외식엽체에서 제공하는 서비스 품질에 대한 고객과 서비스 제공자의 인식의 차이점 분석 (Examination of the Gap between Customer's Perception and Foodservice Provider's Perception of Service Quality in Restaurants)

  • A significant gap can exist between what customers expect in foodservice and what service providers deliver to customers. Reducing the gap and enhancing service quality plays a key role in increasing customer satisfaction and repurchase intentions. The purpose of this study was to investigate the personal and operational characteristics that affect the customer perceptions of service quality, to analyze the overall satisfaction and repurchase intention of customers, and to study the service quality gap between customer and foodservice provides. 427 customers and 278 foodservice providers in 82 fast food and family restaurants were surveyed. T-test, ANOVA, Correlation Analysis, and Multiple Regression were used for statistical analysis, The results of this study were as follows: 1) Among the personal characteristics of customers, sex affected the preception of 'General Management' and 'Reputation', and the expense per person showed a correlation with service quality. 2) Among the operational characteristics, the type of restaurant, months since opening, and the number of seats had a significant impact on service quality, while the seat turnover rate showed a negative correlation with service quality. 3) Among the human resource characteristics, the proportion of part-time employees had a negative correlation with service quality, and in general, the training program for full-time employees led to a higher degree of customer perception of service quality. 4) Six dimensions of service quality accounted for 38.39% of customer satisfaction in Multiple Regression. 5) The overall satisfaction of customers willing to repurchase was significantly higher than that of the non-repurchase customers. 6) The operational characteristics explained over 35% for the service quality gap among the customers and the service providers in Multiple Regression.

항공기 예비엔진 및 모듈 재고수준이 운용가용도에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Aircraft Spare Engine & Module's Inventory Level on Operational Availability)

  • It is difficult to determine an optimal inventory level of aircraft engine and modules to achieve the target operational availability since F100-PW-200 & 229 engines of the F-16 & KF-16 aircraft are consisted of 5 modules with different failure rates and costs. This study presents a decision model, combining an integer programming problem and a regression metamodel. Data for the metamodel was attained from results of a simulation model, that represents operational and repair process of F-16 and KF-16. The objective function of an integer programming problem is maximizing the operational availability, representing pessimistic circumstances. Finally, an integer programming problem with a metamodel can make an optimal decision of the inventory level.

  • 최근 기업간 비즈니스 로직의 구현에 웹 서비스를 이용하고 응용 간 통신 및 상호 응용의 사례가 많아지고 있다. 이를 위한 기업 내의 기반 시스템 구축에도 웹 서비스의 이용이 활발해지고 있다. 이에 따라 효율적인 비즈니스의 운영 모델에 대한 요구가 많아지고 있다. 또한 다양해지는 웹 서비스 중에서 적정 수준의 서비스 품질을 보장해 주는 서비스의 사용이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이를 위하여 웹 서비스에 관련된 내용을 분석하고, 기업의 특성상 요구되는 보안 및 서비스 품질에 대한 분석을 통하여 기업 비즈니스 환경에 적용할 수 있는 e-비즈니스 운영 아키텍처를 제안하였다.

  • The need and interest for a successful operation of Information System in the defense industry have increased due to a rapid development in ICT. However, research on adderssing such increased demand has been minimal. This paper introduces a Success Model for IS in the defense field based on literature reviews, and proves the performance of the proposed model. The verification results show that the quality factors of IS have positive influence on perceived usefulness and user satisfaction. The results, as well, imply that perceived usefulness and user satisfaction improves the operational performance of IS. Therefore, this study proves that quality factors of IS increase the operational performance through perceived usefulness and user satisfaction. Through this research, the patterns of information utilization in the defense IS is understood, and the directions for improving the operational performance of IS is presented.

운용시험평가 데이터를 활용한 함정 운용가용도 평가 방안 및 사례 연구 (A Study on the Case Study and Evaluation Methodology of Operational Availability for a Naval Ship using OT&E Data)

  • Navy forces of ROK asked for more than 90% operational availability in the requirement document of combat ship. This study proposes the evaluation methodology of operational availability with the evaluation process, calculation formula, analysis of operational test data. As the case study, the developed methodology is proved to apply for 00 batch-I naval ship using the data to be acquired during the operational test period. The operational availability by test data was 90.03%, and it was satisfied with objective value 90%. The paper will contribute not only to establish the evaluation methodology of operational availability for combat ship but also other general weapon system.

  • Purpose: The conventional predicted MFTBF by military standard has a wide discrepancy to that of real-world operation, which leads to overstock and increase operation cost. This paper introduces a analyzing frame using operational reliability and cost data to overcome the discrepancy, and provides reliability improvement process employing the analyzing frame. Methods: This paper suggests Reliability-Cost Matrix (R-C Matrix) and Operational Reliability & Cost Index (ORCI) as a tool for reliability evaluation. Results: KOREIP(KAI's Operational Reliability Evaluation and Improvement Process) is developed employing Reliability-Cost Matrix and Operational Reliability & Cost Index. Conclusion: KOREIP provides a process and its activities based on Reliability-Cost Matrix frame. The process and activities leads reliability improvement of aerospace electronic equipments by means of categorizing and follow-up action based on the concept of frame.

국가별 의료서비스의 운영효율성과 품질효율성 비교: OECD 회원국들을 중심으로 (Comparison of Operational Efficiency and Quality Efficiency of Medical Services by Country : Focused on OECD Member Countries)

  • 본 연구는 OECD 회원국들을 대상으로 의료서비스의 운영효율성과 품질효율성을 비교 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 2017~2019년의 OECD 보건통계(Health Statistics) 자료를 이용하였다. 분석 방법으로는 산출지향형(output-oriented) 규모수익가변(VRS: Variable Returns to Scale) 모형을 적용하여 초효율성(super efficiency)을 측정하였다. 분석결과, 운영효율성의 상위 그룹에는 스위스, 한국, 이탈리아, 노르웨이, 오스트리아, 네덜란드, 중위 그룹에는 캐나다, 그리스, 덴마크, 멕시코, 미국, 영국, 체코, 프랑스, 핀란드, 헝가리, 호주, 하위 그룹에는 벨기에, 독일, 스페인이 포함되었다. 품질효율성의 상위 그룹에는 노르웨이, 스위스, 스페인, 중위 그룹에는 그리스, 덴마크, 멕시코, 미국, 영국, 캐나다, 프랑스, 핀란드, 헝가리, 호주, 하위 그룹에는 네덜란드, 독일, 벨기에, 오스트리아, 이탈리아, 체코, 한국이 해당되었다. 2018년을 기준으로 OECD 회원국별로 효율성을 비교 분석한 결과, 운영효율성이 가장 효율적인 한국은 품질효율성이 비효율적이었다. 한국(0.998)은 그리스(0.422), 스위스(0.207), 스페인(0.371)을 벤치마킹하여 기대수명을 0.2(0.2%), 주관적 건강 인지를 44.2(138.1%)씩 개선하여 품질효율성을 향상시켜야 한다. 이는 국내에서 기대수명이나 유병률 같은 객관적 지표로 건강상태를 측정하고 있지만, 의학적 진단 여부와 별개로 국민들이 본인의 건강에 관하여 주관적으로 평가하는 것을 관리할 필요가 있음을 의미한다. 본 연구는 운영효율성에 초점을 맞춘 대부분의 선행연구들과 다르게 운영효율성과 품질효율성을 함께 측정했다는 점에서 학술적인 시사점을 지닌다. 또한 OECD 회원국별 의료서비스 산업의 효율성을 비교 분석함으로써, 국내 의료서비스 산업의 국제적인 경쟁력 수준을 확인하고 효율성 개선 방안을 제시했다는 점에서 실무적인 시사점을 지닌다.

변수모델을 이용한 전달경로분석법(OPAX)과 전달률 함수를 사용한 전달경로분석법(OTPA)을 사용한 승차감 저해요인분석 (Analysis of the Cause of Hindrance for Ride Quality with OPAX and OTPA)

  • The ride quality investigation is on-going topic in the car industry since its global standard has not evaluated and it is difficult to point out one part that hinders the ride quality. Since the traditional transfer path analysis that is widely used in car industry to investigate the ride quality requires a lot of test time to process the full data so that there are problems to conduct in industry. Based on these disadvantages, new approaches have developed such as OPAX(operational path analysis with eXogeneous inputs) and OTPA(operational transfer path analysis) for last decades. The OTPA only requires the operational data for evaluate the contribution of vibration sources and the OPAX has advantage of using parametric model to estimate the operating load and needs a minimum set of extra tests with excitation. In this paper, for evaluating the hindrance of ride quality two methods are used and the result is compared with another result of a car having higher ride quality.

수중유도무기의 운용가용도 향상을 위한 군수지원시스템의 체계적 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Systematic Development of Military Logistic Support System to Improve the Operational Availability for Underwater Guided Weapon)

  • Generally speaking, weapon system is defined as a combination of primary system and support system which are evaluated by capability and operational availability respectively. Recently comparison of total life cycle cost shows that logistic support system is proved to be more important than primary system. However, until now systematic approach to support system development has not been applied in the area of developing support system. We need to construct a universal metric for effectiveness of logistic support system and to cut out whatever activities or support elements which do not contribute to the metric. This paper describes a new approach based on system engineering approach to logistic support system and also classifies five factors of failure, stock-out frequency, administrative delay time, active repair time and logistic delay time that have influence on operational availability of logistic support system.

기계경비시스템 운용현황 고찰과 운용품질개선 방안 (The Operating Status of Security Alarm Systems and the Polices for Inproving the Operational Quality)

  • This study has been conducted to provide data that contribute to increasing efficiency of 'Private Security', which is cooperated by customer, security companies and the police which carried out 'Public Law Enforcement' and controls security companies. To reach this purpose, we investigated the status of the 'Security Alarm Systems' operated by security service companied in Korea, analyzed arising problems, considered the polices for improving the operational quality. 'Electronic Security Systems' will increase working efficiency in performing 'Private Security'. There can be no two opinions on this matter. Therefore, it can be supposed that the improvement of operational quality of 'Electronic Security System' is an important factor to accomplish security services. 'Security Alarm System' is one of the 'Electronic Security System'. The critical problems in operating 'Security Alarm system' are unnecessary response by false alarm and nuisance alarm. To reduce the problems, it is suggested that security specialist officially licensed should improve security planning, installation and maintenance, and the 'Alarm Verification System' should be introduced with appropriate facilities.
