CEO의 내·외부 활동이 혁신과 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on the Effects of Innovation and Business Performance of CEO's Internal and External Activities)

  • 본 연구는 기업에서 CEO의 내 외부 활동(정보, 지식경영, 학습조직)이 혁신활동(활용적, 탐색적)과 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 국내 기업의 CEO 300명을 대상으로 설문조사를 토대로 통계분석을 하였다. 분석 결과 정보와 학습조직 활동은 활용적 혁신활동과 탐색적 혁신활동에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 지식경영 활동은 탐색적 혁신활동에서 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 끼치지 못하였다. 또한, CEO 내 외부 활동에서 정보, 지식경영, 학습조직 활동의 영향을 받은 활용적, 탐색적 혁신활동은 기업의 경영성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으나 영향력의 세기는 차이를 보였다. 따라서 기업의 경영에서 CEO의 내 외부 활동 중에서 정보, 지식경영, 학습조직 활동에 의한 활용적 혁신과 탐색적 혁신활동 발현으로 경영성과를 극대화시키기 위한 모색은 선행 연구에서 지각된 활동을 기반으로 하여 기업의 경영 환경을 고려하여 유리한 활동을 추출하고 이를 경영 전략에 반영하는 것이 기업에서 최상의 경영성과 목표달성에 유리함을 본 연구결과에서 시사하고 있다.

  • As interests in the management of government-owned corporation rise, in these days, debt reduction and normalization of management of those companies have been proceeding under the lead of government. At this point, it is very important to seek internal marketing method for improvement of internal employees' satisfaction, loyalty and organization performance. This study analyzes impact of factors of internal marketing effect on organization satisfaction, loyalty and organization performance in the context of the domestic public companies, the Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO) and the Korea Water Resources Corporation (K-WATER)'s employees empirically. There are some significant differences between the two publics. It is proved that delegation of the authority influences on internal satisfaction and organization performance in the case of KEPCO, and education and training influence on internal satisfaction and organization performance in the case of K-WATER. On the other hand, in the case of K-WATER, any internal marketing factors don't influence on loyalty. The results of this study show somewhat different characteristics depending on the characteristics of firm, however, it is expected that this study can be very useful in regards to similar public enterprises or businesses.

건축프로젝트 현장 조직 커뮤니케이션이 성과에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Site Organization's Communication on Performance of Building Construction Projects)

  • 건축프로젝트의 성공적인 수행을 위해서는 현장 조직의 커뮤니케이션 수준을 높여서 조직 구성원의 협업 능력을 향상시켜야 한다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 건축프로젝트 현장 조직을 대상으로 현장 조직 커뮤니케이션이 프로젝트 성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 파악하는 것이다. 연구 결과 커뮤니케이션 품질은 프로젝트 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 정보공유는 프로젝트 성과에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 건축프로젝트 성과를 향상시키기 위해서는 현장 조직에서 정보공유를 일정수준 이상 달성해야 하고, 커뮤니케이션 품질을 향상시켜야 한다. 본 연구 결과는 건축프로젝트 현장 조직의 수행관리 체계를 구축하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

Virtual 실행공동체의 진단 방법론 개발 (Developing the Methodology for Diagnosing Virtual Community of Practice)

  • Much of knowledge that can retain a company's competitive advantage remains within the organization. However, identifying, finding and leveraging knowledge in an organization is still problematic [17]. Although knowledge is the key to success, it is simply too valuable to be left in an organization [59]. The CoP (Community of Practice) within an organization is a practical way to manage knowledge in an organization as systematically as other critical assets in order to deploy and share it [59]. However, research related with CoP, has focused on the value of CoP. Therefore, we developed not only a holistic and systematic method for understanding and assessing the current position of CoP but also a method for extracting the core strategies and CSFs of CoP based on performance evaluation. We developed strategies, CSF (Critical Success Factor) and PM (Performance Measure)s of CoP based on BSC (Balanced Scorecard) process. Specifically, CSFs and strategies of CoP were extracted based on maturity model and type of CoP. According to the procedure from the methodology to evaluate the performance of CoP, three different industrial cases were adopted to validate the evaluation methodology.

과제유형과 범주전형성에 따른 아동의 회상수행과 조직화책략 발달 (Recall and Development of Organizations Strategy for List Types and Category Typicality in Children)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate developmental trends in organization strategy for taxonomic and slot-fiber lists and category typicality, use of organization strategy in relation to developmental changes in category knowledge structure, emergent organization capacity and effects in category typicality on children's recall. Moreover, the influences of children's age, use of organization strategy, list types and category typicality on children's recap were figured out. The major results were as follows. 1. Children's recall use of organization strategy increased with age. That is, the older children performed better recap and used organization strategy on both list types than the younger children. 2. AU children performed recall and used organization strategy better for the slot-filler than taxonomic list. The 4-year-olds, however, demonstrated better recap and use of organization strategy for the slot-filler than taxonomic list. While the 6-year-olds and 8-year-olds showed no such differences. These findings were supported the view that script-based slot-filler categories have a strong influence on young children's memory performance. 3. At each age level, children showed higher level of recall and use of organization strategy for category typical than category atypical list. AU children received higher scores for the typical than atypical items on recap and use of organization strategy. 4. Children's age, use of organization strategy, list types, and category typicality of lists significantly predicted children's recap.58% of the variance of children's recap was explained by four variables.

수출비용절감을 위한 3PL업체의 통합조직능력에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Integrated Organization Abilities in Third Party Logistics Korean Company for Reduction of Export Expense)

  • Third party logistics research is searching for increasing its logistics efficiency of organization. Perspective of resource-based theory, this study is to reveal the exploratory relation between integrated capabilities, organzaiton knowledge, and service performance. To develop the relational model, this study conducted a theoretical survey on Shang(2009)'s 3PL service providers research model and Synder & Cumming(1998)'s learning of organization knowledge. According to the result of correlation analysis, Integrated organization knowledge is positively correlated with service diversity advantage (correlation coefficient= .670, p-value= .000) and service quality advantage (correlation coefficient= .575, p-value= .000). The thesis argued that Korean companies try to apply integrated organization abilities and service performance for cutting their export expense.

  • Facing competitive and complicated business environment, many companies are developing new and diverse organization forms not only to overcome to minimize costs and risks but also to maximize the efficiency of an organization. Virtual organization is one of the representative forms allowing firms to create this value though a link of core competency among firms. In order to explain the performance of virtual organization in terms of efficiency, this study utilizes a concept of trust since it is recently considered as one of core concept to enhance the cooperative performance between firms and also virtual organizations success or failure can not be properly explained by traditional transaction-cost based economic point of view. Based on previous literature this study derives three success factors, organizational reputation, skill Uniqueness, and interpersonal trust and studies how three factors influence on the efficiency of virtual organization. Findings conducted with a questionnaire survey are as follow: first, organization reputation and skill uniqueness between virtual organization's transaction parties are important elements in the success of virtual organization. Second, interpersonal trust affected by organization reputation and skill uniqueness decides virtual organization's efficiency.

농촌여성조직의 발전수준 진단을 위한 탐색 연구;생활개선회를 중심으로 (A Preliminary Study on Measuring of Development Level of Rural Women's Association: Case of Rural Women Leaders Federation)

  • The objective of this study was to investigate the developmental level of Rural Women Leaders Federation(RWLF) which is one of the major rural women`s association in Korea. The writers designed organization measurement tool based on the reviews on the related studies and gather data from 191 memberships of RWLF through the mail questionnaire and interviews. The major findings were as follows; First, the findings shows us this organization as transition period from identification stage to expanded growth stage in developmental stage of rural women's organizations. Second, this organization focus on share of members decision making and leadership style rather than organization`s vision, strategy or organization level. In other words, this organization focus on human relations aspect rather than internal aspect of organization system. Third, this organization has high level of social evaluation of the organization, even if it has low level of personal compensation or individua's social performance. In conclusion, as long-term view-point, it is needed to help them to promote their self-control of survival ability to improve organization's vision, strategy, differentiation for achieving organizational goals. And it also needed to prepare educational programs to increase Rural Women's leadership capability understanding of organizational characteristics and its operation abilities.

내부고객의 ESG중요도 인식이 조직의 ESG경영 필요성과 ESG성과 인식에 미치는 영향 -공공기관(직업능력개발 조직)을 중심으로 - (The Impact of Internal Customer Awareness of ESG Importance on the Organization's ESG Management Needs and ESG Performance Awareness -Focusing on Vocational Training Institutions-)

  • 본 연구는 소비자(외부고객) 관점에서 ESG 경영과 ESG 성과를 살펴 왔던 기존 연구들과 달리 조직 구성원인 내부고객의 관점에서 ESG에 대한 태도와 ESG 성과인식 간의 관계를 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 ESG영역별 중요도에 대한 내부 구성원의 인식이 조직의 ESG 경영 필요성과 성과 인식에 미치는 영향관계를 세 가지 연구질문으로 정리하고 구조방정식 모델을 이용해 영향관계를 살펴보았다. 연구결과 내부고객은 E(환경)영역, G(지배구조)영역을 중요하게 인식하면 조직의 ESG 경영 필요성을 높게 인식하였지만 S(사회) 영역에서는 ESG 경영 필요성과의 유의적 관계를 나타내지 않았다(연구질문 1). 또한 ESG 영역별 중요도 인식과 조직의 ESG 경영 필요성간 관계는 내부고객의 ESG에 대한 관심이나 지식정도, 연령 등에 따라 차이가 거의 없는 것으로 나타났다(연구질문 2). 끝으로 조직의 ESG 경영 필요성을 높게 인식하는 내부고객은 조직의 ESG 성과 수준에 대해서도 긍정적으로 인식하는 것으로 나타났다(연구질문 3).

조직 구성원의 자아 일치성이 신규 정보기술 도입의 성과에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Organization Member's Self-Congruity on the Performance of the Acquisition of New Information Technology)

  • These days, the business environment such as Information Technology (IT) is rapidly changing, and organizations are consistently trying to change themselves for the survival and success under the changing environment. In this situation, change management is very important because it draws the change behaviors of organization members for the success of organizational change. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the organization members' psychological factors on the performance of the acquisition of new IT, which is one of the most important organizational change. Based on previous studies in the area of organizational change, organization members' resistance to change, self-congruity theory, change activities and organizational performance, the research model is developed for validating the effect of organization members' self-congruity on the performance of the acquisition of new IT. Statistical analyses show that self-congruity has a significant effect on the change activities. In particular, private self-congruity has more impact on the change activities than public self-congruity. In addition, self-leadership, rewards and recognitions, and the diffusion of change activities have significant effects on job satisfaction. Self-leadership has a significant effect on organizational commitment.
