We use a path analysis to identify influential latent variables on employees' anticipated commitment to a merged bank. Survey samples are taken from Hanvit bank which is a merged form of Hanil and Sangup. Latent variables used in the path analysis are perceptions of organizational support, contact conditions, organizational unity, employee threat and organizational commitment. We find an interesting pre-merger group membership effect as well as merger pattern perceived by employees on the path for the anticipated commitment to the merged bank.
An experimental investigation was executed to determine the capacity degradation due to non-uniform refrigerant distribution in a multi-path evaporator. In addition, the possibility of recovering the capacity reduction by controlling the refrigerant distribution among refrigerant paths was assessed. The finned-tube evaporator, which had a three-path and three-depth-row, was tested by controlling inlet quality, exit pressure, and exit superheat for each refrigerant path. The capacity reduction due to superheat unbalance between each path was as much as 30%, even when the overall evaporator superheat was kept at a target value of 5.6$^{\circ}C$. It may indicate that the internal heat transfer within the evaporator assembly caused the partial capacity drop. For the evaporator having air mal-distributions, the maximum capacity reduction was found to be 8.7%. A 4.5% capacity recovery was obtained by controlling refrigerant distribution to obtain the target superheat at the outlet of each path.

Milling process has beer used in aircraft, auto-component and mold industries widely. They need more accurate and precise parts to improve the performance and quality of their products. So, the geometrical form accuracy of the workpiece surface generated by this process is getting more and more important. Generally, the form accuracy is affected by machine conditions, cutting conditions, tool geometry, tool deflection by cutting force and tool path md so on. Even though they are controlled as perfect conditions, it is easily found that there is a line along the axis of a cylindrically milled part. It is presumed that the tool approaching causes this error on milled surface. Thus, the study for investigating the effect of the tool approaching path on the cylindrical surface geometry of the end-milled part is carried out.
This paper presents an analytical study that can predict the path-dependent forming limits for bilinear strain paths. To predict the forming limit diagrams(FLD), the analytical procedure was performed within the framework of Marciniak and Kuczynski approach by introducing the effect of the existence of strain gradient over the stretching punch. The predicted path-dependent forming limits of an anisotropic sheet were compared with the published experimental results. It was found that the predicted path-dependent forming limits were in good agreement with the experimental data.

This study attempted to test the path model that can predict Korean adult suicidal ideation. The subjects were 459 adults aged between 19 and 64 who agreed to this study among quota sampled by the population, sex, and region of the metropolitan city. The path model of collected data was estimated using SPSS 24.0 program and AMOS 22.0. The results of the bias-corrected percentile method for verifying the significance of the mediator effect of the final model showed that suicidal attitude, depression, and stress were found to be mediating effects of health status on suicidal ideation. Suicide attitude and stress were found to mediate the effects of health status on depression. And the effect of drinking on depression was mediated by stress. This result is expected to be used as a practical basis for the development of suicide prevention and intervention programs for adults in the future.
Objectives: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of glide path preparation with PathFile and ProGlider nickel-titanium (NiTi) files on the cyclic fatigue resistance of WaveOne NiTi files. Materials and Methods: Forty-four WaveOne Primary files were used and divided into four groups (n = 11). In the first group (0 WaveOne), the WaveOne Primary files served as a control group and were not used on acrylic blocks. In the 1 WaveOne Group, acrylic blocks were prepared using only WaveOne Primary files, and in the PF+WaveOne group and PG+WaveOne groups, acrylic blocks were first prepared with PathFile or ProGlider NiTi files, respectively, followed by the use of WaveOne Primary files. All the WaveOne Primary files were then subjected to cyclic fatigue testing. The number of cycles to failure was calculated and the data were statistically analyzed using one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and the Tukey honest significant difference multiple-comparison test at a 5% significance level. Results: The highest number of cycles to failure was found in the control group, and the lowest numbers were found in the 1 WaveOne group and the PF+WaveOne group. Significant differences were found among the 1 WaveOne, PF+WaveOne, and control groups (p < 0.05). No statistically significant differences were found between the PG+WaveOne group and the other three groups (p > 0.05). Conclusion: Glide path preparation with NiTi rotary files did not affect the cyclic fatigue resistance of WaveOne Primary files used on acrylic blocks.
Typically, a smart car is equipped with access to the Internet and a wireless local area network. Moreover, a smart car is equipped with a global positioning system (GPS) based navigation system that presents a map to a user for recommending the shortest path to a desired destination. This paper presents the design and implementation of a real-time shortest path search system for directed and dynamic roads. Herein, we attempt to simulate real-world road environments, while considering changes in the ratio of directed roads and in road conditions, such as traffic accidents and congestions. Further, we analyze the effect of the ratio of directed roads and road conditions on the communication cost between the server and vehicles and the arrival times of vehicles. In this study, we compare and analyze distance-based shortest path algorithms and driving time-based shortest path algorithms while varying the number of vehicles to search for the shortest path, road conditions, and ratio of directed roads.
Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine effect of attribution disposition and self-efficacy on test anxiety in selected college students who major in dental hygiene. This study provides basic data to develop a program for dental hygiene students to reduce test anxiety. Methods : 328 students from A college in Kyungnam, B college in Chunnam and C university in Chungnam who majored in dental hygiene were asked to answer the self-efficacy scale, attribution disposition and test anxiety scale in November and December. 2008. Total of 311 copies were analyzed. Using SPSS 15.0, correlation analysis was conducted and structural model was verified using AMOS 7.0. Evaluation of mediated effect of attribution disposition in suggested structural model was assessed using Sobel verification. Results : 1. Looking at the correlation among self-efficacy, attribution disposition and test anxiety. Self-efficacy had negative relation with external attribution disposition and test anxiety. External attribution disposition had positive relation with test anxiety. 2. Path coefficient from self-efficacy to internal attribution disposition was significant positively and path coefficient from self-efficacy to external attribution disposition was significant negatively. However, the path coefficient from self-efficacy to test anxiety was insignificant. 3. Path coefficient from external attribution disposition to self-efficacy was positively significant. However, the path coefficient from internal attribution disposition to self-efficacy was not significant statistically. 4. In structural model among attribution disposition, test anxiety and self-efficacy, indirect effect of external attribution dispositions was significant statistically. The students with higher self-efficacy showed lower external attribution disposition, the students with lower external attribution disposition showed lower test anxiety. Conclusions : To reduce test anxiety, educators should find a strategy that can improve students' self-efficacy and change their attribution disposition.
In this work, a new method is presented for generating the manipulator path which significantly reduces residual vibration under the torque constraints. The desired path is optimally designed so that the required movement can be achieved with minimum residual vibration. From the previous research works, the dynamic model had been established including both the link and the joint flexibilities. The performance index is selected to minimize the maximum amplitude of residual vibration. The path to be designed is developed by a combined Fourier series and polynomial function to satisfy both the convergence and boundary condition matching problems. The concept of correlation coefficients is used to select the minimum number of design variables, i.e. Fourier coefficients, the only ones which have a considerable effect on the reduction of residual vibration. A two-link Manipulator is used to evaluate this method. Results show that residual vibration can be drastically reduced by selecting an appropriate manipulator path to both of unlimited and torque-limited cases.
