  • The performance assessment is being importantly recognized and enforced in the education evaluation recently. It is not able to analyze learners synthetically because learners are assessed separately in every subjects and the other activities. On the basis of this problem, we designed and implemented the multi-dimensional processing tool. In this tool, the evaluation results of one subject area have an influence on the other related subject areas. In addition, this system helps teachers to establish and process performance assessment plan by providing all subjects database. And all of the information is processed as a whole and can be used in the counseling and school record. This system is based upon windows and can be extend to web based system later. We expect the performance assessment task can be simplified by using this system and students' ability can be assessed by various methods. This system will contribute to ensure the confidence of public education.

  • The service industry needs face-to-face customer service, which suggests the need for education training for workers. In other words, it is meaningful to look at whether education training for workers has a positive impact on the organization's performance. The success through education training will be due to the combined role of various factors. In this regard, the study focuses on how the attitude of workers in education training can play a role rather than just verifying the effectiveness of education training alone. As a result of the study, it was found that an employee's attitude toward education training, which was considered necessary to produce more effective results, was a regulator to further improve the educational satisfaction of training. After all, the more positive workers are about education training, the better workers' job performance can be. Therefore, promoting employee's education attitude before education training needs to be a priority, and further studies may call for more in-depth examination of the role of education training attitude.

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences in early childhood teachers' perceptions of the importance and institutional performance regarding young children's rights. Methods: 171 early childhood teachers responded to the questionnaires. The data were analyzed by using the paired sample t-test and the IPA graph to identify differences in the teachers' perceptions of the importance and performance of each right. Results: First, the teachers perceived the importance of children's rights to be high but low in institutional performance. The main effect of teaching years on the perception appeared significant only regarding performance of the rights of protection and participation. The main effect of teacher education experiences was significant in all areas except the importance of survival rights. The results from Two-Way ANOVA showed the two variables have no interaction. Second, the second quadrant of the IPA matrix displayed the items regarding initiative and autonomy of young children. Both inexperienced- and highly-experiencedteachers, when they had teacher education, recognized that the items related to participation rights should be further improved. Conclusion/Implications: We discussed the various ways in which children's rights should be improved and ways of improving teacher education according to teacher variables in order to promote young children's rights.

  • Purpose - This study empirically analyzes the effect of improvements in the quality of service management performance of college education on traders' conscious change of business management innovation and diverse sales expertise for a year. The use of traders' conscious changes and sales expertise as variables for the verification of the effects of parameters related to the active trader's traditional education market is a desirable direction. The method of research reflects the quality of education service, management result, traders' conscious changes, and sales expertise to understand the precise essence and definition of teaching quality at merchant colleges through theoretical consideration. Moreover, its impact on traders' conscious changes and sales expertise in empirical analysis acts as an intermediary. Research design, data, methodology - The hypothesis of this study leverages the SPSS statistical program. To gather actual proof, sample survey for theoretical research examined 262 valid papers of the 300 papers written by 10 merchants who graduated from merchant's university. First, using the SERVQUAL model, Parasuraman et al. (1996) indicated that for quality of education service, the configuration of factors is the same as the sympathetic performance, that is, responsiveness and empathy, and traders are aware of these elements. However, our preliminary investigation revealed that traders' university education has been excluded as a component of quality of service in the earlier studies. Moreover, we found that certainty of knowledge, reliability, and sympathy are influenced by challenges and by the changing intentions of merchant consciousness. In addition, our study confirms that improvements in convincing abilities and sales technique have a positive impact. Second, merchants' and traders' expertise are proven to affect business performance. In other words, university education of traders and merchants affects the consciousness of consumers, and changes patterns of sales. Third, the quality of service management education and change in the consciousness has a considerable impact on the trader, thereby maximizing business performance and acting as an intermediary for verification. Fourth, the quality of service management education affects the trader's sales expertise to maximize business performance. Results - To summarize, the quality of college educational services relates to the improvement of business performance and the role of the resulting virtuous cycle. Consequently, we can look for suggestions in the traditional markets, where the Government pays attention to the exterior environmental factors as well as to the changing business environment. However, the most important aspect is the merchant awareness. That is, a merchant should understand the distribution environment. Several competitor and trend analyses should be conducted to meet customers' expectations positively and proactively cope with any challenges related to changes. Further, expertise in sales and marketing skills need to be acquired to improve customer convincing abilities and develop a customer-oriented mindset. Conclusions - According to the changes in consumption trends of business enterprises, new management techniques are required to survive competition by improving traditional markets, which will necessitate more competitive education programs in merchant universities.

  • The main purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between the 'logical reasoning skill' and performance in the logic unit that is part of the grade 9 syllabus in mathematics in Turkey. After the teaching of the logic unit, an achievement test, a general skills test and the test of logical reasoning were administered to the 80, 9th year high school students. Pearson Moments Correlation coefficient was used for the analysis of the data to determine the relations between the variables. In addition to that to obtain the most suitable regression explaining the students' performances in the logic unit, stepwise multiple regressions analysis was used. At the end of the study, statistically significant relations were found between the students' performance in the logic unit and their logical reasoning skills, their results of the shape recognition test from the general skills battery and their overall performance in the mathematics lesson.
