Chua다이오드의 비선형제어 (Nonlinear Control of Chua's Diode)

  • The paper treats the nonlinear robust control of Chua's circuit having Chuar's diode as an element based on the internal model principle. The Chua's diode has unknown nonlinear parameters and the circuits parameters are alos assumend unknown. Nonlinear regulator equations are established to obtain 3-fold equilibrium equations on which the output error is zero. Also an internal model of the 3-fold exosystem is constructed for obtaining the control law. Pole Placement method is used for obtaining the feeback control law. Simulation results are presented for tracking the sinusoidal and constant reference input signal. Asymptotic trajectory control and the suppression of chaotic motion in spite of uncertainties in the system are accomplished.

  • In this paper, a speed controller using a microcomputer is implemented and applied to a DC Servo Motor. Adaptive control is applied to a system for which a priori knowledge to its mathematical model is insufficient, on the basis of input and output data an apropriate controller is constructed through which the system input is synthesized. The pole-placement PID self tuning control algorithms as a control algorithm is used to compare the performance of the controller with that of the classical PID controller through computer simulations and experiments.

  • A two-compartment four-cell model is developed for the adiabatic autoclave slim type reactor for free radical polymerization of low density polyethylene(LDPE). The mass and energy balances give rise to a set of ordinary differential equations, and by analyzing the system it is possible to predict properly not only the reactor performance but also the properties of polymer product. The steady state multiplicity is found to exist and examined by constructing the bifurcation diagram. The effects of various operation parameters on the reactor performance and polymer properties are investigated systematically to show that the temperature distribution plays the central role for the properties of polymer product. Therefore, it is essential to establish a good control strategy for the temperature in each compartment. In this study it is shown that the reactor system can be adoptively controlled by pole-placement algorithm with conventional PID controller. To accomplish a satisfactory control, the estimator and controller are initialized during the period of start-up.

  • 본논문에서는 임의의 영점들을 갖는 이산시간 선형시불변계통의 극배치 간접적응제어기 설계문제를 다루었다.외부입력은 persistent excitation 조건을 만족하고, 주어진 계통의 분자다항식과 분모 다항식에 의해 정해지는 Sylevester resultant 행렬식의 하한을 안다는 가정하에, 전체 폐루우계통이 대국적으로 안정함을 보였다. 간접적응제어시 발생되는 추정된 계통의 가제어성 문제는 파라미터 교정방법을 확장시켜 해결하였다. 2차 플랜트에 대한 전산기 simulation을 통하여 본논문의 제어알고리즘의 유용성을 확인하였다.

  • This paper presents a robust controller design approach for improving vehicle dynamic roll motion performance and guaranteeing the closed-loop system stability in spite of vehicle parameter variations resulting from aging elements, loading patterns, and driving conditions, etc. The designed controller is linear parameter-varying (LPV) in terms of the time-varying parameters; its control objective is to minimise the $H_{\infty}$ performance from the steering input to the roll angle while satisfying the closed-loop pole placement constraint such that the optimal dynamic roll motion performance is achieved and robust stability is guaranteed. The sufficient conditions for designing such a controller are given as a finite number of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Numerical simulation using the three-degree-of-freedom (3-DOF) yaw-roll vehicle model is presented. It shows that the designed controller can effectively improve the vehicle dynamic roll angle response during J-turn or fishhook maneuver when the vehicle's forward velocity and the roll stiffness are varied significantly.

  • This paper derives a nominal state relationship (NSR) from the data of a nominal system. Through an example of a second order system, it is shown that the relationship can be derived only in the system with different real eigenvalues. In higher order system, the relationship is expressed by using neural network (NN). The derived NSR is used to design a noble sliding surface with a nominal system characteristic. By using the sliding surface, the robustness of the sliding mode control (SMC) is added to the pole-placement control.

  • In this paper, we present a method for the analysis and design of fuzzy controller for nonlinear systems. In the design procedure, we represent the dynamics of nonlinear systems using a Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy model and formulate the controller rules, which shares the same fuzzy sets with the fuzzy system, using parallel distributed compensation method. Then, after the feedback gain of each local state feedback controller is obtained using the existing optimal pole-placement scheme, we construct an overall fuzzy logic controller by blending all local state feedback controller. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed fuzzy-model-based controller design method has been evaluated through an inverted pendulum system.

  • In this paper, generalized singular value is defined. Using the generalized singular value, robust stability conditions and robust pole placement conditions of structured uncertain systems with star shaped uncertainties are derived. Especially, norm bounded and polytopic uncertainty regions are considered as star shaped uncertainty regions. Linear matrix inequality problems are proposed in order to compute the upper bound of the generalized singular value. The proposed linear matrix inequality problems can be solved by using the convex optimization method.

  • In this paper, the robustness of self turning controller on the continuous time-delay system is investigated. The polynomial identification method using continuous time exponentially weighted least square algorithm is used for estimating the time.-delay system parameters. The pole-zero and pole placement method are adopted for the control algorithm. On considering the control weighting factor and reliability filter the effect of unmodeled dynamics of the plant are examined by the simulation.

  • This paper deals with the problem of robust pole-assignment control for linear systems with structured uncertainty. It considers two cases whose colsed-loop characteristic equations are presented as a family of interval polynomial and polytopic polynomial family respectively. We propose a method of finding the pole-placement region in which the fixed gain controller guarantees the required damping ratio and stability margin despite parameter perturbation. Some results of Kharitonov like stability and two kinds of transformations are included. As an illustrative example, we show that the proposed method can apply effectivly to the single magnet levitation system including some uncertainties (mass, inductance etc.).
