This study examined effects on children's emotional expressiveness and regulation strategies or maternal attitudes and emotional expressiveness. Participants were 180 children(88 girls) age 3-5, their mothers, and 20 teachers. Results showed boys used more aggressive and girls used more positive coping strategies. Younger children used more aggressive and non-expressive strategies. When mothers had more Permissive and Accepting attitudes, children used more positive coping strategies. When mothers had more Restrictive or Controlling attitudes, children used more aggressive strategies. When mothers expressed positive emotions, children used fewer aggressive and venting strategies. When mothers expressed negative emotions, children used more aggressive and fewer positive coping and non-expressive strategies. Negative maternal emotional expressiveness was an especially influential factor on children's emotional regulation strategies.

Practical Implications: Emotional sharing is encouraged for hospital's workers, and the authentic experiential climate contributes to improving work efficiency as well as organizational performance.
Polyacrylonitrile (PAN) fibers were pre-oxidized in a temperature range of 180-275$^{\circ}C$. The effects of positive and negative stretching on the structure and morphology of PAN fiber in the pre-oxidation process were studied by FTIR spectroscopy, XRD, and SEM. Mechanical property changes were also investigated. No changes in the movement and intensity of functional groups of PAN fibers were caused by positive stretching of up to 10% and negative stretching down to -8%. The crystal structure can be affected by the positive stretching and negative stretching. The maximum strength is 479.81 MPa when the stretching is positive, and the maximum strength is 420.55 MPa when the stretching is negative.
This study identified the important service quality of the emerging night market as an alternative for the revitalization of the traditional market. This study also was to analyze the effects of service quality on customers' emotions, behavior intention and local performance in night market, and to provide an effective operation plan. The collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 16.0 Version, a statistical package program, and various results were discovered. First, all the service quality factors (convenience, food, event program, physical environment) had a positive (+) effect on positive emotion, and the service quality factors except event program had a negative (-) effect on negative emotions. Second, the service quality factors had a partially positive (+) effect on behavior intention and local performance. Third, the positive and negative emotions had a effect on behavior intention, however, the positive emotions had a positive (+) effect on local performance. Consequently, the present study confirmed that service quality in the night market is important factors for emotions, behavior intention, and local performance. Therefore, the findings of this study is capable of being the basic data for revitalizing the traditional market in the future.
The purpose of this study is to develop a nature friendly education program that would support ecological literacy of preschool children and to examine the effects of the program on their ecological knowledge and positive attitudes toward nature. The subjects of the study were 59 children from two child-care centers located at Gyeonggi Province. 30 preschoolers from one center were allocated into an experimental group, while 29 preschoolers from the other center were regarded as the control group. The program was composed of 24 sessions, performed three times a week for 20-30 minutes from May to June 2009. The instrument included the knowledge and attitudes toward the environmental scale for preschool children. The following results were obtained. First, the experimental group was found to attain higher level of ecological knowledge and more positive attitudes about nature as a result of the program. Second, after the program was administrated, the experimental group showed higher level of the knowledge and more positive attitudes about nature than the control group. These results suggest a program which conducts within a integrated teaching frame of meeting and getting familiar with nature and taking care of animals and plants, can become an effective early childhood education tool which fosters positive attitudes and knowledge concerning the environment.
Objectives : This experiment was designed to investigate the effect of Gojineumja(Guzhenyinzi, GJEJ) on damaged neural tissue in cultured glial cells and in the mouse brain tissue. Methods : The effects of the GJEJ on activation of astrocytes and caspase 3-positive cell counts in cultured glial cells administered with ${\beta}$-amyloid peptide were investigated. The effects of the GJEJ on levels of glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP)-positive reactive astrocyets and caspase 3-positive cells in the hippocampal subfields in the rats administered with scopolamine were investigated. Results : 1. GJEJ reduced levels of activated astrocytes and caspase 3-positive cell counts in cultured glial cells administered with ${\beta}$-amyloid peptide. 2. GJEJ reduced levels of GFAP-positive reactive astrocyets and caspase 3-positive cells in the hippocampal subfields in the rats administered with scopolamine. Conclusions : The present data. suggest that GJEJ may have a protective function of neuronal and non-neuronal cells in damaged neural tissue caused by AD-like stimulations. Further studies on identification of effective molecular components of GJEJ and their interactions with damaged neural cells would be important for understanding molecular mechanism and may be further applicable for the development of therapeutic strategies.
This study was conducted to examine the effects of interactivity, entertainment and ease of use, which are positive characteristics of SNS, on SNS using satisfaction and using reluctant intention and the roles of perceived values and trust among users in the relationships among these variables, in order to find a clue to contribution to positive use and development of SNS. For this study, a survey was performed targeting normal people in Seoul and the metropolitan area and a total of 224 effective questionnaires were acquired. Then frequency analysis, descriptive statistic analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation path analysis were carried out. As a result of analysis, interactivity and ease of use increased SNS using satisfaction and decreased using reluctant intention via trust and users' perceived values respectively. The result of analyzing the modification model showed that interactivity and entertainment directly increased SNS using satisfaction. These findings imply that SNS providers fully need to reflect the needs of consumers for interactivity, entertainment and ease of use for improving consumers' perceived values and trust. It is also concluded that consumers can enjoy positive SNS activities by increasing trust with SNS users through a positive understanding of interactivity and participation.

Corporate image also had a positive effect on brand identification. Besides, it was analyzed that corporate image and brand identification had positive effects on purchasing intention. Conclusions - The results show that sports sponsorship recognition can influence brand identification and purchasing intention, and contribute to the enhancement of corporate image. Since brand personality that matches the self-image of the targeted customer will have a more positive effect on the relationship with the consumer, marketing activities should be carried out so that the brand image can be identified with the company image of sports sponsorship activities.
Due to its nature, business foundation accompanies high levels of risk taking and responsibility. For this reason, entrepreneurs come to experience various negative emotions in the process of business foundation such as anxiety about risks, fear of failure, and pressure of success. However, entrepreneurs' negative emotions reduce individual inclinations for business foundation. Thus, it is necessary to research individual psychological characteristics that could reduce and attenuate entrepreneurs' negative emotions. To this end, this study examined the effects of Self-forgiveness, and Narcissism, psychological motivation variables, and Positive psychological capital and Career ambition, goal motivation variables, on entrepreneurial intentions. In order to verify research hypotheses, 326 questionnaires collected from prep-entrepreneurs were used for the empirical analysis. Looking at the analysis results, Self-forgiveness, Narcissism, Positive psychological capital and Career ambition had significant effects on entrepreneurial intentions. This study has a meaning in that it confirmed the influential relationship between the psychological characteristics reducing entrepreneurs' negative emotions and entrepreneurial intentions. In addition, this study suggested its implications, limitations, and future research directions based on the study results.
Objective : This experimental in vitro study investigates the effects of electro acupuncture stimuli to the DCX and PSA-NCAM positive cells in the dentate gyrus of spontaneously hypertensive rats. Methods : We used immunohistochemical methods to observe the change of neuron cells, and then counts the immunoactive cells under the $100{\times}$ visual field optical microscope. Results : 1. The counts of DCX-positive cells in the dentate gyrus significantly increased in the 2Hz group versus control group. Otherwise 100Hz group did not have a significant differance. 2. The counts of PSA-NCAM-positive cells in the dentate gyrus rather decreased in the both 2Hz group and 100Hz group versus control group. Conclusions : We find out the electro acupuncture stimuli have some effects upon cerebral neuron cell in the dentate gyrus spontaneously hypertensive rats.
