New forward slip model has been developed for the precise prediction of rolling speed in the hot strip finishing mill. Besides those influential factors such as neutral point, work roll diameter, friction coefficient, bite angle and the thickness at each side of entry and delivery of the rolls, roll torque was specifically taken into account in this study. To consider the effect of width change on forward slip, calibration factors obtained from rolling torque has been added to new prediction model and refining method has also been developed to reduce the speed unbalance between adjacent stands. The application of the new model showed a good agreement in rolling speeds between the predictions and the actual measurements, and the standard deviation of prediction error has also been significantly reduced.

In manufacturing industries, one of the critical issues is to synchronize the sequence of production operations with materials needed at each operation to improve productivity. In order to solve this synchronization problem. We develop a code system entitled 'Work-Order-Number' for automated storage/retrieval systems(AS/RS) in this paper. The Work-Order-Number is designed for the purpose of integrating the engineering information. material handling, production and operations scheduling, point of production, and AS/RS systems. This paper implemented the Work-Order-Number in the electric motor manufacturing. The results of the implementation showed the reduction of the number of workers in material handling and cost-loss due lo a late delivery.

Investment in FA facilities has been accerelated since 1986, turning point by labor strife in Korea firms. Most commonly adopted automation tech, in their manufacturing process consists of NC. Robotics, PLC, CAD/CAM now on and further confused system oriented FMS, CIM, etcs. undergoing. But for all their remarkable notices in manufacturing systems, The competitive position on product cost, quality, shorten delivery and profit has never been recovered in global swing market. To make some empirical suggestions with a view to competitive strategy of Korea firms by FA, to the conclusion largely FA tech. adoption can be justified only when its application on new product productions and improved the structure of products comparatively. Because of when it was applied in old production process. The effectiveness is very doubtful to the lacks of consistent and integrate manufacturing policy with the strategy of the fim and their poor standardization level in shop floors.

The completeness appraisal of software is performed in various forms, such as assessing the completion level in the development process, calculating the defect rate, estimating the development cost, and calculating the redevelopment cost. Along with this, the problem that is often dealt with is estimation of the development time. Even in a dispute over completeness due to delays in software development, issues of calculating an appropriate development time required to develop a delivery software or a development time required for change requests are often included in the appraisal request. In this paper, we introduce the procedure and method for estimating the appropriate project time of software development so that the appraiser can be applied to the appraisal work for determining the completeness. The method is based on the manual for calculating the appropriate project period of software development project.

최근 일본의 지진 쓰나미 등 전 세계적으로 많은 재난이 증가하고 있고, 국내에서는 신속한 재난 정보 전송을 위해서 CBS(Cell Broadcast Service) Alert Message를 국가 표준으로 제정하였다. CBS를 통한 전송은 지역단위 전송이 가능하므로 재난이 발생한 지역에 신속한 전송 서비스를 가능하게 해준다. 하지만 국내의 경우 CBS Alert Message가 LTE(Long Term Evolution) 단말에서만 수신이 가능하고 3G 단말에서는 수신이 불가능하다. 이에 본 논문은 실내 환경에서 gateway-AP(Access Point)를 이용하여 3G 단말이 CBS Alert Message를 수신 할 수 있는 방법을 제시하려고 한다.

The relationship between the subcontractor and the subcontractor in current industries, especially in the machine manufacturing industry, should be developed to the "Efficient Q-C-D System" in which the three elements of consideration-Quality, Cost and Delivery condition, are in a state of equillibrium. From this point of view the two parts of a subcontract must cooperate in the whole activity: ranging from the initial products planning, through the manufacturing process, to the final usage by customers. In this report, we tried to present Korean machine manufacturing industry with the model of management system of subcontracts in order that machine manufacturers may assure the quality, reduce the production cost and enhance the productivity with the model.

This research identified approachable management innovation technique from SCM point of view, and analyzed sales/logistics, integrated production planning, phenomenon of cooperation and suggested an innovation model over this for strengthening competitiveness of a case company. Process innovation model with an enterprise viewpoint is designed and suggested to solve the previous ares for improvement, and suggested various models of an ordering management model, available delivery management model, logistics operation model based on planning and S&OP model.

Purpose: To investigate effect of Sweet Bee Venom on postpartum's De Quervain's Disease. Methods: We investigated 3 patients diagnosed as De Quervain's Disease. Sweet Bee Venom Herbal-acupuncture was used for treatment of De Quervain's Disease, once every two days, 5 times. Pain, satisfaction at treatment and function of wrist were measured with VNS, Baumgaertner's nine point scale and dynamometer. Results: Pain reduction, functional improvement, increased grip power were found out in cases treated with Sweet Bee Venom Herbal-acupuncture. In every cases, they represent high subjective satisfaction with treatment. Conclusion: Clinical results show that Sweet Bee Venom Herbal-acupuncture has a good analgesic effect in De Quervain's Disease.

This paper investigated the qualitative introduction status of domestic major construction company. And that focused on a point of suggestions about CM at Risk introduction. The survey analysis showed that three importan suggestions. First, the biggest obstacles factors to CM at Risk introduction that related laws is lagging amendment. Second, we have to improve the available hands ability in domestic major construction company. And last, we have to do that using uncomplicated design and standard design form. Consequently, environmen analysis for the introduction and example project is urgently required.

This paper examines the changed consumer perception to internet based channel. Internet based channel has time merit, place merit, assortment merit, compatibility merit, and so on. For seller, in the mean while, it has merits in the way of diminishing physical distribution cost, promotion cost, and reaching globally in the same time. In spite of so many merits of internet based channel, there were many types complain in past. Most of all, consumers expect that it will provide low-price merit to consumer, because it doesn't need shop, warehouse, stock, etc. Based on the empirical analyses in past, it didn't work, especially to price oriented consumer's perception. But in this research, it shows changing consumer's perception. Comparing past data with current data, we found outstanding gross in price related variables figure. But, in goods delivery related factors and personal credit information related factor, consumer recognized much more negatively yet. So, we conclude that even though some factors show improved perception, there are tasks to solve. We will observe the tuning point at that time.
