정보품질과 자기효능감이 카셰어링 재이용의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Information Quality and Self-efficacy on Car-sharing Usage Intention)

  • 본 연구는 공유경제 서비스 중 가장 주목할 만한 성장을 보이고 있는 카셰어링 서비스의 재이용의도를 분석하는 과정에서 차량의 예약, 결재, 인계, 검수, 반납 등 모든 과정이 비대면 셀프서비스로 이루어지는 서비스의 독특한 특성을 반영하고자 하였다. 이에, 서비스에 대해 지각하는 혜택과 위험 요인과 더불어, '정보품질'이라는 플랫폼의 특성과 '자기효능감'이라는 개인 특성 변수의 역할을 함께 고려하였다. 자료 수집을 위하여 카셰어링 이용경험이 있는 성인을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였고, 총 320명의 응답이 분석에 사용되었다. 구조방정식모형 분석 결과, 정보품질 및 자기효능감은 서비스의 지각된 혜택을 증가시키는 것으로 나타났으며, 정보품질이 우수할수록 자기효능감 또한 높이 지각하는 것으로 분석되었다. 반면, 정보품질 및 자기효능감이 지각된 위험을 낮추는 역할은 미미하였으며 서비스 재이용의도는 지각된 위험 보다는 지각된 혜택에 의한 영향을 더 크게 받는 것으로 나타나, 소비자들이 카셰어링 이용 시 위험을 크게 인식하지 않는 것으로 이해되었다. Process Macro를 이용하여 매개효과를 추가 분석한 결과, 자기효능감이 재이용의도에 미치는 영향은 지각된 혜택에 의해 매개되는 것으로 나타났다. 정보품질이 지각된 혜택 또는 자기효능감을 매개로 재이용의도에 미치는 간접 효과는 모두 유의한 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 결과는 플랫폼에서 이용자가 필요로 하는 정보를 적시에, 충분히, 이해하기 쉽게 제공해주는 것은 자기효능감을 향상시켜 서비스 재이용의도를 증가시키는 것을 시사한다. 카셰어링 서비스 기업은 고객이 차량을 더욱 쉽게 이용하고 커뮤니케이션 문제로 인한 분쟁이 발생하지 않도록 우수한 품질의 정보를 평소 잘 제공하는 것이 중요하다고 하겠다.

  • The supply of Korean housing has met the demand thoughout the fourth quarter of the twentieth century, and demographic, social and economic changes have been entailed. All the circumstances became a significant foundation to develop digital homes. This study was designed to find out the residents' current use of and needs for digital services, and the interview with three housewives residing in a recently developed digital home was conducted. The three households used most of the digital services, and favored cellular phone, as the main device to use digital functions, since it's small and easy to carry out and operate. It was noticed that the use and preference of digital services was likely to be explained by the lifecycle each household and the lifestyles of an individual. The participants didn't use the webpage of the digital home since the information contained in the web site wasn't quite useful. Also the interviewees perceived that digital home brings many conveniences and benefits. Currently, the main constraints for further development of digital home in Korea are affordability and the establishment of a variety of life scenarios from real situations.

스마트폰의 지각된 특성이 심리적 태도에 미치는 영향 -안도감과 의존감을 중심으로 (The Effects of Perceived Characteristics of Smart Phone upon Psychological Attitude -Study with focus on sense of security and sense of dependence)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 스마트폰의 지각된 특성이 심리적 태도에 미치는 영향 관계를 규명하는데 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 스마트폰의 지각된 특성의 변수로서 지각된 유용성과 지각된 사용용이성을 설정하였다. 그리고 심리적 태도 변수로는 안도감과 의존감을 결과 변수로는 사용자 만족을 설정하여 연구모델을 제시하였다. 연구모델을 실증 분석하기 위하여 국내 대학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 이론적 시사점은 스마트폰의 지각된 특성과 심리적 태도를 연구하는데 이론적 토대를 마련하였다. 실무적 시사점은 첫째, 스마트폰의 지각된 특성인 유용성과 사용용이성은 심리적 태도인 안도감과 의존감에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 스마트폰에 대한 의존감은 사용자 만족에 영향을 미치지만 안도감은 사용자 만족에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

교육대학원생의 비대면 온라인 강의 만족도, 학습지속의향, 추천 의향에 미치는 예측 요인에관한연구 (A study on prediction influence factor of Graduate Students inEducation Learning satisfaction, persistence, recommend intention)

  • 본 연구는 교육대학원생들을 대상으로 비대면 온라인 수업에 관한 주관적 만족도, 학습지속의향 추천 의향의관계와 이에 영향을 미치는 예측 요인들을 실증적 검증하였다. 이에 서울권에 위치하고 있는 E모 대학교의 교육전문 대학원생을 대상으로(N=417) 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 교육대학원생의 비대면 수업 학습 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 사회적 현존감, 인지된 유용성, 정보시스템품질로 나타났다. 둘째, 학습지속의향에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 인지된 유용성과 사회적 현존감으로 나타났고 인지된 유용성의 영향력이 매우 컸다. 그리고 교육대학원 학습자의 주관적인 만족도는 학습지속의향에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않아, 만족스러운 태도를 형성한다고 해서 학습지속의향이란 행동으로까지 연결되지는 않음을 검증하였다. 마지막으로 학습만족도는 타인 추천 의향에 긍정적인 영향을 또한 학습지속의향 역시 타인 추천 의향에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤으나, 주목할 점으로 학습만족도가 타인 추천 의향에 미치는 영향력이 상대적으로 매우 컸다는 점이다. 이는 교육대학원 학습자 개인이 인식하는 비대면 온라인 수업에 대한 주관적 태도인 만족도가 최종적으로 타인에게 교육대학원을 추천하는 중요한 역할을 수행한다고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구는 교육대학원생들의 온라인 수업에 대한 전반적 인식을 살펴보았고, 향후 본 연구의 결과가 실제 반영되어 비대면 온라인 수업 커리큘럼과 콘텐츠 구성의 기초 자료로서 실무적 의의를 지닌다.

전자상거래에서 의류소비자가 느끼는 이점과 위험지각에 관한 연구 (Clothing Consumers' Percention of Benefits and Risks on Internet Shopping)

  • We investigated clothing consumers' perception of benefits and risks on internet shopping and tried to identify the perceptual differences according to presence of real experiences of internet shopping, intention to buy clothings using the internet, clothing items, and demographic variables. A total of 441 people aged of twenties and thirties were surveyed for analysis. The mean values, standard deviation, Student's t-test, paired t-test, ANOVA and multiple range test were used for statistical analysis. The results of this study included: 1. Clothing consumers perceived the internet shopping as a convenient, time-saving method, and an easy way to compare clothing items, but not a cheap tool. The most highly perceived risk was inability to identify the size of clothing item, followed by shortage of stock, delivery problem, color, textiles, after-service, and exposure of personal informations in a decreasing order. 2. Those who had real experiences of internet shopping or who had intention to use it tended to perceive more benefits and less risks on the internet shopping. 3. Perception of risks and benefits differed according to the clothing items and demographic variables.

현장실습중심 농업교육프로그램의 교육내용적 특성, 학습태도, 만족도 간의 구조 관계 분석 (Structural Relationship among Satisfaction, Learning Attitude, Educational Contents Characteristic of Agricultural Education Program Based on Field Training)

  • This study analyzes the structural relationship between attitudes and learning more properties in agricultural college education programs. The results were as follows. first, The model was accepted according to the some goodness of fit statistics such as ${\chi}^2$(84.28, p>.05), RMR(.036), RMSEA(.041), GFI(.927), NFI(.945), CFI(.985), IFI(985). seconds, Learning attitude(.31) and content validity(.47) in the structural relationship between variables is a direct impact on satisfaction. thirds, Perceived Usefulness(.34) and Content validity(.36) has direct effect of factor on learning attitude. Finally Perceived Usefulness was found to direct effect all Content validity(.64) and easy of use(.27). Finally, considering of duties required in the agriculture. increase the satisfaction of learners should have provide field learning based Learning materials, practices, instructional media. As a result, it will enhance the performance of field learning agricultural education programs.

핀테크의 사용자 특성과 제품 특성이 지속 사용의도에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Fintech User and Product Characteristics on Intention for Continuous Use)

  • 융복합 시대에 정보통신기술(ICT)을 통해 금융거래 패러다임의 혁신을 꾀하고자 하는 핀테크의 발달이 주목받고 있다. 금융관련 서비스를 모바일 및 정보통신기술과 접목하려는 핀테크의 확산은 단순한 결제 및 송금서비스 외에 대출, 투자, 자산관리 등 보다 다양한 영역으로 확대되고 있으나 소비자들의 인식이 낮은 편이다. 따라서 다양한 핀테크 비즈니스에 관한 연구의 필요성이 요구되어지는 시점이다. 본 논문은 핀테크 사용자들의 지속사용의도에 어떠한 요인들이 영향을 미치는지를 소비자 관점의 실증연구를 수행하였다. 사용자특성 측면에서 보면, 혁신성은 만족도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 제품특성 측면에서는 지각된 위험은 만족도에 통계적으로 유의하지 않게 나타났다.

업무성과에 영향을 주는 업무용 모바일 어플리케이션의 주요 요인에 관한 연구 (An Empirical Study on the Influencing Factors of Perceived Job Performance in the Context of Enterprise Mobile Applications)

  • The ubiquitous accessibility of information through mobile devices has led to an increased mobility of workers from their fixed workplaces. Market researchers estimate that by 2016, 350 million workers will be using their smartphones for business purposes, and the use of smartphones will offer new business benefits. Enterprises are now adopting mobile technologies for numerous applications to increase their operational efficiency, improve their responsiveness and competitiveness, and cultivate their innovativeness. For these reasons, various organizational aspects concerning "mobile work" have received a great deal of recent attention. Moreover, many CIOs plan to allocate a considerable amount of their budgets mobile work environments. In particular, with the consumerization of information technology, enterprise mobile applications (EMA) have played a significant role in the explosive growth of mobile computing in the workplace, and even in improving sales for firms in this field. EMA can be defined as mobile technologies and role-based applications, as companies design them for specific roles and functions in organizations. Technically, EMA can be defined as business enterprise systems, including critical business functions that enable users to access enterprise systems via wireless mobile devices, such as smartphones or tablets. Specifically, EMA enables employees to have greater access to real-time information, and provides them with simple features and functionalities that are easy for them to complete specific tasks. While the impact of EMA on organizational workers' productivity has been given considerable attention in various literatures, relatively little research effort has been made to examine how EMA actually lead to users' job performance. In particular, we have a limited understanding of what the key antecedents are of such an EMA usage outcome. In this paper, we focus on employees' perceived job performance as the outcome of EMA use, which indicates the successful role of EMA with regard to employees' tasks. Thus, to develop a deeper understanding of the relationship among EMA, its environment, and employees' perceived job performance, we develop a comprehensive model that considers the perceived-fit between EMA and employees' tasks, satisfaction on EMA, and the organizational environment. With this model, we try to examine EMA to explain how job performance through EMA is revealed from both the task-technology fit for EMA and satisfaction on EMA, while also considering the antecedent factors for these constructs. The objectives of this study are to address the following research questions: (1) How can employees successfully manage EMA in order to enhance their perceived job performance? (2) What internal and/or external factors are important antecedents in increasing EMA users' satisfaction on MES and task-technology fit for EMA? (3) What are the impacts of organizational (e.g. organizational agility), and task-related antecedents (e.g., task mobility) on task-technology fit for EMA? (4) What are the impacts of internal (e.g., self-efficacy) and external antecedents (e.g., system reputation) for the habitual use of EMA? Based on a survey from 254 actual employees who use EMA in their workplace across industries, our results indicate that task-technology fit for EMA and satisfaction on EMA are positively associated with job performance. We also identify task mobility, organizational agility, and system accessibility that are found to be positively associated with task-technology fit for EMA. Further, we find that external factor, such as the reputation of EMA, and internal factor, such as self-efficacy for EMA that are found to be positively associated with the satisfaction of EMA. The present findings enable researchers and practitioners to understand the role of EMA, which facilitates organizational workers' efficient work processes, as well as the importance of task-technology fit for EMA. Our model provides a new set of antecedents and consequence variables for a TAM involving mobile applications. The research model also provides empirical evidence that EMA are important mobile services that positively influence individuals' performance. Our findings suggest that perceived organizational agility and task mobility do have a significant influence on task-technology fit for EMA usage through positive beliefs about EMA, that self-efficacy and system reputation can also influence individuals' satisfaction on EMA, and that these factors are important contingent factors for the impact of system satisfaction and perceived job performance. Our findings can help managers gauge the impact of EMA in terms of its contribution to job performance. Our results provide an explanation as to why many firms have recently adopted EMA for efficient business processes and productivity support. Our findings additionally suggest that the cognitive fit between task and technology can be an important requirement for the productivity support of EMA. Further, our study findings can help managers in formulating their strategies and building organizational culture that can affect employees perceived job performance. Managers, thus, can tailor their dependence on EMA as high or low, depending on their task's characteristics, to maximize the job performance in the workplace. Overall, this study strengthens our knowledge regarding the impact of mobile applications in organizational contexts, technology acceptance and the role of task characteristics. To conclude, we hope that our research inspires future studies exploring digital productivity in the workplace and/or taking the role of EMA into account for employee job performance.

무게중심의 다양한 활용-시각적 인식을 통해 도형의 중심으로 활용 (Various Uses of Center of Gravity-Awareness Comparison as the Center of a Figure)

  • The center of gravity of a triangle is the center of a physical shape. This is the content in the second grade of middle school, 'The Use of Similarity'. Unlike the cases of circumcenter and incenter, which are easily recognized visually, it is not easy for teachers to guide students with the visual meaning of center of gravity. According to the survey results, students, regardless of academic achievement, grade, and major, perceived the center of gravity of various plane figure as the center of their shape within a limited area through visual judgment. With reference to the results and contents of this process, it is hoped that the point of the three medians is meaningful not only in argumentative definition that the intersection of the triple line is the center of gravity of the triangle, but also in the center of a figure.

User Resistance in the Adoption of Open Source Software

  • The emergence of open source software (OSS) with its successful projects and its most prominent advantages creates a vast interest among academics and practitioners. However, it has been found that focusing on the developments of OSS to be successful is not adequate and the adoption of OSS by uses is also very important. Although there are a great number of useful and easy to use OSS has been developed, the adoption of OSS and usage in the market is very low. Based on the technology equity implementation model (EIM), this study examines user resistance in the adoption of OSS (i.e., switching from the current system to OSS). A survey has done regarding the adoption of Linux as the case of study. We have found that user resistance to change has negative effect on adoption intention, and switching benefits, switching costs and perceived value have significant relationships with user resistance to change.
