The purpose of this study was to investigate the Q - method, which is one of the qualitative analysis methods to approach deep and intrinsic meaning about the perception of college students about food in traditional market. Recently, local governments have been developing diverse tourism products aimed at young people in order to revitalize traditional markets. In this study, we classify the perception of food in traditional market by university students, And to suggest strategic implications by using it as basic data for establishing marketing strategy so that young people can visit in the futures. In order to analyze the perception of college students' subjective perception of traditional market food, Factor analysis was used to conduct an exploratory study. To do this, a Q-sort, Program, and Q factor analysis. The results were classified into three types. The first type (N = 21): Memories seeking type, the second type (N = 6): Local culture resource seeking type, the third type(N = 5). Each of these subjective perceptions can be used as a basis for future research. Through the establishment of marketing strategies for each of the three types of classifications, the direction of traditional markets is presented, and a variety of food items that are valuable as local tourism resources are accommodated by accepting university students' to contribute to the revitalization of traditional markets.

The purpose of this study was to provide the basic information to be helpful in establishing more rational prices discount strategy in prices discount advertising. The experiment design for study was a $3{\times}2{\times}3$ between subject factorial design in which the factors were discount presentation types(discount price presentation/discount rate presentation/discount price and discount rate presentation), existence of normal price presentation(presentation/ non-presentation) and semantic cues(regular sales/markdown on the previous season's product/storehouse opening sales). Thirty subjects were randomized in one of 18 experimental conditions. The subjects of this study were 540 female university students in Kwangju, Korea. The results were as follows; 1. Significant interaction effects between discount presentation types and the semantic cues were found in perceived transaction value(p<.01), perceived acquisition value(p<.05), and purchase intention(p<.05)- It means that discount presentation types in prices discount advertising need to present differently according to price discount types. 2. Significant interaction effects between existence of normal price and the semantic cues were not found. It means that normal price need to present in prices discount advertising regardless of price discount types.

The purposes of this study were to identify buyers' need criteria on product/vendor selection criteria of apparel buyers in department store and to investigate the relatonships among buyers' need criteria, information search behavior, types of buying task and influential factors on buying behavior of buyers(individual characteristics, organizational characteristics, and customer perception characteristics). A questionnaire was developed to measure research subjects based on theoretical study empirically. The questionnaire was administered to 159 apparel buyers of 11 department stores in Seoul. The results of empirical studies were summarized as follows. 1. The need criteria of buyers on product/vendor selection criteria were classified into five types : vendor characteristics; quality characteristics; price characteristics; brand characteristics; product characteristics and the need criteria differed significantly by influencing factors on buying behavior of buyers. 2. There were no relationships between information types and amounts of information search but information types differed significantly by need criteria and individual characteristics 3. Types of buying task were significantly different according to need criteria of buyers and organizational characteristics. 4. Buying policy of department store was significantly different according to organizational characteristics.
The purpose of this study is to clarify the characteristics of school adolescents social capital by using Q methodology, to improve the adaptation of adolescents to school, and to contribute to the theory of social capital. As a result of the analysis, five types were derived. Type I was abundance, type II was family ceremony type, type III was discipline, type IV was exchange type, type V was trust type'. Based on the above five types, the characteristics of the social capital types of school adolescents are as follows: First, Type I includes social capital elements in various areas with abundant social capital elements relative to other types. Second, Type III is the weakest type of support among family members among the social capital elements in the family. Emotional interactions in parent - child relationship are cut off. Type II, however, is more emotional Support is the strongest type. Third, types II, IV, and V are parents love and affection for their children and they are very interested in children. Types III, IV, and V are parents It can be seen that it acts as a guide and an advisor. Finally, we can see that the five commonalities share a minimum parental interest in children.
The purpose of this study is to identify individuals' perceptions of extramarital relationships between themselves and their spouses and to reveal relevant factors. The results of analyzing the data obtained by conducting a survey of married people (402 persons) are as follows: First, the perception of spouse's extramarital relationship turned out to be much more negative than the person's perception of his(her) own extramarital relationship, which led to the discovery of a double standard. Second, men are far more receptive to extramarital relationships than women. Third, factors affecting the perception of extramarital relationships are gender(-.161), age(.144), presence of employment(.107), physical attraction(.087), autonomy(.120), emotional alienation(.105), openness(.124), pervasiveness of extra-marital relationship(.303), and satisfaction with sexual life(-.131). Factors affecting the perception of spouses' extramarital relationships are found to be emotional maturity(-.127), prevalence of extramarital relationships around them(.113) and satisfaction with sex life(1.131). Based on the main findings, various types of practical intervention that can be used to deal with extramarital relations are discussed.
The purpose of this study was to examine perceptions on the festival competitiveness of festival specialists. Though extant studies for improving competitiveness of local festival is continued, differences of competitive perception is shown. Thus this study used Q methodology in order to analyze local festival competitiveness perceptions by specialists. The Q sample was based on a review of related academic literature and newspaper, as well as interviews, while Q sample consisted of festival committee, public officers, related artists, art directors, event companies, and related professors. The analysis shows that meaningful three types of competitiveness perception. The results show that local festival competitiveness perception is source of local festival competitiveness. Theoretical and practical implication were discussed.
Based on the observation that Korean speakers of English have difficulties in producing English fricatives, a perception experiment was designed to investigate whether Korean speakers also have difficulties perceiving English labial consonants including fricatives. Forty Korean college students were asked to perform a multiple-choice identification test. The consonant perception test consisted of nonce words which contained English labial consonants [p, b, f, v] in 4 different prosodic locations: initial onset position, intervocalic position before stress, intervocalic position after stress, and final coda position. The general perception pattern was that the mean accuracy rates were higher in strong position like CV and VCVV than in weak position like VC and VVCV. The difficulties in perceiving the English targets resulted mainly from bidirectional manner confusion between stop and fricative across all prosodic locations. The other types of misidentification were due to place confusion as well as voicing confusion. Place confusion was generated mostly by the target [f] in all prosodic position due to acoustic properties. Voicing confusion was heavily influenced by prosodic position. The misperception of the participants was accounted for by phonetic properties and/or the participants' native language properties.
Surveying perception of majors to students of Department of dental technology 433(48.3%) and Department of dental hygiene 463(51.7%), and their sex rates 272 (30.4%) for males and 624 (69.6%) for females, 896 examines in total, have let us to know the level of student's perception of their majors and now able to adjust the level of major's lectures and maximize the ability to study has brought these conclusions. 1. Although the hometowns of students had similar rates between large and small cities disregarding their departments, the type of highschool had differences for the academic highschool graduators were the most. Also, CSAT was the highest than other specialized types when entering. 2. Self selection considering employment percentage was the highest for the student's choice of selecting department of dental hygiene and dental technology. 3. For the satisfaction of school and education systems, "satisfied" and "normal" were as high as 74% in both department of dental hygiene and dental technology for school satisfaction, and 75%, 74% for satisfaction of environment from the two departments. 4. As for the satisfaction of department and environment, department of dental hygiene and dental technology both answered "satisfied" and "normal" the most, but in satisfaction of companions, they have shown relatively high satisfaction by answering "very satisfied" and "satisfied". 5. Difficulties of majors relating to the perception of learning, department of dental technology and dental hygiene both answered too much to memorize and hard to understand. 6. Department of dental technology's try for majors relating to the level of perception of learning have shown that they have high understandings in proportion to how much they try but for department of dental hygiene has shown not much differences. 7. Department of dental hygiene had higher stress than department of dental technology in studying majors and there were both some differences statistically.
This study is intended to compare the quality of housing envirionments between single family house and apartments. To be specific, firstly, it is to be examined as to whether there exists any differences between residents of single family house and those of highrise apartments in terms of their perception of the quality of housing environment. Secondly, the major factors of the perception of the quality of housing environment may be linked to the level of housing satisfaction are to be explored in this study. The perception of the quality housing environment is composed of four factors such as living space, noise, neighbor environment, and structural feature. For the purpose, questionnaires were adinistered to 125 home makers living in single family house and 125 home makers in high-rise apartments in Kwangju. The data were analyzed with factor analysis, analysis of variance, and multiple regression analysis.The following conclusions are derived from the data analysis in thi study: 1) Resjdents of apartments tended to be more satisfied with structural feature of housing unit and less satisfied with noise than those of single family house. There are negligible differences between two housing types in perception of the quality of living space, and neighbor environment. 2) According to the singhle family house group, it is found that structural feature, neighbor environment, and living space predict most of the variance in the level of housing unit satisfaction. It is also turned out that neighbor environment, noise, and structural feature have impact on the level of neighborhood statisfaction. 3) the apartments group shows that structural feature is the only predictor having impact on housing unit satisfaction. It is found that neighbor environment factor predicted the level of neighborhood satisfaction.
There was a difference in recognition of chemical substances according to cognitive level of GHS, knowledge level of organic solvents and each department of workers. they were showed higher recognition of chemical substances by research group, partially group and good group. To identify the relationship between types of job classification(group of department, group of GHS cognitive level and group of organic solvents knowledge level) and the levels of recognition of chemical substances, a total of 153 workers in a small and medium business workplace. Descriptive statistics(SAS ver 9.2)was performed. the results of recognition of chemical substances were analyzed the mean and standard deviation by t-test, and anova, (P=0.05). These results In general, small- and medium-sized workplaces have low levels of GHS awareness and organic solvents knowledge. The perception of chemical substances according to the departments. There was a significant difference in the perception of health, safety and practice according to the level of GHS cognitive, and a high perception in the incomplete group. There was not much difference in average awareness of health, safety and practice according to organic solvents knowledge level, but there was a high perception in good group. It is very important to regularly check the worker's perception of the workplace and identify problems with the work environment and improve the work environment. In addition, each department presents appropriate safety and health education such as chemical process safety, toxicity of chemical substances and human exposure.
