세무공무원의 조직에 대한 자긍심 분석 (Analysis on Taxation Public Servant's Pride in Organization)

  • 본 연구는 세무공무원들의 조직 동일시와 조직몰입, 자긍심의 관계를 실증적으로 규명하는데 그 목적이 있었다. 분석결과, 첫째, 조직 동일시와 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 개인적 특성변수는 성별과 근무연수가 조직 동일시에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 세무공무원으로서의 자긍심은 조직 동일시에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 자긍심이 낮은 집단이 높은 집단보다 조직 동일시에 더 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 세무공무원의 자긍심이 높을수록 조직몰입이 높아지는 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 자긍심이 높은 집단이 낮은 집단보다 조직몰입에 더 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 조직구성원으로서의 높은 자긍심은 조직 동일시와 조직몰입을 증가시킬 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있다.

Synergetic Effects of Planning and Self-Organization in City Identity Creation

  • This paper first introduces the concept of image as a key factor in recognition, and city identity as the dominant image of a region which is commonly possessed by individuals living and working in the region. Then, the new approach toward planning, the notion of self-organization associated with images and positive feedback mechanisms in terms of city vitalization, is discussed. Thirdly, carrying out the case study of a process in which Iida City in Japan has acquired a city identity as a puppet drama town, we present four stages in planning for city identity four stages and discuss the phenomena of city image self-organization. Finally, it is pointed out that multimedia are effective measures for the promotion of self-organization of city images, and that the role of local governments is very important in city planning to support the self-organization of cities.

선원의 사회적 정체성이 이직의사에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Seafarers' Social Identity on Turnover Intention)

  • 이 연구는 선원의 사회적 정체성의 선행요인(사회화, 사회적지지, 조직지원인식, 조직내 지위)이 사회적 정체성을 통해 이직의사에 어떤 영향을 주는지를 실증적으로 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 선원 362명으로부터 회수한 설문자료를 공분산구조분석 방법으로 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 선원의 사회적 정체성이 높을수록 이직의사가 감소한다. 둘째, 선원의 사회화, 사회적지지, 조직지원인식이 높을수록 선원의 사회적 정체성이 강화된다. 셋째, 사회화와 사회적 지지는 사회적 정체성을 통해서만 이직의사를 감소시키지만, 조직지원인식은 간접적인 효과와 함께 직접적으로도 이직의사를 낮추는 역할을 한다.

작업치료사의 전문직업성이 임파워먼트와 소진에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Occupational Therapist's Professional Identity on Empowerment and Burn Out )

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was to identify the degree of occupational therapists' professional identity and examine the correlation between empowerment and burn out. We also investigated the effects of the occupational therapists' professional identity on empowerment and burn out. Through these assessments, we aimed to highlight the importance of professional identity and find methods to improve empowerment and reduce burn out in occupational therapists. Methods : The study was conducted from October 19 to from November 11, 2023. General characteristics, professional identity, empowerment, and burn out were examined using frequency analysis and descriptive statistics. The correlation between these factors was analyzed using Pearson's correlation coefficient. Multiple regression analysis was used to identify factors influencing empowerment and burn out. An α value =.05 was used to verify statistical significance. Results : First, Professional identity was an average 3.24±.37. Second, a significant correlation was found between professional identity and empowerment (r=.417, p<.01) and burn out (r=-.377, p<.01). As a result of the relationship between professional identity sub-factors and empowerment in professional organization (r=.270, p<.01),, belief in self-regulation (r=.258, p<.01), vocational consciousness (r=.348, p<.01), and belief in autonomy (r=.308, p<.01) showed a statistically significant correlation. Professional identity sub-factors were significantly correlated with burnout, professional organization (r=-.199, p<.05), belief in public service (r=-.153, p<.05), belief in self-regulation (r=-.334, p<.01), vocational consciousness (r=-.250, p<.01), and belief in autonomy (r=-.293, p<.01) showed a significant correlation. Third, professional identity sub-factors influencing empowerment were vocational consciousness (β=.154, p<.05) and belief in autonomy (β=.135, p<.05), and those influencing burnout were belief in self-regulation (β=-.389, p<.01) and belief in autonomy (β=-.244, p<.01). Conclusion : The study findings demonstrated that professional identity affects empowerment and burn out. Therefore, continuous study on the professional identity of occupational therapists is warranted.

조직 내부의 정보보안 제언 행동 강화: 조직 공정성과 개인의 사회적 정체성을 통한 업무 스트레스 감소 관점 (Reinforcement of IS Voice Behavior within the Organization: A Perspective on Mitigating Role Stress Through Organization Justice and Individual Social-identity)

  • 정보보안이 조직의 핵심 가치로 인식되면서, 조직들은 높은 수준의 정보보안 정책 및 기술 도입 등의 활동을 수행하고 있다. 하지만, 정보보안을 업무에 적용해야 하는 조직원에게 엄격한 정보보안 정책은 오히려 부정적 영향을 줄 수 있다. 본 연구는 정보보안이 조직원의 업무 스트레스를 발현시킬 수 있음을 확인하고, 스트레스를 완화하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 세부적으로, 조직의 정보보안 조직 공정성과 개인의 사회적 정체성이 제언 행동에 부정적 영향을 주는 업무 스트레스를 감소시킬 수 있음을 확인한다. 연구는 정보보안 규정 및 정책을 과업에 적용한 조직의 근로자들에게 설문하였으며, 318개의 표본을 확보하였다. 그리고, 연구는 구조방정식 모형을 적용하여 가설을 검증하였다. 가설 검증 결과, 정보보안 조직 공정성이 사회적 정체성을 통해 제언 행동을 높였으며, 조직 공정성이 업무 스트레스를 완화하여 부분적으로 제언 행동을 감소시켰다. 또한, 사회적 정체성이 업무 스트레스와 제언 행동 간의 관계를 조절하였다. 본 연구는 조직 및 개인 차원의 업무 스트레스 완화 조건을 제시함으로써, 조직 내부의 정보보안 목표 달성을 위한 전략적 시사점을 제공한다.

  • 삼성전자나 현대차와 같은 기업뿐만 아니라, UN에서 정상회의를 주제하는 국제 컨퍼런스 담당자들은 이해관계자들과의 커뮤니티에서 현재 조직의 목표와 미래의 비전을 강하게 어필하는 Moving Identity를 중시한다. 이러한 Moving Identity를 홍보와 광고에 어떻게 Dynamic Branding을 내포하여야 할 것인가가, 연구해야 할 중요한 부분이다. 본 논문에서는 ACM SIG CHI 2015 Conference opening에서 상영된 애니메이션에, Moving Identity를 설계 적용한 홍보영상을 Dynamic Branding 관점에서 설계하고 연구하여 제작하였다.

1950-1960년 콩고민주공화국 바콩고동맹(ABAKO)의 정체성 변화에 대한 고찰 (A Study of the Change of ABAKO Identity from 1950 to 1960)

  • ABAKO(Alliance des Bakongo) of Democratic Republic of Congo is an organization founded by an ethnic group who sought to preserve its language, culture and tradition. It later developed into a political organization and led an independence movement from Belgium. In 1950, Edmond Nzeza-Nlandu founded the ABAKO in Leopoldville (currently known as Kinshasa), the capital of Belgian Congo. ABAKO changed into a political organization, however, when Nzeza-Nlandu stepped down from his position and Joseph Kasa-Vubu was elected instead as the chief of ABAKO in March 21, 1954. The Bakongo nationalism, as a link between the Kongo Kingdom of the past and the Bakongo people of the present, had influence on their cultural identity, attitude towards authority, political orientation, a common ground for geographical boundaries, and provided foundation for group mobilization. Moreover, the Kimbangu Church, founded by Simon Kimbangu had close ties with ABAKO. They struggled to obtain independece from the Belgian colonial rule. In conclusion, the leaders and members of ABAKO regarded the 'ethnic, linguistic and historical' affinities as the identity of their Bakongo nationalist group.

이주민 집단의 종족과 국가에 대한 인식: 자카르타의 아쩨인 공동체 사례연구 (The Ethnicity and National Identity among Transmigrant: The Acehnese Community in Jakarta)

  • This thesis aims to analyze the political, social, and cultural activities of the Acehnese ethnic group living in Jakarta, Indonesia. Based on analysis, this thesis examines how their ethnicity and national identity have been formed and expressed. For this purpose, this study deals with Taman Iskandar Muda (hereinafter referred to as TIM), a group of Acehnese transmigrants living in Jakarta. The immigration of the Acehnese to Jakarta started in the 1950s and the number of Acehnese people living in Jakarta persently amounts to 100,000. TIM, which was organized by the first generational of immigrants, functions to group Acehnese immigrants of various generations and class. Forum Keprihatinan Untuk Aceh(hereinafter referred to as Forka), an organization designed to solve the political problems of TIM, undertook various activities to maintain the peace of Aceh as the representative of TIM. Through those activities, TIM and Forka were able to confirm the feeling of homogeneity among the Acehnese who were living in their hometown and also strengthen their identity within the organizations. However, the fact that TIM and Forka put their focus on humanitarian activities paradoxically shows the political limitations that they sustain. TIM and Forka take care not to make their humanitarian activities seem as if they intend to openly strengthen their Acehnese identity and deny their Indonesian one. These political characteristics of Forka's identity are commonly found in groups that practice long-distance nationalism, as transmigrants in diaspora circumstances do. In the organization of TIM, there exists the menasah, which is a space where discussions of the ethnicity and the nation are practiced. As it is the space for local exchange, menasah reveals the identity of TIM through educational/social activities and public services. Menasah functions as the public arena where people practice ethnic identity on the basis of national integration. As a minority ethnic group living in Jakarta and its neighborhood, they are accustomed to double and selective political activities, social activities, and cultural practices. In order to adapt themselves to the double circumstance that they are faced with, they should live extemporaneously, and this life may be the fate that minority ethnic and transmigrants should endure.

Influence of the Green Leadership Toward Environmental Policies Support

  • This paper aimed to study the role of green leadership toward environmental policies support in university. Furthermore, this study investigated the influence of green leadership toward environmental policies support and discussed the mediation effect of Green Self efficacy, Green Mindfulness, organization identity and environmental responsibility. The number of Population sample in this research was taken from 1,456 lecturers and staff of Universitas Negeri Semarang, Indonesia. Total sample in this research is 312 respondents. Structural Equation Models (SEM) was used in this research to develop the model of green leadership role toward environmental policies support of Lecturer and Staff in the University. This study found that green leadership had significant influences toward environmental policies support, environmental responsibility, green mindfulness and green self-efficacy but had insignificant influence toward organizational identity. Path analysis showed strong mediation effect of environmental responsibility and green mindfulness, but had a weak mediation from organizational identity and green self-efficacy. Finally, this study concluded that the role of green leadership in influencing environmental responsibility and green mindfulness was required to be enhanced in order to increase the support of environmental policies at the university. Further study needs to be carried out to determine the effect of green leadership on green performance and green behavior in organizations.

노인생활시설 사회복지사들의 직무 및 조직특성과 직무만족도의 관계에서 전문직업적 정체성의 매개효과 (Mediating Effect of Professional Identity on the Relationship between Job- and Organization- related Factors and Job Satisfaction among Social Workers in Senior Welfare Facilities)

  • 본 연구는 노인생활시설 사회복지사들의 직무 및 조직특성과 직무만족도의 관계에 있어서 전문직업적 정체성의 매개효과를 보고자 하였다. 연구를 위해 대구시 전체 노인생활시설 24개소에 근무하는 사회복지사 180명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 매개효과 검증을 위한 통계적 분석은 위계적 회귀분석 (Window SPSS 12.0)을 이용하였다. 연구 결과, 직무 및 조직특성, 전문직업적 정체성, 직무만족에 대한 대상자들의 인식은 직무만족(3.28±.63)이 가장 높았으며 전문직업적 정체성(3.23±.50), 직무특성(3.17±.49), 조직특성(3.17±.58)의 순으로 나타났다. 그리고 직무특성(β=.699, p<.001)과 조직특성(β=.871, p<.001)은 직무만족에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 변수로 확인되었다. 뿐만 아니라 전문직업적 정체성을 매개변수로 사용한 경우 직무만족에 대한 직무특성(β=.543, p<.001)과 조직특성(β=.773, p<.001)의 영향력이 감소되어 전문직업적 정체성의 부분적 매개효과를 확인할 수 있었다.
