가족 및 직업관련 변수가 유자녀 취업주부의 일·가족 전이에 미치는 영향 (The Influences of Variables Related to Family and Employment on Work·Family Spillover in Working Wives with Children)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the influences of variables related to family and employment on work family spillover in working wives with children. Korean Longitudinal Survey of Women & Families(KLoWF; 2008) of Korea Women's Development Institute was used in this study. The subjects of this study were 733 working wives with children. For data analysis Cronbach ${\alpha}$, and multiple regression were performed. The results show that, first, among variables related to family, family role awareness and marital satisfaction influence on work-family negative spillover, and values on familism and husband's weekends housework hour influence on family-work negative spillover in working wives with children. Second, among variables related to employment, career satisfaction, wife's weekly working hour, husband's perception on employment of wife and sexual discrimination influence on work-family negative spillover, and career satisfaction, husband's perception on employment of wife, employment stability, husband's monthly income and husband's weekly working hour influence on family-work negative spillover in working wives with children. Third, among variables related to family and employment, wife's weekly working hour, family role awareness, marital satisfaction husband's perception on employment of wive, husband's weekly working hour, and career satisfaction influence on work-family negative spillover, and values on familism and wife's weekly working hour influence on family-work negative spillover in working wives with children.

소셜 미디어 환경에서 위험이슈 노출과 사회자본이 위험인식에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Risk Issue Exposure and Social Capital on Risk Perception in Social Media)

  • 이 연구는 소셜 미디어 환경에서 수용자의 현실 위험인식에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴보고자 했다. 구체적으로 미디어(텔레비전, 인터넷, 페이스북)를 통한 위험이슈 노출 및 결속적, 교량적 사회자본이 사회적 개인적 현실 위험인식에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지, 전염성 질병, 성범죄, 방사능 오염으로 나누어 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 위험이슈별로 미디어 유형과 사회자본에 따라 위험인식에 미치는 영향이 차별적으로 나타났다. 전염성 질병과 방사능 오염 이슈에 대해 교량형 사회자본은 사회적 위험인식에 정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 결속형 사회자본은 개인적 위험인식에 부적 영향을 보였다. 성범죄 이슈에 대해서는 결속형 사회자본이 사회적 개인적 위험에 부적 영향을 미쳤으며, 노출량과 사회자본 간 상호작용효과가 나타났다. 이 연구는 위험이슈에 따라 차별적으로 나타나는 효과를 검증했다는 점, 위험인식에 관한 선행연구에서 사용된 미디어 변인과 소셜 미디어 연구에서 중요하게 취급되는 사회자본 변인을 함께 고려하여 위험인식에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

새로운 유형의 컴퓨터의 시장실패 요인에 관한 구조적 연구 : 소비자의 넷북 미수용을 중심으로 (A Structural Study on the Factors of Market Failure of New-type Computer : Focusing on the Netbook Unaccepted by Customer)

  • 본 연구에서는 기존에 존재하는 제품을 대체하고 보완하는 기능을 가진 새로운 유형의 컴퓨터가 시장에서 받아들여지지 않아 실패하는 요인을 연구하였다. 제품실패의 원인을 소비자가 제품의 가치를 부정적으로 지각하는 것에 두고, 가치 지각에 영향을 주는 요인들을 소비자가 제품을 사용하여 얻게 되는 혜택과 제품을 사용하는데 소요되는 비용으로 구분하여 영향관계를 파악하였다. 넷북을 대상으로 실증 연구한 결과 소비자가 신제품의 가치에 대해 부정적으로 지각하는 것은 사용의도에 부정적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 소비자가 새로운 유형의 컴퓨터에 대해 지각하는 비용은 신제품의 가치를 부정적으로 지각하는데 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다만 소비자가 새로운 유형의 컴퓨터에 대해 혜택을 부정적으로 지각하더라도 이는 가치를 부정적으로 지각하는데 영향을 미치지 않았다.

빈곤원인 인식, 정부신뢰, 복지의식의 관계 연구 (Study on the Relationship between Awareness of Poverty Cause, Trust in Government, and Welfare Perception : Moderating Effect of Trust in Government)

  • 본 연구의 주 목적은 빈곤원인 인식이 복지의식에 미치는 영향력을 살펴보고, 빈곤원인 인식과 복지의식간의 관계에서 정부신뢰의 조절효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 2019 한국복지패널 14차년도 자료를 활용하여 부가조사를 최종 완료한 만 20세 이상 가구원 2,027명을 대상으로 분석하였다. 분석은 위계적 회귀분석을 활용하여 설명력(R2)의 변화량을 확인하였고, 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 빈곤원인 인식의 하위요인 중 개인책임론은 복지의식에 부적인 영향력을 보인 반면, 사회구조책임론과 운명론은 정적인 영향력을 보였다. 둘째, 정부신뢰는 복지의식에 정적인 영향력을 나타내었다. 셋째, 정부신뢰의 조절효과는 일부 검증되었다. 즉, 빈곤원인 인식의 하위 요인 중 개인책임론과 복지의식 간, 그리고 사회구조책임론과 복지인식 간의 영향 관계에서 정부신뢰의 조절효과가 확인되었다. 본 결과를 통해 사회구성원들의 복지의식 향상을 위해 빈곤원인에 대한 인식뿐 아니라 정부신뢰 등 사회적 자본의 강화가 매우 중요함을 확인하였다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구의 논의점 및 의의, 제한점 등을 제시하였다.

친환경적 시각 및 청각정보가 소음의 인지도에 미치는 영향 (The Auditory and Visual Information Effects on the Loudness of Noises Perception)

  • The effects of the additional visual and auditory stimuli on the loudness evaluation of road traffic noise was investigated by the method of magnitude estimation. As a result, it was shown that additional visual stimulus of noise barrier can influence on the loudness perception of road traffic noise. Also, additional auditory stimuli such as green music or sound of flowing water can influence on the loudness perception of road traffic noise. approximately $5{\sim}10%$ lower than the absence of stimuli. But this effect was disappeared in the range of over 65dB(A).

농촌관광개발에서 사회적 자본과 주민지각과의 관계 - 집단적 측면에서 삶의 질과 태도에 미치는 영향- (Social Capital and Residents' Perception in Rural Tourism Development: Influence on Quality of life and Residents' attitude as a Collective Aspects)

  • This study explores influences of the relationship between social capital and residents' perception in a collective aspects, and also explores the differences of influence between two groups in 10 rural communities. This study conducts regression analysis with residents questionnaires, and analyzes the relationship of influence among the latent factors, and differences between the two groups. As a results, associational network and social trust factors of social capital are identified as the most important factor in the quality of life and residents' attitudes. In addition, the differences in socio-cultural factor of quality of life and residents' attitude between two groups are identified by comparison with the relationship between two groups, although the explanatory power of both groups is not high. To achieve a successful rural tourism based on the result of this study, rural tourism should consider the regional and demographic characteristics, such as age, occupations and education and so on. The major contribution of this study is to confirm that the impact of social capital on the residents' perception would be different by regions in comparison with two groups, and it will be able to provide useful implication for the rural tourism development in the future.

가족탄력성이 가족스트레스 인지에 미치는 영향 -기혼 중년남성 중심으로- (The Influence of Family Resilience upon the Perception of Family Stress -Focusing on Married Middle aged Men-)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of the resilience of families of middle-aged married men upon the perception of family stress. The subjects were 301 married men age 40.54 living in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, Korea. Participants were selected using a purposive sampling method and a convenience sampling method. The data were statistically processed using the SPSS 18.0 program. First, participants who perceived family stress less and had higher family resilience tended to be better educated, have higher average family incomes, have permanent employment, be religious, and have no experience of unemployment. Participants who had low-paying, physical labor-based jobs or who were contract workers perceived family stress more and had lower family resilience. Second, among the variables that affected family resilience, those that most influenced the perceptual extent of family stress were the sense of belief system's family control, having a positive perspective, flexibility with regard to morality, religion, and organizational patterns, connectivity, family resources, communication-oriented mutual cooperative problem-solving, and emotional response. Third, the influence of family resilience upon the perception of family stress measured at 44.2% based on regression analysis and was statistically significant (F=4.606, ***p<.001).

Moderating Effect of Color on Store Atmospherics Predictors

  • Purpose - Pleasing ambient colors, music, scent, layout and salespeople are hypothesized to positively impact shoppers' perceptions about the atmosphere of a store. Few studies on the interactive effect of these atmospheric factors have earlier been undertaken. This paper looks at the interactive effect of color on the other predictor variables. Research design, data, and methodology - This study is from field locations in the shopping malls located in Delhi NCR. A descriptive study was undertaken to decipher the interactive effect of color with music, scent, layout and salespeople. Moderation of color on music, scent, layout and salespeople is regressed on store atmospherics. The authors investigate the effects of color, light, music, scent, layout and salespeople on store atmospherics in a retail context. They also study the interactive effect of color with predictor variables which significantly influence the perception of store atmospherics. Results - The paper reveals that music, scent, layout and salespeople influence customer's perception about store atmospherics. The interactive effect of color with scent, layout and sales people influence customer's perception about store atmospherics significantly. It does not moderate with layout and music. Conclusions - Store color is important in predicting store atmospherics. Care is needed to ensure that the effects of different environmental stimuli match.

Glottal Parameters Contributing to the Perception of Loud Voices

  • This paper focused on glottal parameters contributing to the perception of loud voices because energy of a voice is not the only effective factor. We used a formant synthesizer to synthesize loud voices. We divided F0 tilt (the tilt of F0 contour), SQ (Speed Quotient), OQ (Open Quotient) and TL (spectral Tilt Level) into three levels to get different combinations with default values for the other synthesizer parameters. Analysis of listening tests indicated that F0 tilt, SQ, OQ and TL in descending order had significant influence on the perception of loud voices. F0 tilt had a far more significant effect than the others. The influence of SQ increased greatly with the exclusion of F0 tilt as a factor. The interaction between parameters was not significant.

기독교인 영아교사의 신앙성숙도가 교사-영아 상호작용, 정서노동, 정서지능에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Religious Maturity of Christian Teachers in Child Care Centers on Teacher-Infant Interaction, Emotional Labor and Emotional Intelligence)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of religious maturity of Christian teachers in child care centers on teacher-infant interaction, emotional labor and emotional intelligence. The survey was conducted on 173 Christian teachers of early-child classes who work in child care centers in Gyeonggi-do province. For the research analysis, frequency and Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ coefficient were calculated and regression analysis were conducted. The results are as follows. First, the affective and volitional factors from religious maturity of Christian teachers in child care centers have had a positive influence on the overall teacher-infant interaction. Second, the affective factor from religious maturity of Christian teachers in child care centers have had a negative influence on outward behavior, which is the lower variable of emotional work, and a positive influence on inner behavior. Third, the volitional factor from religious maturity of Christian teachers in child care centers have had a positive influence on perception of self-emotions, perception of others' emotion, emotional application, emotional control, and emotional intelligence overall.
