In this paper it is shown that the spectrum ${\sigma}$ is continuous at every p-hyponormal operator when restricted to the set of essentially p-hyponormal operators and moreover ${\sigma}$ is continuous when restricted to the set of compact perturbations of p-hyponormal operators whose spectral pictures have no holes associated with the index zero.

본 연구는 임상간호사의 간호업무환경, 전문직 자아개념, 직무만족과 이직의도의 관계를 파악하고, 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 실시되었다. 경기도 소재 400~500병상 규모의 2개 종합병원에 근무하는 간호사 200명을 연구대상으로 2018년 6월부터 11월까지 설문조사를 실시하였고, 총 181부를 최종 자료 분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도와 기술통계, Independent t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, 다중회기분석을 실시하였다. 간호업무환경은 평균 $2.43{\pm}0.38$점, 전문직 자아개념은 평균 $2.60{\pm}0.25$점, 직무만족은 평균 $2.59{\pm}0.29$점, 이직의도는 평균 $3.43{\pm}0.72$점으로 나타났다. 이직의도는 간호업무환경(r=-.43, p<.001), 직무만족(r=-.46, p<.001)과 부적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 변수는 직무만족(${\beta}=-.47$, p<.001), 간호업무환경(${\beta}=.32$, p<.001), 전문직 자아개념(${\beta}=.20$, p<.001), 임상경력(${\beta}=-.15$, p<.05)이었다. 전체 변인의 이직의도에 대한 총 설명력은 38%였다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 병원관리자는 간호사의 직무만족을 도모하고 업무환경 개선을 통해 간호사의 이직을 예방하고, 간호교육계는 간호대학생의 전문직 가치관과 태도 확립을 위한 다양한 교육과정 편성과 운영을 통하여 예비간호사의 전문직 자아개념을 확립시킬 필요가 있다.

Escheriachia coli pSL 2-1 clone은 Bacillus sphaericus 1593의 모기살충 유전자를 클로닝한 재조합 DNA이다. 이 클론이 생산하는 살충독소 단백질의 분자량을 SDS-polyacrylamide gel을 이용하여 측정했다. B. sphaericus 1593균이 생산하는 독소결정체를 분리하여 전기영동을 한 결과는 6개의 단백질밴드(43, 58, 64, 100, 113, 130Kd)가 형성되었으나, 독소결정체를 알칼리 pH로 용해하여 전기영동을 하면 2개의 단백질 밴드(43과 64Kd)만이 나타났다. 그러나 대장균 pSL2-1균이 생산하는 독소단백질을 Sephadex G-200으로 정제하여 모기유충에 살충력이 있는 단백질을 전기영동한 결과는 42Kd만이 나타났다. LC50은 2 $\mu\textrm{g}$/$m\ell$이었다. B. sphaericus와 pSL2-1 clone 생산하는 살충단백질은 42Kd 단백질인 것으로 생각된다.

In this paper q-extensions of Genocchi numbers are defined and several properties of these numbers are presented. Properties of q-Genocchi numbers and polynomials are used to construct q-extensions of p-adic measures which yield to obtain p-adic interpolation functions for q-Genocchi numbers. As an application, general systems of congruences, including Kummer-type congruences for q-Genocchi numbers are proved.

We say operators A, B on Hilbert space satisfy Fuglede-Putnam theorem if AX = X B for some X implies $A^*X=XB^*$. We show that if either (1) A is p-hyponormal and $B^*$ is a class y operator or (2) A is a class y operator and $B^*$ is p-hyponormal, then A, B satisfy Fuglede-Putnam theorem.

김치 시료로부터 자동산화되지 않으며 열 및 중성 pH에서 안정한 AA 유도체인 AA-2G를 생산할 수 있는 당전이활성을 가진 CGTase 생산균주를 분리하였고, 분리균주의 형태학적, 배양학적, 생리학적 성질 및 16s-rDNA sequences를 조사한 결과 그람 양서의 간균으로 호기성이며 내생포자를 형성하는 전형적인 중온성 Bacillus sp. JK-43으로 동정되었다. Bacillus sp. JK-43의 CGTase는 AA-2G 뿐만 아니라 AA-6G로 추정되는 물질을 함께 생산하였으며, 효소 최적생산조건은 1.0% soluble starch, 1.0% yeast extract, 1.0% $Na_2CO_3\;0.1%\;K_2HPO_4,\;그리고\;0.02%\;MgSO_4{\cdot}7H_2O$가 함유된 배지에서 pH 7.0, $37^{\circ}C$에서 26시간 동안 진탕배양하였을 때였다. 각종 당공여채에 따른 Bacillus sp. JK-43의 AA-2G 생산성을 조사한 결과 ${\beta}-CD$에서 가장 높은 AA-2G 생산성을 보였으며, 식혜제도페액인 엿기름 및 밥당화액에서도 비교적 높은 AA-2G 생산성을 보였다. 또한 여러 가지 당수용체에 대한 JK-43의 CGTase의 당전이 반응을 검토한 결과 sucrose, mannitol 및 inositol에서 높은 당전이 수율인 70~90%를 나타내었다.

Let A be the mod p Steenrod algebra for p an arbitrary odd prime and S the sphere spectrum localized at p. In this paper, some useful propositions about the May spectral sequence are first given, and then, two new nontrivial homotopy elements ${\alpha}_1{\jmath}{\xi}_n\;(p{\geq}5,n\;{\geq}\;3)\;and\;{\gamma}_s{\alpha}_1{\jmath}{\xi}_n\;(p\;{\geq}\;7,\;n\;{\geq}\;4)$ are detected in the stable homotopy groups of spheres, where ${\xi}_n\;{\in}\;{\pi}_{p^nq+pq-2}M$ is obtained in [2]. The new ones are of degree 2(p - 1)($p^n+p+1$) - 4 and 2(p - 1)($p^n+sp^2$ + sp + (s - 1)) - 7 and are represented up to nonzero scalar by $b_0h_0h_n,\;b_0h_0h_n\tilde{\gamma}_s\;{\neq}\;0\;{\in}\;Ext^{*,*}_A^(Z_p,\;Z_p)$ in the Adams spectral sequence respectively, where $3\;{\leq}\;s\;<\;p-2$.

We establish a weak law of large numbers for sequence of random elements with values in p-uniformly smooth Banach space. Our result is more general and stronger than some well-known ones.

Let $\tau$ be a hereditary torsion theory and let p be a prime ideal of a commutative ring R. We study the existence of (minimal) $\tau-injective$ submodules of the injective hull of R/p.
