간호대학생의 영아심폐소생술에 대한 지식, 태도, 수행자신감 관계에 대한 융합연구 (Convergence Study about Relationship between Nursing Students' Knowledge, Attitude, and Confidence to Infant Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 영아심폐소생술에 대한 지식과 태도 및 수행자신감의 정도를 확인하고 그 관계를 분석하기 위한 융합연구이다. 연구대상은 3개 대학의 3학년 간호대학생 151명으로 하였으며, 자료 수집은 자가보고식 설문지 작성을 통해 이루어졌다 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 Win을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, peason's correlation coefficients으로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 지식과 수행자신감(r=0.45, p=<.001), 태도와 수행자신감(r=0.35, p=<.001)의 관계가 긍정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 간호대학생이 심폐소생술이 필요한 기도폐쇄나 심정시 상황에서 정확하고 신속하게 심폐소생술을 수행 할 수 있도록 정확한 지식, 긍정적인 태도, 수행자신감을 향상시킬 수 있는 반복적이고 체계적인 영아심폐소생술 교육과정 개발이 필요하다.

  • 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 영아심폐소생술에 대한 지식, 태도, 수행능력의 정도를 확인하고 그 관계를 분석하기 위함이다. 이 연구에 참여하기를 동의한 간호대학생 151명을 대상으로 자가보고식 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 자료는 SPSS 21.0 Win을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, peason's correlation coefficients을 이용하여 분석 하였다. 영아심폐소생술의 대한 지식과 수행능력, 태도와 수행능력은 긍정적 상관관계가 있었다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 간호대학생들의 영아 심폐소생술 수행능력을 증진시키기 위해 지식과 태도를 강화할 수 있는 반복적 영아 심폐소생술 교육프로그램을 개발할 필요가 있다.

영상유도 방사선치료장치(IGRT)를 이용한 흉·복부 종양의 움직임과 외부호흡과의 상관관계 분석 (Analysis of Correlation Coefficient Between Movements of Thoracoabdominal Tumors and External Respiration Using Image Guided Radiotherapy(IGRT))

  • 본 연구는 자유로운 호흡 상태에서 사이버나이프 영상유도 방사선 치료장치(IGRT)를 이용하여 흉 복부 종양의 움직임과 외부호흡과의 상관관계 측정하여 분석하였다. 대상은 방사선 치료를 시행한 폐종양(n=10), 간종양(n=10), 췌장암(n=10) 환자 총 30명으로, 종양추적시스템(MTS)의 로그 데이터를 변환하여 분석하였다. 자유로운 호흡 중에서 폐종양과 외부호흡의 Peason 상관관계는 두미 방향 0.646(p<0.05), 좌우 방향 0.365(p<0.088), 전후 방향 0.196(p<0.115)로 나타났다. 간종양의 상관관계는 두미 방향 0.841(p<0.000), 좌우 방향 0.346 (p<0.179), 전후 방향 0.691(p<0.001)로 나타났다. 췌장 종양의 상관관계는 두미 방향 0.683(p<0.000), 좌우 방향에서는 0.397(p<0.006), 전후 방향 0.268(p<0.127)로 나타났다. 영상유도장치를 이용한 흉 복부 종양의 움직임 측정 결과는 정확한 치료 체적의 결정에 유용하게 적용할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 외부 호흡과 내부 종양 움직임의 상관관계를 분석을 통하여 다양한 방사선 치료 기술에서 종양의 움직임을 보상해 줄 수 있는 중요한 정보를 제공할 것이다.

가계의 재정불일치 및 관련 변인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Disagreement of Family Finances and Related variables)

  • The Purpose of this study is to search a tendency of financial disagreement and to identify the variables influencing on financial disagreement of husbands and wives. for this purpose, reviewing literatures and empirical research were conducted. The sample was selected from the husbands and wives living in Masan, Changwon and Jinhae. Among 336 respondents. 111 husbands and 225 wives were finally selected as datum sources. The data were analyzed by the statistical method such as frequency distribution percentile ,ANOVA. Peason's correlation and Regression analysis. The main results were as follows; 1) Most husbands and wives showed th high level of financial disagreements. 2) As for the related variables, socio-demographic and psychological variables such as husband's education. family income, communication and financial management behavior had turned out to be significant on the financial disagreement of wives. As for the husband's financial disagreement, husband's education and family income had a significant influence. 3) There were negative correlation between the financial management behavior and the financial disagreement of husbands and wives(r=-0.22. -0.35). 4) the family characteristics which were the best predictors of financial disagreement included; family income, financial management behaviro of husbands and wives.

치과위생사의 심폐소생술에 대한 지식, 태도, 수행자신감 관계에 대한 융합연구 (Convergence relationship between knowledge, attitude, and confidence to cardiopulmonary resuscitation in dental hygienists)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 치과위생사의 심폐소생술에 대한 융복합적 지식, 태도 및 수행자신감의 상관관계를 분석하고자 함이다. 전북지역 치과병의원의 치과위생사 234명을 대상으로 하였으며, 자기기입식 설문지 작성을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, peason's correlation coefficients으로 분석하였다. 지식과 태도, 교육을 포함한 태도와 지식, 지식과 수행자신감의 관계가 긍정적 상관관계를 나타내었다(r=.25, r=.40, r=.19). 치과위생사가 심폐소생술이 필요한 기도폐쇄나 심장정지 상황에서 신속하고 정확한 심폐소생술을 수행할 수 있도록 정확한 지식 및 긍정적인 태도를 갖고, 수행 자신감을 향상시킬 수 있는 체계적이고 반복적인 심폐소생술 교육과정 프로그램이 필요하다.

텍스트 마이닝을 이용한 소비자 소비패턴 분석 기법 설계 (An Analysis Scheme Design of Customer Spending Pattern using Text Mining)

  • 본 논문에서는 텍스트 마이닝을 이용한 소비자의 소비패턴 분석 기법을 제안하였다. 제안하는 소비패턴 분석기법에서는 첫째, 피어슨의 상관계수를 이용하여 사용자의 평가점수에 대한 유사도를 분석하고, 둘째, 텍스트 마이닝 기법 중의 하나의 TD-IDF의 코사인 유사도를 이용하여 사용자의 리뷰들간의 유사도를 분석하고, 셋째, Sentiwordnet를 이용하여 평가점수와 리뷰의 일치성을 분석하였다. 그리고 제안하는 소비패턴 분석 기법은 평가점수의 유사도와 리뷰의 유사도를 이용하여 근접이웃들을 선정하고, 선정된 이웃에 소비패턴에 적합한 추천리스트를 제공하였다. 추천리스트의 정확도는 피어슨 상관계수가 0.79, TD-IDF가 0.73, 그리고 제안하는 소비패턴분석기법이 0.82로 나타났다. 즉, 제안하는 소비패턴분석기법은 소비자의 정량적인 평가점수와 정성적인 리뷰를 모두 이용하므로 소비 패턴을 좀 더 정확하게 분석할 수 있었다.

남자 중.고등학생의 자기이미지와 의복추구이미지에 대한 연구 (A study on the Self-Image and Clothing Preference Image of Male Adolescents)

  • The purposes of this study were 1) to classify wearing situation of male adolescents and 2) to classify self-image and CPI(Clothing Preference Image) of male adolescents and 3) to segment consumer group by self-image and to find the differences in self-image and CPI by situation among groups. For the data collection a questionnaire was distributed to male adolescents who were residents in Seoul and Taejeon. The statistics used for the data analysis were factor analysis, multiple dimensional scale, mean, percentage, peason-correlation, cluster analysis, one-way ANOVA, Duncan-test by the SPSSWIN program. The results of this study are as follows: 1) The self-image of male adolecents is categorized by seven factors; sophisticate and fashion conscious, active, practical and realistic, flank and pure, young-looking, feminine, and slender. Based on seven factors, the consumer group is categorized to five groups; practical and realistic Group1, young-looking and feminine Group2, characterless Group3, active Group4, sophisticate and flank Group5. 2) Wearing situations are divided into three categories; in downtown, in urban, at festival. In downtown, CPI are divided into six elements; ornamental, simplex, sexy, feminine, neat, young, and sophisticate. In urban, CPI are divided into five elements; ornamental, simple, sexy, feminine, young-looking, and sophisticate. At festival, CPI are divided into four elements; unique, simple, feminine, and formal. To conclude, the male adolescent consumers are categorized by self-image, and the different CPIs are sought by different wearing situations.

여고생의 의복행동과 자기효능감 및 감각추구성향과의 관련 연구 (Female Adolescents' Clothing Behavior as Related to Self-Efficacy and Sensation Seeking)

  • The purpose of this study were 1) to identify the effects of the self-efficacy, sensation seeking and delinquency on female adolescents' clothing behavior, and 2) to identify the differences in self-efficacy, sensation seeking, deliquency and clothing behavior in relation to the demographic variables. The data were collected from 435 high school girls living in Seoul, via a self-administered questionnaires, and were analyzed by factor analysis, Peason's correlation, multiple regression, one-way ANOVA and SNK test. The result of this study were as follows: As the result of analyzing the effects of self-efficacy, efficacy, sensating seeking and delinquency on each of clothing behavior variables, fashion leadership was explained by the factors such as social self-efficacy, delinquency and boredom susceptibility, and psychological clothing dependence by boredom susceptibility, social self-efficacy, and thrill and adventure, clothing exhibition by boredom susceptibility, delinquency, and general self-efficacy, social approval by boredom susceptibility, and general self-efficacy, preference for up-to-data style by delinquency, boredom susceptibility by delinquency, boredom susceptibility. There were significant differences between the two types of school in general self-efficacy, thrill and adventure, experience seeking, delinquency, preference for up-to-data style, and appearance related delinquency. Location of school had the effects on experience seeking, delinquency, fashion leadership, and appearance related delinquency, and socioeconomic status on fashion leadership.

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a large representative data base for jeans marketing strategy. This study was to survey brand awareness and analyze brand image and consumer's seeking image. The 700 questionnaires were distributed and 656 reliable ones were used for statistical analysis. A SAS statistical package including frequency table, factor analysis, analysis of variance, Duncan's multiple range test, Peason's correlation test was used. The results are as follows: 1. Brand awareness involves "brand recall" based on asking a person to name recalled first, and "brand recognition" based on asking to identify brand name from 30 given brands. The result indicated that "Levi" was dominant for brand recall and Guess was dominant for brand recognition. 2. Regarding the brand image, the result showed that "Vov" was best represented for sophisticated 8t trendy brand images, "Storm" for sophisticated brand image, "Jambangee" for reasonable price & comfortable brand images, and "Levis" for classic & design/color brand images. 3. As a result of factor analysis on consumer's seeking image, six factors(characteristic/gay, intelligent/sexy, feminine/sophisticated, active/functional, cute/young, simple/comfortable) were found. Several factors had a relationship with demographic variables, preferred design, fashion interest.

척수손상환자의 사회적 지지와 재활동기 (The Rehabilitation Motive and Social Support by Spinal Cord Injury Patients)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between rehabilitation motive and social support perceived by spinal cord injury patients. Method: Data were collected by the questionnaires from 83 patients with spinal cord injury in a hospital. It was analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA and Peason's correlation coefficients. Result: The social support score was 3.51 of 5 in average. The connectedness of subordinate portion was the highest as 3.57. The rehabilitation motive was 2.93 of maximum 4.00 in average. Among sub-dimensions of the rehabilitation motive, the mean score of change oriented motivation was 3.27 as the highest. The higher the direct support, the higher the indirect support(r=.663, p=.000). The higher the rehabilitation motive, the higher the direct(r=.282, p=.010) and indirect support(r=.397, p=.000). Conclusion: According to this study, the social support had the significant relationship with the rehabilitation motive. The social support was the key factor to enhance the rehabilitation motive psychologically. Finally, there is a need to develop the nursing intervention improve the social support for the spinal cord injury patients.
