Abstract
The study aimed to identify convergence effects of nurses' competence of convalescent hospitals. During from July 2019 to August 2019, data were collected from 161 nurses of 8 convalescent hospitals in D city using structured questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS / WIN 25.0 program by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and Stepwise Multiple regression. The findings showed that nursing confidence of nurses at convalescent hospitals was explained 55% by value of work, organizational communication satisfaction, graduate school, no experience of leave of absence, and two shifts work type. The results indicate that to promote nursing competence of participants, it is necessary to improve value of work and organizational communication satisfaction and to provide job training program for re-employed nurses or to graduate school.
