Basic System Design in the PBNM Scheme for Multiple Domains as Cyber Physical System Using Data Science and AI

  • In the current Internet system, there are many problems using anonymity of the network communication such as personal information leaks and crimes using the Internet system. This is why TCP/IP protocol used in Internet system does not have the user identification information on the communication data, and it is difficult to supervise the user performing the above acts immediately. As a study for solving the above problem, there is the study of Policy Based Network Management (PBNM). This is the scheme for managing a whole Local Area Network (LAN) through communication control for every user. In this PBNM, two types of schemes exist. As one scheme, we have studied theoretically about the Destination Addressing Control System (DACS) Scheme with affinity with existing internet. By applying this DACS Scheme to Internet system management, we will realize the policy-based Internet system management. In this paper, basic system design for PBNM scheme for multi-domain management utilizing data science and AI is proposed.

That can be seen to have the privacy freedom.lot (Internet of things) have released a security system in the era of information privacy appear that public safety and threat. Currently, Information and communication devices can be use criminal investigation, including search and seizure confirmed the fact communication of the communication restriction information storage medium for the common purpose of providing material system, the system provides data and communications. This paper focused on Privacy and open of information data by the Prosecutor and Police in korea. Privacy rights include that transparency information, communication, and protections for the rights of the individuals. It is necessary to be lawfulness of processing, individuals consent while Prosecutors investigations. especially we need explicit condition and National agency need to obtain in order to legitimize their processing of personal information data. The author emphasize are as follows: first, to examine Privacy rights information' necessity and problem, second, to understand Privacy rights and limits, third, to suggest improvements for the purpose of Transparency, codes of conduct and Democracy of information.

  • The RT(Robot Technology) has been developed as the next generation of a future technology. According to the 2002 technical report from Mitsubishi R&D center, IT(Information Technology) and RT(Robotic Technology) fusion system will grow five times larger than the current IT market at the year 2015. Moreover, a recent IEEE report predicts that most people will have a robot in the next ten years. RCP(Robotic Cellular Phone), CP(Cellular Phone) having personal robot services, will be an intermediate hi-tech personal machine between one CP a person and one robot a person generations. RCP infra consists of $RCP^{Mobility}$, $RCP^{Interaction}$, $RCP^{Integration}$ technologies. For $RCP^{Mobility}$, human-friendly motion automation and personal service with walking and arming ability are developed. $RCP^{Interaction}$ ability is achieved by modeling an emotion-generating engine and $RCP^{Integration}$ that recognizes environmental and self conditions is developed. By joining intelligent algorithms and CP communication network with the three base modules, a RCP system is constructed. Especially, the RCP interaction system is really focused in this paper. The $RCP^{interaction}$(Robotic Cellular Phone for Interaction) is to be developed as an emotional model CP as shown in figure 1. $RCP^{interaction}$ refers to the sensitivity expression and the link technology of communication of the CP. It is interface technology between human and CP through various emotional models. The interactive emotion functions are designed through differing patterns of vibrator beat frequencies and a feeling system created by a smell injection switching control. As the music influences a person, one can feel a variety of emotion from the vibrator's beats, by converting musical chord frequencies into vibrator beat frequencies. So, this paper presents the definition, the basic theory and experiment results of the RCP interaction system. We confirm a good performance of the RCP interaction system through the experiment results.

  • The organizations and companies establish personal information protection policy under the law and guidelines. They carry out access control without consideration for distinctiveness of the information although the damage degree varies when the information is leaked. Considering the distinctiveness, a policy needs to be made for individuals to protect his personal information. However, he is not able to write the policy because of lack of understanding the system. To write his own policy efficiently, the system that authorizes ones according to service list provided by organizations is necessary. This paper suggests the model and method that write personal policy for his information protection based on the service list provided by organizations. Through this model, fine-grained authorization and policy change are easily made and ultimately the access control customized according to one's own information is possible.

  • As the research of wireless personal area network (WPAN) is more activated, various communication systems operating on 2.4Ghz are being developed. Systems such as Bluetooth, 802.11b, Zigbee and DBO-CSS are operating on 2.4Ghz. In addition to these communication systems, microwave oven resides in 2.4Ghz, so co-existance between each of these communication systems and microwave Oven is considered important factor of system performance. The effect of microwave oven on these communication systems is so critical that these systems are recommended to avoid the impact of microwave oven by allocation of different channel. In this paper, based on the DBO-CSS operating on 2.4Ghz, we propose a new algorithm of reducing the effect of microwave oven to develop robust communication system against microwave oven.

  • This paper presents the programmable logic controller (PLC) networking development for communication with the mobile phone. The proposed technique is suitable for remote sensing control systems, which can display the operation status and monitoring fault diagnosis of a system. The system operation is based on the use of personal computer (PC) to logically analyze data from PLC, and existing internet protocol for sending information messages to mobile phones.

  • In this paper, we develop the image transfer remote maintenance monitoring system for hand held device which can compensate defects of human mistake. The human mistakes always happen when the worker communicate information each other to check and maintenance the equipment of the power plant under bad circumstance such as small place and long distance in power plant. A worker couldn't converse with other when in noisy place like Power plant. So, we make some hand device for handy size and able to converse in noisy place. The developed system can have improvement of productivity through increasing plant operation time. And developed system is composed of advanced H/W(hard ware) system and S/W(soft ware)system. The H/W system consist of media server unit, communication equipment with hand held device, portable camera, mike and head set. The advanced s/w system consist of data base system, client pc(personal computer) real time monitoring system which has server GUI(graphic user interface) program, wireless monitoring program and wire ethernet communication program. The client GUI program is composed of total solution program as pc camera program, and phonetic conversation program etc.. We analyzed the required items and investigated applicable part in the image transfer remote maintenance monitoring system with hand held device. Also we investigated linkage of communication protocol for developed prototype, developed software tool of two-way communication and realtime recording skill of voice with image. We confirmed the efficiency by the field test in preventive maintenance of plant power.

  • In recent years, Personal Health Record (PHR) has emerged as a patient-centric model of health information exchange. The Personal Health Record (PHR) owners enjoy the full right of accessing their records anywhere and anytime making storage and retrieval more efficient. Due to the sensitivity and confidential nature of the PHR, however, the PHR is maintained in a secure and private environment with the individual determining rights of access. In this paper, we propose a system which enables access to the user's PHR in the event of emergency. In emergency situation where the user is unconscious, the emergency staff can use the PHR information to request a emergency access to the PHR server based on the predefined rights of access for PHR. Under the proposed system, the PHR owner can specify a fine grain access control policy during emergency situations.

  • 'No-Automobile driving Day' is one of Special option of Automobile Insurance in Republic of Korea. It option is used a system for collect to automobile driving information. However, Its system gives discomfort to users of this system. A Discomfort of this system to users is the OBD device's(Personal Car Driving Check Device) installation. A frequent installation of this device provides this OBD device's breakage to the users of this system. In this paper, for a solve this problem, studied new system design to supplement the existing system using Smartphone and WPAN(Wireless Personal Area Network).
