A Research of Attitude Angle Control Structure for Thrust Vector Control of Missiles at Initial Boosting Phase (초기 추력편향제어를 위한 자세각제어 구조에 대한 연구)

  • In general, the thrust vector control should be fast and stable in the initial launch phase. Two types of conventional controllers, one is for pitch angle control and the other is for pitch rate control, are designed based on the equation of motion without aerodynamics and are compared in the viewpoints of the stability margin and the time response performance. Also analyzed are the rejection capabilities to cope with high aerodynamic disturbances caused by high angle of attacks in initial booting phase. Additionally, time response features at actuator saturation are investigated. Based on those results, we suggest a controller structure which is more suitable for thrust vector control of missiles at initial booting phase.

  • Chalcogenide phase change memory has high performance to be next generation memory, because it is a nonvolatile memory processing high programming speed, low programming voltage, high sensing margin, low consumption and long cycle duration. We have developed a sample of PRAM with thermal protected layer. We have investigated the phase transition behaviors in function of process factor including thermal protect layer. As a result, we have observed that set voltage and duration of protect layer are more improved than no protect layer.

  • This paper proposed new IMC-PID controller design method that use loop shaping method. It could consider such design specifications as gain margin, phase margin, sensitivity function etc by appling the loop shaping method for tuning IMC-PID controller whose structure has only one design parameter and guarantees internal stability. To shape desirable loop gain, the relation between these design specification and parameter is derived by mathematical basis. And the availability of proposed in this paper tuning method that can regard design specifications is checked through example comparison and analysis.

  • In this paper, the relative stability of magnetic bearing system for the flywheel energy storage is evaluated using both simulation and experimental analysis. We make the simulation model for the magnetic bearing flywheel system using the rigid body shaft model. According to international standard ISO 14839-3, We experimentally analyzed the relative stability of magnetic bearing system. Additionally using both the simulation model and experimental tests, Phase margin and Gain margin is acquired through Nyquist plot.

  • We studied the feasibility of optical lithography for the critical layers of 0.12${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ DRAM assuming ArF excimer laser as a light source. To enhance the fidelity of aerial image and process margin, Phase shift mask (PSM) patterns as well as binary mask patterns are corrected with in-house developed Optical Proximity Correction (OPC) software. As the result, w found that the aerial image of critical layers of DRAM cell with 0.12${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ design rule could not be reproduced with binary masks. But if we use PSM or optical proximity corrected PSM, the fidelity of aerial image ,resolution and process margin are so much enhanced that they could be processed with optical lithography.

  • We propose an algorithm which can classify the system should use a PI controller, which have a weak high frequency attenuation characteristics near the critical frequency. To classify the system, we use a time delay element to calculate a gain attenuation rate near the critical frequency. The proposed algorithm also can design PI controller with the given magnitude margin and phase margin specification. The proposed algorithm uses time delay element and saturation function to identify the one point information in frequency domain. We justify the proposed algorithm via the simulation.

  • 본 논문에서는 주파수 응달특성의 해석을 통하여 제어기를 설계하는 방법을 제안하였다. 모델의 오차가 없다는 가정 하에 완벽 제어가 가능한 IMC-PID 구조를 사용 한으로 하나의 변수인 제어 조절 인자만으로 제어기를 설계하였다. 이 변수를 선정하는 방법으로는 위상여유와 이득여유를 고려한 방법을 수학적으로 유도하였다. 이는 설계자가 이미 알고 있는 일반적인 유도 식을 이용함으로 설계를 보다 쉽게 할 수 있다. 이를 통하여 원하는 설계사양을 만족 시키도록 하는 IMC-PID제어기의 설계 변수 값들을 수학적으로 제시하고, 그 유용성을 사례 연구와 분석을 통해 검토하였다.

  • In this paper, we developed a quadruped walking robot, FRAMIX-T, with insectile leg mechanism and we inspected the efficiency of it in detail. In robotics, the legs of insect type are appropriate for the stability and the agile movement. So we first performed a gait analysis using duty factor, stride, phase etc., and analyzed the stability margin to improve the stability of robot. On the basis of this research, we planned the wave gait suitable for FRAMIX-T and performed a walking experiment. From this result, we proved the high efficiency using insectile leg mechanism and the possibility of walking with improved stability and mobility.

  • In this paper, we experimentally considered the stability of AT forward MRC with the characteristics of high efficiency and high power density. The converter ratings are input 48V, output 5V/50W, The maximum voltage stress is measured to about 170V of 2 times the input voltage when the input is 58V. The $81.66\%$ of maximum efficiency could be obtained. For the stability of the converter, it is compensated through the error op amp in MC34067. A phase margin and a gain margin for relative stability are measured using HP4194A network analyzer.

  • This paper presents robustness properties of Kalman filters for linear time-invariant systems with delays in both the state and the output. The circle condition concerning the return difference matrix is derived. From the circle condition, it can be seen that the Kalman filter guarantees such nondivergence margins as (1/2,$\infty$) gain margin and $\pm$60$^{\circ}$phase margin, which are the same as those for ordinary systems. The results in this paper might be expected to make theoretical background on extending the LQG/LTR method to systems with delay in the output.
