공급사슬경영에서 생산 및 운송 파트너 선정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Selection of Production and Transportation Partners in Supply Chain Management)

  • The selection of the optimal partners in supply chain management is one of the most critical success factors. In the past, partners for outsourcing production were selected repeatedly within a closed group of candidates due to the limited information and location of partners. But, the wide use of internet and the development of electronic commerce make it possible that the partners capable of providing the optimal services are selected regardless of their location or nationality. And the concept of partners was limited to the provider of production resources. In the supply chain management, the concept should be extended to the provider of transportation and warehouse due to the high portion of transportation cost among the total production cost Therefore, In this study, we propose an analytical approach to the selection of Production and transportation partners in supply chain management. For this purpose a mathematical model is developed, and then a heuristic algorithm based on tabu search is presented since the model belongs to the NP hard problem.

  • This study aimed to construct an effective decision-making model on selection of cloth stores using AHP technique. The proposed AHP structure consists of three levels. The highest level includes the cloth stores alternative which are department store, specialty store, and a clothes store. The second level consists of the key performance measurements for evaluating the optimal selection of cloth stores, such as location, facilities, product, service, and promotion. The lowest level consists of items which affects the performance measurements in the upper level. The items are convenience location, courteous service, decor/ambience, availability of parking, etc. The data for this research were collected from questionnaires of 132 in Busan. Data were analyzed by frequency and AHP. As the result of this study, 'product' was decided as a most important item in department store, while 'location' was decided as a most important item in specialty store and a clothes store. And 'variety goods' evaluated as that of first priority in the totality evaluation items in department store, but 'convenience location' evaluated as that of first priority in the totality evaluation items specialty store and a clothes store.

  • In this numerical study, characteristics of swirl generation by the fan and selection of the location of the fan was studied theoretically by the PHOENICS soft ware. The governing equations for the system are solved by means of the three dimensional version of the SIMPLE algorithm and STAGGERED grid. From the present results, the optimal position of the fan is 0.625($\ell$/L). Here we can survey the big swirl near the fan.

The governing equations for the system are solved by means of the k dimensional version of the SIMPLE method and STAGGERED grid. From the present results, the optimal position of the fm is 0.625(h/H).

  • The subject of the paper is the selection of the number and location of raingauge stations among existing ones for the computation of mean areal precipitation and for use as input of real-time flow prediction models. The weighted average method developed by National Weather Service was used to compute MAP over the Boone River basin in Iowa with a 40 year daily data set. Two different searching methods were used to find local optimal solutions. An operational rainfall-runoff model was used to determine the optimal location and number of stations for flow prediction.

Location Selection of an LNG Bunkering Port in Korea

  • Purpose - The International Maritime Organization (IMO) has promulgated strict regulations on emissions in the maritime shipping industry. LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) is, therefore, recognized as the optimal fuel alternative solution. The aim of this study is to select the most suitable location for an LNG bunkering port. This is formulated as a multiple-criteria ranking problem regarding four candidate ports in South Korea: the ports of Busan, Gwangyang, Incheon, and Ulsan. Design/Methodology/approach - An analysis employing the Consistent Fuzzy Preference Relation (CFPR) methodology is carried out, and the multiple-criteria evaluation of various factors influencing the location selection, such as the average loading speed of LNG, the number of total ships, the distance of the bunkering shuttle, and the degree of safety is performed. Then, based on the combination of both the collected real data and experts' preferences, the final ranking of the four ports is formulated. Findings - The port of Busan ranks first, followed by the ports of Gwangyang and Ulsan, with the port of Incheon last on the list. Originality/value - The Korean government could proceed with a clear vision of the candidate ports' ranking in terms of the LNG bunkering terminal selection problem.

머신러닝 기반 고속도로 내 수소충전소 최적입지 선정 연구 (A Study on the Optimal Location Selection for Hydrogen Refueling Stations on a Highway using Machine Learning)

  • 대기오염, 지구온난화 문제 등 환경 문제의 심각성이 대두되면서 청정 연료의 관심이 커지고 있다. 그 중 수소는 기존 화석연료와는 달리 연소 시 부산물로 수분만이 발생하는 대표적인 친환경 에너지원으로 현재 다양한 분야에서 주목을 받고 있다. 물류 분야에서도 수소를 활용한 물류 네트워크를 구축하기 위해 다양한 정책적 노력이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 수소 물류 네트워크의 구축에 있어 수소충전소의 입지 결정은 매우 중요한 문제이다. 최근 개발된 수소추진(수소연료전지) 화물차에 수소를 공급하는 충전소는 수소 기반 물류체계가 본격적으로 자리 잡는 데 있어 필수 불가결한 요소이다. 이러한 수소충전소의 최적 입지를 결정하는 선행연구는 대부분 수리적 모형에 기반한 최적화 기법만을 사용하여 수소충전소의 최적 입지를 결정하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 기존 연구의 동향과는 차별화하여 최적화 기법의 중요한 투입 변수 중 하나인 충전소 후보지에 대한 공간적 특성을 검토하는 방법으로 머신러닝 모형들을 활용하고 그 적용가능성을 확인하였다. 머신러닝은 다양한 분야에서 우수한 성과를 증명한 기법이지만 수소충전소의 최적 입지를 결정하는 연구 분야에서는 아직 적용된 바가 없다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 개별공시지가, 수소공급지와의 거리 등 전국 고속도로 휴게소와 고속도로의 무작위 지점들의 위치와 관련된 변수들을 독립변수로 선정하여 단일 머신러닝 모형과 앙상블 모형을 적용하고 그 성과를 비교하였다. 분석 결과, 랜덤포레스트(Random Forest) 모형이 가장 우수한 성과를 보였으며, 다른 모형들 또한 우수한 분류 성능을 보여 최적 입지 문제에 대해 공간적 특성을 예비적으로 검토하는 방법론으로써 머신러닝의 적용 가능성을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 머신러닝 모형은 수소충전소의 최적 입지 결정 분야에서 향후 최적화 기법을 적용한 연구의 예비적 검토 방법론으로 널리 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Sensor selection approach for damage identification based on response sensitivity

  • The response sensitivity method in time domain has been applied extensively for damage identification. In this paper, the relationship between the error of damage identification and the sensitivity matrix is investigated through perturbation analysis. An index is defined according to the perturbation amplify effect and an optimal sensor placement method is proposed based on the minimization of that index. A sequential sub-optimal algorithm is presented which results in consistently good location selection. Numerical simulations with a two-dimensional high truss structure are conducted to validate the proposed method. Results reveal that the damage identification using the optimal sensor placement determined by the proposed method can identify multiple damages of the structure more accurately.

서울시 최적의 전기자동차 충전소 위치 선정 (Optimal Selection of Electric Vehicles' Charging Station Location in Seoul)

  • 전기자동차 사업은 수도권에 발생하는 미세먼지의 30%를 감소시킬 수 있는 중요한 사업이고, 인체 위해도가 높은 자동차 배출가스를 내연기관에서 친환경 전기자동차로 대체하여 대기오염 문제를 획기적으로 해결할 수 있다. 이러한 전기자동차 사업의 핵심인 충전인프라 구축과 관련하여 서울시 내의 전기자동차 충전소 최적의 위치를 선정하고자 한다. T-Map 네비게이션 사용자 데이터 (위도, 경도, 위치) 분포와 서울시 교통정책과의 교통량 통계를 이용하였고, 최적의 위치에 전기자동차 충전소를 배치하고, 효율을 높이는 것에 본 논문의 목적이 있다. 본 논문에서 제안한 알고리즘은 두 가지 충전소 위치 선정 방식을 포함한다. 첫 번째는 교통량 및 권역을 이용한 방식이고, 두 번째는 T-Map 데이터 분포를 이용한 방식이다. 실제 충전소 위치 선정 시 두 가지 방식을 모두 고려하여 선정하게 된다.

  • The optimal operation in distribution system is to select tie switches considering important elements(Load balance, Loss minimization, Voltage drop, Restoration index..) in distribution system. Optimal Tie Switches Selection is very important in operation of distribution system because that is closely related with efficiency and reliability. In this paper, a new algorithm considering important elements is proposed to find optimal location of tie switches. In the case study, the proposed algorithm has been testified using real distribution network of KEPCO for verifying algorithm and complex network for applying future distribution network.
