A 3 year-old male American Pit Bull Terrier in Kwang-Ju, Chonnam was admitted to the Teaching Animal Hospital, Chonbuk National University. He showed convulsive spasms of skeletal muscles, raised tail-head, and rigidity of rigidity. Based on these clinical sign\ulcorner tetanus was suspected Hematological test results showed and WBC value (21 ,800/$\mu$l/) with neutrophils (17.877/$\mu$l) and monocytes (1.744/$\mu$l). The blood chemical values ALT (86 IU/L) and AST (119 IU/L) were elevated. Fecal sample from the dog was cultured in anaerobic chamber. A Gram positive, drumstick shaped bacteria was isolated. The bacteria was identified as Clostridium tetani by biological and biochemical tests. The dog was hospitalized in a quiet place where the light was cut off and treated with penicillin G procaine and phenobarbital sodium. The dog made a complete recovery 25 days after treatment. This Is the first report on C. tetani infection of domestic dog in Korea.

A 15 months old male pit bull terrier was shown submandibular swelling, which was extended from left submandibular area through mandibular symphysis to right submandibular area and toward around left neck. In history taking, recurrence of swelling was recorded after conservative surgical incision, drainage and dressing. Palpation revealed no pain and heating, partial flutuation and hardness. By paracentesis, it was showed blood-tinged tenacious exudate without bad-smelling. Left submandibular salivary gland was able to be movable freely and the size decreased to half of that of right submandibular salivary gland. It was diagnosed as cervical salivary mucocele. In operation, rostral portion of left sublingual salivary gland was observed to be damaged transversely, showed black color and leaked saliva. Submandibular gland and rostral portion of sublingual salivary gland were resected, after ligation of ducts of submandibular and sublingual salivary glands. At 15 days postoperation, serosanguineous exudate from operation wound was dramatically decreased and stable granulation tissue mass at this area was first palpated. At 39 days after operation, outline of left and right mandibular was appeared normal and skin tenderness of mandibular area was equal to that of the other body wall.

A 3-year-old Pit bull terrier dog had left hindlimb lameness for 3-weeks. On plain radiographs, geographic osteolysis with well-defined edges and marginal sclerosis was identified in medial aspect of left proximal tibialmetaphysis. Surgical debridement and curettage was performed. Coagulase negative Staphylococcus spp. grew on a culture specimen obtained during surgery, and Brodie's abscess was diagnosed.

In previous studies, high fever, inappentence, increased respiratory rate, muscle tremors, anemia, jaundice, loss of weight hemoglobinenuria and hemoglobinuria were found in dogs infected intraerythrocytic protzoan parasites of the gennus Babesia. These changes were mainly caused by the intravascular hemolysis. In this study, a Pit Bull Terrier, which was infected by babesia, was investigated clinical signs and patterms of blood. The findings from this study indicated that dog with severs clinical signs shown erythropenia, lymphocytophilia, neutropenia, thrombocytopenia and eosinpenia. Furthermore, it presenter low level of hemglobin and hematocrit. However MCV, MCH and MCHC did not decreased as compare to normal dogs.

Heat stroke in a dog is a life-threatening syndrome characterized by a high body temperature over $41^{\circ}C$, by the central nervous system dysfunction, and by multiple organ dysfunction. A 11-month-old male American Pit Bull Terrier was presented to clarify the cause of death to diagnostic laboratory. This dog showed clinical signs such as high body temperature ($42^{\circ}C$), severe tachypnea, hematochezia, epistaxis and hemoptysis after transportation at hot summer time. At necropsy, there were hemorrhages in skin, serosa of stomach and small intestine, and also dark red fluid in lumen of intestine. Histopathologic examination revealed extensive hemorrhages in stomach, muscle, skin, and tongue. In microbiology, pathologic bacteria such as Pasteurella, Boedetella, Salmonella, Clostridium, and circulating virus in Korea such as CDV, CIV, CAV, CHV, CCV, CPIV were negative except CPV. There were many gross and microscopic lesions suggesting hest stroke while pathologic agents and related lesions were not detected. Therefore we diagnosed this case as heatstroke.

Purpose: In South Korea, two kinds of mandatory insurance, Fierce Liability Insurance and Outdoor Advertising Liability Insurance sells as of February 2021 according to relevant codes. This study analyzed third party liability and personal living liability insurance in terms of various risks not corporation side but personal side arising from normal living and life. Research design, data and methodology: Some cases of drone accident hit man and fierce dog accident were taken into analysis to verify blame ratio and insurance claim money. The former case is that on the way down the elevator, the dog, American pit bull terrier rushed in and bit the lower part of the knee against the visitor. The latter case is that while flying in the sky as usual, the drone suddenly crashed, fell, and hit the head of a young child while walking on the street. Further previous studies such as third party liabilities, liability insurance, mandatory insurance were deeply analyzed. Results: Based on some case studies and previous studies, the author suggested valuable comments in turn realization of insurer as provider, exhaustive creation and operation of mandatory insurance, realization of insured as demanded, and arrangements of laws and systems in special consideration of amendment of companion animal and exhaustive execution of mandatory insurance by the government. Conclusions: This study was about third party liability, personal living liability insurance and expansion of mandatory insurance caused by relevant laws by the government. In this study the author verified what issues were observed from two cases drone accident and fierce dog accident and then suggested some valuable comment as above both systemic plans and practical plans. First of all, the individual should get Comprehensive Property Insurance(CPI) that covers the risks of his/her own property arising from the everyday life. And then the individual should further buy Personal Living Liability Insurance(PLLI) in order to prepare 'accidents that may happen when, where, or how' and overcome the said accidents. Moreover, the individual should take a look every single insurance contract whether he/she has a special terms and conditions of Personal Living Liability Insurance(PLLI) or not.
