Objectives: The purpose of this study is to identify the associated factors with subjective oral symptoms experience of obesity adolescents. Methods: The study subjects were targeting 8,139 obesity adolescents and 55,601 non-Obesity adolescents who completed 2016 Korean Youth Risk Behavior Web-based survey. Dependent variables were subjective oral symptoms experiences of fracture teeth, pain, throbbing pain, periodontal pain & bleeding, mucosal disease and bad breath. Independent variables were demographic characteristics of the subjects, oral health behaviors, health behaviors and eating habits. Results: Obesity adolescents were 12.8% with 61.9% subjective oral symptoms experience. Regarding the related factors of subjective oral symptoms experience of obesity adolescents, the factors were identified to be significantly higher in high school (OR=1.72) compared to middle school, learning achievement was higher in middle (OR=1.09) and lower (OR=1.31) compared to high, economic status was higher in lower (OR=1.09) compared to high, sealant experience (OR=1.10) and scaling experiences (OR=1.12) responded no were higher compared to responded yes, smoking experiences responded yes(OR=1.08) were higher compared to responded no, sweet drink (OR=1.14) and fastfood (OR=1.13) consumption were higher in consumption compared to non-consumption and females (OR=0.46) were higher than males. Oral symptoms experience were lower that father and mother's level of education were under high school graduation (OR=0.86) compared to unknown, economic status was in case of middle (OR=0.93) compared to high, tooth brushing was lower in under 1 time (OR=0.76), 2 times (OR=0.61) compared to more than 3 times, vigorous physical activities responded no (OR=0.75) were lower, compared to yes, vegetable consumption was lower in non-consumption (OR=0.68) compared to consumption. Conclusions: Subjective oral symptoms experiences were identified higher in obesity adolescents than non-obesity adolescents. It would be useful to use the results of this study to reduce oral symptoms and necessary to develop a program system considering characteristics of obesity adolescents.
The purpose of this study is to examine about various barriers recognized by university faculty members while implementing PBL. By adopting the inductive content analysis, this study has analyzed the contents related with the barriers about PBL implementing in the teaching reflection reports submitted by 32 professors of B university. After the analysis, the barriers have been summarized into 5 major topics such as 'teaching beliefs,' 'classroom culture,' 'learning facilitation,' 'assessment,' 'school environment.' Results suggest: First, a study on the specific solutions for the barriers summarized by 5 major topics should be launched. Second, a teaching competency development program to resolve the barriers should be supported. Third, an innovation of physical school environment and school policy appropriate for PBL implementing should be involved. Fourth, a study on the barriers about PBL implementing should be further expanded.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate factors influencing dysmenorrhea in middle school girls and to analyze the differences in dysmenorrhea according to personal factors of the subjects. Methods: This study was conducted from March 22 to April 2, 2010. The subjects of the study were 572 girls who attended three middle schools in Seoul and experienced dysmenorrheal. All were surveyed using the same questionnaire. Data were analyzed by the SPSS/WIN 12.0 program and included descriptive statistics, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis. Results: 1) The mean age of the subjects was 13.53 years, and the mean age of first menstruation (menarche) was 11.94 years. The number of days between the onset of menstrual cycles was 30.01 days. Most of the respondents had irregular menstrual cycles and menstrual periods lasting 3 to 7 days long. 2) Chief menstrual pains were lower abdominal and back pain. Subjects reported experiencing severe lower abdominal and/or back pain, most commonly on the second day of menstruation. The average score of menstrual discomfort was over 60 points (63%). The average score per 6 points of dysmenorrhea was as follows: fatigue (3.48), sensitivity (3.27), disability of movement (3.27), napping or lying down (2.98), mood swings (2.95), interference with studies (2.87). 3) Individual subject characteristics influencing the onset of dysmenorrhea were as follows: high stress levels, being in poor health, having an irregular diet, being younger and having longer menstrual periods than most other subjects. Conclusion: During puberty, girls with earlier menarche complained of physical and emotional discomfort, and irregular menstrual periods. Therefore, we need to explain overall menstrual characteristics and individual differences in the occurrence of dysmenorrhea, in health education programs.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between job stress and coping style in college students. Participants were 314 students in a college. Data were collected using a self administered questionnaire. The survey was conducted from May 02, 2018 to May 28, 2018. There were statistically significant correlations between personality stress, family environmental stress, academic stress, school environment stress and emotion - centered coping style among sub - variables of job stress, Job anxiety stress was significantly correlated with social support seeking and emotion - centered coping style. Since college students' emotional stress coping style is related to depressive emotional and physical health problems, it is necessary to provide a psychological treatment program for early detection and coping with psychological support services, and a mixed service such as education, lecture, and camp. In addition, it is thought that strategic action skill training (plan, method, and technology) is needed to change from emotion - centered coping style to problem - solving style.
The study has been focused on identifying the impact of professors' types of leadership on major satisfaction, learning immersion in college students. To achieve this goal, the results of a survey of 543 affiliated students from september 2017 to november were as follows. Data processing has been done using the IBM SPSS statistics 25 program, and t-test and multi-return analysis were performed to determine the characteristics of the survey subjects, to verify the validity and reliability of the survey tools, and to identify differences and influence between factors. First, there was a difference between gender and grade, but by major, there was no difference. Second, learning immersion varies by major, gender and grade. Third, the factors that significantly influence a type of leadership's satisfaction with a major were shown to have a significant impact on vision and sense of duty, individual consideration, situational reward but were not significant in exceptional control by exception. Fourth, the impact of the types of leadership on learning immersion showed that vision and sense of duty, and situational reward, but individual consideration and exceptional control by exception were not significant.

The purpose of this study was to verify the effects of the types of exercise on the health-related fitness among the elderly women, and to provide the information for managing and preventing the chronic disease. 40 elderly women who living in the B metropolitan city participated in the study and randomly divided four groups(control, aerobic exercise, resistance exercise, and combined exercise). The exercise groups performed 50 min, 3 times/week for 8 weeks at RPE 11-13. Low body strength, dynamic balance, static balance, and agility were significantly improved in all exercise groups after the intervention. Cardiovascular endurance was improved in aerobic and combined exercise groups. Consequently, any types of exercise could be improved the daily living fitness for elderly women if exercise intensity were the same. In addition, the combined exercise may be more suitable type of exercise for elderly.

In addition to physical risks such as electrical, chemical, and mechanic ones in the workplace, psychosocial risks are also raising as an important issue in recent years in connection with human rights and work-life balance policies. The purpose of this study is to confirm the degree of effect of the psychosocial risk management plan at the workplace on workers through logistic regression analysis. Input data for logistic regression analysis is the results of a survey of 4,558 people conducted by the Institute for Occupational Safety and Health were used. There are 9 independent variables, including the change a workplace and confidential counseling, and the dependent variable is whether the worker feels the effect on the psychosocial risk management plan. As a result of this study, changes in work organization, dispute resolution procedures, provision of education program, notification of the impact of psychosocial risks on safety and health, and the persons in charge of solving psychosocial problems are shown effective in reducing worker's psychosocial risks. This study drives which of the management plans implemented to reduce the psychosocial risk of workers in the workplace are effective, so it can contribute to the development of psychosocial risk management plans in the future.

This study is a descriptive cross-sectional study to confirm the knowledge, attitudes, and preventive practice behaviors of university students concerning COVID-19 and to identify the factors that influence preventive practice behaviors. The number of study subjects was calculated using G*power program 3.19. The data collected from the study were analyzed using SPSS/WIN version 25. The subject's characteristics, knowledge, attitude, and preventive practices against COVID-19 were analyzed with descriptive statistics, and the difference in knowledge, attitude, and prevention practices against COVID-19 according to the subject's characteristics was evaluated using an independent t-test, ANOVA, and post-hoc test was conducted using a Scheffé test. Correlations of knowledge, attitude, and prevention practices against COVID-19 were analyzed using Pearson Correlation coefficients, and factors affecting COVID-19 prevention practices were analyzed using stepwise multiple regression. The number of subjects analyzed in the study was 232. The general characteristics of the study subjects were 78 males (33.7 %) and 154 females (66.3 %). The subject's knowledge score about COVID-19 was 85.13±6.22 out of 100 points, and the attitude score toward COVID-19 was 12.47±1.31 out of 14 points. The prevention practice score for COVID-19 was 29.36±3.42 out of 32 points. As a result of the study, knowledge about COVID-19 was found to have a significant positive correlation with attitude (r=.34, p<.001); COVID-19 prevention practice behavior was found to have a significant positive correlation with knowledge (r=.54, p<.001), and attitude (r=.62, p<.001). The main factors influencing the COVID-19 prevention practice behavior were knowledge, attitude, and major (Cosmetology major).
This study aims to examine the relationship between the expertise of track and field coaches, the team atmosphere, and athletic satisfaction in elite sports. To achieve this research purpose, data were collected using questionnaires from 221 student athletes from junior high to university students registered with the Korea Association of Athletics Federation in 2021 and collected using Google online questionnaires in consideration of the pandemic situation. For data processing, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed using the statistical program SPSS 22.0, and the following conclusions were drawn. First, it was found that the expertise of the athletics coaches had a positive (+) effect on the team atmosphere. Second, among the sub-factors of athletics coach expertise, only athlete management was found to have a negative (-) effect on daily life satisfaction, a sub-factor of athletic satisfaction. Third, it was found that among the sub-factors of the team atmosphere, only role characteristics and leader characteristics had a positive (+) effect on social approval satisfaction, a sub-factor of athletic satisfaction.
Background Breast augmentation with implants is the most commonly performed cosmetic plastic surgery in Brazil and worldwide. The aim of this study was to assess patient satisfaction and quality of life following subpectoral breast augmentation with either microtextured or macrotextured implants, using the BREAST-Q. Methods A prospective study was conducted with 40 women with hypomastia undergoing subpectoral breast augmentation. The patients were randomly allocated to two groups to receive either microtextured or macrotextured breast implants. All participants were assessed preoperatively (baseline) and after 2 and 4 months of surgery for quality of life and patient satisfaction with the surgical results, using the BREAST-Q augmentation module, a patient-reported outcome measure. Results The patients had a mean age of 28.9 ± 6.45 years. The microtextured (n = 20) and macrotextured (n = 20) groups were homogeneous for sex, age, education level, marital status, and number of children (p > 0.05). Both groups showed significant improvement in satisfaction with breasts (p < 0.001), psychosocial well-being (p < 0.001), and sexual well-being (p < 0.001) at the 2- and 4-month follow-up visits compared with baseline. The observed improvements were associated with high effect size values of 5.09, 3.44, and 3.90, respectively. In contrast, significant decreases from baseline in physical well-being scores (p = 0.001) were found 2 and 4 weeks after surgery in both groups. Conclusion Subpectoral breast augmentation with either microtextured or macrotextured breast implants improved satisfaction with breasts and quality of life in patients with hypomastia.
