  • 본 연구는 PSC 교량 구조물의 시공단계에 3차원 정보 모델을 적용하고 이를 활용함으로써 효율성을 검증하였다. 3차원 정보 모델을 정의하기 위하여 PSC 교량 구조물의 특성을 분석하여 정보 모델 체계를 정립하였다.

Characterization of Acid- and Pepsin-soluble Collagens from Rockfish Sebastes schlegeli Skin

  • Biochemical and functional properties of acid-soluble collagen (ASC) and pepsin-soluble collagen (PSC) from rockfish skin were characterized. Yield of PSC (90.0%) was higher than that of ASC (63.2%). Both ASC and the PSC consisted of ${\alpha}1$ and ${\alpha}2$ chains, and $\alpha$-cross-linked components. According to the results of hydroxylation of proline and lysine, and FT-IR, no difference between the helical structure of ASC and PSC was identified. Thermal denaturation temperature (TDT) of ASC from rockfish skin was $22.8^{\circ}C$, the same as exhibited in PSC. Both ASC and PSC were higher in water absorption capacity (WAC) and oil absorption capacity (OAC) than other vegetable proteins. According to the results of emulsifying activity (EA) and cooking stability (CS), both ASC and PSC from rockfish skin were inferior compared to the commercial emulsifier (Tween-80). The results of FT-IR suggested that the structure of PSC was slightly different when compared to that of ASC. No differences in solubility were established between ASC and PSC from rockfish skin at various pH and NaCl concentrations.

  • PSC 박스 교량은 콘크리트, 철근과 텐던으로 구성된 구조물로서 콘크리트의 인장 균열, 철근의 비선형 거동 등 재료의 비선형성 거동 특성 및 콘크리트의 시간 의존적 특성을 가지고 있는 복합 구조물이다. PSC 박스 교량의 시공 중 거동 특성을 고려하기 위하여 뼈대 요소(프레임 요소)를 이용한 시공단계의 설계가 수행되고 있다. 그러나 PSC 박스 교량 중 곡선램프교 등의 경우는 교량의 외측 및 내측의 변위 및 응력 값이 현저히 다르다. 따라서 PSC 박스 교량의 텐던량 및 시공 중 긴장력이 외측 및 내측에서 다르게 산정되어야 함에도 불구하고 현실적으로는 계산이 불가능하여 같은 양의 텐던과 부적절한 긴장력을 사용하고 있어 시공 중 항상 안전사고에 노출되고 있다. 이러한 단점을 해결하기 위하여 3차원 해석이 필수적으로 요구되고 있으며 본 연구에서는 PSC 박스 교량의 해석 기법에 필요한 준 적합 쉘 요소를 제안하고자 한다.

PSC교량의 구조건전성 모니터링을 위한 모델기반 손상검색기법 (Model-Based Damage Detection Methods for Structural Health Monitoring of PSC Bridges)

  • In this paper, structural damage in PSC bridges is monitored by using model-based damage detection methods. First numerical experiments on the test structure are described. Dynamic responses of the test structures are obtained fur several damage scenarios. The change in natural frequency and the change in nude shape curvature are selected as features to represent the states of the structure. Next a damage localization algorithm from monitoring the changes in natural frequency is outlined. Also, the damage localization algorithm from monitoring the changes in nude shapes is outlined. Finally, the damage localization algorithms are used to predict damage in the test structure. The results of the analysis indicate that the model-based damage detection methods correctly predicted damage in the test structure.

Hybrid vibration-impedance monitoring in prestressed concrete structure with local strand breakage

  • In this paper, a hybrid vibration-impedance-based damage monitoring approach is experimentally evaluated for prestressed concrete (PSC) structures with local strand breakage. Firstly, the hybrid monitoring scheme is designed to alert damage occurrence from changes in vibration characteristics and to localize strand breakage from changes in impedance signatures. Secondly, a full-scale PSC anchorage is experimented to measure global vibration responses and local impedance responses under a sequence of simulated strand-breakage events. Finally, the measured data are analyzed using the hybrid monitoring framework. The change of structural condition (i.e., damage extent) induced by the local strand breakage is estimated by changes in a few natural frequencies obtained from a few accelerometers in the structure. The damaged strand is locally identified by tomography analysis of impedance features measured via an array of PZT (lead-zirconate-titanate) sensors mounted on the anchorage. Experimental results demonstrate that the strand breakage in the PSC structure can be accurately assessed by using the combined vibration and impedance features.

PSC교량의 부재별 상관관계를 고려한 시스템 지진취약도 분석 (Seismic Fragility Analysis of a Bridge System Considering the Correlation of Components of the PSC Bridge)

  • Seismic fragility analysis of a structure is generally performed for the expected critical component of a structure. The seismic fragility analysis assumes that all the components behave independently in a structural system. A bridge system consists of many inter-connected components. Thus, for an accurate evaluation of the seismic fragility of a bridge, the seismic fragility analysis requires the composition of probabilities considering the correlation between structural components. This study presented a procedure to obtain the seismic fragility curve of a bridge system, considering the correlation between bridge components. Seismic fragility analysis was performed on a PSC bridge that is considered as the central infrastructure. The analysis results showed that the probability of the seismic fragility curve of the bridge system was higher than that of each bridge component.

  • PSC box girder is widely used in a domestic bridge and overpass, etc., therefore, the design and construction technique for the PSC box girder is developing day by day. Even if it were so, however, the design for anchorage zone in PSC box girder has depended on common sense and empirical results. And it is the current situation that the designer has difficulty due to inadequacy of provisions in the domestic design code and lack of understanding for behavior of anchorage zone. Besides, the design based on Leonhardt's method is being done in general, but the design may be various even for the same structure because of the difference in a way of applying. In this paper, therefore, anchorage zone in PSC box girder bridge is analyzed and designed by using strut-tie model. Adequacy for the application of strut-tie model is verified by comparison with the way used in current design practice, and this study presents that strut-tie model can be a rational and an economical design than current design methods.

  • It is limited to decrease height or section even by system conversion to indeterminate structure - continuous beam - in existing PSC girder bridges. In this study, the movement of connection is analyzed through actual field test, by increasing stiffness of negative moment area in continuous PSC bridge and developing continuous PSC bridge with embedded steel plate, that can overcome the demerit of existing connection. As a result, it is confirmed that the body unification of the connection is being realized and maintained. Moreover, the height of a span is suggested in continuous PSC girder bridge with embedded steel plate by computational analysis

  • Nowadays, many of PSC bridges has constructed because high performance and long span bridge is required. Therefore, it is required that the evaluation of PSC bridges which retain various structure performance. In this study, nonlinear FEM analysis was performed with two parameter, concrete compressive strength and effective prestress force which is dominant factor for evaluating structural behavior of PSC bridge. Concrete compressive strength was adapted between 30Mpa and 100Mpa and effective prestress force was used the value which is considered effective rate for time-dependant effect. In the result of this study, it was showed that concrete compressive strength and effective prestress force is important factor for evaluating structural behavior of PSC bridge.
