  • Organic light emitting diodes(OLEDs) have been expected to find an application as a new type of display since C. W. Tang and VanSlyke first reported on high performance OLEDs. This paper has been stuied a green organic EL device using dye doped emitting layer such as C6(Coumarin 6). In the Alq-based e]ectroluminescence diodes, we applied highly fluorescent molecular(Coumarin 6) and obtained enhancement in the electroluminescence efficiency.

  • In this paper, we will introduce the folding on the connected sum of some types of manifolds which are determined by their fundamental group. Also, the fundamental group of the unfolding of the connected sum will be deduced some types of conditional foldings restricted on the elements of the fundamental groups are deduced. Theorems governing these relations will be achieved. Some applications in manufacturing are presented.

  • In this paper we introduced the concept of perfect folding defined on $E^2$ which equipped by perfect k-coloring of r-monohedral tillings. Then we studied the different cases of perfect foldings of 4-monohedral and 3-monohedral tillings of $E^2$. Also the permutations describe each folding are obtained.

  • In this paper, the Flexible information display was implemented using AC powder electroluminescent device. ZnS:Cu and $BaTiO_3$ was used as a phosphor and dielectric respectively. The preparation of phosphor and dielectric layer was performed with screen printing. The implemented system of the Flexible information display was divided as following; EL display, driving circuit, software for driving. The properties of fabricated devices was measured with EL spectrum and brightness.

  • This paper is devoted to the existence of solutions for Kirchhoff type equations with singular nonlinearities, sub-critical and critical exponent. By using the Nehari manifold and Maximum principle theorem, the existence of at least two distinct positive solutions is obtained.

  • In this paper, we introduce the concept of double fuzzy preproximity spaces as a generalization of a fuzzy preproximity spaces and investigate some of their properties. Also we study the relationships between double fuzzy preproximity spaces, double fuzzy topological spaces and double fuzzy closure spaces. In addition to this was the introduction of the concept of double fuzzy neighborhood system and has been studying the connection with double fuzzy preproximity, which resulted in the definition of the concept double fuzzy preproximal neighborhood.

  • An element in a ring R with identity is called invo-clean if it is the sum of an idempotent and an involution and R is called invoclean if every element of R is invo-clean. Let C(R) be the center of a ring R and g(x) be a fixed polynomial in C(R)[x]. We introduce the new notion of g(x)-invo clean. R is called g(x)-invo if every element in R is a sum of an involution and a root of g(x). In this paper, we investigate many properties and examples of g(x)-invo clean rings. Moreover, we characterize invo-clean as g(x)-invo clean rings where g(x) = (x-a)(x-b), a, b ∈ C(R) and b - a ∈ Inv(R). Finally, some classes of g(x)-invo clean rings are discussed.

  • Electroluminescence(EL) from conjugated polymers has recently received great attention because polymer light-emitting diodes(LEDs) clealy have potential for applications such as large-area displays. The operation of polymer LEDs is based on double injection of electrons and holes from the elextrodes, followed by formation of excitons whose radiative decay results in light emission at wavelength characteristic to the material. In this paper, we fabricated the single layer EL device using $Alq_3$ as emitting material. According as turn on voltage could know about 5.5V in voltage-current characteristics and voltage rise, current could see that increase as non-linear. Current and ruminance can see that express similar relativity in voltage, and could know that ruminance is expressing current relativity.
