The rapid growth of e-commerce market and changes in distribution channels and consumption patterns have brought about the continuous growth of the domestic parcel service market. To cope with the growth and environmental changes of the parcel service market, parcel companies have made efforts to improve logistics process and construct an information system for customer satisfaction. Since they have focused on a high quality parcel service through a variety of information technology rather than price competition, the importance of logistics information technology has been greatly perceived. Accordingly, this study examined that how information technology and information system quality of parcel companies was perceived by customers and how it influenced parcel service use and satisfaction. To achieve this purpose, this study developed a valid and reliable measurement instrument for logistics information system quality and customer satisfaction based on literature reviews. Then empirical research was made through a questionnaire survey. As a result, six determinants of logistics information system quality were derived: economy, SMS information, tracking web-site information, stability, speed, and accuracy. All factors but economy were found to have positive effects on customer satisfaction in parcel service. Finally, the theoretical and practical implications of the findings were also discussed.
Recently, as internet shopping mall users rapidly, a form of shopping changed from off line to on line. The rapid growth of customers and transaction volume through evolution of new media, internet, brings new problems to internet marketers. It is the most important task that how internet shopping mall operators obtain their customers trust and repeat buying. This empirical research investigates online shoppers for their trust dimensions for online retailers. The study aimed to determine whether e-trust antecedents(perceived reputation, perceived quality, perceived value) influence trust dimension and whether the multidimensional trust contributed differently to perceived risk and willingness to depend on e-retailers. Consequences of the research are as follows: First, it reveals that of reputation, web site quality of the internet shopping mall have influence upon trust dimension. Second, the higher level of trust consumers have, the higher level of willingness to depend and intent to revisit on the retailers they have. But level of perceive risk consumers have not influences on willingness to depend on the retailers. It is necessary for internet shopping mall to development its reputation and familiarity to obtain customer's trust. Accordingly, this research will be helping internet shopping mall insight for marketing strategies, constantly should study about action and mind of consumer.
Social commerce is regarded as a kind of e-commerce that utilizes social media. Considering increasing complaints around social commerce market, it is important to see customers' satisfaction level and intentions to repurchase. In this study, we examine antecedents that affect customers' satisfaction and relationship between satisfaction and intention to repurchase in social commerce market. We also use social media characteristics as moderators between antecedents and customers' satisfaction. The main results are as follows. First, except site design, most of the intrinsic factors of service quality, such as information, transaction, communication and perceived security had positive effects on customers' satisfaction. Second, all the extrinsic factors of service quality, such as discount rate, constraints, and discrimination had significant impacts on customers' satisfaction. Third, the social media characteristics could not moderate the relationship between service qualities and customers' satisfaction. Fourth, customers' satisfaction had positive effect on the intention to spread through social media. Fifth, customers' satisfaction had positive effect on the intention to repurchase. Social commerce companies need to set up strategies considering the antecedents of customers' satisfaction using these research results. They also need to secure customers that have sustainable purchasing intentions.
Government uses the Internet technology to create electronic Government(e-Government). E-Government is an on-going project, and it represents a strong intention of Korean government to make effective and smooth communication between Korean government and its people. To achieve this purpose, government portal sites is one of projects of e-government, being a common gateway for users to find information and to communicate with the government concerning many matters/any matter. However, user's attitudes and behaviors explaining why they intend to use government portal sites is a scant. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to investigate empirically the determinants influencing users' intention to use government portal-sites. Starting with DeLone & McLean's Updated Information Success Model(2003), this study suggests three qualities(Information Quality, Systems Quality, and Service Quality) and two moderating effects(Ambiguity and Government Supports), which affect the perceived usefulness of government portal sites. Results show that the hypotheses were supported. The findings of the study suggest not only a new theoretical model for IS research, but also the important indicators of a successful usage of e-Government portal sites.

This study aims to, looking from a standpoint of network, has investigated the shipping industry's B2B e-marketplace, the characteristics that can earn electronic trust from the users, and characteristics of the web-site. It has examined the mechanism whereby electronic trust be earned and how it affects web-site involvement and service transaction intention. Ultimately, The study attempts to make proposals whereby such trust can lead for a cooperative trading community in the shipping industry's B2B e-marketplace The Covalence structural equation modeling was designed and empirically tested for the shipping industry's B2B e-marketplace. The shipping industry employees were given questionnaires and data were analyzed. Except for perceived security of the three characteristic factors on the web-site, the perceived site quality and characteristics factors in operation only affected co-variables. Transaction Fairness was determined to be the most important factor among exogenous factors increasing electronic trust. With regards to transaction rules, if a transaction is beneficial only to one side, then no long term transaction will not take place. If the concerned parties properly recognize that transaction fairness is crucial to electronic transaction, then it will enormously contribute to successful operations of shipping e-marketplace. Also, Perceived efficiency in transaction also affects electronic trust. This reduces transaction costs and speeds up and simplifies the transaction process. It has reduced greater time and costs than existing off-line transaction, and would positively affect electronic trust. By making an open forum for participants to obtain information for transaction, they can gather useful information, and at the same time, the web-site operator can provide information, which, in turn, will increase electronic trust in electronic transaction. Furthermore, such formation of trust in electronic transaction influences shipping companies in such a way that they will want to continuously participate in the transaction, raising web-site involvement. The result of increased trust is that shipping companies in the future will do business with each other and form a foundation for continuous transactions amongst themselves. Consequently, the formation of trust in electronic transaction greatly influences web-site involvement and service transaction intention. The results of the study have again proved that in order to maintain continuous business relationship with the current clients, electronic trust in virtual space, which operates the shipping industry's B2B e-marketplace, is important for the interested parties.
This study examines the impact of consumers' subjective perception on the quality loyalty of the Internet of things, explores academic innovation schemes, and puts forward business strategies for on-site optimization of the industry. The research methods use online survey methods for Chinese consumers who have used or bought Xiaomi IoT products. The results show that the inherent attributes of Internet of things products have an impact on brand image, and brand image has an impact on customer loyalty. Brand image shows complete media effect in the relationship between hyper-connectivity and customer loyalty of Internet of things products. For the enterprises that develop the Internet of things, obtaining the perceived brand image has a very important strategic significance in expanding the loyal customer base.

The questionnaire survey was carried out to analyze the difference of consumers perception on apparel products presented in catalog, cable TV home shopping program, and internet shopping site. 676 men and 728 women participated in this survey and they were members of catalog shopping or cable TV home shopping companies or netizen. The results of this study show that the shoppers perception on apparel home shopping differed by the direct shopping media that they frequently utilize and by their demographic characteristics. The cable TV home shoppers had higher reliability on product quality than the shoppers using paper catalog or the internet shoppers. The cable TV home shopping members perceived that the apparel products available in cable TV home shopping were diverse and the information about the products was sufficient to decide purchase. The married women tend to think that the TV home shopping program provides diverse apparel products in the aspects of color, design, size and the information about the materials including fabric.

A major concern regarding most auto-repair shops in residential areas is the emission of odorous volatile organic compounds (VOCs) into the local atmosphere, especially during painting operations. VOCs contribute to poor local air quality and are responsible for the perceived odor and discomfort experienced by local residents. Sixteen major VOCs (6 aromatic hydrocarbons and 10 aliphatic carbonyl compounds) were selected as potential target compounds. The site was an auto-repair shop located in a central region of Seoul, South Korea, where the air quality of the site has been a subject of residents' complaints. The sampling points were as follows: 1) in the painting booth with new (NB) or old (OB) removal system, (2) in the exhaust duct after new (ND) or old (OD) odor removal filter, and (3) 2 m below the discharge vent (4 m above the ground) (outdoor air, OA). Each sample was coded: (1) before painting (BP), (2) during painting (DP), and (3) after painting (AP). The toluene level in the duct with the new removal filter during painting (ND-DP) was 1.5 ppm (v/v), while it was 3.8 ppm (v/v) in the right duct with an old removal filter during painting (OD-DP). Accordingly, the effect of filter replacement was reflected by differences in VOC levels. Therefore, accurate monitoring of odorous VOCs is an important step to reduce odor nuisance from local sources.

While the recent lift of restrictions in greenbelt areas is expected to generate a number of development plans, there are efforts to create various development plans into spatial plans that consider the natural and ecological conditions of development sites. However, these development plans consider Degree of Green Naturality or Degree of Ecology only when designating areas for conservation within development sites. It is true that they don't fully reflect the value of green areas and wetlands as habitats and natural resources. Therefore, this study built an conservation value assessment model that is applicable to sites where development is planned in Korea by reviewing prior case examples md studies and applied the developed model to a case study area. The site where the conservation value assessment model was applied to is an area around Yongsan-ri and Suha-ri, Doam-myon, Pyeongchang-gun, Gangwon province where quality natural resources are located in and wend the site. This is a site for the development of Alpensia Resort where a resort including facilities for the Winter Olympics is planned to be introduced. In order to assess the conservation value of the site for Alpensia Resort, a total of eight items including area, distribution of communities, habitation of species with conservation value, functions of habitats, connectivity of habitats, vegetation layers of forests, age of forests, and ratio of non-native plants were studied through literature review and field surveys. The assessment was made by dividing the site into 95 habitats that are perceived by aerial photographs and each habitat unit was assessed on the eight items in a 3-point scale. Each unit habitat assessed in a 3-point scale was segmented into primary, secondary or tertiary areas based on the conservation value. Habitats assessed as primary were designated as priority (absolute) conservation areas and those assessed as secondary and tertiary were set as secondary conservation areas and tertiary conservation areas, respectively. As a result, each area represented 26.9%, 20% and 3% of total site area. Based on this result, habitat management plans were developed to conserve primary conservation areas, improve secondary conservation areas and restore tertiary conservation areas. In addition, a development plan was developed to create habitats in areas where new habitats are requested in order to build an eco-network in the site and a plan to create eco-corridors was proposed. In developing a land use plan for the site, a development plan that considers conservation areas first should be set up based on the outcome of conservation value assessment. This can be linked to the development of an environment-friendly land use plan as well as easing the establishment of a green area and eco-network. This study will facilitate the implementation of the 'conservation before development' principle, which can prevent reckless development, by assessing conservation value in setting up development plans.

The purpose of this study is to examine residents' perceptions of the outdoor spaces of environmentally-friendly apartment complexes focused on quality of life. On-site intercept surveys were performed to collect data and samples were selected from the residents who are currently living in two different environmentally-friendly certified apartment complexes. This study has examined importance and satisfaction of outdoor spaces of the study sites as they relate to quality of life, as well as they correlation between the New Environmental Paradigm(NEP), and satisfaction and loyalty, respectively. Data were analyzed using several statistical methods including descriptive statistics, Importance-Satisfaction Analysis(ISA), t-test, and correlation. The results suggest that outdoor spaces of the apartment complexes are perceived as an important place to improve residents' quality of life. Residents showed a high satisfaction rate to the natural environmental features(e.g. natural areas present, amenity of space) while they showed a lower satisfaction rate to the social environmental features(e.g. access to public transportation). Although most residents tend to have the New Environmental Paradigm based on the study results, NEP did not influence the level of satisfaction in environmentally-friendly apartment complexes. In contrast, there was a significant relationship between NEP and loyalty. In addition, a strong correlation emerged between satisfaction of outdoor spaces and loyalty to the housing estates. Given these results, various recommendations were given to promote better use of outdoor spaces of dwellings to improve residents' quality of life.
