This study aims to determine the direct effect of positive online reviews, negative online reviews, the usefulness of online reviews, reviewers' expertise, timeliness of online reviews, the volume of online reviews, and comprehensiveness of online reviews on accommodation booking intentions and also the indirect effect of positive online reviews on the intention of booking accommodations through trust as mediation. Research respondents are users of the accommodation booking application in Yogyakarta. Hypothesis testing was carried out using SEM (Partial Least Square). Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 135 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the Usefulness of Online Reviews, Volume of Online Reviews, and Comprehensiveness of Online Reviews have a direct positive and significant influence on the accommodation booking Intention of booking application users in Yogyakarta. The variables of Negative Online Reviews and Timeliness of Online Reviews have negative and significant influences on the accommodation booking Intention of booking application users in Yogyakarta. Positive Online Reviews and Reviewer Expertise variables are not significant in this study. At the same time, the Trust variable has a full mediation relationship in an indirect relationship between the Positive Online Reviews variables and the accommodation booking Intention of booking application users in Yogyakarta.

본 연구의 목적은 노인요양시설 종사자의 근무환경이 요양서비스품질에 미치는 영향과 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 분석하는 것이다. 연구결과, 첫째 노인요양시설 종사자의 근무환경 변인에서 월 평균 급여와 급여 만족도가 높을수록 요양서비스품질이 향상되는 정(+)의 상관관계를 확인하였다. 둘째, 노인요양시설 종사자의 근무환경 변인의 월 평균 급여와 급여 만족도 변인이 매개변인인 사회적 지지와 정(+)의 상관관계를 확인하였다. 셋째, 노인요양시설 종사자의 근무환경에서 월 평균 급여와 급여 만족도 변인이 요양서비스품질에 미치는 영향에서 사회적 지지의 부분매개효과를 확인하였다. 이에 본 연구는 고령사회의 사회적 상황을 적극 반영하여 노인요양시설의 운영방향을 제시할 수 있는 '자가점검관리척도'를 사용하여 노인요양시설 서비스품질을 측정하였으며 또한 노인요양시설 종사자의 근무환경 개선 방안을 제언 하였다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationships among sport enjoyment, participation satisfaction, and participation adherence intention of water leisure sports participants in Busan. The study conducted a research survey through purposive sampling method after selecting 3 water leisure sports center in Busan. 360 questionnaires distributed and 352 were selected as final valid sample by removing 8 questionnaires that have insufficient answers. Hypothesis test on collected data was conducted by using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 19.0 programs. The results were as followings. First, sport enjoyment had a significant effect on participation satisfaction. Second, sport enjoyment had effect on participation adherence intention. Third, participation satisfaction had effect on participation adherence intention. Fourth, sport enjoyment had directly positive effect on participation adherence intention. In addition, it had effect on participation adherence intention as the partial mediation of the participation satisfaction.

본 연구는 무인자동차 시스템이 상용화에 가까워짐에 따라 소비자들이 느끼게 되는 다양한 요인들 중에서 자율주행에 대한 기술수용정도를 파악하기 위해 기술수용모델(TAM)을 활용하여 사후행동에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 기존 기술수용모델이 제시한 지각된 사용 이용성의 매개효과와 더불어 본 연구에서는 지각된 신뢰(perceived trust)를 제안하여 사후행동에 대한 매개효과를 가설로 제시하였다. 분석방법은 구조방정식을 활용한 경로분석을 활용하였으며, 분석에 사용된 표본은 160명의 응답 중 149개의 유효한 자료를 이용하였다. 매개효과에 대한 가설검증으로 총효과, 직접효과, 간접효과를 확인하였으며, 비모수 bootstrapping 분석을 추가적으로 실시해 가설검증을 실시하였다. 모든 가설은 유의미하였으며 부분적인 간접효과가 있는 것으로 확인되어 매개효과가 있다는 것을 발견하였다.

The purpose of this study was to verify the relationships among sport enjoyment, leisure satisfaction, and continuous participation intention in ski class. The study conducted a research survey through purposive sampling method. 280 questionnaires distributed and 271 were selected as final valid sample by removing 9 questionnaires that have insufficient answers. Hypothesis test on collected data was conducted by using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 18.0 programs. The results were as followings. First, sport enjoyment factors a significant effect on psychological satisfaction, environmental satisfaction. Second, sport enjoyment factors had effect on re-participation intention, word of mouth intention. Third, leisure satisfaction had effect on re-participation intention, word of mouth intention. In addition, it had effect on continuos participation intention as the partial mediation of the leisure satisfaction.

This study investigates the effect of the relationships among ethical leadership, LMX(leader-member exchange) and job satisfaction, and the mediating effect of LMX on the relationship between ethical leadership and job satisfaction. In order to verify the relationships and the mediating effect, the data obtained from convenient sample of 256 nurses in a city were analyzed by using SPSS 12.0. The findings were as follows: First, ethical leadership were positively related to LMX and job satisfaction. Second, LMX was positively related to job satisfaction. Finally, LMX played as a partial mediator on the relationship between ethical leadership and job satisfaction. Based on these findings, the implications and the limitations of the study were presented including some directions for future studies.

인터넷전문은행의 안정적인 구축과 성장을 위하여 인터넷전문은행의 지각된 위험, 지각된 혜택과 신뢰가 지속적 이용의도에 미치는 영향에 대해 파악하였다. 그리고 지각된 혜택, 지각된 위험과 지속적 이용의도의 관계에서 신뢰의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 온라인 설문조사를 통하여 최근 3개월 이내에 인터넷전문은행 이용경험이 있는 20-59세 457명이 연구대상자로 선정되었다. 주요 결과로 첫째, 지각된 혜택과 위험, 신뢰는 인터넷전문은행의 지속적 이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 편이성과 기능적 위험은 지속적 이용의도간의 관계에서 신뢰의 부분매개효과가 검증되었으며, 매력성과 혁신성은 완전매개효과로 검증되었다. 인터넷전문은행은 지속적인 성장을 확보하기 위해 소비자의 주요 혜택을 늘리고 위험수준을 낮추어 신뢰를 견고하게 구축해 나가야 한다.

본 연구는 Herzberg의 동기-위생이론을 이용하여 모바일 안면인식결제서비스의 수용 및 저항에 미치는 영향과, 사용자의 혁신성이 동기요인과 위생요인에서 수용과 저항에 미치는 영향 또한 조사하였다. 모바일 결제서비스 이용 경험이 있는 중국의 사용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 하였으며, 통계 분석은 IBM SPSS Statistics 26과 SmartPLS 3.0을 이용하였다. 분석결과, 모바일 안면인식결제서비스의 동기요인은 수용에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있으며, 저항에는 유의한 결과가 나타나지 않았다. 또한 위생요인은 수용에서는 부(-)의 영향을, 저항에는 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 매개변수인 사용자 혁신성은 동기요인과 수용에서는 완전매개효과를, 위생요인과 저항에서는 부분매개효과가 있었다. 연구결과를 통해 발견된 동기 요인인 신속성, 편재성, 지각된 유용성, 지각된 사용용이성, 비접촉성과 위생 요인인 프라이버시 염려, 보안성, 현상유지관성, 사용장벽, 손실회피성은 모바일 안면인식결제서비스의 활성화를 위한 기초자료로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 판단한다.

본 연구는 중학생의 성취가치로 학업적응을 예측함에 있어서 자기조절의 매개효과와 진로정체감의 조절효과를 알아보는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 중학교 3학년 남학생 1088명과 여학생 970명이다. 연구방법은 SPSS와 hayes의 process macro를 사용하여 조건부과정분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성취가치와 학업적응 간의 관계에서 자기조절의 부분매개효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성취가치와 자기조절 및 성취가치와 학업적응 간의 각 관계에서 진로정체감의 조절효과는 모두 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로, 성취가치가 자기조절을 경유하여 학업적응에 영향을 미치는 매개효과의 크기는 진로정체감의 수준에 따라 조절되는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 성취가치가 낮은 중학생에게 진로정체감을 개발하도록 지원하는 것이 자기조절과 학업적응의 향상에 도움이 된다는 것을 보여준다. 그러나 진로정체감의 영향이 성취가치나 자기조절의 영향보다 낮은 것으로 나타났으므로, 향후 연구를 통하여 성취가치를 높이도록 지원하기 위한 방안을 강구할 것을 제안한다.

최근 장기요양보험제도에 도입된 시장화와 공급주체 다원화의 영향으로 조직성과에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 본 연구는 장기요양시설의 조직성과에 요양보호사의 소명의식의 영향을 분석하고 그 경로에서 직무만족의 매개효과를 검증하기 위하여 서울시와 경기도의 요양보호사를 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 다중회귀분석으로 소명의식이 직무만족과 조직성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였고 위계적 회귀분석으로 직무분석의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 분석 결과 소명의식은 조직성과와 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤고, 직무만족은 소명의식과 효과성 사이에서 완전매개효과를, 소명의식과 효율성 사이에서는 부분매개효과를 나타냈다. 이를 바탕으로 직무만족 관리를 통하여 효과성을 제고하고, 직무만족과 소명의식을 관리하여 효율성을 관리할 필요성을 논의하였다.
