  • The article theoretically substantiated, developed and practically implemented a structural and functional model of the formation of ICT competence, taking into account interdisciplinary integration, defines the pedagogical conditions that contribute to the formation of ICT competence: interdisciplinary integration as a basis for building an interdisciplinary course, the content of which is aimed at the formation of ICT competence; the use of IEE, including information, didactic, technological components as a basis for the formation of ICT competence; integration of formal, non-formal and informal education for the implementation the integrity of the acquired knowledge, skills, experience as the basis for the formation of the ICT competence of teachers; creation and use of a set of tasks (educational (UZ), educational and methodological (UMP), educational and professional (UPZ)) as special tools for the formation of ICT competence.

심리적 임파워먼트와 조직지원이 종합병원 직원들의 혁신적 업무행동에 미치는 영향 (Psychological Empowerment, Organizational Supports, and Innovative Work Behavior of General Hospital Employees)

  • In the model tested here, individual innovative work behavior is considered as the outcome of two antecedent factors-empowerment and organizational supports. The relationships between those variables and innovative work behavior are analyzed form the data collected through a questionnaire survey of 389 employees in five general hospitals. Results of multiple regression analyses show that three dimensions of empowerment-meaning, competence, and impact, and supports from organizational culture have significant effects on innovative work behavior whereas the effects of choice dimension of empowerment and managerial supports are not significant. These results emphasize the importance of empowerment and innovation oriented organizational culture for individual members' innovative work behavior. Theoretical and practical Implications and suggestions for future research are discussed.

  • The article clarifies the definition and components of the ICT competence of future teachers, justifies the introduction of a motivational-value component. ICT competence of future teachers has a four-component structure: motivational-value, general-use, general pedagogical, subject-pedagogical components. The levels (reproductive, productive, creative), criteria and indicators of the formation of ICT-competence of students of a pedagogical college are determined, the content of these levels (reproductive, productive, creative) is disclosed, respectively.

치과위생사의 회복탄력성과 조직몰입과의 관계 (Relationship of resilience and organizational commitment in dental hygienists)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the resilience and organizational commitment of dental hygienists for the improvement of organizational performance. Methods : A self-reported questionnaire was filled out by 323 dental hygienists from May 2 to June 5, 2014. The collected data were analyzed by a statistical package SPSS WIN 12.0. Results : The dental hygienists had the highest score in relationship(4.09), and had the lowest score in communicative competence(3.29). In organizational commitment, they had the highest score in affective commitment(3.20). There were statistically significant differences in that regard according to age(p<0.001), marital status(p<0.05) and career(p<0.001). The organizational commitment varied significantly with age(p<0.05) and career(p<0.01), and normative commitment significantly varied with the number of work days(p<0.05) and career(p<0.05). There was a significant correlation between the resilience and organizational commitment of the dental hygienists(p<0.001). Conclusions : The organizational commitment of the dental hygienists was better when they had a better resilience, and that resilience made a contribution to the improvement of organizational commitment in the clinical dental hygienists.

임상간호사의 의사소통능력과 감성지능이 조직성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Clinical Nurses' Communication Competency and Emotional Intelligence on Organizational Performance)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of clinical nurses' communication competency and emotional intelligence on organizational performance. Methods: Two hundred and fifty nurses who currently work at two superior general hospitals in Seoul, Korea, participated in the study. Data were collected between March and April, 2015. Global Interpersonal Communication Competence Scale (GICC-15) developed by Hur (2003) was used to measure communication competency. Wong & Law's emotional intelligence scale (WLEIS) developed by Wong & Law (2002) was used to measure emotional intelligence. Organizational performance scale developed by Brewer & Selden (2000) was used to measure organizational performance. Results: The results were summarized as follows: 1) The means of communication competency, emotional intelligence and organizational performance were 3.61, 4.84, and 3.59 respectively. 2) There were positive correlations between communication competency, emotional intelligence and organizational performance. 3) The variance of organizational performance accounted for was 26.0% (adj $R^2=.26$). Conclusion: These findings suggest that developing human resources in nursing is important for better organizational performance.

국내 요양병원 간호사의 일가치감과 조직커뮤니케이션 만족이 간호역량에 미치는 융복합적 영향 (Convergence Effects of Perceived Value of Work and Organizational Communication Satisfaction on Nursing Confidence of Nurses in Convalescent Hospital)

  • 본 연구는 요양병원의 간호사의 간호역량에 미치는 융복합적 영향을 파악하기 위하여 시도되었다. 구조화된 자기보고식 설문지를 사용하여 2019년 7 월부터 2019년 8월까지 D 시 8개 요양병원 간호사 161명으로부터 자료를 수집하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS / WIN 25.0 프로그램을 활용하여 Descriptive statistics, Independent t-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffé 사후검증, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Multiple regression을 적용하였다. 단계적 다중회귀분석에서 요양병원 간호사의 일가치감, 조직커뮤니케이션 만족, 대학원(교육수준), 휴직경험 없음, 2 교대 근무형태가 간호역량을 55% 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 요양병원 간호사의 간호 역량을 증진시키기 위해서는 일에 대한 가치감과 조직커뮤니케이션 만족을 증진하고 전문적인 교육기회와 재취업간호사를 위한 교육프로그램을 제공할 필요가 있음을 논의하였다.

융합시대를 위한 사회복지사의 자원개발역량이 조직효과성에 미치는 융합연구 (Convergence of Social Workers' Resource Development Capability on Organizational Effectiveness for Fusion Age)

  • 본 연구는 수도권지역에 있는 사회복지시설 사회복지사 135명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 사회복지사의 자원개발역량강화와 조직효과성 향상을 강조하기 위해서 본 연구를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 자원개발역량의 태도는 직무만족에 부적인 영향을, 지식은 직무만족에 정적인 영향을, 가치와 기술은 직무만족에 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 자원개발역량의 가치와 지식은 조직몰입에 정적인 영향을, 태도와 기술은 조직몰입에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 자원개발역량의 가치는 이직의도에 영향을 미치지 않았으며, 태도는 이직의도에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 기술은 이직의도에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 지식은 이직의도에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 사회복지사의 자원개발역량인 가치, 태도, 기술, 지식을 높이기 위한 노력을 할 경우, 직무만족이 낮아지거나 이직하고자 하는 의도정도가 상승하는 현상이 나타나 아직까지 사회복지사의 개인역량의 가치를 높이기 위한 사회복지조직의 환경이 열악한 상황임을 알 수 있으므로 이를 개선하기 위한 지원과 노력이 필요하다.

간호사의 직무만족과 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Influencing Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction of Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was to identify factors that influence the organizational commitment and job satisfaction of nurses. Method: The data were collected from 1st, August until 7th, August, 2005. The subjects were 238 nurses from a general hospital in Busan. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression using SPSS program. Result: The organizational commitment and job satisfaction was significant positive correlations with flexibility, satisfaction, competence factors and significant negative correlations with empathy factors and centralization factor. The most powerful predictors of Nurses's organizational commitment and job satisfaction was managerial strategy of organizational characteristics. And, satisfaction factors of professional self-concept, affiliative-dominant culture and conservative- dominant culture and innovative-dominant culture were powerful predictor factors. The Other powerful predictors of nurses's job satisfaction were satisfaction factors of professional Self-concept, communication and centralization factor of organizational characteristics, affiliative-dominant culture and conservative-dominant culture, professional image factor of nurse image. Conclusion: This study revealed that important factors for nurses's organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Consequently, the manager should be make effective managerial strategy and encourage that nurse have more satisfy to professional self-concept. And the manager make constant efforts to create an affiliative culture in hospital.

개방형 혁신과 조직학습 특성이 벤처기업의 기술경쟁우위에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Open Innovation and Organizational Learning on Technological Competitive Advantage in Venture Business)

  • Although a wide range of theoretical researches have emphasized on the importance of knowledge management in cooperative R&D network, the empirical researches to synthetically examine the role of organizational learning and open innovation which influence on the performance of technological innovation are not enough to meet academic and practical demands. This study is to investigate the effect of open innovation and organizational learning in venture business on technological competitive advantage and establish the mediating role of organizational learning. For the purpose, the questionnaires, made based on the reviewing previous researches, were collected from 274 Korean venture businesses whose managerial focus is on developing technological innovation. As a result of analysis, the relational dimensions of open innovation - network, intensity and trust shared by a firm with external R&D partners - as well as the internal organizational learning system and competence have positive influence on building technological competitive advantage whose sub-variables are technological excellence, market growth potential and business feasibility. In addition, it is identified that organizational learning has the mediating and moderating effect in the relationship between open innovation and technological competitive advantage. These results imply that open innovation complements and expend the range of limited resources and the scope of innovation in technology-intensive small and medium-sized enterprises. Besides, organizational learning activity reinforces the use of knowledge and resources, obtained from external R&D partners. On the basis of these results, detailed issues and discussion were made in the conclusion.

창업기업의 혁신역량 영향요인 진단 연구 (Analysis of Influential Factors for Diagnosis of Innovation Capability for Start-ups in Korea)

  • 본 연구에서는 창업기업의 혁신역량 제고에 있어 주요 영향요인들과의 관계 및 기업의 혁신성과에 대한 영향력을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 기존 혁신역량연구들은 일반적인 기업 관점에서 분석하였다면, 본 연구에서는 창업 7년 이하의 창업기업들의 관점에서 분석하였다. 창업기업들에 대한 설문조사 결과, 혁신역량의 하위변수 중 학습역량, 연구개발역량, 마케팅역량은 조직문화, 조직목표와 관련된 조직역량과 기술사업화 역량과 밀접한 제품역량에 모두 일관된 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 기술역량 부분은 제품역량에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났으나, 이러한 역량의 중요성이 낮다고 해석할 수는 없었다. 기술역량이 제품역량에 직접적으로 유의미한 영향을 주지 않고 있지만, R&D역량과의 관계에서는 유의미한 결과로 분석되었기 때문이다. 또, 기업의 특성을 기술지향성과 시장지향성으로 구분하여 각 하위변수들 간의 관계를 분석하여 보았다. 기술지향적인 기업의 기술역량은 제품역량에는 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못하였으나, 연구개발 역량에는 유효한 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 창업기업들의 창업 특성이 기술, 아이디어를 근거로 일어나는 경우가 많아 초기생존율이 낮게 나오는 연구결과와도 부합된다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 기업의 성장단계별로 주요 혁신역량에 차이가 있으며, 실무적인 관점에서 창업기업역량 강화를 위한 접근방법 및 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.
