본 연구는 공간정보를 활용하여 소방시설의 효율적인 관리 방안을 연구하고 관련 소방산업 발전을 위한 기초자료 구축을 목적으로 한다. 소방시설 관리의 오동작과 관리부실 등의 문제점을 극복하는 방안으로 공간정보를 소방시설 분야에 도입하고자 관련 법규와 소방시설의 공간정보 구축방안을 논의하였다. 소방시설의 효율적인 관리를 위하여 공간정보 기술을 포함하는 소방시설 관련 법률의 개정과 소방시설 공간정보의 표준화와 유효성, 일관성을 유지하는 것이 필요하다.

PURPOSE: To demonstrate that the training of information protection for members at medical institutions increases the information protection activities of employees. METHODS: We used the chi-square test and the logistic regression model to analyze the data of the "Healthcare Information and Communication Status Survey in 2017" (n = 2002) conducted by the Korea Health Industry Development Institute RESULTS: As a result of the analysis, the information protection activity increased when the education was received and the number of received more than the education was not received. Especially, when the management receives education, it affects the information protection activities of the employees. CONCLUSION: In order to protect medical information, medical institutions need to provide education on information protection for management and employees.

소방법 제정 당시부터 건축물의 화재예방을 위해 방화관리제도가 도입되어 운영해 오고 있으나, 화재로 인한 피해는 끊이질 않고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구는 특정소방대상물의 화재예방차원에서 방화관리제도의 향상을 위한 개선방안을 제시하는데 중점을 두었다. 현재 방화관리제도는 관리적 제도적 측면에서 여러 가지 문제점을 나타내고 있다. 이를 개선하기 위해 특정소방대상물을 통합적으로 관리할 수 있는 법령개편과 민간소방전문기관의 설립을 통한 통합방화관리체제구축, 교육환경개선 및 방화관리자 자격기준과 교육강화 등 방화관리자교육제도의 개편, 효율적인 방화관리 운영을 위해 방화관리대상물의 종합관리 전산시스템을 구축하여야 한다.

virus방역 체계 관리는 network infra구조관리, traffic소통경로관리. 방역 zone설정, gateway구간 방역관리이다. 본 논문은 일반적인 방역체계 구조의 성격과 취약점을 진단하고 이를 개선할 수 있는 대책으로서 개선된 방역체계를 설계하였다. 또한 설계된 방역체계와 configuration, mechanism하에서는 어느 정도의 개선효과 나타나고 있는지 분석하였다. 개선된 다단계 방역체계 하에서는 gateway 단계에서 불필요한 mail을 걸러주므로서 server에 주는 부하는 감소하며 virus wall상의 CPU부하의 감소와 virus 치료율의 상승으로 송신 적체 건수는 감소하고 시스템 process수는 증대하고있다.

The purpose of this study is to present effective basic data for business management through analysis of importance and performance of personal information protection of the elderly welfare center workers. For this purpose, the questionnaire on the protection of personal information was reconstructed based on the diagnostic level of the personal information security management level of the public institution and the questionnaire was conducted on 105 employees of the elderly welfare center in Chungbuk area. Based on the responses to the importance and the degree of performance of the personal information protection of the elderly welfare center employees, technical statistics and corresponding sample T-tests were conducted and the importance-performance analysis (IPA) was used. Followings are the results of this study: First, there is a statistically significant difference between the importance and the implementation of the management system for the protection of personal information of the workers in the elderly welfare center, establishment and implementation of protection measures, establishment and implementation of infringement measures. Second, IPA analysis on the protection of personal information of the workers in the elderly welfare center shows that the establishment and implementation of protection measures are the areas to maintain good performance. Third, in IPA analysis of the sub-factors of the personal information protection of the workers in the welfare center of the elderly, in the construction and management of the management system, in performing the role of the personal information protection officer and establishing and implementing protection measures, The factors of prevention of information disclosure and exposure and the safe use and management of personal information processing system were analyzed as areas requiring intensive improvement. This study is meaningful as a basic research that can raise the awareness of the personal information protection of the workers in the elderly welfare center and induce the improvement of the related work.

Proper management on user-driven virtual circuits (VCs) is essential for seamless operation of virtual networks. The Network Provisioning System (NPS) is useful software for creating user-driven VCs automatically and must take fault management into account for physical layer impairments on user-driven VCs. This paper addresses a user-driven and trusty protection management in an NPS with an open standard Network Service Interface (NSI), as a contribution to show how to implement the user-driven and trusty protection management required for user-driven VCs. In particular, it provides a RESTful web service Interface for Configuration and Event management (RICE) that enable management of a distinguished data and control plane VC status between Network Service Agents (NSAs) in the event of a node or link fault and repair in a domain. This capability represents a contribution to show how network and protection events in a domain can be monitored between NSAs (NPSs with the NSI) in multiple domains. The implemented NPS controls and manages both the primary and backup VC with disjoint path in a user-driven manner. A demonstration to verify RICE API's capability is addressed for the trusty protection in the dynamic VC network.

This study compared with the object of designation and the management practices for Protection Forests between Korea and Japan to establish the management and development directions of Korea's Protection Forest. 1. Water conservation forest from total areas of Protection Forests occupied 90.6 % in Korea and 68.4 % in Japan, respectively. The water conservation forest was the most important function among the Protection Forest's functions in both countries. 2. The 10 million ha of Protection Forest in Japan increased for last 100 years. The 100 thousand ha per year was designated as Protection Forest. In contrast, The 655,535 ha of Protection Forest in Korea decreased for last 42 years with decreasing of 15,000 ha per year. 3. In Japan, Protection Forest can be managed by forest silvicultural practices such as forest harvest, thinning, and pruning to recover and improve the Protection Forest's functions. 4. In case of Korea, it is necessary to a mid- or long-term counter plan to increase the area of Protection Forest by the government, and needs to the recovery and improvement of Protection Forest's functions.

As the risk of technical leakage is increasing, technology protection support systems for small and medium-sized businesses have gained attention. This paper analyzed the perception gap of the user and policy-maker regarding technology protection support systems. First, to identify key elements of technology protection support systems and construct measurement factors, interviews with experts are conducted. Then, surveys are conducted to analyze the perception differences between the users and policy-makers. Factor analysis and ANOVA have been utilized to analyze survey results. The result shows that the perception gaps exist in the following areas: management system, cost reduction, copyright protection, customer satisfaction, leakage prevention, and awareness. To enhance the effectiveness of technology protection support systems, this paper suggests technology protection support systems should be customized in terms of the company's size and type of busines.
