Micromachining is gaining popularity due to recent advancements in MEMS(Micro Electro Mechanical Systems). Using conventional micromachining, it is relatively difficult to produce moving components in the order of microns. Photolithography for silicon material has high accuracy machining, but it has low aspect ratio. X-ray lithography has ultra high accuracy machining, but it has expensive cost. Micro-EDM(electro discharge machining) has been gaining popularity as a new alternative method to fabricate micro-structures. In this study, Micro-EDM machine is developed available for fabricate micro-structures and two processes such as side cut EDM and milling EDM is proposed. Several sets of experiment results have been performed to study the characteristics of the machining process.

Information centric mobile network can significantly improve the data retrieving efficiency by caching contents at mobile edge. However, the cache pollution attack can affect the data obtaining process severely by requiring unpopular contents deliberately. To tackle the problem, we design an algorithm of mitigating cache pollution attacks in information centric mobile network. Particularly, the content popularity distribution statistic is proposed to detect abnormal behavior. Then a probabilistic caching strategy based on abnormal behavior is applied to dynamically maintain the steady-state distribution for content visiting probability and achieve the purpose of defense. The experimental results show that the proposed scheme can achieve higher request hit ratio and smaller latency for false locality content pollution attack than the CacheShield approach and the baseline approach where no mitigation approach is applied.

The purpose of this study was to examine the hiphop fashion which has the leading power of 1990's korean fashion flow. Hiphop Fashion represents individuals' unique characters and their culture. Baggy jeans with extra large shirts, various accessories, and a unique coordination of these items that is all their own represents the style that is hiphop. There are three major reasons why hiphop fashion has become so popular in the 1990's. First, the popularity of hiphop music whose singers directly influence the public. Second, the popularity of sports and sporting heros. These athletes' sporty Hiphop looks has amply shown that are also leaders of the hiphop fashion. Third, mass media like TV and many publications, defivitely helped to quickly spread hiphop all over the world. Music only TV stations like MTV and StarTV are good examples. Fashion always tells us much - as every anthropologist knows - and a thoughtful analysis of hiphop will reveal many interesting, and perhaps even surprising things about the men and women who wear it.

There is no other accessaries that is loved unchangeably in our clothes's life. It is always used except very hot season and it is loved as a necessity item of fashion coordination item used by catholic age group. There are many smart dressers who match more than ten scarfs to clothes otherwise having one or two before. The more having scarf is better for giving new images with usual clothes. The scarf fashion is boomed in streets from last season. Especially, luxury scarf is that popularity accessories in twenties women with a tendency of emphasizing wealth. The popularity of scarf can easily be recognized on the streets and on the displays in department. And the character brand of new basic feminie style is suggested the scarf as an accessary for coordination. It is appeared that animal prints, ethnic flower pattern prints and geometrical patterns for scarf. As the trend of fashion trade is diversified with classic and vintage, the design and style of scarf is satisfied. So there is a purpose of studying fashion scarf presentation to use scarf more efficiently.

The purpose of this study was to trace the development of Chintz pattern design through fashion history, and to focus on its application in modern times with special emphasis on filtered Chintz patterns. Chintz patterns use such motives as tree, animal, bird, and geometrical shapes, etc.. It reached the peak of its popularity with William Morris. His influence continued from the end of the 19th century through to the 20th century. Modern Chintz designs have been modified and diversified in different cultures through time, and such diversification & changes can be easily found in modern fashion. From previous studies and other related sources, we found that Chintz patterns were revived in modern fashion trends with some modification. We also discovered the importance of chintz pattern designs in ethnic and retro trends. Thus in conclusion, this study revealed the significance, flexibility, and lasting popularity of Chintz pattern designs in fashion history.

This paper focuses on a hash-based, distributed Wet caching network that eliminates inter-cache communication. An agent program on cache servers, a mapping program on the DNS server, and other components comprised in a distributed Web caching network were modified and developed to implement a so-called "consistent" hashing. Also, a dynamic load balancing algorithm is proposed to address the load-balancing problem that is a key performance issue on distributed architectures. This algorithm effectively balances the load among cache servers by distributing the calculated amount of mapping items that have higher popularity than others. Therefore, this developed network can resolve the imbalanced load that is caused by a variable page popularity, a non-uniform distribution of a hash-based mapping, and a variation of cache servers.

This paper describes the development of catamaran type powerboat applicable to leisure and transportation in the sea. Recently, the increasing prosperity of the leisure population has resulted in an increased popularity and need for recreational equipment such as water leisure powerboat. To satisfy the popularity and the need, catamaran type powerboat is developed applicable to leisure and simultaneously, as a means of tranportation for a short distance in the sea through the design using 3-Dimensional modeling method and experiments in circulating wate channel.

International arbitration as a dispute resolution mechanism in Asia is growing in popularity. Singapore has long been acknowledged as a regional arbitration center but Korea is now facing an increased demand as an arbitration center as well. As Singapore competes with Hong Kong and other international arbitration centers, and as Korea tries to become an alternative to Singapore, both Singapore and Korea have updated their arbitral laws and arbitration rules to reflect the current international arbitration trends. This paper examines the recent changes in the arbitration laws of Singapore and Korea, with an emphasis on recent changes in Korean arbitration laws that are designed to increase Korea's popularity as a regional arbitration center. Though Korea's reputation as an arbitration center is increasing, it is still not viewed as a major arbitration service provider. It is against this backdrop that Korea's international arbitration laws and rules will be viewed, with suggested changes to increase Korea's reputation as not only a regional hub but a center of international arbitration.
