물리치료(학)과 졸업생의 취업준비 노력과 성과 (Effects of Pre-Employment Effort of the Physical Therapy Graduates)

  • Background : This study aims to examine actual conditions of college students' life, behaviors to prepare for employment, and employment performance, thereby providing basic materials to create efficient measures for college students' employment strategies. Method : The subjects of this study were 207 graduates from the Department of Physical Therapy employed in medical and health institutions in Gyeongsangnam-do and Busan. Aquestionnaire devised by Yu Yeon-wha and Lim Gyeong-ae(2012, 2011) was revised and complemented into a self-reporting questionnaire composed of 29 questions. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS Win 18.00 program. Results : 1) The biggest reason for the respondents' selecting physical therapy as a major was bright prospect for employment, and the largest percent of the respondents answered that they started to prepare for employment in the second semester of junior year. 2)Regarding behaviors to prepare for employment, those who largely provided information on employment were the respondents' seniors and friends. 62.3% of the respondents owned certificates and diplomas. 59.9% took part in programs related to employment in order to prepare for employment. Their weakest area was English and what they wanted to know most was annual salaries provided by companies. They put self-development and growth potential before everything as what should be considered in priority when getting a job. 3)The most frequently asked question in their interviews for employment was the motive for application. The biggest reason for their employment at their current institution was their good personality and manner. 4)As for employment performance, they were unsatisfied with their current average annual salary. Conclusion : School should provide consciousness education and employment coaching so that students can early prepare for employment with an active attitude. In particular, educational environment where many students can gain easy access to information about employment in diverse areas should be provided and student coaching should be actively conducted.

  • 현대 금속공예는 대량생산을 목표로 예술성이 결여된 단순한 표현 방법과 한정적 기술만을 사용하여 우리의 전통과 개성이 상실되어가고 있다. 앞으로 현대 금속공예의 발전과 우리 고유의 문화를 계승하기 위해서는 고대부터 전해온 전통공예기법을 고찰해야 할 필요성을 갖는다. 입사공예는 고도의 집중력과 기술력을 필요로 하며 당대 문화와 사상을 잘 보여주는 대표적인 전통금속공예기법이다. 입사기법이 국내에 처음으로 나타난 시대는 삼국시대로 백제, 가야, 신라에서 찾아볼 수 있다. 나아가 입사공예를 현대금속공예에 활용하였을 때 우리 고유의 예술적인 표현과 역사적 가치를 부여할 수 있는 가능성을 발견할 수 있었다. 이를 위해 전통의 기법을 명확하게 익힐 수 있는 교육의 기회를 넓히고 현대공예에 알맞게 수용할 수 있는 실용적 방안을 지속적으로 모색해야 비로소 현대 금속공예의 발전과 우리 고유의 개성을 확고히 자리매김하기 할 수 있을 것으로 전망한다.

청소년의 MBTI 성격유형에 따른 BMI, 신체비교, 신체만족, 외모관리행동의 비교연구 (A Study on the comparison of BMI, Body-comparison, Body-satisfaction, and Behaviors of Appearance Managements according to the MBTI's Typology of Adolescents)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine whether any differences can be found in body comparison, body satisfaction, and appearance management behaviors according to the MBTI's typology among male and female adolescents in Gwangju and South Jeolla province, South Korea. It was conducted by a self-report survey of 534 male and female high school students in Gwangju and South Jeolla province. The collected survey data were analyzed by Means, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, Factor analysis, and t-test using the SPSS/PC WIN 19.0 statistical program. The results were as follows: Introversion Type(I) teens tend to think a thinner body is closer to the ideal when compared to Extroversion type(E) students. They spend less time comparing their bodies with their peers. However, they usually have lower levels of body satisfaction and are more likely to be concerned about acne. Intuition Type(N) students tend to have a body figure that is a little plumper than Sensing Type(S) teens. They are inclined to try and lose weight and are concerned about acne. Sensing Type(S) students are more likely to compare their bodies with their peers than Intuition Type(N) teens. However, they are generally less satisfied with their bodies. Feeling Type(F) teens are more concerned with harmony and personal hygiene the Thinking Type(T) students. Judging Type (J) students generally want to be thinner than their current body type when compared with Perceiving Type(P) teens. When Judging Type(J) teens decide they need to be on a diet, they do their best to lose weight even if it means exercising and forgoing their favorite foods. These results indicate that it would be more effective to offer guidance to teens while taking into consideration their differences in terms of appearance management behaviors based on the MBTI Topology of Adolescents.

간호대학생의 자아정체감과 적응에 대한 연구 (A Study on Ego-Identity and Adjustment in Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study was to examine the ego-identity of nursing students and their adjustment to home and university in an effort to identify the correlation of their ego-identity to their adjustability and lay the foundation for providing better personality education to them. Method: The subjects in this study were 400 nursing students at H and S universities in south Chungcheong province. The instruments used in this study were Park A-cheong(2003)'s Korean-version Ego-Identity Inventory and Jeong Jonggweon(1998)'s Home and School Adjustment Inventory. For data analysis, SPSS/PC+ Package was used, and statistical data on frequency and percentage were obtained. Besides, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson correlation coefficient were employed. Result: The findings of the study were as follows: The nursing students investigated got a 3.46 and 3.53 in ego-identity and family life adjustment respectively out of possible five points, which were both above the average. Their score in school adjustment was 2.89, which wasn't high. As for connections between general characteristics and ego-identity, their academic school year, their type of residence, presence or absence of parents and their birth order made no statistically significant differences to their ego-identity. But as to motivation of choosing nursing, the students who chose their major at their own option were the best in that regard. Their adjustment to family life made no significant differences, and regarding school adjustment, ego-identity was better among those who lived in a lodging house or dormitory(F=4.01, p<.05) and who chose their major at their own option(F=4.88, p<.01). In addition, those with better ego-identity were better adjusted to home and school. Conclusion: As the above-mentioned findings suggested that nursing educators should teach students by mapping out specific plans to enhance the ego-identity of students and facilitate their school adjustment, and full-fledged nurses should be produced by teaching students to build the right work ethics and become qualified as a professional.

다문화 아동과 일반 아동의 발달 및 어린이집 부적응행동 비교 분석 (A Comparative Analysis on the Development and Maladaptive Behavior at Daycare Centers by Children of Multicultural and Non-multicultural Family Background)

  • 이 연구는 다문화 아동의 발달수준 및 어린이집 부적응행동 실태를 확인하기 위하여 경기도 김포시와 안산시에 소재한 34개 어린이집에 재원 중인 만 3-5세의 다문화 아동과 일반 아동 203명을 대상으로 WSS 발달적 체크리스트와 유아교육기관 생활적응행동검사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 다문화 아동이 일반 아동에 비하여 인성 및 사회성, 언어 및 읽고 쓰기 영역에서 발달수준이 낮은 것으로 나타났으나 수리적 사고와 과학적 사고 발달에는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 연령별로는 3세에서는 다문화 아동과 일반 아동 간 발달의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으나 4세와 5세에서는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 다문화 아동과 일반 아동의 어린이집 부적응행동 수준에는 차이가 없는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 하위영역별로 어린이집 적응 수준을 살펴보면 다문화 아동이 일반 아동에 비하여 또래협력 항목에서는 적응수준이 낮게 나타났으나 개인사회기술과 환경적응, 활동적응 영역에서는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 아동의 발달과 어린이집 부적응행동의 관계를 살펴본 결과 아동의 발달 수준이 낮을수록 어린이집에 부적응하는 것으로 나타났으며, 발달 영역 중 '인성 및 사회성'영역의 발달이 아동의 어린이집 부적응행동을 가장 잘 예측해주는 변인인 것으로 나타났다.

기술혁신성과 의복관여도에 따른 집단별 특성 분석: 스마트폰 패션 정보 애플리케이션 사용현황을 중심으로 (An Analysis of Group Characteristics according to Technological Innovativeness and Clothing Involvement: Focused on the Usage Status of Smart Phone Fashion Information Application)

  • As the smart phone market grows rapidly, the significance of the application (app) market also increases. The purposes of this study were to identify market segments according to technological innovativeness and clothing involvement, and to compare the differences in lifestyles, benefits of fashion information app sought, and intention to use. The data were collected from smart phone users in their 10s to 30s in 2013, and a total of 292 data sets were analyzed. The findings of this study were as follows. The respondents were divided into three groups, innovative group, clothing involvement group, and passive group. Significant differences were found among three segments in terms of age, marital status, education level, and monthly income. With respect to five lifestyle factors, innovative group and clothing involvement group had higher mean scores for rational purchase, personal relationship, and personality pursuit than passive group. However, these two groups showed differences in brand pursuit factor. The benefits of the fashion information app were generated into two factors, information benefit and enjoyment benefit. Innovative group and clothing involvement group had higher values than passive group in these two factors. Finally, innovative group had the highest value on the intention to use fashion information app. This study attempts to provide fundamental information about the potential market segment for managers or marketers developing fashion information apps.

의무기록 전공 대학생의 회복탄력성 군집에 따른 학업소진, 진로준비행동 등의 융합적 차이 (Convergence differences of academic burnout, career preparation behavior etc. by resilience clusters of students majoring in Medical records)

  • 이 연구는 의무기록 전공 대학생 대상 회복탄력성의 군집별로 학업소진, 진로준비행동 및 일반적 특성의 융합적 차이를 파악하고 특성에 따른 개선방안을 도출하기 위한 것이다. 의무기록 전공 대학생을 대상으로 자기기 입식 설문을 실시하여 최종 168건에 대해 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 회복탄력성의 3가지 세부 영역에 따라 군집분석한 결과 2개의 군집으로 분류되었다. 군집1은 세 영역 모두 한국인 평균 이상인 보통수준의 집단이었고, 군집2는 세 영역 모두 한국인 평균보다 낮은 군이었다. 군집1은 진로준비행동, 취미 유, 주관적 건강상태가 좋은 편, 외향적 성격, 성적 상, 대학생활 만족, 전공 만족한 비율이 군집2보다 높았고, 학업소진은 더 낮아 군집 간 차이를 보였다. 따라서 군집2에 속하는 집단에 초점을 맞춘 긍정성 강화 교육을 통해 전체 회복탄력성을 높일 수 있을 것이다.

결혼이주여성의 사회적 지지와 삶의 만족도에 관한 융합적 연구 (A Convergence Study on Social Support and Life's Satisfaction of the Marriage Immigrant Women)

  • 본 연구는 결혼이주여성에 대한 사회적 지지 정도를 파악하고 사회적 지지의 삶의 만족도에 대한 영향을 확인하기 위한 경험적 조사연구이다. 이를 위해 선행연구를 통해 사회적 지지를 정서적 지지 요인, 평가적 지지 요인, 물질적 지지 요인, 정보적 지지 요인 등으로 구분하였다. 결혼이주여성에 대한 표본을 설정하고 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였으며, 통계프로그램을 활용해 분석하였다. 연구결과, 사회적 지지의 여러 요인 중 평가적 지지 요인이 결혼이주여성의 삶의 만족도에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 결혼이주여성들의 삶의 만족도를 높이기 위해서는 주변사람들이 그들에 대한 가치, 인격, 인정, 칭찬과 격려 등의 평가적 지지가 필요하다고 할 수 있다.

The Factors Affecting Unsafe Behaviors of Iranian Workers: A Qualitative Study Based on Grounded Theory

  • Background: Some researchers state that they are not yet able to provide a deep understanding of the underlying causes of unsafe behaviors (UBs). Therefore, the present study was conducted to investigate the attitudes and experiences of Iranian workers of UBs. Methods: This present study was conducted in 35 industries using a semistructured interview based on grounded theory. Forty participants were interviewed, including 13 industrial safety and health experts and 27 workers and supervisors. The analysis of the present study consisted of a three-step coding process including open, axial, and selective coding. Results: The results showed that the factors affecting UBs could be classified into three categories: organizational, individual, and socioeconomic factors. Organizational factors were divided into 6 parts: procedure and environmental conditions, communications, monitoring, organizational safety culture, resource allocation, and human resources. Socioeconomic factors had three subcategories: community safety culture, type of organizational ownership, and economic problems. Finally, the individual factors were classified into two categories of personality traits and individual competence. Conclusion: The results showed that organizational factors were the most categorized, and it is estimated that this factor has a more important role in the UBs. Of course, to better understand the close relationship between these factors and find the weight and importance of each factor, it needs to measure it with multicriteria decision systems.

청소년이 지각한 부모의 양육태도 유형별 자아존중감 및 그릿 (Self-esteem and grit for each type of parenting attitude recognized by adolescents)

  • 본 연구는 청소년을 대상으로, 부모의 양육태도 유형에 따른 자아존중감과 그릿 정도의 차이를 파악하고자 시도되었다. 한국청소년정책연구원의 한국아동·청소년패널조사(Korea Children Youth Panel Survey: KCYPS) 자료 중 2018년도 조사에 참여한 중학교 1학년 2,438명의 자료를 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 계층적 군집분석(Hierachical Cluster Analysis)과 비계층적 방법(k-mean cluster analysis)으로 분석하였다. 그 결과, 청소년이 지각한 부모의 양육태도 유형은 '소극적 애정 수용형', '적극적 애정 수용형', '독재적 비일관형', '애정부족 거부형' 4개 유형으로 분류되었다. 또한, 양육태도의 4개 군집별로 자아존중감과 그릿의 정도에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 자아존중감과 그릿 모두 '적극적 애정 수용형'인 군집 2에서 가장 높게 나타났다. 향후, 청소년의 자아존중감과 그릿을 향상시키기 위해 각 군집별로 차별화된 부모교육이 필요하며, 교육 프로그램 개발에 본 연구가 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
