직무스트레스의 대처전략에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Coping Strategy of Job Stress)

  • The organization of business included many a factors that gave rise to the stress. The modem peoples in this organization lived in the flood of the stress. Job stress was an important factors which injured of the employee health, the employee health injured reduce the organizational function. The factors such as personal differences, stressors, personality, cognitive traits etc. should be considered in the study of job stress. The cognitive appraisal is an important factor in the study of job stress and a process of coping strategy. Job stress can be controlled and coped by organizational and personal ability. The coping strategy of job stress is also determined by the personal differences rather than by the intensity of stress symptoms. In copying the stress, to be considered the factors such as interpersonal correlation, organizational climate, career development, job redesign, selection and placement, training. However, these factors should be managed in the scientific, objective, reasonable manner effectively.

의과대학생의 정신건강 증진을 위한 지원의 틀과 방안 (A Comprehensive Framework and Approaches for Enhancing Mental Health in Medical Students)

  • Research suggests that medical students frequently experience mental health problems such as stress, burnout, and depression, which may, in turn, affect suicidal ideation and behaviors. Since mental health problems profoundly impact academic achievement and professionalism, it is vital to understand factors influencing students' mental health and identify strategies to provide the necessary support. Some relevant influencing factors range from the personal level, including gender, personality traits, perfectionism, and social support, to the environmental level, including the grading system, educational phases, exposure to patients' death, mistreatment, and culture of medicine. In this regard, a comprehensive mental health support system that encompasses environmental interventions, as well as personal-level support, is needed. Simultaneously, proactive approaches that address the improvement of self-care and alleviation of systemic burdens are essential, together with the predominant reactive approaches focusing on problems and deficits. Altogether, we proposed a framework for enhancing mental health constructed by four categories (personal-reactive, environmental-reactive, personal-proactive, environmental-proactive) based on the intervention level and goal of support. All four categories have important implications, and one cannot replace the other, but expanding environmental-proactive support will allow more students to learn how to pursue health independently. We expect that this comprehensive framework for enhancing mental health could expand support systems for medical students' personal and professional development.

한국인과 동남아시아인의 푸드네오포비아와 음식관여도 차이 비교 (Comparison of Food Neophobia Scale and Food Involvement Scale Between Koreans and East-South Asians)

  • An individual's food-related personal traits play an important role in influencing personal food choice and habits. According to culture, their influence can manifest differently. To ascertain personal traits about food, FNS (food neophobia scale) and FIS (food involvement scale) were employed in recent studies. This study aimed to understand the food culture and food choices of East-South Asians who live or stay in Korea through comparison of FNS and FIS. Eighty Koreans and 233 East-south Asians (Indonesians, Filipinos, Malaysians, Vietnamese, Thai, Singaporeans, and Bangladeshi) completed a questionnaire to measure FNS (10 questions), FIS (12 questions), and sociodemographic conditions (9 questions). ANOVA was conducted to ascertain FNS and FIS between the groups, and regression analysis was carried out to determine which sociodemographic factors had an effect. The items were analyzed to determine the differences according to gender, age, marital status, nationality, religion, occupation, educational background, monthly income, and length of residence in Korea. FNS showed significant differences between the groups with regard to sociodemographic characteristics, except gender, age, and marital status, whereas FIS showed significant differences in gender, nationality, religion, occupation, educational background, monthly income, and length of residence in Korea. The results of the regression analysis suggest that nationality strongly affected FNS and FIS, and FIS was also affected by gender.

죄책감 소구 수준과 개인성향의 상호작용이 국제기아 돕기 메시지의 반응에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Guilt Appeal Level and Personal Disposition on Responses to International Relief Messages)

  • 본 연구는 국제기아 돕기를 촉구하는 설득 메시지의 효과에 영향을 미치는 죄책감 소구 수준과 공감적 개인성향의 상호작용을 살펴보았다. 죄책감 소구 수준은 메시지가 수용자의 죄책감을 이끌어 내는 정도의 높고 낮음을 의미한다. 공감적 성향이란 타인의 경험에 동조하거나 관심을 갖는 개인의 경향을 지칭하며 본 연구에서는 개인적 고통과 공감적 관심이라는 하위 차원을 이용하였다. 메시지의 실험은 2단계로 구성하였다. 1단계에서는 개인성향을 측정하고 2단계에서는 죄책감 소구의 수준을 차별화한 메시지를 전달하였다. 전체 실험은 죄책감 소구수준(2) ${\times}$ 공감성향(2)으로 설계되었다. 그 결과, 죄책감 소구 수준은 개인적 고통과 상호작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 그 상호작용은 주로 죄책감 수준이 높은 조건에서 개인적 고통이 높은 개인과 낮은 개인들의 차이에 의해 발현되었다. 공감적 관심이 높은 개인들은 낮은 개인들에 비해 죄책감 수준과 상관없이 돕기 메시지에 더 우호적인 것으로 나타났다.

  • 본 연구에서는 사이버교육 시스템에서 학습자의 개인적인 특성에 맞추어 학습할 수 있는 코스웨어를 개발하기 위해 먼저 학습자 특성 분석 및 프로파일 관리 소프트웨어 모듈을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 분석한 학습자의 특성요인으로서는 개인신상정보, 학습성취도 정보, 학습 특성 및 수행성과 포트폴리오 정보 등이며 이를 학습자 프로파일 관리 DB에서 학습자 특성에 대한 정교한 분석을 기반으로 관리하였다. 또한 교육과정 구조화 소프트웨어 모듈을 구성하였으며 이는 High level & Low level 구조화 기법을 활용하고, 학습 주제와 세부 학습과제로 계열화하여 학습내용을 정교하게 구성할수 있도록 하였다. 이를 기반으로 적응적 탐색지원과 규칙기반 기법을 활용한 조언 알고리듬 모듈을 구현하였다. 이 연구는 앞으로 인터넷 환경에서 교육용컨텐츠를 다양한 매체로 학습할 때 학습자 개개인의 개별학습을 위주로 한 자기주도학습을 구현하는 기반으로 활용될 수 있다.

지역 언론에 내재한 연고 네트워크 구조에 대한 연구: 밀집 경향과 지형상의 특성 분석을 중심으로 (A Study on Personal Network Structure of Local Press Organizations in Korea)

  • 본 연구는 지역 언론에 내재한 연고 네트워크 구조를 밀도와 지형상의 특성을 분석함으로써 지역 언론에 내재한 연고 네트워크 구조의 지역별 비교 분석을 그 목적으로 한다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 설정한 연구문제는 첫째, 지역 언론사들에 내재한 연고에 따른 밀도 특성, 둘째, 지역 방송사 내의 언론조직과 신문사 조직 간의 연고에 입각한 밀도 비교, 세 번째, 지역 언론사 조직 구성원들의 연고에 따른 지형적 특성이다. 본 연구를 수행하기 위해 문민정부와 국민정부 시기에 지역의 광역시에 소재하고 있는 주요 일간지와 지역 방송사의 뉴스 조직을 분석 대상으로 설정하였으며, 밀도 분석과 교차 분석, 그리고 대응 분석 방법을 병행하여 활용하였다. 분석 결과, 각 지역에 소재하고 있는 언론사 내부 조직 구성원의 집중 경향을 교차분석과 밀도분석을 통해 살펴본 결과, 해당 신문사의 지역적 기반과 근접한 지역 출신 인사들을 중심으로 신문사와 방송사 공히 조밀한 구조를 보이고 있으나, 특히, 신문사가 방송사 내부의 뉴스 조직에 비해 집중 경향이 더욱 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 아울러, 대응 분석을 통해 지역 언론사의 위치상의 특성을 분석한 결과, 출신 지역에 있어서는 직위에 관계없이 위치상의 차이가 명확하게 나타나고 있으며, 출신 대학의 경우 이사진과 실무진 간의 위치적 차이가 드러나고 있다는 점이 특징적이다.

간호학생이 지각한 간호사 이미지가 전문직 사회화에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Image of Nurses on Professional Socialization Among Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: To exam image of nurses and factors on professional socialization of nursing students. Method: A descriptive study was performed and data was analysed with SPSS-PC Win(version 11.0). Image of nurses was measured by traditional-personal image and professional-social image(20 items, 5-Likert). Professional socialization was measured by revised Professional Socialization Scale(52 items, 5-Likert). A total of 135 students were participated. Result: Professional-social image showed stronger effect rather than traditional-personal image on Professional socialization. Commitment and Decision making were potent factors on traditional-personal image, and Commitment, Maturity, Independence and Decision making were statistically significant to explain professional-social image. Factors influenced positively professional socialization were job satisfaction and professional-social image. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that focus of nursing education have to shift in values and personality traits to professional-oriented value system. Results indicate the importance of encouraging professional socialization and cultivation of positive, personal self-esteem for nursing students through establishing nursing identity. Also, clinical role model was trained effectively.

사회극을 통한 애착유형 및 대인관계의 변화에 관한연구 (The Study of Attachment Styles and Personal Relations' Variation through the Sociodrama)

  • This study was intended to measure variations in attachment styles and personal relations through the Sociodrama, There were three purposes in this study. The first was to verify the contiuance of attachment between parents and adolescents. The second was to find the difference of personal relations and self-esteem according to the different attachment styles. finally the third was to prove the therapeutic effects of sociodrama. The results were as follows: 1. In terms of attachment style 19% of the subjects were insecurity style 9.5% avoidance style and 74.1% security style. 2. The contents of Sociodrama were the daily happenings between parents and adolescent children and among siblings and friends. Every subject said that the Sociodrama helped him to shape his internal self to understand others and to realize the importance of parental roles. 3. The avoidance group became insecure after the Sociodrama because of their distinctive traits. The secure feelings of security grou also decreased due to their developmental character-individuation. 4. The comparison of the two post-tests revealed that the attachment style of the avoidance group has parents was observed as well. 5. The Sociodrama is assumed to be effective in the changes of adolescents' abnormal and insecure attachment and personal relations into a normal and secure state., In conclusion results of the study verified this assumption of the effectiveness of the sociodrama and it's longterm effects.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of organizational culture, personality Traits, work addiction and workplace family conflict on the life satisfaction of Korean Air crew. Methods: The collected data through the survey were analyzed using structure equation model analysis The sample used for the empirical analysis is a total of 578 questionnaires. Results: Empirical analysis summarized next. Organizational culture and personality characteristics have some effects on work poisoning. However, the compulsion of work driven does not affect work-family conflict, Family-Work Conflict does not affect Life Satisfaction. Conclusion: This paper has a contribution in that it extends the range of the academic research concerning Workaholic. Also this paper provides implications on effective human resource management method suitable for airline industry.

  • As social media started to work as important communication tools, social media users have tried to manage their image, identity, and impression through social media. Social media service providers have been interested in providing various functions effectively disclosing users' emotion, such as posting, commenting, and sharing content; on the other hand, relatively few efforts have been made to provide social media functions for information suppression. In this study, therefore, we attempt to examine the relationship between Facebook users' personality and impression management behaviors. Personal traits of users including public self-consciousness, positive self-expression, and honest self-expression were considered as independent variables. Impression management behaviors are composed of two variables, which are suppression and projection. The survey was conducted, targeting 230 Facebook users. The research findings show that public self-consciousness and positive self-expression are positively associated with information suppression while both positive and honest self-expression is positively associated with information projection.
