed it could make some problems to the others. As a result, in this research, we suggest the way to manage the traceability of the standards by using the computation support tools.

능동전력제어에 의한 하이브리드 동력시스템의 출력특성 연구 (A study on the Power Characteristics of Hybrid Power System by Active Power Management)

  • 본 연구에서 대상으로 삼은 순항 200 W급 전기동력무인기는 태양전지, 연료전지, 배터리를 동시에 주 전력원으로 사용한다. 각 전력원별 출력은 능동전력제어 방식에 의해 연료전지의 최대 출력을 제한한 상태에서 배터리의 적정용량을 유지하도록 각 전력원별 전력제어를 수행하게 된다. 능동전력제어 방식에 의한 각 전력원별 출력변동은 지상통합시험을 통해 확인하였다. 또한 연료전지의 최대출력제한이 전체 시스템의 출력변동에 미치는 영향을 실험적으로 확인하였으며, 연료전지의 최대출력값은 연료전지 시스템용 6직렬 소형 배터리의 과방전을 방지하기 위해서는 150W가 적절함을 확인하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 걷기 여행길이나 계통 전원 사용이 어려운 공원, 시골, 행사장, 공사현장 등 다양한 장소에 자유롭게 설치할 수 있는 태양광 에너지 기술을 이용한 계통 독립형 이동식 스마트 쉼터를 제시한다. 제안된 스마트 쉼터는 태양광 발전과 에너지 저장장치를 갖추고 IoT 기술을 접목하여 실내외 온습도, 미세먼지, 여행객 인지를 실시간으로 수집이 가능하며. 이를 통해 폭염, 한파 상황 및 여행객 유무에 따른 최적의 에너지 운영을 수행함으로써 효율적으로 에너지 관리가 가능하며, 계통 전원 없이 최대한 장시간 대피소의 역할이 가능하다.

  • 본 논문은 각종 센서와 관리자 등을 통해 온도와 조도를 측정하여 전력량을 모니터링하며 제어하고 있는 공장용 에너지관리시스템(FEMS, Factory Energy Management System), 빌딩용 에너지관리시스템(BEMS, Building Energy Management System), 주택용 에너지관리시스템(HEMS, Home Energy Management System)등으로 크게 나누어지는 기존의 에너지관리시스템(EMS : Energy Management System)에서 사용하고 있는 각종 센서 정보들을 포함한 수집 가능한 빅 데이터를 활용하여 본 논문에서 제안하는 공간 기반 에너지관리시스템(SEMS, Space-based Energy Management System)의 추론엔진을 통해 일정한 크기와 유사한 특성을 가진 단위 공간을 정의하고 에너지를 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 공간의 크기나 특성에 따라서 SEMS의 추론엔진의 Self-Learning을 통해 추론엔진 자신이 학습을 통해 점차 스마트하게 진화하면서, 사용되는 전력량을 절감하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • A virtual power plant (VPP) technology is a cluster of distributed generation installations. VPP system is that integrates several types of distributed generation sources, so as to give a reliable overall power supply. Virtual power plant systems play a key role in the smart grids concept and the move towards alternative sources of energy. They ensure improved integration of the renewable energy generation into the grids and the electricity market. VPPs not only deal with the supply side, but also help manage demand and ensure reliability of grid functions through demand response (DR) and other load shifting approaches in real time. In this paper, utilizing a variety of distributed generation resources(such as emergency generator, commercial generator, energy storage device), activation scheme of the virtual power plant technology. In addition, through the analysis of the domestic electricity market, it describes a scheme that can be a virtual power plant to participate in electricity market. It attempts to derive the policy support recommendation in order to obtain the basics to the prepared in position of power generation companies for the commercialization of virtual power plant.

퍼스널 컴퓨터를 이용한 원자력발전소의 가동전.중 검사자료 관리 체제 전산화 (PSI/ISI Data Management System by using Personal Computer in Nuclear Power Plant)

  • In nuclear power plants, nondestructive examinations(NDE) plays an important role in ensuring the integrity and reliability operation. As the number of plants and operational time increased, manual handling of voluminous data associated with PSI/ISI(preservice/inservice inspection) could result in many errors or mistakes in writing the examination plan or other reports. Several new approaches to process the data have been attempted and DBMS(Data Base Management System) has been well known concept with a faster and more accurate data processing. This paper proposes an application program, called NDTSYS designed with DBMS in micro computer. The program could be used for a tool to add new records to a data base, change existing records, delete records and request reports with the data base. It would be helpful to the user who manage the PSI/ISI data with minimal time and effort.
