타이 정치체제가 관료적 정체(bureaucratic polity) 혹은 반민주주의(semi-democracy)로 회귀하였다고 얘기된다. 그러나 이와 같은 시각은 국왕의 자문기구인 추밀원(Privy Council)의 정치적 개입을 제대로 드러내지 못한다. 이러한 맥락에서 이 논문은 근대적 절대군주제라는 분석적 개념을 통해 타이식 입헌군주제의 독특한 특징을 밝히고 있다. 요컨대 '네트워크 정치'(network politics)에 기반하는 타이식 입헌군주제(Thai way of constitutional monarchy)는 "국왕은 군림하되 통치하지 않는다"라는 규범에 토대한 전형적인 입헌군주제와 배치된다. 이는 타이 국왕이 실제로는 정치 위에 있는 것이 아니라 정치 안에 있음을, 또 정치적 갈등을 해결하고 군주제를 보위하기 위해 다양한 방식으로 정치에 개입하였음을 의미한다. 이 과정에서 국왕은 불교의 교리를 실천하는 반인반신이자 국가통합의 중심으로 추앙되었다. 심지어 왕실이 관여된 1976년 10월 6일 유혈참사 이후에도 국왕의 신성한 지위는 도전을 받지 않았고 국왕모독죄는 더욱 가혹한 처벌을 받게 되었다. 그 이후 국왕모독죄는 군부 쿠태타의 주된 명분이 되었다. 특히 군주 네트워크와 근대화 과정에서 성장한 탁신 네트워크에 기반한 부르주아 정체 간의 대격돌로부터 야기된 2006년 쿠테타와 이후 친탁신계 정부를 전복한 2014년 쿠테타를 계기로 국왕모독죄 사례가 급증하였다. 관료적 정체, 반민주주의, 민주주의를 포괄하는 타이에서의 근대적 절대군주제는 군부, 지식인, 민주당, 심지어 일부 시민사회조직들로부터 지지를 받는 국왕모독죄에 의해 지지되고 있다.

Empirical research into Đại Việt before the $14^{th}$ century has made little progress since the 1990s. To improve this situation, I here examine how the L$\acute{y}$ dynasty (1009-1226), the first long-lasting dynasty of Đại Việt, established stable local ruleafter the "Tang-Song Transition" in China that changed the entire picture of East Asia (including both Southeast and Northeast Asia). This paper focuses on two issues. First are the local administrative units and their governors. The nature of both higher units like lộ(circuits), phủ and ch$\hat{a}$u (provinces), and basic units like hươg and gi$\acute{a}$p (districts?) will be examined. Second, I examine non-institutional channels of local rule by the imperial family. By combining such administrative and non-administrative means, the L$\acute{y}$ central court enforced a considerably stable local rule for two centuries. Finally, I attempt some preliminary comparisons with the local rule of Goryeo (918-1392) in the Korean peninsula, a polity that shared many features with Đại Việt in the process of localization of the Tang and Song models. I hope this approach of viewing small empires from the standpoint not of their "goal" (modern states) but of their "start" (charter polities), will enrich the discussion of East Asian small empires.

본 연구는 기본적으로 프랜차이즈 본부와 가맹점간의 관계성과에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 내부정치 차원에서 결속에 영향을 미치는 관계특성 변수를 규명함과 동시에 결속에 의한 성과를 종합적으로 분석하여 관계관리에 대한 효율적인 방안을 모색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 실증은 국내 대표적인 외식 프랜차이즈 가맹점의 관점에서 진행하였다. 연구결과 비강압적 영향전략, 의존성, 협력, 목표불일치가 결속에 유의한 영향들 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다만 강압적 영향전략은 결속에 뚜렷한 영향을 주지 않고 있다. 또한 결속은 성과와 연계되어 채무성과와 역할설과를 증대시키는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 프랜차이즈 시스템의 관계를 더 효과적으로 발전시키기 위해서는 장기적인 결속을 통해 Win-Win 관계를 구축하는 노력이 중요하다고 할 수 있다.

This thesis is to analyze and assess a new refuse collection system that was based on the term of discharge based quantity and collection of refuse from the beginning on January 1, 1995.In the case study for the refuse collection policy of metropolitan Taegu city based on the year of operation, ie, before 1994, after 1995 and as of 1998, the refuse collection policy analyzed from current position and actual condition. The results of analysis as follows. In case of discharged refuse quantity was show 20.4% reduction than the operation was begun and more 5.8% reduction as of 1998.Under the operation of the refuse collection system, therefore, management of refuse and garbage, the reduction of discharged refuse, activation of refuse collection, Recycling and expansion of financial self-reliance increased efficiency of refuse collection system. In the conclusion, more perfect refuse collection system should be developed of implemented in the near future.

Experiments on deactivation kinetics of immobilized lipase enzyme from Candida cyl-indracea were performed in stirred bath reactor using rice bran oil as the substrate and temperature as the deactivation parameter. The data were fitted In first order deactivation model. The effect of temperature on deactivation rate was represented by Arrhenius equation. Theoretical equations were developed based on pseudo-steady state approximation and Michaelis -Menten rate expression to predict the time course of conversion due to enzyme deactivation and apparent half-life of the immobilized enzyme activity in PFR and CSTH under constant feed rate polity for no diffusion limitation and diffusion limitation of first order. Stability of enzyme in these continuous reactors was predicted and factors affecting the stability were analyzed.

This paper proposes a stepdown warranty policy: the warranty period consists of subintervals where the manufacturer's compensation is constant for warranty failures and decreases with the subinterval's number. Manufacturer's unit warranty cost is analyzed for both irrepairable and repairable products. we assume that only minimal repairs are performed for repairable items. Comparison with the free replacement polity indicates that the proposed policy has a longer warranty period if tile warranty reserves are the same and that manufacturer`s unit warranty cost is smaller if the warranty periods are tile same. Some numerical examples are also given.

IPCC reported that 17% of the global GHGs emission is from transport sector. Road transport sector contributes to 70% of transport sector's GHGs emission. Nowadays, Climate change is a global issue and railway transport is marked as an environmental friendly transport mode. For decreasing the GHGs emission of road transport sector which occupies almost of transport sector's GHGs emission, railway transport is emphasized as a environment friendly alternative transport. In this paper, For the promotion of railway transport's role about climate change, I indicated the direction of South Korea's railway transport policy by analyzing some countries' modal shifts and railway transport's climate change policy.

The most generalized form of the triadic operating policy for an M/G/1 queueing model is developed. It consists of three simple N, T and D operating policies and has a peculiar structure possessing concepts of dyadic policies. Using the concept of the pseudo probability density function of the busy period, its expected busy period for the controllable M/G/1 queueing model is derived. Since the obtained result is the most generalized form the triadic polity, the expected busy periods for all known dyadic policies are recovered as special cases from it.
