축제평가와 축제프로그램의 테마 연관도 분석 -서울시 자치구 대표축제를 중심으로- (The Influence that Correlates between Festival Programs and the Themes on the Festival Evaluations -Through the Case of the Representative Festivals of Seoul Metropolitan Borough-)

  • 본 연구는 최근 2년 간 서울특별시 자치구 축제평가와 축제프로그램의 테마 연관도를 알아보기 위하여 상 하위 평가를 받은 각각 2개 축제를 대상으로 전문가 AHP 조사를 통해 축제평가와 축제프로그램의 테마 연관도를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 강동선사문화축제의 원시대탐험 거리퍼레이드, 한성백제문화제의 한성백제체험마을, 이태원 지구촌축제의 지구촌거리퍼레이드, 허준축제의 개막 주제뮤지컬공연의 테마 연관도가 가장 높은 것으로 조사되었고, 이 결과의 의미는 다음과 같다. 각 축제의 대표 프로그램이 선정되었다는 점, 축제테마에 밀접한 프로그램 명칭을 가지고 있다는 점, 방문객들의 직접 참여가 전제가 되는 행렬형 프로그램과 체험형 프로그램이라는 점, 그리고 축제프로그램의 테마 연관도가 높을수록 우수한 축제로 평가받고 있다는 점 등이다. 따라서 축제가 좋은 평가를 받기 위해서는 테마 연관도가 높은 프로그램들은 축제의 대표프로그램으로 집중 육성하고, 테마 연관도가 낮은 프로그램들은 테마 연관도를 높여서 축제의 다양성을 확대하여 축제 테마를 브랜드화하는 전략이 필요하다.

DEA 모형을 이용한 국내 대학의 경영 효율성 평가 (The Evaluation of Administrative Efficiency of the Korean University Using DEA Model)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate administrative efficiency of the Korean university and to identify the factors which may affect on the efficiency of universities. In addition, last purpose of this study was to compare correlation among administrative, research and education model. Methods: The collected data through Higher Education in Korea were analysed using DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis). Furthermore, in order to provide the better accurate results by removing the bias of the results, this paper implements Bootstrap DEA. It also analyzed the causes of efficiency by Tobit Regression after setting the dependent variable as a proposed efficiency score and compared correlation analysis results between other models. Results: The results of this study are as follows; First, the Korean universities showed low administrative efficiencies. Second, efficiency of national universities are higher than it of private universities. Finally, the administrative and research education model have statistically significant correlation. However, usually many Korean universities focus their resources on education performance such as employment and rates to attract new students than research performances. Conclusion: This study shows that the administrative efficiency positively affects both research and educational efficiency. Approximately 70% of the Korean universities needs to improve their administrative efficiencies and to pay attention to enhance their poor services, low-level performances.

터보 부호와 결합된 준직교 시공간 블록 부호의 효율적인 검출 기법 (Efficient Detection Scheme for Turbo Coded QO-STBC Schemes)

  • 터보 부호화된 시공간 블록 부호(space-time block coding; STBC) 방식을 사용하는 디지털 통신 시스템에서는 STBC 방식에서 어떻게 연판정 값을 제공하느냐가 터보 부호의 성능과 밀접하게 관련되어 있기 때문에 세심한 주의가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 시스템의 수신단에서 터보 부호의 복호화기에 들어가는 STBC 복호화기의 출력 값인 연판정 검출(soft decision detection; SDD) 값의 정확도의 정도에 따른 성능을 살펴본다. 최근 유사 직교 STBC(quasi-orthogonal STBC; QO-STBC) 방식의 복호 과정에서 발생하는 잡음 향상 효과를 완화시키기 위한 방식으로써 잡음 백색화 필터(noise whitened filter)를 이용한 방식이 제안되어 성능 향상 및 복잡도 개선에 도움이 될 수 있음이 밝혀진 바 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 이러한 잡음 백색화 필터를 이용한 QO-STBC 방식에 대한 보다 명확한 수학적 분석 결과를 제시하고, 이에 적합한 SDD 방식을 제안한다.

  • 컨테이너 터미널의 주요 생산성 지표 중에 하나는 안벽에서의 작업 생산성이다. 안벽 크레인(QC)의 작업 일정은 안벽 작업 생산성에 많은 영향을 준다. 최근 터미널 관리자들은 안벽 작업 생산성을 높이기 위해서 새로운 개념의 장비도입과 운영 방식에 많은 관심을 보이고 있다. 더블 사이클이나 듀얼 사이클은 새로운 장비를 도입하지 않고 운영상의 변화만으로 안벽 생산성을 높일 수 있는 방법으로서 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 지금까지 대다수의 연구들은 안벽 작업을 병목으로 인식하고 거기에만 초점을 맞춘 연구들이 대부분이었다. 하지만 안벽 크레인이 야드 트랙터를 기다리는 시간을 고려하지 않는다면 더 많은 대기 시간이 발생하게 되어 오히려 효율성이 떨어질 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 야드 트랙터를 고려한 듀얼 사이클 운영을 위한 크레인 일정계획에 대해 해법을 제시하겠다.

ESG 경영이 핀테크 산업에 미치는 영향: MSCI 지수 편입 카카오페이 사례를 중심으로 (The Impact of ESG Management on the FinTech Industry: Focusing on the Case of K-Pay's inclusion in the MSCI Index)

  • FinTech, which has brought innovation to the financial industry thanks to the advancements in ICT since 2010, has contributed to the growth of the financial ecosystem and increased consumer benefits. Furthermore, there has been a growing demand for social responsibility and sustainability in financial institutions, which have a significant impact on governments, businesses, and people's lives. Despite this, many FinTech companies and traditional financial institutions are still in the early stages of establishing ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management philosophy or lack long-term plans. In this study, we aim to examine the impact of ESG management on the FinTech industry, focusing on representative domestic cases, and derive policy and institutional measures to spread it in the financial industry. Specifically, we will adopt MSCI rating indicators, which are internationally accepted by various industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, and transportation, to evaluate the 35 ESG management subcategories of FinTech companies. As a result, a total of 22 compliance items were disclosed in the ESG report, and it was possible to confirm the detailed management. Through this, we intend to propose effective management strategies for the organizational structure, operations, programs, and performance evaluation of FinTech companies, which are positioning themselves as sustainable growth drivers in the domestic industry.

얀 라우어스(Jan Lauwers) 공연의 탈서사적 특징들 -<이사벨라의 방(Isabella's Room)>, <랍스터 가게(The Lobster Shop)>, <사슴의 집(Deer House)>을 중심으로- (The post-epic characteristics in Jan Lauwers' theatre -, and -)

  • This study aims to analyze the characteristics of post-epic theatre in the Belgian theatre director Jan Lauwers' trilogy titled in "Happy Face/Sad Face": (2004), (2006) and (2008). I regard that it played a very important junction for him to create his own theatrical style compared to earlier years. From this period, Lauwers has tried to create his original plays in order to concentrate the story of our era and has showed to combine a variety of media such as dance, installation, video, singing etc. In this context, I would like to study his own theatricality from the three perspectives of dramaturgy, directing and acting largely based on Hans-Thies Lehmann's theory of post-epic theatre, who pointed out the significance of Lauwer's theatrical leading role very early. First, from the dramaturgical point of view, we need to pay attention to the theme of translunary death; where the living and the dead coexist on the stage. In fact, death is the theme that Lauwers has been struggling to research for quite long time. In his trilogy, the dead never exits the stage. The dead, who is not a representative tragic character, even meddles the things among or with the living and provide comments to people. As a consequence, it happens to reduce a dramaturgical strong tension, leads depreciation of suspense and produces humanism in a way. This approach helps to create his unique comical theatrical atmosphere even though he deals with the contemporary tragic issues such as war, horror and death. Second, from the directing point of view, it is worth to take a look at the polyphonic strategy in terms to applying various media. Among all the things, the arts of dancing and singing in chorus are actively applied in Lauwer's trilogy. The dance is used in individual and microscopic way, on the other hand, singing shows collective and is a macroscopic quality. The dance is the representing media to show Lauwer's simultaneous microscopic mise-en-scene. While main plot takes place around the center-stage, actors perform a dance around the off-centered stage. Instead of exiting from the stage during the performance, the actors would continue dance -sometimes more like movements- around the off-centered stage. This not only describes the narrative, but also shows how each character is engaged to the main plot or incident, and how they look into it as a character. Its simultaneous microscopic mise-en-scene intends to function such as: showing a variety moments of lives, amplifying some moments or incidents, revealing character's emotion, creating illusionary theatrical atmosphere and so on. Meanwhile, singing simple lyrics and tunes are an example of the media to stimulate the audiences' catharsis. As the simple melody lingers in the audiences' mind, it ends up delivering a theatrical message or theme after the performance. This message would be transferred from the singing in chorus functions as a sort of leitmotive in order to make an impression to the audience. This not only richens their emotion but also creates an illusionary effect. Third, from the acting perspective, I'd like to point out the "detachment" aesthetic which Lehmann has pointed out. The actors never go deep into the drama by consistently doing recognize a theatrical illusion. The audience happens to pay attention to their presence through the actor's deliberate gesture, business, movement, rhythm, language, dance etc. The actors are against forming closed action by speaking in various languages or by revealing deliberately stage directions or acts, and by creating expressive mise-en-scene with multiple media. As a consequent, the stage can be transformed to not a metaphoric but a metonymic place. These actions are the ultimate intention for a direct effect to the audience. So to speak, Lauwers uses the anti-illusionary theatrical method: the scenes of fantastic death, interruption of singing and dance, speaking many kinds of languages, acting in detachment-status and so on. These strategies function to make cracks in spectators' desire who has a desire to construct a linear narrative. I'd like to say that it is the numerous potentiality to let the reality penetrate though and collide the reality with a fiction. By doing so, it induces for spectators to see the reality in the fiction. As Lehmann says, "when theatre presents itself as a sketch and not as a finished painting, the spectators are given the chance to feel their own presence, to reflect on it, and to contribute to the unfinished character themselves". In this sense the spectators can perform an objective criticism on our society and world in Lauwer's theatre because there are a number of gaps and cracks in his theatrical illusion where reality can penetrate. This is also the point that we can find out the artists' responsibility in this era of our being.

병원간호사의 행복지수, 전문직관, 이직의도와의 관계 (The Relationship between Better Life Index, Nursing Performance and Intents to Leave among Hospital Nurses)

  • 본 연구는 병원간호사의 행복지수, 전문직관, 이직의도 간의 관계를 비교 파악하기 위한 목적으로 수행하였다. 2012년 7월1일부터 7월20일까지 부산,경남에 소재한 200병상 이상 병원급 의료기관 8곳을 임의 표출하여 총 700명의 간호사를 대상으로 설문조사 수집하였으며 최종 677부를 분석하였다. 간호사의 행복지수, 전문직관, 이직의도의 정도와 차이를 파악하였고, 변수간의 상관관계분석과 다중회귀분석을 통해 이직의도에 미치는 요인들을 분석하였으며 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 간호사의 행복지수와 관련된 항목의 평균은 3.03(5점척도), 전문직관의 평균평점은 3.09로 중간정도였으나 이직의도는 평균평점 3.35로 다소 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 연구 대상자의 특성에 따른 전문직관과 이직의도가 통계적으로 유의하였으며(p<0.05), 이직의도는 행복지수와 전문직관과의 유의한 음의 관계를 보였다. 셋째, 이직의도에 가장 영향을 주는 요인으로는 전문직관과 행복지수, 종합병원, 평균급여 201-250만원에서 유의한 수준을 보였다(p<0.05). 본 연구결과를 토대로 행복지수와 전문직관이 이직의도에 주요한 요인으로 나타난 만큼 좀 더 심층적인 변인들을 포함하여 다차원적인 관점의 추후 연구가 요구되며, 이직의도를 감소시키기 위한 간호중재 프로그램의 적용방안이 필요한 것으로 사료된다.

병원급식 조리종사원의 직무 특성과 직무 만족도 분석 (Job Satisfaction and its Relationship to Job Characteristcis of Hospital Foodservice Employees)

  • The purposes of this study were to: 1) measure the levels of job satisfaction with five facets of a job: the work itself, promotion, pay, supervision and co-workers, 2) investigate the degree of job characteristics inventory which employees perceived, 3) investigate relationships between job characteristics and job satisfaction levels of the employees in hospital foodservice, 4) measure the levels of organizational commitment and investigate its relationships between job satisfaction and job characteristics, 5) investigate the relationships between job performance and job satisfaction, job characteristics of the employees in hospital foodservice. The questionnaire was developed based on modifying Job Descriptive Index developed by Smith, Kendall, Hulin and Job Characteristics Inventory developed by Sims, Szilagyi, Keller and Affective commitment Scale developed by Meyer and Allen. Subjects consisted of 76 employees in hospital foodservice. Data were analyzed for frequency, means, ANOVA, Duncan multiple range test, and pearson correlation using SAS PC Package. The results of this study were as follows. 1) Most of the respondents were 41 years up(39.5%) and married (92%). High school graduates were 59.2%. 10 years working experienced employees were 35%. 2) A majority of the respondents(44.7%) ranked work itself as the most important aspect. 3) They were the most satisfied with co-workers. 4) Satisfaction with work itself, wage, and supervision were found significantly related to age(p<0.05). 5) Task identify was the most prevalent job characteristics and then task identity. 6) Satisfaction with co-workers were found significantly related to job variety(p<0.05). Satisfaction with supervision and promotion were found significantly related to friendship(p<0.05). 7) Job satisfaction have not correlation with job performance. Satisfaction with supervision, co-workers were positively correlated with organizational commitment(p<0.01). 8) Job characteristics of dealing with others were positively correlated with job performance (p<0.05). Job characteristics of variety, autonomy, task identity were positively correlated with organizational commitment(p<0.05, p<0.01).

지구기후변화 방지를 위한 유럽연합(EU) "신규 승용차 이산화탄소 배출 감축 규칙"에 대한 고찰 (A Study on the EU Regulation for Reducing CO2 from New Passenger Cars to Prevent Climate Change)

  • Climate change is one of the biggest dangers facing all living creatures in the earth. It has been understood that emissions of greenhouse gases from human activity is the cause of climate change. Cars are responsible for around 12% of total EU emissions of CO2, the main greenhouse gas. The United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC or FCCC) is an international environmental treaty adopted at the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) on 9 May, 1992, which entered into force on 21 March 1994. The European Commission first adopted a Community Strategy to reduce CO2 emissions from cars in 1995. On 19 December 2007, the European Commission proposed "Proposal for Setting emission performance standards for new passenger cars to reduce CO2 emissions", which was adopted on 23 April 2009 as "Regulation (EC) No 443/2009". Prior to submitting the Proposal, the European Commission performed impact assessment and prepared impact assessment report which was reviewed by the Impact Assessment Board. The objective of this Regulation is to set emission performance standards for new passenger cars registered in the Community, which forms part of the Community's integrated approach to reducing CO2 emissions from light-duty vehicles while ensuring the proper functioning of the internal market. In the event that a manufacturer fails to meet its target, it will be required to pay an excess emissions premium in respect of each calendar year from 2012 onwards. On 11 March 2014, Regulation (EC) No 333/2014 amending Regulation (EC) No 443/2009 was adopted. Regulation (EC) No 333/2014 amends Regulation (EC) No 443/2009 to implement the modalities of meeting the 95g CO2/km target for new passenger cars to be reached in 2020. As industry benefits from indications of the regulatory regime that would apply beyond 2020, the Regulation includes a further review to take place by, at the latest, 31 December 2014.

한국 방송 콘텐츠의 뉴미디어 플랫폼 비즈니스 모델 (Business Model of New Media Platform in K-Content Use)

  • 본 연구는 뉴미디어 플랫폼을 통해 글로벌 시장에서 소비되는 한류 콘텐츠 서비스에 초점을 맞추어, 서비스별 비즈니스 모델 분석을 통해 성공/실패 요인을 살펴본 것이다. 단순한 콘텐츠 공급자가 아니라 서비스 제공자로 시장을 확대해 나가는 관점에서, 효과적인 뉴미디어 콘텐츠 플랫폼 모델을 제시하는 것이 목적이다. 대표적인 한류 OTT서비스인 비키, 드라마피버, 마두닷컴을 대상으로 서비스 경영전략과 성공/실패 요인을 살펴보았다. 성공적인 비즈니스 모델의 네 가지 요소-고객 가치, 이익 공식, 핵심 자원, 핵심 프로세스-를 기반으로, 관련 자료와 문헌, 설립자 및 CEO 인터뷰 등을 통해 사례연구를 했다. 글로벌 OTT 플랫폼의 성공 요인은 타깃 고객의 커버리지, 수익 모델, 커뮤니티의 활성화 등 세 가지로 정리된다. 명확한 타깃 고객을 정하고, 넓은 고객 커버리지를 갖는 것이 서비스의 가치를 결정하는데 중요하다. 또 플랫폼의 수익모델은 광고를 기반으로 유료 서비스를 제공해야 하며, 한류 콘텐츠 팬덤을 형성하고 지속적인 콘텐츠 소비를 이끌기 위해서는 커뮤니티의 형성과 관리가 필수적이다.
