  • Purpose: By analyzing what kind of organizational reaction is shown by employees to corporate social responsibility (CSR), I want to propose a plan to maximize achievement(organizational commitment and productive behavior) within corporation. Methods: Regression analysis is used to analyze relationship between CSR awareness and achievement within corporation. Then structural equation model is used to check control effect of corporate member's participation in CSR. Results: It is proved that employee's CSR awareness has positive relationship with organizational commitment and productive behavior. It is shown that when employees have participated in CSR programs directly, effectiveness of relationship was especially higher for Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and innovative behavior. Conclusion: In order to increase organizational commitment and productive behavior of employees, corporation's social responsibility management, in other words ethical management must be used so their motivation can be increased and so they can directly participate in CSR programs which will increase effectiveness of organization.

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify the influence of osteoporosis knowledge and health behavior self-efficacy on preventive nursing performance for osteoporosis. Methods: The participants of this study were 150 nurses working in 4 general hospitals. The data were collected during October 2019 using written questionnaires. General characteristics, osteoporosis knowledge, health behavior self-efficacy, and preventive nursing performance for osteoporosis were analyzed using means and standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson's correlation and multiple regression analysis. Results: As a result of multiple regression analysis, the factors affecting preventive nursing performance included osteoporosis prevention education (β=.16, p=.034) and health behavior self-efficacy (β=.51, p<.001). The explanatory power of the model was 31.5%(F=10.94, p<.001). Conclusion: It was found that the experiences of osteoporosis prevention education and health behavior self-efficacy influenced preventive nursing performance for osteoporosis.

  • To understand and predict destination choice behavior for urban parks, two hypotheses, which are based on extended Fishbein model, were proposed and tested in Kwangju. Data was analyzed by the citizens of Kwangju and by target markets segmented by demographic variables. Analysis by the citizens of Kwangju showed that postulated hypotheses are true. However, they were partially thru in the other cases : it was a general tendency that suggested model applied well in the high-involvement product. Among the demographic variables, sex was the most useful to understand park choice behavior. Park management directions were suggested, and several future research implications were discussed.

  • The purpose of this study was to explore how the Theory of Planned Behavior applies to five appearance management behaviors and the effects of three variables - attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavior control on appearance management behaviors. The research was conducted by surveying 410 female adult respondents between the ages of 20 to 40 with the goal of predicting the appearance management behavior of women. The data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 19.0 and Amos 19 in addition to Frequency analysis and path analysis. In the first case, the potential for applying appearance management theory on appearance management behavior of women was observed. The appearance management behavior performed by women was classified into five categories: skin care behavior, makeup management behavior, apparel management behavior, hair care behavior, and weight management behavior. It was determined all five behaviors could be predicted by applying the Theory of Planned Behavior. In the second case, effects of attitude related to subjective norm and perceived behavior control related to skin care behavior was statistically significant. In terms of makeup management behavior, all of the three variables were statistically significant. With regard to apparel management behavior, only subjective norm behavior was statistically significant. Concerning hair care behavior, attitude and perceived behavior control were statistically significant. On weight management behavior only attitude was statistically significant.

  • The purpose of this study was to ensure that materialism is an important explanation variable not only for consumption behavior of clothing but also for recycling attitude and behavior of clothing. Therefore, we investigated the influence of materialism and environment consciousness on recycling attitude and behavior of clothing. A total of 210 survey questionnaires were collected. The results revealed that materialism didn't directly affect recycling attitude, but that the happiness dimension of materialism negatively affected environment consciousness and that materialism indirectly affected recycling attitude and behavior via environment consciousness. Environment consciousness dimensions partially affected recycling attitude and behavior of clothing. Recycling altitude positively affected recycling behavior.

  • This study examined pathways from maternal parenting behavior to adolescents' internet addiction through both self-control and depression/anxiety. Participants were 449 $8^{th}$ and $9^{th}$ graders in Seoul. They completed questionnaires on maternal parenting behavior, adolescents' self-control, depression/anxiety, and internet addiction. Data were analyzed by structural equation modeling. Maternal parenting behavior indirectly influenced adolescents' internet addiction through self-control and depression/anxiety. Self-control and depression/anxiety individually mediated between maternal parenting behavior and internet addition. However, maternal parenting behavior didn't directly affect adolescents' internet addiction. Self-control was influenced by maternal parenting behavior and also played a crucial role in preventing adolescents' internet addiction.

  • Purpose: This study was done to identify fundamental data on competency reinforcement programs to prevent adolescent risk behavior by developing and examining a competency model. Methods: In this study, competences on prevention of adolescent risk behavior were identified through competency modeling, and a competency model was developed and tested for validity. Results: Competences for prevention of adolescent risk behavior defined by the competency model included the following: self-control, positive mutual understanding between parents and adolescents, and positive connectedness with peer group. Validation of the competency model showed the model to be appropriate. Conclusion: The competency model for prevention of adolescent risk behavior through competency modeling is expected to be the foundation of an integral approach to enhance competency in adolescents and prevent adolescent risk behavior. This kind of approach can be a school-centered, cost-efficient strategy, which not only reduces adolescent risk behavior but also improves quality of adolescent resources.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify factors affecting health promotion behavior among workers with high risk of metabolic syndrome. This study was based on the planned behavior theory. Methods: The participants were 167 workers at high risk of metabolic syndrome. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire. Surveyed variables were attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, intention, and health promotion behavior. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and hierarchical regression analysis with SPSS/WIN 22.0. Results: Perceived behavioral control affected the intention of health promotion behavior among the workers with high risk of metabolic syndrome. It explained 62% of variance in the intention of health promotion behavior (F=40.09, p<.001). Perceived behavioral control and occupation affected health promotion behavior among the risk workers with high risk of metabolic syndrome. The two factors explained 16% of variance in health promotion behavior (F=4.95, p<.001). Conclusion: The findings of this study suggest that perceived behavioral control is the only factor affecting health promotion behavior when the theory of planned behavior was applied. Therefore, intervention programs for improving health promotion behavior should be focused on strengthening perceived behavioral control.

  • This paper presents the comparison of the bond behavior of various FRP rebars. A total of 9 specimens including steel reinforcement were tested through direct pull-out test procedure. The test results have revealed that the bond behavior was affected by the deformation shapes and surface treatments. The newly proposed FRP rebar by KICT showed good bond strength and ductile behavior after failure.

  • Five metropolitan cities in Korea were the setting for a survey of the use of media by 622 families. Correlations with children's problem behavior, cognitive development, and family environment were analyzed. Parents completed questionnaires on media use by family members, children's problem behavior, and family environment. Children were tested individually with 4 sub-scales of the Wechsler Intelligence Scale. There were age as well as sex differences in the use of media. There were correlations between children's use of media and their problem behavior, intelligence, and family environment. Regression analyses revealed that the parents' use of media was the most important determinant of children's use of media. Therefore, adult media education as well as children's education is recommended as a way to improve the media environment for children.
