A radiographer is a job in charge of diagnostic imaging equipment, and must contribute to the promotion of public health by suggesting an appropriate level of work. To this end, we intend to present an appropriate level of work through evaluation of human harm according to work, statistical evaluation through questionnaires, and domestic and international trends. In the case of human harm evaluation, considering radiation exposure, 42.6%, shield work, 69.7%, and in the case of magnetic resonance imaging, the maximum length of stay in the examination room should be adjusted to 15 minutes and not exceed 30 times. According to the survey statistics, it was confirmed that the physical and mental burden increased due to the high workload and difficulty compared to working hours. Purpose: This study is a mixed methods research that was conducted to verify factors affecting the working experience of community-based long-term care hospital workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: The study was carried out from July 19 to November 3, 2021 for 340 nurses who worked at 10 long-term care hospitals located in G city. Results: As the study results, factors that affected job stress of the workers working at community-based long-term care hospitals included job satisfaction (β=-.27, p<.001), work demand (β=-.25, p<.001), fatigue (β=.19, p=.001), and cooperation and leadership (β=-.12, p=.049). It was found that the participants were struggling with physical and mental stress caused by the increased workload due to the preventative measures taken to stop the infection and spread of COVID-19. Despite this, they accepted their situation as necessary to overcome the pandemic and shared the quarantine guidelines of the government and community health centers while actively responding to prevent the spread of COVID-19 under the leadership of their supervisors. However, they were experiencing psychological and emotional burnout in the prolonged pandemic situation. Conclusion: It is considered necessary to help relieve their stress and provide psychological and mental support by adopting a policy to develop and apply comprehensive programs.

Various support is being provided at the Office of Education level to resolve educational deficits and side effects caused by the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic. Because comprehensive support for teachers' physical and mental recovery is as important as support for student recovery, this paper looked at the teacher recovery support projects and best practices of the Chungcheongbuk-do Office of Education. The object of this study is to evaluate the prevailing physical and psychosocial conditions regarding occupational low back injury. This study consists of two parts. In the first part of the study, analytic biomechanical model and NIOSH guidelines are applied to evaluate risk levels of low back injury for automobile assembly jobs. Total of 246 workers are analysed. There are 20 jobs having greater back compressive forces than 300kg at L5/S1. Also, there are 44 jobs over Action Limit with respect to 1981 NIOSH guidelines. The relationship between psychosocial factors and low back injury was examined in the second part of the study. A battery of questionnaires concerning the psychosocial stress based on PWI (Psychosocial Well-being Index) and musculoskeletal pain symptoms at low back was completed by 246 workers at the same plant. Results showed that 207 out 246 workers experienced the symptoms and 27 workers were diagnosed as patients. Two groups(low stressed, high stressed) based on PWI score had no significant relationships with both symptoms and results of diagnosis. The relationships between physical work load and psychosocial stress were also analysed. Specifically, some postural factors(vertical deviation angle of forearm, horizontal deviation angle of upperarm, vertical deviation angle of thigh, etc) were highly correlated with psychosocial stress. The results illustrated that PWI scores were associated with some physical workloads. However, psychosocial stress levels couldn't be well related with the pain symptom as well as the actual incidence of low back injury since pain or discomfort regarding low back injury were more complex than that of other musculoskeletal disorders.

The objective of this study was to provide information on difficulties in performing tasks of employees of the Center for Children's Foodservice Management (CCFSM) to obtain information as a resource for improving work performance. Data were collected from employees working at the CCFSM over a period of 6 months until December 2013. The recruitment period was from 16 December, 2013 to 30 January, 2014. A total of 228 employees (79.7%) participated in the study, and 227 completed questionnaires were analyzed. Statistical analyses were performed on data utilizing the SPSS V20.0. Employees tasked with 'nutrition guidance visits', 'hygiene safety guidance visits', and 'teaching to cook visits' who worked outside of the office frequently had difficulties with 'physical exhaustion'. They reported that 'working outside of the office encumbers later office work' and that 'employees' suggestions for changes are not easily accepted in child-care facilities. The following statements in the questionnaire were highly rated by each of the employees in charge of 'Gathering training' and 'Budget management': 'As a gathering training is conducted within the working hours of child-care facilities, participation rate is low' and 'The differences in regulations of consignment organization, local government, and KFDA are confusing'. This study also suggests that CCFSMs should have authority over child-care facilities, which demonstrate no desire for improvement even after CCFSM employees offer several suggestions for better foodservice or deliberately avoid participating in CCFSMs without good reasons. Besides, CCFSMs are supported by the KFDA and can lessen the workload of child-care facilities in developing educational materials for better foodservice.

This study was conducted to identify the effects of the oriental medicine Qigong Exercise on the brain power, HRV, pulsation, live blood condition among young boys and girls. The study was performed with two group(control group and experimental group) in a pre-test/post-test design. The subjects were 44 young boys and girls selected by a some middle school in Busan. The oriental medicine Qigong Exercise program consists of 80-minute sessions three times a week over 5 months. All of the subjects were examined on the congnition assessment tool, stress assessment tool, oriental medicine pulsation 3-D MAC, live blood condition analyzer Prior and post surveys were measured before and after the experiment. In the cognition assessment, the amplitude of ERS were increased afer Qigong Exercise. The Success and the Concentration were significantly increased afer Qigong Exercise, the Error was significantly decreased afer Qigong Exercise. The Cognition strength was significantly increased, but the Reponse time was not significantly decreased afer Qigong Exercise. And the Workload was not significantly decreased, the Total Score was not significantly increased afer Qigong Exercise. Among the stress assessment, RRV tachogram's ‘mean RR’ was significantly increased, ‘mean HRV’ was significantly decreased afer Qigong Exercise. SDNN was not significantly increased, Complexity was not significantly increased afer Qigong Exercise. And TP(RRV power's total power) was not significantly increased, VLF and HF was significantly increased, and LF was significantly decreased afer Qigong Exercise. ANS's norm LF was not significantly decreased, but norm HF was significantly increased afer Qigong Exercise. In the RRV's Phase Plot, RMSSD and SDSD were not significantly increased, pnn50 was not significantly decreased afer Qigong Exercise. On the whole, Parasympathetic Activity and Stress Endurance were significantly increased, but Cardiac Activity and Physical Arousal were not significantly increased afer Qigong Exercise. Cardiac Aging was not significantly decreased afer Qigong Exercise. Sympathetic Activity, Autonomic Nervous System Balance and Heart-load were not significantly decreased afer Qigong Exercise. In the pulsation, press power was increased(15%), and w/t(pressurization time / pulsation time) was decreased(20%) afer Oigong Exercise. And the live blood condition was not changed afer Qigong Exercise. As mentioned above; the oriental medicine Qigong Exercise program was identified the effects of the inspiration of the brain power, heart rate and anti-stress.
Perception level and social position of radiological technologist influence satisfaction level of their job. This study aims to use foundational data to improve perception level and social position of radiological technologists. We conducted interviews and a fill-out survey with 233 students who have been majoring in health-related fields at five universities and colleges located in Busan and who finished internship programs. The study analyzed 233 answer sheets excluding 17 inadequate answer sheets using T-test, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis with SAS9.1. The mean score of perception level was $3.33{\pm}0.56$. The personal image of radiological technologist showed the best score($3.43{\pm}0.56$) whereas the social image showed the worst($3.12{\pm}0.58$). According to the classification of the subject, the answer, "radiological technologist is specialized job", showed the best score($3.99{\pm}0.79$). The answer "radiological technologist suffered from less stress and workload than others when they work usually" showed the worst score($2.88{\pm}0.98$). According to the classification of each health-related major, the mean score of students who are a major in the department of the radiological technologist was the best($3.46{\pm}0.46$) and the students who are major in department of the physical therapy was the worst($3.24{\pm}0.40$). The radiological technologist have to effort to make positive image in the hospital. It is possible to be developed their knowledge and professionalism by cooperating between school and hospital as well as advertising with mass madia.
This study aims to provide the research for dental technician's stress prevention and management with basic materials by understanding dental technician's psychosocial stress level and examining relevant factors. The subject of this study is 255 dental technologists who work mainly in Seoul Gyeonggi district for a month of April of 2009 and I conducted cross-sectional study through self administered survey. The contents of survey include general feature, occupational feature, health behavior feature. I used Karasek's Job Content Questionnaire, JCQ and Psychosocial well-being index, PWI-SF as means of measurement. To compare the level of dental technician's psychosocial stress, I conducted t-test and ANOVA and I measured the factors that are related with psychosocial stress symptom with step by step multiple regressive analysis. According to the result of Cronbach's a value which is yielded to verify the reliability of means of measurement, the reliability of concept is sufficient. The detailed result of this study is as follows. 1. According to the result of analyzing the stress symptom in accordance with general feature and occupational feature, those dental technologists who are older and not married, graduate from junior college, have lower position, work at university hospital or general hospital show lower stress(p<0.05). There is no difference in the level of psychosocial stress with regard to duty related feature, period of service, daily average working hours, monthly average pay. 2. With regard to health behavior feature, those dental technologists who control weight better and have meal more regularly show lower stress(p<0.05). Those dental technicians who smoke, drink liquid and take a suitable sleep show low stress but the difference does not have significance statistically. 3. With regard to the factors of stress in the workplace, those dental technicians who have lower duty related requirement, have higher duty related control ability, have higher social support, have less instability of employment and have less workload and physical burden show lower stress(p<0.05). 4. According to the result of analyzing the factors that influence dental technologist's stress symptom, social support has the most enormous influence on stress symptom. Unstable employment, regular exercise, regular eating, daily average sleeping hours and technological capacity are also important in this order. According to the result of this study, those dental technicians who have higher social support, less instability of employment, do exercise more regularly, take enough sleep more soundly and have higher technological capacity show lower psychosocial stress symptom. Therefore, to adjust appropriately the dental technician's stress and properly maintain and improve the dental technician's mental health, effective management plan that enables dental technicians to maintain smooth human relationships for dental technicians should be sought. In addition, heath education and health management for dental technicians should be given more thoroughly so that they can establish desirable health behavior in daily life.
Physics-based sound synthesis usually requires high computational costs and this results in a restriction of its use in real-time applications. This motivates us to implement the sound synthesis algorithm of plucked-string instruments using multi-core processor architectures and determine the optimal processing element (PE) configuration for the target instruments. To determine the optimal PE configuration, we evaluate the impacts of a sample-per-processing element (SPE) ratio that is defined as the amount of sample data directly mapped to each PE on system performance and both area and energy efficiencies using architectural and workload simulations. For the acoustic guitar, the highest area and energy efficiencies are achieved at a SPE ratio of 5,513 and 2,756, respectively, for the synthesis of musical sounds sampled at 44.1 kHz. In the case of the classical guitar, the maximum area and energy efficiencies are achieved at a SPE ratio of 22,050 and 5,513, respectively. In addition, the synthetic sounds were very similar to original sounds in their spectra. Furthermore, we conducted MUSHRA subjective listening test with ten subjects including nine graduate students and one professor from the University of Ulsan, and the evaluation of the synthetic sounds was excellent.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the changes to nursing activities of nurses on patients with DNR (Do-Not-Resuscitate) order and factors associated to the changes. Methods: Data were collected using a structured questionnaire for 173 nurses at general hospitals. Logistic regression analysis was performed on the data using SAS 9.4. Results: With 39 nursing activities, an average of 60.4 (34.9%) nurses reported an increase in the activities, 102.4 (59.2%) no change and 10.1 (5.9%) a drop. The activity increase was the greatest in the social area, and the physical area was where the activities decreased the most. The activity increase was associated knowledge competency (9 items), attitudes (2 items), practical competency (4 items) and work load (14 items were). Conclusion: To offer systematical care for DNR patients, it is necessary to expand nurses' knowledge through end-of-life education and adjust their workload and provide a support system at the department level.
