갈색 느티만가닥버섯으로부터 새로운 생리기능성 물질을 개발하기 위하여 갈색 느티만가닥버섯 자실체의 영양 특성과 생리기능성을 조사하였다. 갈색 느티만가닥 버섯의 자실체에는 조단백질 27.3%, 조지방 2.7%, 탄수화물 55.8%을 함유하고 있었고 유리당 중에서는 전화당이 건조 중량 100 g 당 8.6 mg을, 유기산 중에서는 11,109.3 mg의 사과산을 가장 많이 함유하고 있었다. 갈색 느티만가닥버섯 자실체의 물 추출물과 에탄올 추출물을 제조하여 이들의 생리기능성을 측정한 결과 물 추출물이 66.7%의 항고혈압성 안지오텐신 전환효소 저해 활성(ACE)과 37.3%의 항통풍성 잔틴옥시데이즈 저해활성을 보였으나 에탄올 추출물은 대체로 낮은 생리기능성을 보였다. 또한 느티만가닥버섯의 자실체를 증류수에 넣고 $70^{\circ}C$에서 12시간 추출하였을때 가장 많이(저해활성: 84.4%) 추출되었으나 $50^{\circ}C$에서 12시간 동안 추출하여 얻은 추출물에서도 높은 ACE 저해활성(81.4%)을 보여 경제적 생산면에서 더 유리 할 것으로 사료된다.

진단적 I-131 스캔에서 유방의 섭취는 주로 수유 여성에서 보인다고 알려져 있으나 수유 여부와는 관련 없이 나타나는 경우도 보고되어 있다. 갑상선 암으로 갑상선 절제술 후 I-131 치료를 위해 시행한 진단적 스캔에서 유방의 섭취를 보인 환자에서 고프로락틴 혈증에 의한 유류증의 발견 및 이를 근거로한 뇌 단층 촬영상 Empty sella가 진단되어 이를 bromocriptine으로 치료한 후, 유방 섭취의 소실이 확인 되어 I-131 치료를 시행한 경우가 있어 이를 보고하고자 한다.

Fiber의 dimension이 일일 때, Equivariant Serre problem이 실 대수 범주에서 맞다는 것을 보였다. 즉 실 표현공간 위에서의 equivariant line bundle은 실 표현공간과 어떤 G-module의 product bundle과 동치임을 보였다.

Rhodium(I)-complex of $[Rh(CO)_2I_2{^-}]$ catalyzed carbonylation of anhydrous-trimethylamine in the presence of methyl iodide to give DMAC (N,N-dimethylacetamide) in no solvent. The catalyst had been reused 20 times, the analyses and distillation of collected products showed that the yields of DMAC, MAA (N-methylacetamide), and DMF (N,N-dimethylformamide) were 82.3%, 12.6%, and 4.4%. The conversion rate of trimethylamine was 99 % and the selectivity of DMAC was 82.3% with TON (Turnover Number) of 700. Stepwise procedure of inner-sphere reductive elimination for the formation of DMAC was suggested instead of acyl iodide intermediate.

The nucleic acid of Synechococcus sp. cyanophage was identified as double-stranded DNA by the result of digestion with enzymes such as exonucleases, DNase, and S1 nuclease, and by acridine orange staining. The cyanophage DNA was cleaved with several restriciton ehdonucleases such as ApaI, BamHI, Bg/II, HaeIII, Eco RI, HindIII, PstI, AND aPAI gave the clearest sets of bands on agarose gels and the fragment numbers for each were 12, 20, 29, 20, and 7, respectively. The sums of the size from Bam HI and PstI digestions were estimated approximately 227$\pm$4 kb, which are in agreement with the result of the pulsed field gel electrphoresis. This virus is thought to have the largest genosome among those of known cyanophages, which corresponds to the largest haed ot 90 nm when compared with the head sizes of cyanophages discovered since 1963.

This study investigates the factors influencing consumer's channel selection for luxury fashion items, specifically the effect of (i) perceived luxury benefits, (ii) perceived online shopping risks, (iii) demographics, and (iv) purchasing behavior. A survey questionnaire was developed and implemented to measure the perceived luxury benefits, perceived online shopping risks, purchasing behaviors, and consumer demographics. A total of 396 responses were analyzed by one-way ANOVA, cross-tab, and multinomial logit analysis with SPSS18.0. The results are as follows. First, those who shop in offline shopping channels tend to be heavy buyers that look for product quality and conspicuousness. They perceive low risks from online shopping and purchase few bag items offline. Second, those who shop online tend to be men and perceive the high benefits of economic value. Third, those who shop in multi channels tend to be men, search for information via the Internet, and purchase few accessory items. Implications for multichannel strategies are suggested.

$1-10^{-20}$atm의 산소 압력과 700K 및 1200K의 등온상태에서 Donor를 첨가한 $BaTiO_3$의 전기전도도를 조사하여 결함의 형태를 조사하였다. Donor를 첨가한 $BaTiO_3$에서 Donor의 첨가량이 증가함에 따라 최소 전기도도를 나타내는 극소점의 위치가 순수한 경우에 비아여 어느 정도 이동이 있었다. 이러한 극소점 위치의 이동으로 불순물의 상대적 함유량을 비교할 수 있었다. 매우 낮은 산소압력에서는 Dopant의 양에 무관하게 전도도 값이 일정하였으며 이러한 현상은 환원반응이 주된 원인임을 알았다.

The aims of the present study were to confirm that regulation of the PA and environment via TGF-β regulation of sperm by Percoll-separated in porcine uterine epithelial cells. And, it was performed to identify the cytokines (TGF-β1, 2 and 3, TGF-β receptor1 and 2; interleukin, IL-6, IL-8) and PA-related genes (urokinase-PA, uPA; tissue-PA, tPA; PA inhibitor, PAI; uPA-receptor, uPAR) by spermatozoa. The experiment used porcine uterus epithelial cells (pUECs) and uterine tissue epithelial cells, Boar sperm were separated by discontinuous Percoll density gradient (45/90%), and tissues were co-incubated with spermatozoa, followed by real-time PCR. PA activity was measured of sperm by discontinuous Percoll density gradient (45/90%) for 24 hours. To measure viability and acrosome damage of sperm double stained propidium iodide (PI) and SYBR-14 or FITC-PNA were used. In results, binding ratio of Percoll-separated sperm was found no differences, but sperms isolated from 90% Percoll layer reduced PA activity (p < 0.05). when co-cultured sperm selected Percoll in porcine uterus tissues epithelial cells, 90% layer sperm increased TGF-β R1, contrastively tPA and PAI-1 in comparison with control (p < 0.05). 45% sperm was decreased the expression of uPA (p < 0.05). TGF-β decreased PA activity in the supernatant collected from pUECs (p < 0.05). Especially, The group including uPA, PAI-1 were induce sperm intact, while it was reduced in sperm damage when compared to control (p < 0.05). Also, there was no significant difference group of tPA and tPA+I in the dead sperm and acrosome damage compared to control. The expression of tPA and PAI showed a common response. Percoll-separated spermatozoa in 90% layer reduced tPA and IL-related gene mRNA expression. Thus, Percoll-sparated sperm in 90% layer show that it can suppress inflammation through increased expression of TGF-β and downregulation of PA and IL in epithelial cells compared to 45% layer Percoll.

4-NQO에 대한 감수성을 이용한 A.nidulans uvs 유전자들의 epistatic grouping은 자외선 및 MMS의 감수성을 이용한 grouping과 동일한 결과를 보였다. 한편, MMS에 대한 감수성을 기준으로 분류한 epistasis group에서 uvsA는 UvsF group 유전자인 uvsF 및 uvsH와 synergistic interaction을 보였으며, uvsA;uvsB 및 uvsA;uvsC 이배체는 uvsB, uvsC의 반수체와 동일한 감수성을 나타내었다. Germination한 뒤 4시간 후의 자외선 감수성을 기준으로 한 uvsI의 epistatic grouping은 conidia 상태에서 자외선을 쬐어 조사한 grouping과 유사하여, uvsH, uvsC, uvsB와 synergistic interaction을 보였다. 하지만, quiescent conidia 상태에서의 additive effect를 보인 uvsI와 uvsF 돌연변이체는 4h germination 후에는 epistatic interaction을 나타내었다. uvsI 돌연변이체의 Intergenic-intragenic recombination frequency는 야생주와 유사하였다.
