J2 와 J3 불변량에 기초한 항복함수의 제안과 이방성 판재에의 적용 (Yield Functions Based on the Stress Invariants J2 and J3 and its Application to Anisotropic Sheet Materials)

  • The yield criterion, or called yield function, plays an important role in the study of plastic working of a sheet because it governs the plastic deformation properties of the sheet during plastic forming process. In this paper, we propose a novel anisotropic yield function useful for describing the plastic behavior of various anisotropic sheets. The proposed yield function includes the anisotropic version of the second stress invariant J2 and the third stress invariant J3. The anisotropic yield function newly proposed in this study is as follows. F(J2)+ αG(J3)+ βH (J2 × J3) = km The proposed yield function well explains the anisotropic plastic behavior of various sheets by introducing the parameters α and β, and also exhibits both symmetrical and asymmetrical yield surfaces. The parameters included in the proposed model are determined through an optimization algorithm from uniaxial and biaxial experimental data under proportional loading path. In this study, the validity of the proposed anisotropic yield function was verified by comparing the yield surface shape, normalized uniaxial yield stress value, and Lankford's anisotropic coefficient R-value derived with the experimental results. Application for the proposed anisotropic yield function to aluminum sheet shows symmetrical yielding behavior and to pure titanium sheet shows asymmetric yielding behavior, it was shown that the yield curve and yield behavior of various types of sheet materials can be predicted reasonably by using the proposed new yield anisotropic function.

직장 내 괴롭힘이 정서적 고갈 및 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 사회적 지원의 역할 (A Study on the Effects of Workplace Bullying on Emotional Depletion and Organizational Commitment-The Role of Social Support)

  • 본 연구는 직장 내 괴롭힘이 정서적 고갈 및 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 유의한 차이를 살펴보고, 사회적 지원에 따른 유의한 차이가 있을 것인가를 고찰해 보고자 400부의 설문지를 활용하였다. 분석 방법으로 표본 특성에는 SPSS 24를 사용, 확인적 요인 분석, 신뢰도 및 타당도, 경로 분석, 구조방정식 모형에는 SmartPLS 3 통계 프로그램을 사용하였다. 연구 결과로는, 직장 내 괴롭힘은 정서적 고갈에 유의한 정(+)에 영향을 미치며, 정서적 고갈은 조직몰입에 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 직장 내 괴롭힘과 조직몰입 사이의 영향 관계에서 정서적 몰입은 부(-)의 방향으로 부분 매개하였고, 정서적 고갈이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향은 사회적 지원의 조절에 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 시사점으로는 직장 내 괴롭힘은 정서적 고갈에 영향을 미치므로 괴롭힘을 예방하는 기업의 노력이 절실히 요구되며, 조직 내 상사와의 의사소통을 증진할 수 있는 제도나 커뮤니티를 활용하여 종사자들의 조직몰입을 향상할 수 있음을 시사해 주고 있다.

Cultural Factors Affecting Tendency of Ethical Decision-Making by Accounting Students: An Empirical Study in Vietnam

  • The purpose of this study is to look at the precise direction and magnitude of cultural elements such as education, gender, power distance, and risk-taking proclivity on ethical decision-making. Data was collected from 194 interviewees in three groups: general business students, accounting major students, and professional auditors in Vietnam. The path analysis is used to test the impact of cultural factors on ethical awareness, ethical judgment, and ethical intention in different dubious scenarios at the personal level as independent variables, intermediate variables, and moderating variables. The metric is the percentage of respondents who believe a particular behavior is unethical based on a set of ethical principles. The researchers used SPSS AMOS software to conduct a confirmatory factor survey to evaluate the convergent and discriminant validity of latent variables. The results show differences between the two groups of students and professionals on these measures, suggesting that all of the four factors have an effect on ethical decision-making. Based on research results, some recommendations are proposed related to the four factors to improve the ethics of future generations of auditors in Vietnam. This study also contributes to the theory of culture in particular and cultural interference in general in the field of accounting-auditing in Vietnam in the process of international integration.

MZ세대의 식품 가치소비 유형에 따른 지속가능한 식품 소비행동 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study on Sustainable Food Consumption Behavior Depending on Food Value Consumption Type of MZ Generation)

  • The influence of the food value consumption type of MZ generation on food choice attribute and sustainable food consumption behavior was studied using structural equation modeling. A survey was conducted on April 11~17, 2022, among panels aged 20 to 39. A total of 350 valid replicates (100%) were analyzed using statistical program SPSS The validity of the measurement instrument was verified through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. The data reliability was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The hypothesis was verified by performing path analysis through structural equation modeling using AMOS. Regarding the influence of food choice characteristics on sustainable food consumption behavior, health has a significant positive (+) effect on the selection consumption behavior of certified food and local food. Among food value consumption categories social value consumption has a significant negative (-) influence on the consumption behavior of certified food and the choice of local food. Ethical value consumption has a significant positive (+) influence on the selection consumption behavior of certified food and local food. This study is significant because it has identified sustainable food consumption behaviors that domestic consumers can adopt daily. It can use as baseline data for preparing political and institutional measures.

초음파나노표면개질 다중충격 조건에서의 잔류응력 예측을 위한 유한요소 피닝해석 영역 결정 (Determination of Peening Area for Finite Element Residual Stress Analysis of Ultrasonic Nanocrystal Surface Modification under Multiple Impact Conditions)

  • Ultrasonic Nanocrystal Surface Modification (UNSM) is a peening technology that generates elastic-plastic deformation on the material surface to which a static load of a air compressor and a dynamic load of ultrasonic vibration energy are applied by striking the material surface with a strike pin. In the UNSM-treated material, the structure of the surface layer is modified into a nano-crystal structure and compressive residual stress occurs. When UNSM is applied to welds in a reactor coolant system where PWSCC can occur, it has the effect of relieving tensile residual stress in the weld and thus suppressing crack initiation and propagation. In order to quantitatively evaluate the compressive residual stress generated by UNSM, many finite element studies have been conducted. In existing studies, single-path UNSM or UNSM in a limited area has been simulated due to excessive computing time and analysis convergence problems. However, it is difficult to accurately calculate the compressive residual stress generated by the actual UNSM under these limited conditions. Therefore, in this study, a minimum finite element peening analysis area that can reliably calculate the compressive residual stress is proposed. To confirm the validity of the proposed analysis area, the compressive residual stress obtained from the experiment are compared with finite element analysis results.

SEV용 IPMSM의 토크리플 및 철손 저감을 위한 회전자 형상 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on Rotor Shape Design to Reduce Torque Ripple and Core Loss of IPMSM for SEV)

  • As interest in eco-friendly and fuel-efficient electric vehicles has increased globally, there has also been a growing interest in the efficiency, vibration, and noise of motors for electric vehicles Electric vehicles generally have significantly lower driving ranges per charge compared to the maximum driving range per fueling of internal combustion engine vehicles. Additionally, there are issues with various vibrations and noise generated by the motor that can cause discomfort for passengers. Therefore, research is necessary to reduce losses, vibration, and noise of the motor to improve the driving range of electric vehicles. IPMSM with a purchased design can obtain additional reluctance torque by utilizing the difference in inductance between the d and q axes. However, due to this reluctance torque, torque ripple occurs larger than other motors. The increase in torque ripple also increases noise and vibration. Since the reluctance torque, which is the main cause of torque ripple, is determined by the shape of the motor components, torque ripple can be reduced through shape optimization. In this paper, a rotor shape for reducing torque ripple and core loss that causes vibration, noise, and efficiency to decrease of IPMSM for electric vehicles was proposed. Optimization design was carried out by changing the shape of the q-axis path of the rotor to reduce the difference in inductance of the d and q-axis of the rotor. Finally, in order to verify the validity of the design variables derived through the optimal design, the original model and the improved model were compared through the FEM. Compared to the original model, the improved model's torque verifying ripple was reduced by about 62% and core loss was reduced by about 29%, the superiority of the improved model.

28GHz 밀리미터파대역 혼 어레이 안테나 설계 (The design of Horn array antenna for 28GHz millimeter wave band)

  • 본 논문에서는 28GHz 대역의 5G 이동 통신 중계용 혼 안테나의 방사 패턴, 반사손실 등의 성능을 고려하여 중계용 안테나를 설계하였다. 안테나 소자를 위상 배열하여 5G 이동통신 중계기용 혼 Array를 설계하고 성능을 분석하였다. 밀리미터파 대역 통신에서는 기존의 WCDMA(3G), LTE(4G)와 달리 송수신 간의 높은 경로 손실이 발생한다. 5G 밀리미터파 혼 안테나 설계에서는 안테나의 이득, 대역폭뿐만 아니라, 안테나 소자 간 격리도, 이득 등의 안테나 성능을 추가로 고려해야 한다. 28GHz 대역의 단일 혼 안테나(1×1)와 배열 혼 안테나(2×4)의 안테나 이득은 각각 약 10.44dBi와 19.58dBi, 반사손실도 -18dB 이하의 특성을 되도록 설계하여 측정 결과로부터 구현의 타당함을 입증하였고, 5G 이동 통신 중계 시스템에 응용에 적합함을 보였다.

  • 현재 다수의 복합환승센터 건설 사업이 추진 중에 있으며, 이때 다수의 유사 사업에 대하여 한정된 투자재원으로 경제적 타당성 분석결과에 따라 투자우선순위를 결정하는 것이 타당한 방법이나, 계량화되지 않는 정책적 사항 등에 대한 고려도 충분히 반영할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 환승체계 개선을 위한 복합환승센터의 정량적인 지표인 경제성분석과 파급효과 등 정량적 지표와 사업추진의지, 재원조달가능성, 지역의 낙후도 등 정성적인 지표를 결합하여 복합환승센터의 우선순위 평가 방법론을 새로이 정립하였다. 제시된 평가방법을 적용하여 투자우선순위 평가 시 정량적 평가는 이용수요가 타 환승센터에 비해 많은 센터가 높게 평가되었다. 정성적 평가는 현재 사업이 추진되고 있는 복합환승센터에서 사업추진 가능성이 높은 센터에서 우선순위가 높게 평가되었다. 따라서 정량적 평가와 정성적 지표를 동시에 적용하여 분석한 결과 지역 간 형평성을 반영할 수 있었다.

한국 관광기업의 경쟁우위 요인이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 (The Management Performances originated from the Competitive Advantages of Korean Tourism Firms)

  • 본 논문은 한국 관광기업의 경쟁우위요인이 과연 해당기업들의 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 가에 대한 실증연구이다. 즉, 한국의 수도권 및 경남권에서 경영활동을 수행하고 있는 관광기업들의 기본적인 현황과 문제점을 파악하고, 이어 FTA환경이라는 기회와 위협의 요인을 어떻게 적응하여 경쟁우위를 강화시키며 그들 자신의 경영성과를 제고할 것인가에 대한 연구인 것이다. 한국 관광기업의 경쟁우위는 일반적으로 중요하게 인식되고 있는 마케팅, 제품개발, 서비스 공급, 재무, 그리고 조직문화 등의 요인 등으로 분류하였으며 이들의 요인들이 경영성과에 미치는 영향력을 살펴보기로 한다. 종속변수인 경영성과는 매출, 이윤, 경영만족도로 분류하였다. 이들 간의 원인 관계를 실증적으로 분석하기 위해 구조방정식모델링 기법을 사용하였다. 분석 절차를 요약하면, 선행연구를 통해 문헌분석을 실행하고 이를 토대로 연구가설을 설립한 후 이를 검증하기 위한 실증분석을 실시하는 것이다. SPSS를 이용하여 상관분석, 신뢰성과 타당성 분석을 실행하였고, 가설검정을 위한 최종 추리통계분석인 구조 방정식 모델링을 통한 경로분석은 AMOS 통계프로그램을 활용하였다. 분석결과, 경영성과 변수들인 매출, 이윤과 경영만족도에 영향을 미치는 경쟁우위요인들은 다양하게 나타났으며 공통적으로 영향을 미치는 요인은 마케팅인 것으로 확인되었다.

A Study on the Role of Locomotion Orientation as an Antecedent of Salespeople' Selling Behavior

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of the locomotion orientation on salespeople' sales performance with the mediating effect of selling behavior(adaptive selling behavior, SOCO). And we figure out the relationship between customer-oriented selling behavior and adaptive selling behavior because those relationships are not clear. The authors infer research hypotheses based on literature review. We have confirmed the reliability and validity test and those results can be acceptable. Hypotheses test were conducted with structural equation modeling, AMOS. All paths in the research model reasoned by authors have been supported statistically at the significant level. This study with the theoretical implications is as follows. First, this study is the first attempt to investigate the path between locomotion orientation and adaptive selling behavior and SOCO. Secondly, there is an empirical conflict between our study and Franke and Park(2006)'s study. Our study was contradictory to Franke and Park(2006)'s consequences. And so, figuring out clearly those causal paths remains. This study with practical implications are as follows. First of all, the salespeople' selling performance was affected by adaptive selling behavior, customer-oriented selling behavior, and sales-oriented activities, such as the importance of selling behavior once again proven. It is necessary to enhance the capabilities that can be transformed into action appropriate to the needs of customers each sales step-by-step in the process of salespeople for various system through education and incentives, and to interact with customers and understand their customers relative to salespeople will. In order to enhance adaptive selling behavior, the company needs to do educational program and monitoring system with the positional promotion when salespeople get the high adaptive selling behavior. Secondly, the locomotion orientation of the salespeople is to cause this selling behavior. Management style to increase locomotion orientation is needed, which means, salespeople' superior about something should be conducted. In order to stimulate the selling behavior of the salespeople, most supervisors should use some managerial tools such as feedback, engagement, and rewards.
