한국섬유산업은 위기에 직면하고 있으며, 해외진출이 증가하고 있다. 한국 섬유산업에 있어서 세 번째 교역군인 인도네시아는 한국의 직접투자액이 5위로 한국의 해외진출이 활발한 국가이다. 본 연구는 한국 섬유원단업체가 인도네시아로 진출하기 위한 발전 전략을 제시하고자 한다. 먼저, 문헌연구와 전문가 회의를 통해 인도내시아 사정을 고려한 섬유업체의 SWOT 대표요인들을 도출하였다. 이들간 우선순위를 도출하기 위해 AHP 분석을 시행하여, SWOT 요인들의 최종가중치와 우선순위를 도출하였다.

Currently, the Korean Smart Construction Corporation aims to stimulate overseas expansion of smart construction technology centered on Expressway development. In addition, the integrated classification system of construction information with Work Breakdown Structure(WBS) is currently being established in Korea, but its application to the construction industry is limited. In this study, data generation using simulation is carried out at the lowest level of WBS presented by the Korea Expressway Corporation, and detailed process productivity is predicted by site conditions.

This study aims to analyze the effects of the characteristics of startups and the role of accelerators on internationalization performance. To achieve this purpose, we collected data from the management of 180 startups promoting overseas expansion. As a result of empirical analysis, it was confirmed that among the characteristics of startups, innovativeness, learning orientation, and global orientation had a significant effect on internationalization performance. In addition, it was confirmed that the role of the accelerator has a positive effect on the internationalization performance.

Recently, with achieved US$ 500 Billion international cumulative construction order, the Korean government presented overseas construction industry visions for international orders of US$ 100 Billion and entering the top five countries in global construction market. Also, Korean companies are developing strategies for expansion of international markets. However, ODA loan projects are low risk for the Korea Construction companies trying to advance their overseas business. This study provides data-based advice on securing competence for Korean construction companies entering the global market through the ODA loan projects. To analysis construction firm's competitiveness for ODA loan project, FGD was utilized and BSA model was applied to the valuable analysis. Competencies highly assessed were construction quality control, relationship building through high-level diplomatic activities, and project management. Competencies requiring urgent improvement were handling risks of local countries, financing projects, and developing know-how within participating companies.

University graduates from construction-related departments are undergoing serious difficulties in getting a job as construction companies are reluctant to employ new personnel due to the depression in the construction industry which has been downscaled in both domestic and overseas markets. In the situation is like this, statistics show that the percentage of employment among the university graduates is less than $25\%$, the unemployment problem in the construction sector has started to demand urgent countermeasures. This report anticipated demand and supply for technical man power in the field of construction in between 2002-2008. For preparation of an effectiveness of supply and demand plan on over-supplied in construction technical man power, this suggested expansion of SOC investment, induced into IT field of unemployed construction manpower, enlargement of overseas construction manpower And this considered an elastic operation of curriculum related to construction, and arranged an excess supply and demand of construction technical manpower, which has been considered to education that will meet with demand of enterprise, etc. on both side of quantity and quality simultaneously.

The e-Learning quality assurance is a part of responsibility for education in latest information age, and should be understood as a basic direction for qualitative enhancement rather than quantifiable expansion. In such a context, this study sought to survey latest trends of e-Learning quality assurance activities deployed around overseas countries, so that it could give possible implications on how to plan and perform e-Learning quality assurance in Korea. So, this study focused on surveying actual conditions, coverage, target and useful indices of e-Learning quality assurance activities deployed by 9 institutions across 5 countries, and characterizing those activities across 5 countries. As a result, this study could find out its implications such as acquisition of various resources available for e-Learning, nationwide consolidation of e-Learning quality assurance activities, development of specialists in e-Learning quality assurance, and choice and focus for e-Learning quality assurance system. In other words, it was found that e-Learning quality assurance should be approached from nationwide standpoint in the interest of better educational quality, rather than from viewpoint of task.

The main objective of this study is to investigate the overseas performance of CGV in order to boost Korean wave and movie platform competitiveness. The focus of this study is to on how CGV may enhance the market share of china market, emphasizing the entrepreneurial orientation of top management team and differentiated entrant strategy based on Korean wave. This study suggests key factors in the china movie platform market expansion process of CGV. In order to analyze this mechanism, we employ a case study method design. The case study results show that there are differences of CGV strategy in movie platform characteristics and the important key factors of growth depending on market situation. The most important thing is that entrepreneurial orientation of top management including differentiated entrant strategy and Korean wave-oriented vision enhance between brand loyalty and market share in china market. In addition, growing overseas impacts of CGV support on Korean wave entertainment and globalization of movie platform industry. Contributions and implications for the academic and managerial field are discussed.

Low-carbon green waterfront cities for overseas cases were reviewed to propose the direction for Korea. The implications suggested include energy saving by resource circulation, compact land use planning, transit oriented development, and utilization of renewable energy. These in turn suggest the following implementations; (1) Energy saving according to compact city, complex land use, and transit oriented development, (2) Renewable energy use in buildings and daily lives, (3) Expansion of green space for carbon mitigation and improved quality of life, and (4) Water and resource circulation system. We finally discussed that development of the green waterfront cities in Korea requires the fundamentals of low-carbon green waterfront cities achieved by overseas cases study and technical investigation.

For successful EHR implementation, it is important to understand physicians's acceptance and attitude for EHR. This study aims to provide basic information for the overseas expansion of Korean EHR by studying Saudi Arabia's physicians' acceptance for the Korean EHR exported to Saudi Arabia. Except for physician autonomy and physician-patient relationship, Likert scales of physician involvement, adequate training, ease of use, usefulness, and attitude about EHR usage were over 3.5 points, which are relatively high. The Physicians' experience of Korean EHR may have influenced the EHR acceptance score. Based on the positive research results of this study, we can say that Korean EHR can be competitive in the overseas EHR business.

Due to a significant decrease in the number of construction projects in the domestic market of Korea, overseas expansion of the Korean construction companies has been accelerated in recent years. However, the practice of bidding at a low price and lacking information about foreign new markets caused many companies to fail in their entries to these markets. As a measure to prevent such failures, this study has developed a framework which first defines the key research items that must be identified beforehand and then classifies them into a structured way so that the construction companies can actually use this framework to be better prepared for their forays into the new markets. The framework was actually applied for a construction project in Morocco, and its usefulness was proven by the user's successful participation into the project, nevertheless the application and result was limited. Although perhaps this framework should be applied to many more construction projects for its validity to be verified and for its structure to be better standardized, the framework still has its value due to the following two reasons: first, it has systemized the research items that had been only conceptually defined but had never been organized, and second it can be utilized as a investigation tool at the marketing stage.
