Nationals Assembly have experiencing unbalance between capacities and demand of parking facilities because of increasing parking demand, free parking policy, long term parking and passenger car use of workers, usage of neighborhood office workers and visitors. The lack of parking facilities cause illegal parking on the street inside and outside of National Assembly which result in the disorder of parking culture. To solve these parking problems, this study suggest parking management system to enter the National Assembly for the short term and charging parking fee, operation by private company, constructing parking building by abrogation of upper limit and construction of ground park, and so on. The study, also, suggested to strengthen weekday or 10 day shift system, to increase shuttle bus and commuting bus, to activation of Han River waterside parking area, public transportation with those new parking management system. For the conclusion, the parking problems of National Assembly should be focused more on parking management than the parking facilities supply.

Lifelong education promotion business to be the first to promote lifelong education promotion accountable to the governor of the city, the Lifelong Education Act Amendment (2007.12) emphasis on the research area 6 Lifelong Education and Lifelong Education Institute is established if analyzes what Gyeongsangnam-do lifetime policy implications for the promotion of education and implications are derived(through AHP). The results were as follows: occupational skill enhancement education (0.335) as the priority section. The development of life education policy (0.238) is the primary work process that must be initiated for the Gyeongnam life education promotion policy appropriate for the region's situation. This was followed by the development and distribution of life education program (0.148), construction of a connective system between life education organizations within the province (0.139) Raised the need to promote lifelong Education strategies, five core strategic industry linkages through regional industrial policy to keep pace with the flow of business for the Advancement of Education for the development and activation of Gyeongsangnam-do in a lifetime.

This study aims to identify subgroups of ageism among young adults of age 20-39, and to examine its relationship to perceptions of generational conflict and elderly welfare policy. Latent Profile Analysis(LPA) was applied on the data 'Survey on Age Integration and Generational Integration', which was executed by institute for Age Integration Researchof Ewha Womans university, and descriptive statistics and cross-tabulation analysis were performed to examine the socio-demographic characteristics of each subgroup. Then, regression analysis was performed to observe the effect of the subgroups on the perceptions of generational conflict and elderly welfare policy. The results are as follows. The resulting subgroups of ageism among young adults were 'compound perception on aging and active age discrimination', 'medium-level aging anxiety and passive age discrimination', and 'low-level aging anxiety and beyond age discrimination'. Subgroups of ageism affected both perceptions of generational conflict and elderly welfare policy, whereas social support only affected perception of elderly welfare policy. Based on the results, political implications, such as activation of education on perception on aging, expansion of generational exchange for age integration, and renewal of social atmosphere for intergenerational coexistence, which will promote social integration

In this world, the interest in the marine leisure-sports, nature friendly oriented, has been increased. The width of leisure activities has became enlarged because of expansion of leisure time and the changes of recognition on the rational management and use of marine resources. Marina ports influence significantly marine leports and this paper reviewed the maria ports status and problems. This Country has strived to develop marina ports in local areas, designing the 1st basic National Plan of Marina Development. We have keen interest in Marina but have no detail strategy and preparation. This paper suggested how marina port shall be developed for the expansion of marine leports and what strategies shall be adopted for the activation of the facilities. After reviewing the previous researches and with the results of questionnaire survey, this paper suggested two types strategies. First on the policy oriented point, it suggested 10 alternatives on the perspectives of development and operation areas. Secondly, it proposed some strategies for the activation of marina ports on the aspects of 4Ps of marketing. This paper theoretically groped the activation schemes with the knowledge and experiences of experts, but it is recommended furthermore some survey on the practical field and user attitude must be progressed.

One of the efforts is the defence industry exhibitions for the management performance regarded as the marketing strategic principal method. The result of the opening exhibitions has been studied by research papers and treatises. A exhibitions' goal is different from an it's characteristic, type, industry, participator, institution and participating nation. An enterprise's management performance is runs as follows. First, an exhibitions participation activation has an effect re-participation following the satisfaction. Second, an exhibitions participation activation contributes to be on sale promotion, The result of the exhibitions participation is classified with sale performance and non-sale performance. The third, an exhibitions participation activation contributes to the effective company management. The huge fund advertisement is a financial burden, but a exhibitions takes effect one-fifth economical retrenchment. Accordingly, this study researched the exhibition participation choice properties, an exhibitions participation activation properties and investigated the Korea defence industry's income statement, balance sheet, growth ratios, profitability ratios, productivity ratios, stability ratios which were substitute for the enterprise's management performance through the exhibitions participation costs and the number of times.

In this study, the effects of suspension training according to the types of ground. Fourteen healthy male college students measured for the characteristics of core muscle activity in suspension training on two different types of grounds, normal flat and unstable ground using a gym ball. EMG (Electromyography) was exploited to measure the activity of the core muscles according to the types of the ground. Muscle activity of the abdominal muscles, external oblique muscles, internal oblique muscles, and lower lumbar standing muscles was measured. The variables in analyses were measured by the means of % MVC method to standardize the EMG signal according to the ground type for each core muscle. In order to verify the differences in core muscles according to the type of ground the paired t-tests were performed at the significance level of 0.05 (p<.05). As a result of measuring the activity of the core muscles according to the various types of grounds, the difference between muscle characteristics obtained in two different grounds did not appear to be statistically significant. However, the result is an important clue to reconsider the notion that the training effect on the unstable ground is generally superior to the effect on the stable ground in the core muscle training. The type of ground in the core muscle training has been found not to significantly affect the muscle activation according to the results of this study. Regardless of the type of exercise program, hence, the difference in muscle activation will not be insignificant even with the standardized program strengthening core muscles.

Gyeongin Port has low awareness, insufficient hinterland infrastructures, and lower competitiveness. So, in this study, we conducted Fuzzy-IPA analysis reflecting the recognition of the consignor companies that are using Gyeongin port to suggest present practical improvement measures for the activation of the operation of Gyeongin port hereafter. As a result of the analysis, three factors, that is, cargo loading/unloading/storage costs, port facility fees, and incentive and support were derived as priority investment areas. Three factors, that is, cargo safety, infrastructure equipment, and inland transportation costs were derived as the areas for maintenance strengthening and factors related to cargo handling and service factors were derived as areas for maintenance of the status quo and areas for gradual improvement, respectively. This study is significant in that it analyzed the recognition of the consignor companies that are using Gyeongin port using a quantifying method and suggested realizable measures for activation based on the results of the analysis. In future studies, the frequency of ships' calling at the port and measures to diversify the sea routes should be additionally reflected on the analysis.

Many countries are pursuing the policy of activation of the railway that are means of high-efficiency eco-friendly for a sustainable low-carbon green growth through railroads' logistics, the Korea government also aims to increase railroad logistics two or three times more than present railroad logistics. But there are problems to expand the terminal infrastructure that are the limitation of geographical conditions and huge costs. We are developing the simulation to analyze the result by changing the operation method of yard trailers, reach stackers and gates. This paper aim to analyze gate performance adopting RFID.

본 연구에서는 지방의회 재출범 15년을 평가해 보고 충청지역(대전,충남,충북) 전문가그룹의 인식을 토대로 지방의회의 발전방안을 정책기능강화 측면과 주민참여활성화 측면으로 나누어 모색하였다. 정책기능의 강화를 위해서 본 연구에서는 전문 위원실 역할강화, 정책관련부서의 신설, 지방의원의 외유내실화, 상임위원회의 기준완화 등을 제안하였다. 그리고 지방의정에의 시민참여 활성화방안으로는 인터넷이나 케이블TV를 통한 의회활동중개, 의사일정의 고정과 적극적인 홍보, 주요의사 결정과정에 자문위원회 및 심의위원회의 대폭확대, 유급시민모니터링제도의 도입, 상임위원회에 민간위원의 참여(결정권 없이) 필요성 정도, 휴일의회 및 야간의회 개최 등의 방안을 제안하였다.
