The aim of this study was to identify the factors affecting the mental health of high school students. The participants comprised 216 students in general high school. Data collection was conducted from May 1, 2020 to May 20, 2020. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and a multiple regression analysis. The average score for self-esteem was 3.75±0.64(1-5), perceived stress was 2.86±0.58(1-5), emotional regulation ability was 3.43±0.65(1-5) and mental health was 1.91±0.71(1-5). Mental health had a statistically significant relationship with self-esteem(r=-.64, p<.001), emotional regulation ability(r=-.61, p<.001) and perceived stress(r=.54, p<.001). The factors affecting mental health were self-esteem(β=.46, p<.001), emotional regulation ability(β=-.37, p<.001), negative perceived stress(β=.17, p=.001) ; the explanatory power of the model was 60.0%. Therefore, it will be necessary to develop a program that can help high school students improve their self-esteem and control their negative emotions in order to promote their mental health.

The average health-promoting lifestyle was 44.27 points. The health-promoting lifestyle of the study participants showed a positive correlation between the optimistic bias(r=.18, p=.001) and social support(r= .61, p<.000). According to the results of multiple regression analysis, perception of Necessity for Stroke Education(β=.12, p=.010), optimistic bias(β=.18, p=.040), and social support(β=.48, p<.000) were shown to be significant factors that affected the health-promoting lifestyle of the participants. With the advent of the Internet and the development of mobile digital devices such as smartphones and tablet PCs, the communication service paradigm began to shift from existing voice services to data services. Recently, as social network services (SNS) are activated and 4th industrial revolution technologies centered on ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) such as Big Data, Blockchain, Cloud, and 5G/6G are rapidly developed, the amount of shared data type and the amount of data are increasing rapidly. As the transition to a digital society begins actively, the importance of using data information, as well as the economic and social values of personal information are becoming increasingly important. As a result, they are actively discussing policies to revitalize the data information industry around the world and ways to efficiently obtain, analyze, and utilize increasingly diverse and vast data, as well as to protect/guarantee the rights of information subjects (providers) in various fields such as society, culture, economy, and politics.. In this paper, in order to improve the self-determination right of personal information on data produced by information subjects, and further expand the use of safe data and the data economy, a differentiated data trusts system was considered and suggested. In addition, the components and data trusts procedures necessary to efficiently operate the data trusts system in Korea were considered, and the non-profit data trusts system and the for-profit data trusts system were considered as a way to flexibly operate the data trusts system. Furthermore, the legal items necessary for the implementation of the data trusts system were investigated and considered. In this paper, in order to propose a domestic data trusts system, cases related to existing data trusts systems such as the United States, Japan, and Korea were reviewed and analyzed. In addition, in order to prepare legislation necessary for the data trusts system, data-related laws in major countries and domestic legal and policy trends were reviewed to study the rights that conflict or overlap with existing laws, and differences were investigated and considered. The Data trusts system proposed in this paper is a reasonable system that is expected to recognize the asset value of data in the capitalist market economy system, to provide legitimate compensation for data produced by data subjects, and further to contribute greatly to the use of safe data and creation of a new service market.

Two experiments were conducted. The first experiment was conducted on 105 adults in the result it was found that 32.4% (34 people) had AI Effect, AI Effect existed in 43.6% (24 people) of women and 20% (10 people) of men, that is, the proportion of AI Effect exsitence in women is about twice as high.and AI Effect exists when the level of AI knowledge is low. The second experiment was conducted 240 adults and 85 participants with AI Effect were selected. We found the group that recognized experience of AI accepted AI more actively. Understanding of AI Effect is expected to suggest companies' views in order to enhance AI capabilities and acceptance. In addition, future studies are expected on considering individual differences or related to acceptance attitudes.

Despite rapidly increasing demand for fishing, there is a lack of studies and information related to fishing, and there is a limit to obtaining the data on the global distribution of fish resources. Since the existing method of investigating fish resource distribution is designed to collect the fish resource information by visiting the investigation area using a throwing net, it is almost impossible to collect nation-wide data, such as streams, rivers, and seas. In addition, the existing method of measuring the length of fish used a tape measure, but in this study, a FishingTAG's smart measure was developed. When recording a picture using a FishingTAG's smart measure, the length of the fish and the environmental data when the fish was caught are automatically collected, and there is no need to carry a tape measure, so the user's convenience can be increased. With the development of a global fishing application using a FishingTAG's smart measure, first, it is possible to collect fish resource samples in a wide area around the world continuously on a real time basis. Second, it is possible to reduce the enormous cost for collecting fish resource data and to monitor the distribution and expansion of the alien fish species disturbing the ecosystem. Third, by visualizing global fish resource information through the Google Maps, users can obtain the information on fish resources according to their location. Since it provides the fish resource data collected on a real time basis, it is expected to of great help to various studies and the establishment of policies.
